Very courteous and friendly service. Had reservations, arrived a bit early. Table placed us, took our order anyway and catered to our every wish. Had the Terriyaki Pasta, the food was delicious and as wonderful as the service. A Heidelberg must for great food, great service, beautiful view and atmosphere.

Hello everyone, It's a shame that such a mega cool location is so poorly managed. Yesterday I spontaneously went to Heidelberg with my girlfriend and we had already thought in advance that we would like to have a drink and something to eat on the Neckar. Accordingly, we chose Pier 4. And now short and sweet: Really almost rude staff, long waiting times despite a clear occupancy. The location is really great. You could do a lot more with the store. We will refrain from another visit.

Last week we went to the restaurant for dinner. The location on the river is great and since the weather was nice we sat on the upper deck. The service was really nice, competent and quick. The carpaccio starter was tasty and well sized, even for 2 people. Lobster pasta and pepperoni pizza were also delicious. Overall, Pier4 is highly recommended.

Were invited for a birthday. When we got there, we immediately noticed that the table decorations were missing - despite having ordered them two days before. We were nine adults and one child. After we ordered the food - starters and main courses - we enjoyed the champagne ordered by the host. Then we ordered more drinks until the appetizer came. I asked the waiter beforehand whether the Caesar salad that was on the starter menu for 19 euros would also be sufficient as a main course. This bejate. When this came I was very surprised at how much it was worth 19 euros. Price-performance ratio completely wrong. The waiter said there was enough white bread at the table. But I didn't want to fill up on white bread. Then came the main course. My husband missed the grilled vegetables in his meal and pointed it out to the waiter. He just said "sorry, but the menu is printed incorrectly, he has to think of the grilled vegetables to go with it". The birthday cake ordered by the host was also forgotten. Then 9 lava cakes were ordered to replace the cake the restaurant had forgotten. But there were 12 of them. When the host wanted to pay the bill late in the evening and told the waiter he would come to the counter, he asked him if he wanted to know in advance how much the bill was and, in the presence of the invited guests, remarked that it was considerably high. We were shocked at how unprofessional this waiter did his job and we all agreed that we would never visit this restaurant again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone. Completely overpriced and completely unprofessional staff. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Came in and wanted to eat and drink and there were still so many seats, but the waiter immediately refused me, saying there was no room. At least 1/2 of the restaurant was still free. Oh well.

Der Laden war nicht mal voll, aber wir mussten den Kellner regelrecht dazu nötigen, tätig zu werden: unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, unsere Nachfrage nach veganem Essen endlich zu beantworten, unser Essen zu servieren, das über eine Stunde auf sich warten ließ, die Rechnung zu bringen, die wir dann aber doch unten bezahlen mussten. Er war unprofessionell beleidigt, hat sich dann entschuldigt und uns einen Nachtisch als Entschädigung angeboten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wollten wir aber nur noch weg. Das Essen hat nicht sonderlich geschmeckt und war für den Preis nicht gut genug. Hier lässt man sich die Aussicht bezahlen, mehr nicht. Schade ums Geld.

We were able to celebrate our beautiful wedding there in June. And in our eyes it was perfect! The service was super fast and great with only three people, all requests were taken into account and the food was served on time and was very tasty. The planning was also very professional and cordial. Our wishes were taken into account and questions were always responded to quickly by phone or email. We would celebrate our dream wedding there again and again because not only were we blown away by the location and the entire ambience, but also our guests! Huge compliment to the entire crew at Pier IV. 😍♥️ 5/5 stars ⭐️

Perfect location. Cool music. But the sound quality is the worst I've heard this year. This includes 2.10 bass speakers. Otherwise it sounds like you're in the train station toilet.

Review as EVENT LOCATION: We booked Pier IV as an event location for our wedding and were very impressed with the overall performance. The staff was very friendly, on the ball, had everything very well under control and were able to respond to you individually. The location is very beautiful and the view is fantastic. The food was very tasty and was served on time. In our case, the price-performance ratio was also quite fair, although I think this is a very individual issue, depending on what you are planning with the team. A lot was possible during the planning and we were able to design our wedding individually the way we wanted. All in all, celebrating the wedding at Pier IV was the right decision and we would do it again.

10 euros for an Aperol Spritz that was light orange - totally excessive. Despite pointing this out, there was no response, instead a “nice saying” from the “bartender”.

70 Minuten auf zwei lauwarme abgestandene Johannisbeerschorle gewartet. Dazu gab’s dann noch nach weiteren 20 Minuten eine Burata auf einer Scheibe in Öl ertränktem kalten Toast garniert mit 4 Kirschtomaten und etwas Kresse … Preis 23,— Danke …. Nie mehr !

Nice location. Unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed. The pizza we ordered wasn't brought and we were asked several times to sit at another table because there were groups that didn't come.

I would have expected better organization and management from such a beautiful location.. We celebrated my birthday there. The store manager with short brown hair came to take the order with an unfriendly attitude. Afterwards we heard her scolding the employees, which was very unprofessional. When we complained because the cake and music didn't go as planned, we didn't get an apology... instead we heard her gossiping about us. Your rude behavior ruined my birthday. At the end the service manager came and apologized for the whole situation, which in the end brought us a smile after the disappointment.

A very beautiful ship to sit and drink a beer or whatever else you want with a beautiful view of the river! Next door is the boat that takes a ride on the river if you want! It's worth sitting and enjoying the view!

Wir waren dort an einem Sonntag und wollten Kuchen und Latte Macchiato bestellen. Die Bedienung hat uns gute 15 Minuten ignoriert bis mein Mann dem Kellner nachgegangen um endlich mal eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Danach wurde aber nur noch schlimmer. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde waren unsere Getränke immer noch nicht. Erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen bekamen wir anstatt Latte einen normalen Kaffee. Wir haben noch nie so schlechte Bedienung erlebt wie dort. Die Jungs, die bedient haben, waren unprofessionell, unmotiviert und man hatte den Eindruck, dass es ihnen der Wohl der Gäste völlig egal ist. Sehr sehr schade

Absolute Empfehlung mit Kusshand! Auf unserem leicht getrübten Heidelberg-Trip wegen einem überbuchten Hotel sind wir spontan ins Pier 4 gegangen, weil die Location so einladend aussah. Nicht nur wurden wir von den Tapas absolut umgehauen. Noch dazu war das Personal so überragend freundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns, dass wir auf unserer nächsten Reise auf jeden Fall noch mal vorbeischauen und allen Bekannten diese Location empfehlen werden. Tausend Dank für einen geretteten Abend und eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden!

Unser Abend beim Pier IV war traumhaft! Die Location war atemberaubend, und das Ambiente auf dem Wasser verlieh dem Ganzen eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Der Service, den wir von den beiden Herren erleben durften, war unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich. Eine schöne Geste war auch der Sekt tol zum Geburtstag. Wir haben das sehr geschätzt! Und das Essen war nicht nur hübsch angerichtet, sondern auch absolut köstlich. Die Tapas Classic sowie die Linguini mit den Black Tiger Garnelen waren top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den tollen Abend!

Für den Service würde ich 10 Sterne anstatt von 5 geben - noch nirgendwo haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt! :) Es lohnt sich noch zu sagen, dass obwohl es eigentlich nichts für Kindern gibt, es wird aber trotzdem immer was angeboten so dass die Kleine sich auch sehr wohl fühlen und was Leckeres zum Essen bekommen.. Ansonsten Essen is top, wirklich frisch und sorgfältig vorbereitet, die Lage ist super und was für ein wunderschönes Blick auf Neckar, alte Brücke und Schloss - man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub mitten in der Stadt. Alles Gute an das ganze Team und wir werden immer wieder sehr gerne kommen, was ich auch allen auf jeden Fall empfehle - ihr werdet begeistert sein, versprochen :)

Churros und Pink Palomas waren sehr lecker! Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett, auch wenn die Bestellung etwas länger gedauert hat. Unter der Woche mittags war hier wenig los und es war sehr angenehm. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne Location mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal. Jederzeit eine Empfehlung. Vor allem an lauen Sommerabenden. Leider gibt es eine gehörige Portion Wespen die den Pier auch toll finden.

Ambiente super, auch wenn wir bei Regen unter Deck gegessen haben und nicht oben auf dem Schiff. Steak super Medium gebraten, Gemüse einfach, aber topp gebraten. Hatte noch Biss und war super abgeschmeckt. Wein super! Kartoffeln dazu super! Leider etwas lange gewartet, obwohl nichts los war. Flasche Wasser ging deshalb aber aufs Haus. Eine kleine Spur zu teuer. Kann ich aber trotzdem nur empfehlen.

Delicieux repas sur une péniche à quai. Plats d'inspiration méditerranéenne et espagnole bien parfumés et goutus, légumes du soleil cuits à point et qui restent croquants, cuisson parfaite de la viande conservant sa tendresse, association originale mais réussie (par exemple, dattes/bacon en tapas)... Apéritifs composés généreusement. Une délicieuse panacotta consistante et crémeuse. Présentation des plats recherchée. Une carte qui n'offre pas une multitude de plats, et tant mieux, car, comme le prouve le temps des préparations, les plats sont cuisinés dès la commande. Geste commercial à noter : on nous a offert café/digestif car les plats chauds nous ont été servis alors que l'entrée n'était pas terminée. On y reviendra.

Ich war dort vor ca einem Monat essen….Als wir in das Lokal kamen, wurden wir nicht wirklich beachtet, nach ein paar Minuten, wurden wir dann schließlich gefragt, ob wir reserviert hatten und wurden dann hoch, auf die Terasse geleitet…Als wir oben ankamen, standen wir erst Mal wieder ein paar Minuten, bis ständig Servicearbeiter kamen und gesagt haben, Sie kommen sofort…Nach 10min haben wir nachgehakt und wurden dann endlich zum Tisch gebracht…Dort wurden wir leider wenig beachtet, bis garnicht…Wir mussten quasi das Serviceteam an ca 10Personen für 10 Tische ständig erinnern das wir da sin…sie habenes nicht auf die Reihe bekommen, alle Tische zu bedienen…Mit uns auch noch 2 andere Tische. Irgendwann nach ständiger Frage hat sich herausgestellt das Sie nach dem wir die Getränke schon eine Stunde hatten, das Essen in der Küche stehen gelassen haben, da es nach Erinnerung, innerhalb von 2min kam..Danach war der Abend doch echt gelungen, da der Wein und die selbstgemachte Limo top waren und das Essen auch erste Klasse. Trotzdem dem sehr schlechten Service war der Abend ok, weil das Essen und die Getränke einfach überstimmt haben!

Wir (5 Mädels) waren zum Essen verabredet und was soll ich sagen, es war ein absolut toller Abend, dank unserem super netten Kellner, der tollen Atmosphäre, dem richtig leckeren Essen und dem schönen Ambiente. Alles richtig gemacht, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Sehr gutes drei Gang Menü mit Burrata, die riesig war, fantastisches Rinderfilet und zum Schluss ausgezeichneter Erdbeer Vanille Nachtisch. Alle Angestellten waren wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, der ganze Abend ein tolles Erlebnis in einem super Ambiente Vielen Dank noch mal das gesamte Team.
