Lackluster service, forgetting what was ordered. Can't do the math on the bill.

The service staff were very friendly and communicative, the food and everything else was also very good. You can sit directly at the marina.

We were on vacation nearby and had dinner there twice, very friendly service, food was very tasty and the price was completely right...

We sat outside in a beach chair, had a drink and looked at the lake. The service is attentive and friendly. We didn't eat there. But what we saw looked good. The guests seemed to be satisfied. The location at the harbor is great.

Had dinner with seven people on Sunday, July 28th. The best thing I got that evening was the beer. Food consistently poor. Garlic soup, taste only of cream and garlic no salt no pepper, cook should urgently start tasting food before sending it to the pass. Zander died dry at least twice until it no longer works. My cousin had the house chicken. Also bone dry. Spaghetti Carbonara with cream would kill any Italian nonna for that alone. I also found the salt that was missing from the garlic soup. Staff very friendly. Ambience with a view of the lake was also wonderful.

Great location right on the harbor. Waiter quite friendly, but the food...🙈🙈🙈. Really underground. The pizza was cold and extremely thinly topped. The salmon was dry and everything was carelessly prepared. Unfortunately it was also a disappointment in terms of taste. Price-performance ratio is definitely not right here.

Terrace with a view of the harbor and Lake Müritz. I loved it so much that I ate there two days in a row. My recommendation is the fish soup and the fish platter but also the bruschetta was very good.

After we ate here yesterday and were totally impressed by the service, the view of the harbor and the food, we went back today and were just as impressed. The portions are large (the bruscetta would have been enough as a main course) and tasty. Yesterday I had pasta, today pikeperch. It was just delicious. I also can't understand some of the reviews here. In any case, I will always come back here when I'm in Waren again.

Guys, we were there yesterday. Food staff is super friendly, but that's it/ food is actually inedible - had the pike perch - it was raw fish, my wife had the grill plate - a plate full of leather soles, you can't go wrong with children's food, just that it was cold / if you can avoid the store - there are better places in Waren

We had the fish plate with broccoli and potatoes for €28. The portion was so small, 3 small pieces of fish and 5 mini shrimps (fried to death), 4 broccoli florets and 5 half potatoes, that no one will ever be full. We then went to the Italian restaurant opposite and ate bruscetta there. Poor for the price.

A very nice restaurant right on the water with a nice ambience and a beautiful view over the Waren harbor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back there on our next visit to Waren.

We ate here after our boat tour. The service was okay, but not convincing, which also applies to the food. We sat outside on the terrace and can therefore only evaluate the outside of the restaurant. There was a nice view of the harbor and plenty of places in the shade (everyone had umbrellas on)! We would have preferred some sun. But all in all acceptable!

Don't understand different reviews. We had bruschetta on pizza bread, it was simply delicious, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the view of the harbor was simply beautiful. We had a very nice end to the evening.

We visited the restaurant in the evening with our two children (7+2). We ordered a garlic soup, a pizza, a salad, a children's pizza and potato pancakes. The soup was supposed to be served beforehand, but it came with the large pizza. We thought they would surely bring everything together, but that wasn't the case. The rest of the food only came about 30 minutes later when we asked. The potato pancakes were frozen goods, my salad was missing peppers and corn (that's what it said on the menu), the garlic soup was warm, diluted cream and unfortunately didn't taste of garlic at all. The pizzas were very tasty. Every second word our waiter said was Senor or Senora, which we found very stressful. Unfortunately, our little son tipped his glass over and spilled the drink across half the table. Although it was seen by waiters, no one came to help. We were also not given the napkins that we used to clean up the mess. Unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience for us, so we won't be visiting the restaurant again! A pity...

The pizza was very tasty. All in all, the service was great, especially extremely child-friendly. Unfortunately our calculation wasn't quite right. We only noticed this later, so it was our own fault. We'd love to come back.

Nicely located at the harbor. I only accepted the “coffee and cake” offer at a special price there. There were different cakes to choose from. My choice was >delicious cheesecake.

Food is simply not worth the euro, far too expensive, cold and not freshly prepared. If food is at the table 5 minutes after ordering, then it cannot be freshly prepared. The rum steak was totally mixed and in combination with cold 🙈 Schnitzel was more “don’t call it schnitzel”, although it would definitely have tasted better. 👎🏻

Auf der Karte stand Hamburger Schnitzel. Es kam, das für mich schlechteste Etwas, was ich je "gegessen" habe. Nie wieder. Die super Lage kann das auch nicht wett machen.

Nicht empfehlenswert da Essen völlig versalzen war. Nach Prüfung vom Chef kam die Antwort, die Sparerips wären in Ordnung. Wir haben alles zurückgehen lassen. Wir mussten erst den gesamten Betrag der Rechnung bezahlen. Erst nach Nachfrage kam der Chef und sagte wir müssen nur ein Gericht bezahlen da wir angeblich die Hälfte schon aufgegessen hatten.

For us it was an absolute failure. Hamburg schnitzel dripping with oil from the deep fryer, the fries greasy and everything carelessly slapped onto a plate without a lettuce leaf or something similar. Poor snack quality at overpriced restaurant prices. During the payment process, the waiter reached across the table and took the two euros that I had left there as a possible tip. I hadn't expressed at that point that it might be a tip. No “For you” or “That’s right.” It doesn't work at all. Never again.

Waited 45 minutes for a starter and another hour for the main course. No information that it could take long. 2 Completely forgot food. What came was thrown up (fish plate) no taste and the plate was full of water. Vegetables and fish not seasoned. Waiter completely overwhelmed. When paying, everything was asked because the food didn't come and the fish platter wasn't eaten. Here you are laughed at and treated with an arrogance by the boss that I have never experienced before. Not even the word sorry. “That’s how it would be in goods” Here I can only recommend thinking internally about hospitality and complaint handling. But if you say “I have enough money” like he does, it doesn’t seem to bother you.

Bei dem 2. Besuch war der Service nicht so aufmerksam wie bei dem 1. Besuch. Obwohl hier nur wenige Gäste da waren.

Ambiente OK. Bedienung freundlich. Essen leider nur Standard. Nicht schlecht und nicht gut. Eigentlich ein italienisches Restaurant.

Bei schönem Wetter draussen ideal.

Ausser die Lage am Hafen direkt, ist es ein mittelmäßiges Restaurant,deswegen die 3 Sterne,. Das war die erste Pizzeria, die ich je kennen gelernt habe, die keine 4 Jahreszeiten - Pizza im Angebot hat. Die Meerefrüchtepizza war fast kalt, als Sie serviert wurde. Die Zutaten, bzw Meerefrüchte, waren fade und nicht ihren Namen wert. Der Thunfischsalat ging so, aber sehr wenig. Hätte meine Begleitung keine Bruscetta mitbestellt, ( musste Sie mitbestellen, da es nicht einmal Pizzabrot zum dazu bestellen ging), wäre Sie nicht satt geworden. Bedienung, (der Ältere) , hatte das Besteck vergessen und solch ein Schwätzer in seinem Auftreten. Schade für die Lage der Pizzeria, nicht Wegen dem Essen.

Eines der besten italienischen Restaurants!!!!

Wir hatten uns nach einem Stadtrundgang dort im Außenbereich ein Plätzchen gesucht und brauchten auch nicht lange auf Bedienung waren. Zum Mittag nahmen wir zum Einen: 3 verschiedene Fischfilets,dazu Brokkoli und Rosmarinkartoffeln.Dazu bekam man noch eine Knoblauchsoße , was sehr lecker war.Zum Anderen hatten wir noch gebratenes Barschfilet mit Honig-Senfsoße mit Brokkolie und Salzkartoffeln, was ebenfalls sehr lecker war.

Nettes Restaurant direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf die Müritz... Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen haben uns den Abend versüßt. Gute Auswahl und für jeden, ob groß oder klein, was dabei...

Danke Pier3 für das klasse Essen und den tollen Service. Wir waren zu viert und alles war top. Ich kann das Zander Filet mit Salzkartoffeln empfehlen. Nochmals Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abendessen war sehr gut, wir hatten beide Fisch, dazu eine schöne Ausicht auf den Hafen und einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang.

Restaurant mit Aussicht aufs Wasser oder Fahrgasstschiffe, die davor liegen. Uns hat das Essen leider nur mittelprächtig geschmeckt. Pizza war gut belegt aber geschmacklich nicht so gut. Knoblauchsuppe, viel Käse, eher Pamps als Suppe, Gnocchi waren auch nur okay. Tische blank, keine Kerzen Abends auf dem Tisch. Man konnte aber ruhiger sitzen als in den anderen italienischen Restaurants am Wasser.

Einladende Ambiente direkt am Hafen von Waren. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, habe jedoch aufgrund der Lage mehr erwartet. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles in einem 3 Sterne.

Schöne Lage. Vorspeise leider versalzen und die Preise für Essen leider auch etwas übertrieben. Auch hier zahlt der Kunde die Aussicht. Kann man muß man aber nicht hingehen. Gruß FS

Service war freundlich und sehr schnell, das war super und der Sitz am Pier gibt dem Restaurant den nötigen Charme. Schnell war neben dem Service leider auch das Essen. Kaum bestellt, war es auch schon am Platz. Nicht falsch verstehen, es war nicht schlecht und die Preise auch moderat. Aber das Essen war zu 100% Convinient. Man muss sich also selber entscheiden, ob man, wenn man es sich gönnt essen zu gehen, frisches Essen möchte und sich dann zwangsläufig ein anderes Lokal sucht, oder ob "Tütenessen" als ausreichend empfunden wird, dann wird man hier glücklich.

Das Essen war leider nur mittelmäßig gut entgegen aller Erwartungen. Das Lokal wirkt mit seiner Lage und Ambiente echt einladend. Der Service ist okay, die Kellner sind freundlich und man muss auch nicht all zu lange warten. Aufgrund des Geschmacks würde ich trotzdem eher nochmal nach etwas anderen schauen.

Schöne Lage, der Rest war eher zum Vergessen. Essen war geschmacklos, schlechte Preis-Leistung. Nach dem Zahlen konnten wir nicht in Ruhe austrinken, da der Tisch schon für die nächsten vergeben war. Hier werden wir nie wieder essen gehen.

Gute Lage, freundliche Bedienung und lecker kleiner imbis (Kuchen und Fischsuppe). Kartenzahlung erst ab 20€ möglich.

Kann einige der hier schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Essen und Preis völlig ok, netter, schneller Service. Hatten Pizza und Fischplatte. Die Bierpreise sind allgemein eh gestiegen...

Wir waren im Rahmen unseres Sommerurlaubes als Familie (2 Erwachsene + ein 6 jähriges Kind) einmal Mittags im Pier 3 essen. Das Restaurant ist in allen Belangen ein typischer Touri-Laden. Die typischen regionalen Gerichte. Essen ist okay, aber nichts besonderes. Service ist freundlich, aber auch nicht mehr. Ambiente drinnen ist okay. Draußen hat man gute Sicht auf Hafen und Müritz. Preise sind moderat, bei unserem Besuch ging nur Barzahlung. War okay, aber muss auch nicht wieder sein. Gibt es deutlich bessere Restaurants in Waren.

Pizza war gut. Wer auf frittierte Billigschnitzel wert legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Zwar nur nen Fischbrötchen zu sich genommen.... Aber schönes Ambiente und nettes Personal....

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht! Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal auch besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat uns quasi den Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und alles mögliche wurde getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Sehr kinderfreundlich! Das Ambiente ist auch traumhaft am Hafen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben kurzfristig vorbestellt, was kein Problem war. Wir hatten Fisch, der super war. Bedienung super freundlich und aufmerksam. Super Lage und Ambiente sehr angenehm zum verweilen. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.

Wir sind zum Urlaub an der Müritz und haben das Restaurant durch die gute Lage gefunden. Die Location ist auch wirklich schön. Wir haben uns das Hamburger Schnitzel und Nudeln mit Hänchen bestellt. Das essen kam schnell, jedoch ließ die Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Das Schnitzel war sicherlich ein gekauftes und total trocken. Als ich dies den Kellner mitteilte kam keine Reaktion. Auch die Soße zu den Nudeln schmeckte sehr nach einer Fertigmischung. Am Restaurant steht auch, das eine Kartenzahlung ab 20€ möglich ist, als ich damit bezahlen wollte, nuschelte der Kellner etwas in sich hinein und sagte, dass sei nicht möglich. Ich wies den Kellner auf das Schild hin, aber da murmelte er nur iwas und sagte geht nicht. Wir haben dann den Vollpreis bezahlt und werden sicherlich nicht wiederkommen. Ps. Das Schild hat er komischerweise nicht umgehend entfernt.

Wir hatten Hähnchenbrust mit Gorgonzola und Tagliatelle und Gnocchi mit Gorgonzola und Spinat. War beides ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Service war sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Lage seitlich Stadthafen, geräumig, deutsche Küche und Pizza. Wir haben Barsch mit Senfsauce und Brokkoli, Salzkartoffeln bzw. Hamburger Schnitzel mit Spiegelei und Pommes, Salat gegessen, waren sehr zufrieden und wurden sehr freundlich beraten und bedient (großer schlanker Herr mit Bart). Preise o.k.

Schrecklich arroganter Service , über 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet . Hier hätte der Service vorher drauf hinweisen sollen. Nach den 1,5 Stunden fehlte das Kinder essen und 2 Hauptspeisen vom 8 bestellten Essen. Chef mit einer Arroganz auf die Reklamation reagiert , einfach unterirdisch … Gastgeber und Chef ist man eben nicht nur weil einem der Laden gehört. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert . Frischer Fisch von der Müritz ? Hier war der Fisch vorher gefroren und er lag ungesalzen im auftauwasser .

Einfach nicht professionell geführtes Restaurant. Kein geschultes und gelangweilt Personal, eher gelangweilt. Eine Vorspeise, drei Hauptgänge bestellt, Vorspeise und ein Hauptgang in Ordnung, zwei Hauptgänge zurück gegeben. Auch am Nachbartisch gab es verdorbenes Fleisch.

Mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen kann man hier sehr lecker essen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gibt ausgefallene Biere vom Fass.

Das Beste ist die Lage - man sitzt nah am Wasser unter Platanen. Getränk wurde sofort gebracht. Zum Essen hatte ich mir Pizza ausgesucht. Nach ca. einer halben Stunde wurde diese dann serviert - schon der Anblick war enttäuschend. Die Pizza war sehr flach und sehr sparsam belegt. Sie ließ sich nur mit Kraftaufwand schneiden und der Geschmack entsprach dem Aussehen - trocken und hart. Beim Abräumen (es war ca. die Hälfte übriggeblieben) wurde ich gefragt, ob alles i. O. war. Ich sagte meine Meinung und der Kellner meinte: o.k. Er hatte kein Wort verstanden. Mir wurde dann der volle Preis berechnet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man auf mich eingegangen wäre und z. Bsp. einen Ausgleich angeboten hätte. Doch da kam nichts.
