Great location right on the water, courteous service, good food. We were here every day and will come back.

What a surprise when we entered the interior. Everything from antique tables and chairs. We were offered a great place with a view of the harbor. We wanted plaice, but it wasn't available as a fillet. No problem at all. Upon request, the plaice was filleted for us at the table, and we were even allowed to film this. Everything tasted excellent. The staff was courteous and polite.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung. Leckeres Essen Kann ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Absolutely substandard service, coasters are thrown on the table, cutlery is only available upon request and anyone who doesn't pay in cash is bullied... Food boring and bland, but the biggest audacity is that they charge €3 to change the side dish from potato to rosemary potato...

Restaurant is nice and in a good location. The food was really good and so was the price/performance ratio. Better than the rating.

Service? Rather non-existent. Six of us were at Pier Drei in Waren an der Müritz – actually just for a cozy coffee. What we got instead was a real service shock. The male waitress seemed like friendliness was a paid upgrade – arrogant, snooty and rude. We were literally pressured to order, as if we were afraid that we would run out of breath without consuming. At some point the coffee was half-heartedly slammed onto the edge of the table – with the charm of a bad-tempered civil servant just before work. Of course we were allowed to work out the distribution ourselves - a kind of self-service with full price, you could say. The crowning glory: the bill was simply rounded up without being asked - probably in the assumption that an involuntary tip would improve the mood. But it hasn't. Conclusion: One star is still too generous. If you value hospitality, warmth or at least a little service - just move on. Luckily there are enough alternatives in Waren.

There is something good about this restaurant, the location. The service was subpar. I don't know if the other service staff are as annoyed with their work, but the gentleman who served us had no interest in his job. The drinks and food were simply placed on the table at the front. Now everyone was allowed to choose what would suit them. The cake was clearly frozen goods and too expensive for that.

Very bad service and frozen cakes. The waiter was bad-tempered, rude and impolite. Our orders were simply placed on the table and everyone had to choose their own. The cake was simply thawed and the coffee wasn't even worth mentioning. There are much better cafes in Waren. We won't see this again, a waste of money. And then when we paid we “forgot” the change, which we got when we asked.

Gnochi were great, as was the halibut, but schnitzels are pressed meat and also 0 seasoned for Italian dishes, otherwise it's not worth it.

We were not impressed by the price/performance ratio. We had 2x salmon with potatoes and broccoli, 1x spaghetti Bolognese. The service was friendly and helpful with intolerances (gluten). The food was ok, but not worth the price. The atmosphere is very rustic, which is quite something. However, it doesn't really suit the Italian leadership.

The location and the ambience actually offer the best conditions for a good restaurant. The food, however, was all to nothing. Inferior quality at a completely exorbitant price. Afterwards we knew why the waiter didn't ask about our well-being. We can absolutely recommend it and not even in an emergency.

Wir waren heute Abend in der Pizzeria. Am Anfang typisch ital.Nettigkeit.Ich hatte Pizza Tonno. Schlimm jemanden sowas vorzusetzen.Jeder Flammkuchen ist dicker als meine Pizza. Vom Geschmack wollen wir garnicht reden. Die Lasagne für meine Frau war nicht besser. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Chef der Firma ließ die Freundlichkeit sehr schnell zu wünschen übrig. Kein Bedauern, schon garnicht einen Schnaps für das leckere Essen. Arrogant und beleidigt. Bin ich von Italienischer Gastronomie nicht gewohnt.

Great food and very nice Italian operating family. We felt like we were on vacation in Italy. We ate twice at Pier 3, as it is by far the best restaurant in Waren an der Müritz. The first evening we had zander, rump steak and gnocchi, today the best spaghetti Bolognese, gnocchi and lasagna again. Atmosphere very friendly with great staff. We would love to come back

We won't go out to eat there anymore, I had spare ribs, absolutely subterranean, dry, tough and impossible to get off the bone. My partner had sole, carelessly prepared, not recommended. I wouldn't actually give it any stars.

We discovered the place by chance, there was a huge tree trunk with the image of a pizza on the side of the road 🍕 A great facility and very suitable for holidays with children 👍. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point from the service, when we arrived we had the feeling that we were being disturbed, the body language of the staff told us that. The pizza, however, was great, it is baked in an oven and topped with our own toppings, the base was nice and thin and even the staff had a smile 😃 on their faces and we were still able to enjoy the beautiful area. There is even a Finnish sauna. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, you've come to the right place

We decided to spend our last night in Waren and looked for a restaurant near the lake. When we arrived at Pier 3 and were served by Sam, who was so friendly and professional, we were thrilled. The recommended menu was very tasty. The atmosphere inside is so warm that we would like to come back. The other Italian colleagues also gave us a very warm welcome. Come here if you want to enjoy gastronomy and friendliness. We will come back!

The food was very good... There's really nothing to complain about! Two waiters were really very friendly and attentive and even if there is a lot to do, on holiday you really expect that your plates won't be slammed and even after asking because you didn't even receive cutlery, the service would be mushy and cheeky Reacts. That was really the worst thing I've ever experienced. Very disappointing because I had reserved a long time in advance and it was my birthday and I wanted to spend the evening comfortably with my husband. It was very loud and busy inside... I don't understand why you have to keep ringing the bell even when you're getting drinks at the bar. This is totally annoying!!! Goes every minute. For the food it is visible so that the guests get their food hot and fresh. It was more than unpleasant to be a guest there!! Never again!! The concept should definitely be revised!!

I wouldn't go there again. We waited over an hour for our pizza calzone. The waiters sometimes let who or what gets. The prices were ok.

The food was quite good. The waitresses were all very nice, but unfortunately the male employee didn't work at all. He spoke to us from the beginning, was very arrogant and unfriendly to several people. He also bossed his colleagues around, but didn't do much more than "stroll" from table to table and act like the boss. I haven't experienced anything so unpleasant in a long time. We also had to wait far too long for the bill.

The big plus of the restaurant is its location and the beautiful view. Unfortunately the food was so-so, the bruschetta tasted old, the pike perch was bland, the potatoes were hard. The sole with white wine sauce was good, although breaded. The main waiter would be essential More relaxed if the nice waitresses were given more responsibility. Too expensive for the quality and you don't get an invoice with a listing, which was a bit strange.

Had dinner with seven people on Sunday, July 28th. The best thing I got that evening was the beer. Food consistently poor. Garlic soup, taste only of cream and garlic no salt no pepper, cook should urgently start tasting food before sending it to the pass. Zander died dry at least twice until it no longer works. My cousin had the house chicken. Also bone dry. Spaghetti Carbonara with cream would kill any Italian nonna for that alone. I also found the salt that was missing from the garlic soup. Staff very friendly. Ambience with a view of the lake was also wonderful.

After we ate here yesterday and were totally impressed by the service, the view of the harbor and the food, we went back today and were just as impressed. The portions are large (the bruscetta would have been enough as a main course) and tasty. Yesterday I had pasta, today pikeperch. It was just delicious. I also can't understand some of the reviews here. In any case, I will always come back here when I'm in Waren again.

I am impressed by the food, staff and atmosphere and would always recommend it. The food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was simply lovely. Terrace with a view of the harbor and Lake Müritz. I loved it so much that I ate there two days in a row. My recommendation is the fish soup and the fish platter but also the bruschetta was very good.

Guys, we were there yesterday. Food staff is super friendly, but that's it/ food is actually inedible - had the pike perch - it was raw fish, my wife had the grill plate - a plate full of leather soles, you can't go wrong with children's food, just that it was cold / if you can avoid the store - there are better places in Waren

A very nice restaurant right on the water with a nice ambience and a beautiful view over the Waren harbor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back there on our next visit to Waren.

We had the fish plate with broccoli and potatoes for €28. The portion was so small, 3 small pieces of fish and 5 mini shrimps (fried to death), 4 broccoli florets and 5 half potatoes, that no one will ever be full. We then went to the Italian restaurant opposite and ate bruscetta there. Poor for the price.

We visited the restaurant in the evening with our two children (7+2). We ordered a garlic soup, a pizza, a salad, a children's pizza and potato pancakes. The soup was supposed to be served beforehand, but it came with the large pizza. We thought they would surely bring everything together, but that wasn't the case. The rest of the food only came about 30 minutes later when we asked. The potato pancakes were frozen goods, my salad was missing peppers and corn (that's what it said on the menu), the garlic soup was warm, diluted cream and unfortunately didn't taste of garlic at all. The pizzas were very tasty. Every second word our waiter said was Senor or Senora, which we found very stressful. Unfortunately, our little son tipped his glass over and spilled the drink across half the table. Although it was seen by waiters, no one came to help. We were also not given the napkins that we used to clean up the mess. Unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience for us, so we won't be visiting the restaurant again! A pity...
