Sehr gute Küche Personal ist freundlich und nett. Nur bei der deutschen Sprache hängt es etwas.

Sehr geehrte Frau Sabrina Walther, ich freue mich über Ihre Bewertung. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir arbeiten daran, unsere Deutschkenntnisse zu verbessern. Vielen Dank. Ich hoffe sehr, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Wir sind spontan eingekehrt, haben einen schönen Platz mit Blick aufs Wasser ergattert. Das Personal war direkt freundlich am Start. Die Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert, die Portionen (Hamberger Schnitzel) waren reichlich und lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Leider war der Besuch eine Enttäuschung. Wir haben ca. 1 1/4 Stunden auf unser Essen warten müssen. Die Getränke waren in der Zwischenzeit alle ausgetrunken und es wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob wir nachbestellen wollen - auch nicht, als das Essen dann mal kam. Das Essen war mittelmäßig (Fisch, Pizza, Tagliatelle) und die Lasagne war leider lauwarm, völlig überkocht und breiig. Immerhin hat sich die nette Kellnerin entschuldigt und eine Alternative/Dessert angeboten, was wir ablehnten, und die Lasagne musste nicht bezahlt werden. Für uns blieb aber einfach ein enttäuschender Eindruck.

Super Terrasse mit Blick auf die Müritz. Reichhaltige Auswahl an wirklich guten italienischen Speisen. Wir hatten zwar „nur“ Pizza, aber die waren ein Traum. Vor allem „Frutti di Mare“ war sehr lecker.

Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und super lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und flink. Kurz gesagt: Es war ein sehr schöner Abend.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Waren zu viert während des Himmelfahrt-Wochenendes 2026 hier essen, Restaurant war gut besucht aber nicht überfüllt. Einzig der Service hat ein paar Sterne verdient, Essen war absolut unterirdisch. Hatten zwei Mal Spaghetti Aglio et Olio und zwei Kindergerichte (Nudeln mit Tomatensauce und Schweineschnitzel mit Pommes) bestellt und auch keine High Cuisine erwartet, aber was uns serviert wurde, war schlechter als so manches Kantinenessen. Alle Speisen absolut ungewürzt und geschmacklos, die billigsten Spaghetti aus dem Großhandel und die Tomatensauce schmeckte nicht nach Tomate- aus welcher Dose die wohl entsprungen ist? Das Schnitzel war auch trocken und zäh und war offensichtlich aus der Fritteuse. Selbst unsere Kinder- die nicht besonders anspruchsvoll beim Essen sind- haben nach ein paar Bissen die Teller weg geschoben. Auf den Hinweis der miserable Essensqualität kam vom Kellner nur ein gemurmeltes "Entschuldigung Signora", keine Frage nach dem "warum" und kein Anbieten einer Nachbesserung. Hat man hier anscheinend auch nicht nötig, zufriedene Gäste zu haben, es kommen ja genügend Touristen als Laufkundschaft. Zur Krönung wurde dann auch noch die normale Rechnung aufgerufen- eine absolute Frechheit. Tourifalle, mehr nicht.

Pier 3 Hammer Pizza – absolut empfehlenswert! 🍕🇮🇹 Super freundliches und familiäres Ambiente, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Besonders der herzliche Kellner Salvatore macht den Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, herzlich und schnell. Dazu eine richtig leckere Pizza. Man fühlt sich wie in Italien – direkt am Wasser mit tollem Flair. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen und freundlichem Service. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das aufmerksame Personal, das trotz vollem Restaurant immer freundlich geblieben ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Waren enttäuscht, dass unser schönes Fisch-Restaurant verschwunden ist. Doch die jetzige Italiener hat einen wirklich guten Koch!!! Unsere Sparribs und das Hühnchen waren super! Top Service! Hunde sind willkommen.

Ich war vor kurzem in dieser Pizzeria und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Atmosphäre ist locker, gemütlich und genau so, wie man es sich für einen entspannten Abend wünscht. Die Pizza war einfach top: knuspriger Boden, frische Zutaten und geschmacklich richtig authentisch. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Besonders gut fand ich, dass die Pizza nicht zu überladen war, sondern perfekt ausbalanciert. Auch der Service war super freundlich und schnell, selbst als es etwas voller war. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen. Für mich definitiv eine der besseren Pizzerien – ich komme gerne wieder!

Eine wirklich freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Dad Essen war lecker und wurde auch schnell serviert. Leider war es heute sehr kühl und windig, deshalb konnten wir den schönen Außenbereich nicht nutzen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ich war mit einer größeren, angemeldeten Gruppe zum Essen im Restaurant. Laute Musik, die trotz Bitten nur mäßig reduziert wurde. Winzige und fade Portionen haben uns den Rest gegeben. Der Besuch war enttäuschend und wird nicht wiederholt.

Waren Abends in dem Restaurant essen, hatte vorher ein Tisch reserviert. Das Ambiente ist rustikal mit viel Holz, wirkt angenehm warm. Die Service Kräfte waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Was ein wenig stört ist, wenn man in der Nähe der Bar sitzt fühlt man sich ständig beobachtet vom Personal. Das Essen an sich war super, sehr lecker ,kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Lovely, rustic ambiance. Professional, uncaring service. The food was okay, average. The salad was a starter after the main course. The schnitzel wasn't freshly prepared; it was more like a breaded piece that was warmed up. It's okay. A tourist hotspot, after all.

Visited around 6 p.m. Pizza was good. The grilled fish platter was a disappointment. The food was cold, tasteless, and for €29.50, I expected something better, but it didn't fill me up. Once, never again. There are other, better places.

The fish sandwich was okay but quite small; it wouldn't have been enough for one adult. We recommend a portion of fries as well. The smoked salmon sandwich had very little sauce and a ton of onions. Breaded shrimp isn't available as a fish sandwich, but as a side dish for the sandwich—it looks a bit odd on the menu. The atmosphere by the harbor was nice, with shaded seating. The staff was moderately friendly. Payment was cash only. We wouldn't eat here again and would rather try a fish sandwich somewhere else.

We regularly eat at Pier 3 in Waren (Müritz) because everything just fits perfectly. The ambiance is rustic and cozy with a great view of the harbor. The service is always friendly and attentive. The dishes are fresh, delicious, and of consistently high quality, and the drinks selection is also impressive. The value for money is absolutely spot on. For us, this is the best restaurant in Waren – a clear recommendation!

Highly recommended 👍👍 We went there several times during our vacation. Even just for a drink or a quick fish sandwich. You're in good hands here.

Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly, and the wait times were very long... After asking us three times (about 20 minutes, with hardly any customers in the restaurant in the afternoon) whether we could pay, the head waiter very rudely tried to force a tip on us. €18.80 for two slices of apple pie and two coffees is a different story 😉

Nice ambiance However, I don't know whether I deliberately or accidentally didn't get what I ordered. We ordered Grimbergen Blanche. What we got was more like an Alster. So, some kind of beer with lemon swirl. Grimbergen Blanc has 6.0% ABV. The difference is probably pretty easy to tell. I drank it and paid. When I asked about it, I was treated rather rudely.

Very small portions for a lot of money. Side dishes were very limited and far too few. Steaks were not cooked properly, the meat quality was very poor. Inedible. When asked whether we should pay full price for this quality, there was no response. Conclusion: Never again! The ambiance was still positive, but that wasn't why we were there.

We've never had such a bad meal! At times, we had the impression that the service was completely overwhelmed. After we ordered, we noticed that several guests had left after finishing their drinks, even before their food arrived. It took forever for our food to finally arrive. However, one of the dishes was wrong, just like the one at the next table. The new food also took a while and wasn't even cooked through – the same thing happened at the next table. We felt completely ripped off. On top of that, the service couldn't speak German very well. Never again.

Beer tastes like old uncleaned pipe

Sitting outside in the summer, almost right on the quay... It's something special. The pizzas are veeery good.

Very, very small portion for a lot of money; I could count my fries on two hands. The steak was undercooked, and some of it was still raw. The staff were rather listless and unmotivated.

We were pressured to order by being asked three times within five minutes what we wanted. And when we weren't ready, he asked if he should come back in 20 minutes. The waiter was totally unpleasant, snippy, and unfriendly.

The river fish sandwich wasn't good, left in the fryer too long. It was completely dry and dark. The herring sandwich was okay, but it could have been eaten better.

1. The waiter asked if we wanted to order drinks. That worked, but he took the cards back. 2. The waiter asked after 10 minutes if we had ordered yet. We said yes, drinks, but no ice cream yet. He said he'd be right back. Nothing happened. Later-arriving guests had already had their food in the meantime. Classic oversight from those few guests. The money for an ice cream went to the nearby Italian ice cream parlor. It was delicious! Thanks for the ice cream, Pier 3 :D

The food was great. The ambiance is also good, especially with the water view. Honestly, the only clue I realized that this place is partly Italian was the waiter. I deducted points for the head waiter, who was so unpleasant and smarmy: We sat down, and within the first five minutes, he came back three times (to build pressure/cut through us as quickly as possible?!). When we then said we really had to take a look, he replied snippily that he could come back in 20 minutes. We felt completely unwelcome.

Beautifully located restaurant right on the harbor, with a great terrace. The interior is reminiscent of a quaint harbor bar and has nothing Italian about it. If the waitresses didn't speak Italian, you wouldn't think you were at an Italian restaurant. The food was mediocre, the best being the tomato soup. I was asked if I wanted some bread, which was charged €3 – but I got three slices of bad baguette. The carbonara came with cream sauce. The BBQ spareribs were more like drowned in tomato sauce and had no roasted aromas or even any BBQ flavor. A real shame.

Five of us ate there today. The welcome was very friendly and very polite. Ordering went smoothly, and the food was delicious. I had the grilled sea bream with rosemary potatoes. The view of the harbor is beautiful. We will definitely eat here again.

We had a fish sandwich at the Pier 3 snack bar for lunch. It was freshly prepared in front of us, with crispy baguette rolls, salad, herring, and plenty of onions. They also serve it with Bismarck herring, smoked salmon, shrimp, and fried fish. Our food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We sat on comfortable wooden benches at the table under the dense treetops. Everything was very clean, so there were plenty of shady spots. Highly recommended.

An absolutely successful visit, and we've been there three times in a row! The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented – but what really made this evening special was the fantastic service. Our waiter was not only attentive and professional, but also had a real heart – especially with our child. He took his time, cracked a few jokes, and even organized an ice cream cone while we waited for our food. It was truly outstanding and made the evening so relaxing for us. You rarely experience such friendliness and warmth. We'll definitely be back – a big thank you to the entire team!

We were there after a bike ride, and the atmosphere was generally okay. We had pike-perch fillet with broccoli and a Hawaiian pizza. Unfortunately, we wanted to swap the remolad sauce for mustard sauce...it was done, but we just wanted to ask briefly when we got the bill why the bill was the way it was...well, the waiter immediately became rude...we thought it was unnecessary, and the food was okay, but there was nothing to it.

All guests, from ages 4 to 84, enjoyed the food. The service was super friendly and prompt. Our youngest guest's pizza was cut with ease. Where else can you get that? At Pier3! Thank you, we'll be back.

We only had a drink, but then wanted to leave right away. We weren't in the mood for anything else to eat. We had barely sat down when we were asked for drinks twice in quick succession. A little time to look around would have been nice. The place was empty, and even two drinks weren't remembering who got them. A prime location and clean, but the service could definitely be improved.

They offer an online reservation service. This is convenient when no one can be reached by phone. Unfortunately, there's no confirmation of whether the table reservation was successful. That's a drawback.

Fast, delicious, fresh. We saw it after our boat trip and didn't regret stopping. I can recommend it. The rolls were generously filled and delicious. Further down the road, the rolls are €1.50 cheaper, but this one has a terrace with a lake view.

What a surprise when we entered the restaurant! Everything was furnished with antique tables and chairs. We were offered a fantastic spot with a view of the harbor. We wanted plaice, but it wasn't available as fillets. No problem at all. Upon request, the plaice was filleted for us at the table, and we were even allowed to film it. Everything tasted delicious. The staff was attentive and polite.

There is something good about this restaurant, the location. The service was subpar. I don't know if the other service staff are as annoyed with their work, but the gentleman who served us had no interest in his job. The drinks and food were simply placed on the table at the front. Now everyone was allowed to choose what would suit them. The cake was clearly frozen goods and too expensive for that.

Service? Rather non-existent. Six of us were at Pier Drei in Waren an der Müritz – actually just for a cozy coffee. What we got instead was a real service shock. The male waitress seemed like friendliness was a paid upgrade – arrogant, snooty and rude. We were literally pressured to order, as if we were afraid that we would run out of breath without consuming. At some point the coffee was half-heartedly slammed onto the edge of the table – with the charm of a bad-tempered civil servant just before work. Of course we were allowed to work out the distribution ourselves - a kind of self-service with full price, you could say. The crowning glory: the bill was simply rounded up without being asked - probably in the assumption that an involuntary tip would improve the mood. But it hasn't. Conclusion: One star is still too generous. If you value hospitality, warmth or at least a little service - just move on. Luckily there are enough alternatives in Waren.

Very bad service and frozen cakes. The waiter was bad-tempered, rude and impolite. Our orders were simply placed on the table and everyone had to choose their own. The cake was simply thawed and the coffee wasn't even worth mentioning. There are much better cafes in Waren. We won't see this again, a waste of money. And then when we paid we “forgot” the change, which we got when we asked.

Really well done, I'm proud that you slept so well and that I also wrote you a message. Gnochi were great, as was the halibut, but schnitzels are pressed meat and also 0 seasoned for Italian dishes, otherwise it's not worth it.

We were not impressed by the price/performance ratio. We had 2x salmon with potatoes and broccoli, 1x spaghetti Bolognese. The service was friendly and helpful with intolerances (gluten). The food was ok, but not worth the price. The atmosphere is very rustic, which is quite something. However, it doesn't really suit the Italian leadership.

The location and the ambience actually offer the best conditions for a good restaurant. The food, however, was all to nothing. Inferior quality at a completely exorbitant price. Afterwards we knew why the waiter didn't ask about our well-being. We can absolutely recommend it and not even in an emergency.

Nice place, that's why we get one star. We didn't eat. Our drink order was forgotten even after we asked and then the beer arrived well below the mark. Addendum: pay only by card from 20 euros. Very rude boss who seriously asks me if I'm too poor to have cash. I'm NEVER coming here again.

Wir waren heute Abend in der Pizzeria. Am Anfang typisch ital.Nettigkeit.Ich hatte Pizza Tonno. Schlimm jemanden sowas vorzusetzen.Jeder Flammkuchen ist dicker als meine Pizza. Vom Geschmack wollen wir garnicht reden. Die Lasagne für meine Frau war nicht besser. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Chef der Firma ließ die Freundlichkeit sehr schnell zu wünschen übrig. Kein Bedauern, schon garnicht einen Schnaps für das leckere Essen. Arrogant und beleidigt. Bin ich von Italienischer Gastronomie nicht gewohnt.

Great food and very nice Italian operating family. We felt like we were on vacation in Italy. We ate twice at Pier 3, as it is by far the best restaurant in Waren an der Müritz. The first evening we had zander, rump steak and gnocchi, today the best spaghetti Bolognese, gnocchi and lasagna again. Atmosphere very friendly with great staff. We would love to come back
