Kulturkneipe und Restaurant "FloMaLa" in Waren (Müritz)

Wir waren dort zu einer Geburtstagsfeier- leider konnte ich bei der Vorbesprechung nicht dabei sein, dann hätte ich gleich abgesagt: Kuchen gab es nur nach Gusto der alle Wünsche abbügelnden Chefin, es wurde gleich gesagt, der Rest ist für das Personal. Kassler wäre schon immer gewünscht und super dort. Usw. So war es dann auch: 2 schick aussehende, künstlich schmeckende Torten, von denen insgesamt wohl eine übrig blieb. Der Blechkuchen war ok. Die Bedienung war nett und bemüht aber sehr schleppend. Vegetarier, die ausdrücklich angekündigt waren, hatten nur die Chance, die Kroketten mit dem phantasielosen Gemüse, das noch nicht einmal gereicht hat, als Festmahl anzusehen. Der Höhepunkt war, dass wir um ca. 21 Uhr gebeten wurden, im anderen Raum weiter zu feiern, der sich als Diskothek erwies- und das zur Feier einer 90jährigen! Einige von uns taten dies - was blieb uns übrig, wir sehen uns nur selten . Zu guter letzt wurden alle Getränke, die wir dort tranken und bezahlten, unserer Gastgeberin noch einmal auf die Abschlussrechnung gesetzt, was leider wegen der räumlichen Trennung erst später zur Sprache kam. Wir werden dieses schön gelegene Haus sicher meiden. Der Empfang für die Übernachtungsgäste war ohnehin alles andere als herzlich. Schade,es tat mir für die Gastgeberin sehr leid

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel-Restaurant, direkt am Ufer der Müritz. Essen war frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich.

Haben nach Spaziergang bei über 29 Grad nach 20 Uhr dort Sonnenuntergang bei kühlem Getränk mit Blick auf Müritz genossen.

Liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum direkt an der Müritz, also super. Essen war super, Service auch, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Kaffee getrunken mit lappigen in der Mikrowelle erwärmten Blechkuchen zu einem stolzen Preis. Bedienung wortkarg und nicht aufmerksam, ob noch was gewünscht wird. Essen sah gut aus, nicht probiert. Lage einmalig mit Außenbereich an der Promenade und Müritzblick

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Haupthaus (Weit und Meer). Das Essen war hervorragend. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Für diese beiden Teile gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist das gesamte Ambiente. Ich habe mich ein bisschen wie im Speisesaal einer Rehaklinik oder eines Seniorenheims gefühlt und es roch auch ein wenig nach dem Einsatz von Raumerfrischern. Natürlich ist das alles subjektiv. aber ich finde es ist gar nicht gemütlich. Darum gebe ich dafür nur 3 Sterne. Das ist mein ganz persönlicher Eindruck. Es gab nichts konkretes auszusetzen.

Freundlich und aufmerksam wurden wir bedient. Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Hier kann man gut essen und einen schönen Abend verbringen. Wir würden immer wieder hier einkehren. Es gibt lecker hausgemachte Kuchen. Die Speisekarte hält Klassiker, wie Gulasch oder Schnitzel, aber auch vegetarische Gerichte und Fischgerichte bereit.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Karte ist überschaubar, aber vielfältig. Unser Sohn (15 Monate) war der Star des Abends, wir wurden vom gesamten Service sehr freundlich und vor allem Kinderfreundlich bedient. Auch spezielle Essenswünsche, damit der Kleine mitessen kann, wurden erfüllt und es gab sogar Kinderbesteck. Das Essen war grandios.

Wir waren zur Silvesterfeier im Flomala und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Alle waren sehr herzlich und die Organisation war toll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr nettem und umsichtigem Personal. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Essen war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Einfach ein schöner Abend mit gutem Essen und Kultur

It's very revealing how the lady of the house tears apart any criticism and is completely incapable of accepting it. It's also impressive how many false assumptions can be crammed into so little text. Just so you know: We had a reservation, didn't request a different table, paid for what we consumed (or you pay and leave half), and of course, we also made a donation. One should always be careful with insinuations! Our criticism was harmless. Her reaction was… well, more revealing than any concert, especially about her upbringing…

We (four ladies in our prime) were full of anticipation for the Laura & Volkmar concert on November 1st – musically, it was a real treat! Unfortunately, the "cultural pub" felt more like an educational experiment. The drinks tasted of adventure, the pretzels of nostalgia – probably from the time when rock music was still rebellious. The table next to us was celebrating loudly, but we were told to keep it down – twice. Apparently, our admiration seemed suspiciously loud, and women don't exactly go out in the evening to have a pleasant chat. However, our noise level was far below that of the neighboring table. When the owner then declared in her closing remarks that "most guests understood that listening was the order of the day," we knew: We were back in the school choir – only without the bell. The crowning touch: The owner was perched on a bar stool at the counter with her feet on it. Perhaps a new concept – experiential dining with a footnote. Conclusion: Music great, atmosphere terrible. Culture is fine, but please, no moralizing! Addendum and response to the manager's reply: Thank you for your feedback! That is—to put it mildly—an extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, and personal response. It contains insinuations, insults, medical speculation (!), and personal attacks. Such behavior is unacceptable for a public institution. The fact that a management team responds to objectively formulated criticism with personal attacks, derogatory insinuations, and armchair medical diagnoses speaks volumes. Rarely has a response so clearly demonstrated how far apart fantasy and reality can be. Just a quick reality check: – We did indeed make a reservation. – We definitely did not ask for a different table; you are clearly mistaken. – We paid for our drinks (without any childish drama). – We simply didn't finish the snacks. And of course, we also contributed to the collection. Some things are simply handled without a big fuss. Your claim to the contrary is creative—but simply untrue. Our initial criticism was comparatively harmless: We received two warnings, even though the loudest table wasn't ours. Period. We didn't expect that simple feedback would lead to a full-scale attack from you, including insults, armchair psychological diagnoses, and moralizing. For a cultural pub, this is an astonishingly uncivilized tone and extremely below the belt, which speaks volumes. Regarding your personal background: We couldn't have known it—and would never have brought it up publicly. Against this backdrop, the accusation of "contempt for humanity" seems rather... let's say, ambitious. Therefore, we are happy to leave our review as is. Your response has impressively confirmed it—one could almost have charged admission for it.

Cozy restaurant, part of the "Weit Meer" hotel. Very delicious food and super friendly staff.

We were there for dinner. Only two other tables were occupied. The staff was very attentive. We ordered two solyanka, one Würzfleisch (spiced meat), and a cucumber salad. The solyanka was okay, but the accompanying baguette was very dry. The Würzfleisch, however, was a disaster. The meat was very dry and sinewy, not tasty at all. The cucumber salad had potential, but the balance of acidity and sweetness needs improvement. The "amuse-bouche" was a nice gesture, but also a matter of taste—lard with cracklings…

I had the classic dishes: soy soup and goulash. Absolutely delicious, I'd gladly come again if we're ever in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent.

Great ambiance and excellent food in the restaurant. The chicken liver was very good, and the schnitzel was also fresh and tender. It was accompanied by a delicious fresh cucumber salad. A lovely meal with my wife, toasting with an Aperol Spritz Strawberry, which could have used a little more soda water. Overall, a romantic, lovely restaurant experience.

This has nothing to do with Mecklenburg cuisine..meat not with ready-made mushroom sauce from the bag🙈🙈

The location is very nice! The staff took some getting used to. Service was rude and not service-oriented. The food wasn't recommended either. The fitness plate with pike-perch, the fish was uncut. The turkey salad, the meat was overcooked. But the salad itself was fresh and tasty. My conclusion: once is enough.

We spent an entire weekend at Lake Müritz. Aside from the fantastic hotel, we also took advantage of the restaurant. We were extremely satisfied from start to finish. From the warm welcome, to the service from all the staff, which was always prompt, friendly, and courteous, to the food, which was absolutely delicious. We were served promptly and didn't have to wait longer than 15-20 minutes. We had a wonderful time together in a beautiful atmosphere, right on the water with a view of the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Answer: I'd let go of your defensive claim that your guests smoke cannabis on your terrace, as you can read in the reviews here. It's also called a "straw man," by the way. You really remind me strongly of the innkeepers from Grimm's fairy tale "The Table, Set Itself." Think about the impression you make on the outside world. I've never experienced anything as unfriendly in a restaurant in my entire life as you did. 2nd Answer: Did you really insult me by calling me mentally ill?! It couldn't be more low-brow.

Wir waren mal wieder im Restaurant Flomala. Die Bedienung war ok. Leider war das Essen enttäuschend. Die  Kartoffeln waren kalt aber dafür hart.Der dazugehörige Gulasch sehr wenig und gewürzarm. Der Zander war gut gebraten, aber auch ungewürzt. Das Gemüse beim Schweinesteak au four war lieblos und auch ungewürzt, dafür aber alles  teuer. Die Lage am See macht das nicht weg.

Here you can sit on the sun terrace and indulge in local specialties and delicious homemade cakes and coffee specialties. FloMaLa regularly hosts wonderful events, even during the colder months. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. We've been coming here for over ten years because of the exceptional location and the super friendly team, and of course the welcoming Scherfig couple, who still put their heart and soul into "their" Seehotel Weit Meer.

This cult pub is the breakfast room of a retirement home. I walked almost 800 meters to this horror, unbelievable. A view of the lake isn't everything; you can get that much cheaper with a can of beer on the parking lot in front of it. Never again.

Freshly baked plum and rhubarb crumble cake with fresh, good whipped cream. Very nice atmosphere on the lakeside terrace. What more could you want? We'll definitely be back!

Völlig zerkochter Spargel den man nicht schneiden sondern nur noch quetschen konnte. Der Gurkensalat der als Vorspeise in der Karte stand wurde zum Hauptgericht gereicht. Der Riesling zu warm. Auf unsere Beschwerde entgegnete der Chef. Alte Leute würden weichen Spargel bevorzugen. Und wenn wir den Gurkensalat als Vorspeise wollen hätten wir dies ansagen müssen. Das alles ziemlich unfreundlich. Wir können das Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

A cozy restaurant. The food is good and plentiful. The restaurant is located about three minutes from Lake Müritz. Ideal for a stroll after a sumptuous, delicious, rustic Mecklenburg meal. I would come back again and again.

We ate at Flomala today, only had a table for 3, but spontaneously there were 4 of us and everyone tried to get us a table for 4. ☺️ The food was delicious, the waiters were very attentive We had nothing to complain about The Life Band was amazing and worth a visit ☺️

We had a wonderful evening with extremely delicate live music. The food was great, service was great. A very familiar environment allows you to forget the stress of everyday life. Highly recommended!

We went there without a reservation, it was 8 p.m....we were told that ordering fries was no longer possible. Furthermore, according to an employee, we should sit at a table of two people. When we asked at the table, the owner hissed back at us. We were then expelled outside after I noticed that something wasn't right here...the owner's sister-in-law then offered us two seats at her table, but there were apparently no chairs left in this place.....we have never been expelled from a restaurant before, either the owner earns too much money due to the location and is aloof or they are fundamentally unfriendly....

A beautiful restaurant, neat appearance, bit of very good food. Definitely an insider tip for anyone who likes good food. The people who work here are very, very friendly and nice 🔥😻🥰

Super nice owners, on November 16th. .24 really great Irish folk evening, good food. Overnight stay there in the hotel was comfortable, very clean and would be happy again at any time. Large parking lot and great staff

Wir waren gestern vom Essen , u a. Zander mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat bzw. Geflügelkeber und Salat mit Zander, super zufrieden. Auf unseren Wunsch hin gab es die Bratkartoffeln ohne Speck . Der Service war aufmerksam,witzig und nicht aufdringlich. Werden vor unserer Abreise bestimmt noch einmal kommen um das leckere Essen und den grandiosen Blick über den See noch einmal zu genießen.

We were there on three evenings just to have a drink. The selection of drinks is highly recommended and there really is something for everyone. We also went there for dinner one evening. Unfortunately, Google allows a maximum of five stars. From our perspective, we would have liked to have forgiven more. If you can plan your stay there, you should definitely make a reservation in advance.

We had a delicious meal and drink there on Sunday evening and were warmly welcomed in the main building. Reservations would be an advantage. Portions are generous. Waiting time should be planned as the food is freshly cooked. We had a nice table on the terrace with a view of the Müritz. Service was friendly and attentive.

We are from Waren and decided at short notice to have a nice evening. The restaurant is beautifully located on the water and we were lucky to get a table. The service was very friendly and took our order. The food was super delicious 😋 😋 😋 and everything was freshly prepared, no frozen food - we haven't eaten German cuisine this well in a long time. The sunset on the Müritz was very, very beautiful to see and free of charge. Kind regards to the entire team, we would love to come back.

Good to know that there is the FloMaLa with its cultural offerings in Waren. Interesting artists from all over the Republic perform there. The kitchen is the same as the hotel and can only be recommended. In other words, nothing stands in the way of a successful cultural and food event. Reservations are recommended as the demand for good culture is high, especially in high season. Outside the summer months you can spontaneously enjoy culture. A visit is worth it!

Totally unfriendly, especially a lady at the counter who charged for the toilet even though you wanted to drink a coffee and weren't even in the toilet. That's how customers like to come back :-(

Wir besuchten das Lokal 19:30 Uhr. Auf der Terrasse( Seeseite) gab es genügend mehrere freie Tische, wir wählten uns einen Platz und bestellten Getränke. Leider wurden wir nun gebeten, die Terrasse zu verlassen und uns an die Straßenseite zu setzen, da wir nichts essen wollten.Schade, trotz genügend freier Plätze wählten wir ein anderes Lokal. Gastfreundlichkeit hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt.

Zero service!!! For two coffees to go: €9.80 for filter coffee (inedible). I had to refill the water bottle I had brought with me for 50 cents of using the toilet there. I imagine hospitality differently!

What needs to be highlighted is the strikingly great team at "Flomala", which, among other things, served us throughout the evening. During a visibly stressful evening with many guests in a fully booked "pub", the service was constantly attentive, in a good mood and quickly brought the drinks and food to the tables. By the way, the dishes were also visually appealing and very tasty. Overall, it was a nice and fun evening, even though our German national team was unfortunately eliminated from the home European Championships.:( What we found a little excessive, in our opinion, was the large number of A4 pieces of paper posted throughout the building, on walls and in many windows. From funny sayings, menus, appointments to a wide variety of information, everything could be explored or read on colorful sheets of paper. We recommend here: sometimes less is more!

... it was a short but nevertheless an unforgettable, wonderful and very dog-friendly stay. My two dogs were warmly welcomed and were allowed to accompany me everywhere from the room to the restaurant or terrace without any problems. When it came to service, you could feel the positive and very friendly cooperation in all areas, which was transferred very positively to the guests. Great service and reception. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and generous. There was nothing missing. Finnish bread is very popular there. My single room was very clean for its 17 years and the young employee cleaned everything again in no time. The location and the entire natural environment are a little paradise for me and my two dogs and we will definitely be returning soon and will stay as future guests. If you like swimming in nature, hiking and value good values ​​such as hospitality and good service, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Thank you for the SHORT but very nice stay. Have been there twice for dinner. This is very tasty and the staff is also friendly and funny. If the weather is right, we can only recommend eating on the terrace. The view of the Müritz is the icing on the cake for a very good impression

E We got there at 11:30, the sign said "open", but we didn't get there until 12:00 served. If you ask, we will open only at 12:00. Then why do you hang an open sign in the window early? Of course neither my wife nor I smoke weed. We just wanted something to drink and didn't order any food. We can deal with criticism, but everyone should be able to do that too. It's definitely due to the nursery😄😆🤣 But now it's over, we won't see each other again anyway.

Higher price range with not so pleasant staff. However, the location on the lake is great. You have to decide for yourself whether you like it.
