Very nice staff, vegetarian food was really delicious, even though I'm not a vegetarian, great view of the lake

We had a delicious meal and drink there on Sunday evening and were warmly welcomed in the main building. Reservations would be an advantage. Portions are generous. Waiting time should be planned as the food is freshly cooked. We had a nice table on the terrace with a view of the Müritz. Service was friendly and attentive.

We are from Waren and decided at short notice to have a nice evening. The restaurant is beautifully located on the water and we were lucky to get a table. The service was very friendly and took our order. The food was super delicious 😋 😋 😋 and everything was freshly prepared, no frozen food - we haven't eaten German cuisine this well in a long time. The sunset on the Müritz was very, very beautiful to see and free of charge. Kind regards to the entire team, we would love to come back.

Delicious food, great ambience and very nice staff

Good to know that there is the FloMaLa with its cultural offerings in Waren. Interesting artists from all over the Republic perform there. The kitchen is the same as the hotel and can only be recommended. In other words, nothing stands in the way of a successful cultural and food event. Reservations are recommended as the demand for good culture is high, especially in high season. Outside the summer months you can spontaneously enjoy culture. A visit is worth it!

Totally unfriendly, especially a lady at the counter who charged for the toilet even though you wanted to drink a coffee and weren't even in the toilet. That's how customers like to come back :-(

Zero service!!! For two coffees to go: €9.80 for filter coffee (inedible). I had to refill the water bottle I had brought with me for 50 cents of using the toilet there. I imagine hospitality differently!

What needs to be highlighted is the strikingly great team at "Flomala", which, among other things, served us throughout the evening. During a visibly stressful evening with many guests in a fully booked "pub", the service was constantly attentive, in a good mood and quickly brought the drinks and food to the tables. By the way, the dishes were also visually appealing and very tasty. Overall, it was a nice and fun evening, even though our German national team was unfortunately eliminated from the home European Championships.:( What we found a little excessive, in our opinion, was the large number of A4 pieces of paper posted throughout the building, on walls and in many windows. From funny sayings, menus, appointments to a wide variety of information, everything could be explored or read on colorful sheets of paper. We recommend here: sometimes less is more!

... it was a short but nevertheless an unforgettable, wonderful and very dog-friendly stay. My two dogs were warmly welcomed and were allowed to accompany me everywhere from the room to the restaurant or terrace without any problems. When it came to service, you could feel the positive and very friendly cooperation in all areas, which was transferred very positively to the guests. Great service and reception. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and generous. There was nothing missing. Finnish bread is very popular there. My single room was very clean for its 17 years and the young employee cleaned everything again in no time. The location and the entire natural environment are a little paradise for me and my two dogs and we will definitely be returning soon and will stay as future guests. If you like swimming in nature, hiking and value good values ​​such as hospitality and good service, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Thank you for the SHORT but very nice stay. Well eaten, friendly service, very tidy and clean

Really great restaurant! Service is great, beer is very tasty and there are, above all, very nice and unusual varieties (Duckstein and Staropramen) and the food is really worth every euro! Lovely again.

E We got there at 11:30, the sign said "open", but we didn't get there until 12:00 served. If you ask, we will open only at 12:00. Then why do you hang an open sign in the window early? Of course neither my wife nor I smoke weed. We just wanted something to drink and didn't order any food. We can deal with criticism, but everyone should be able to do that too. It's definitely due to the nursery😄😆🤣 But now it's over, we won't see each other again anyway.

Have been there twice for dinner. This is very tasty and the staff is also friendly and funny. If the weather is right, we can only recommend eating on the terrace. The view of the Müritz is the icing on the cake for a very good impression

We ate at the Seehotel far by the sea in Waren an der Müritz. Not recommendable. Service was unfriendly, food was bad and drinks were no longer asked for. Total disappointment. Never again.

We sat for a few minutes and were ignored, even though it was not very busy. Then we left.

The pub was closed and you had to sit in the restaurant 😕

I understand that my review of your restaurant is not pleasant for you. Calling me a liar and accusing me of lying is very special. I reserve the right to take any legal action due to your threat. The comment is my personal opinion regarding my visit to your restaurant. I would like to ask you not to contact me further by telephone so that I can change or withdraw the comment. I'm also not interested in litigation. I will not allow myself to be restricted or influenced in my opinion. I would like to say one thing in advance of my criticism: I would like to express my positive and negative criticism fairly and objectively. Unfortunately, I am called a liar in the comment and also after a phone call with the restaurant. When we made our reservation, we knew that we would get a seat in the cultural pub without a lake view. This is and was completely fine for us. I have already shared our criticism of the price/performance ratio with the nice waiter. It's a shame that your comment calls me a liar. I agree that your prices are unfortunately too high for the food on offer. Here is my first comment after the visit and before the very unfriendly phone call I received from the restaurant: We had dinner there with our family. The price/performance ratio is not right at all. We are happy to pay good money for good food. Potato wedges (from the deep fryer) with herb quark and a tablespoon of coleslaw for 13.90 euros are clearly too much. Schnitzel (like from a deep fryer) with mushroom sauce and fries (no salad) for Euro 20.90 and tastes just like at the fries shop. We wanted to reserve a table for 7 p.m. in the afternoon. Unfortunately this didn't work. But only 6:45 p.m., because everything else is fully booked. This was generally not a problem for us. However, out of around 20 tables during the main time, a maximum of 5 tables were occupied throughout the evening. We can only advise against stopping there.

Unfortunately the food is too expensive in my opinion. Potato wedges for over €13 with herb curd is very expensive. I hope that my serious criticism will not be discredited by comments from the restaurant.

We were there three times at different times of the day. The cake is great, the food in the evening leaves no room for complaint and the cultural evening with Tricky Notes was fantastic

I rarely write reviews. Actually only when I'm really annoyed or when I'm absolutely satisfied. Since we were already guests at the Seehotel Weit Meer, a visit to the cultural pub FloMaLa was a good idea. An absolutely super cozy location in which you can only feel good. Delicious food (freshly cooked and something for everyone), delicious drinks and, for me, the icing on the cake was live music. We were lucky enough to see a great folk rock band. Tricky Notes were really awesome. As a musician myself, I know how difficult it has become for organizers to offer music. And then also other musicians/bands or events every week. Guys, take the opportunity to come here. You don't get to hear live music - even good live music - often. Well, that was a lot for my standards. BUT here too I have to praise the whole team once again. We felt really comfortable with you and would love to come back! Angela and Jörg from Bremen PS: did I mention the streusel cake? Leecker!

Dear Flomala team, we would like to thank you again for the great evening with Irish dance music on February 17th, 2024. The band made us laugh with their music and the atmosphere in the hall was simply magical. The commitment of the employees was overwhelming and they delivered top performance. The terrific food was incredibly tasty (I had the tasty pike perch) and my friend's schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce (for under €20.00) was a real highlight. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening that exceeded all expectations. The restaurant owner even fulfilled our wish for fresh air by switching on the ventilation system. Hello. I stayed in the hotel for the first time three weeks ago and ate at FloMaLa in the evening. The service there was very friendly and open-minded. Even though I only ate one solyanka, it was so delicious that I ate a second one afterwards, as a dessert 😋. Then the weekend before last I was there again with four other people for dinner followed by a Nobody Knows concert. Everyone enjoyed the food very much, it was also pleasing to the eye and the price-performance ratio was good for the dishes. This time too, the service was very attentive and friendly, even though the restaurant was almost completely booked. Before the concert, the owner asked all employees to come forward and thanked them for the fact that the evening was able to take place thanks to their efforts despite absences from vacation and illness. A great gesture! We spent a great, happy, cozy and delicious evening there and will be happy to be there again on March 8th, 2024. Keep it up 👍🏻👏🏻 Antje H.

I haven't been there for 5 years but there is still the FloMaLa, with culture in autumn and spring, you can set your watch there. Yesterday there was NIMMERSATT, singing without any sheet music with words as pointed as arrows, sometimes meant honestly, sometimes as a joke. A week ago there was something on the lid, there was Maxe Heckel with his band NOBODY KNOWS in the Flo. What do people think when Max says such stupid things? Nobody can eat but everyone can laugh; The innkeepers are great, you can't say anything against them and if someone does dare to do something, they go to them and say nicely: it's already dark, you'd better go to bed. Now I almost forgot about writing about drinking and eating. No, I'm not putting pen to paper, everyone knows what I can write: it tastes good here, you can stay here and banish your worries for a short time. I like coming to FloMaLa without luggage but with 5 stars*****

A few years ago we happened to be guests at a concert in the Flomala over a weekend at the Hotel Weit Meer. Since our first visit we have become “persuaders”. Great concerts take place on the small stage. Really good artists. Live, handmade, manageable framework. We are curiously waiting for the release of the spring and fall programs and attend at least one concert every season. Thanks for the beautiful moments! The price is almost outrageous for a small schnitzel with a bit of mushroom cream sauce, in which there are hardly any mushrooms, almost €18 is charged. The service was very unfriendly. Anyone who has a group perform that also plays Irish dance music should expect that there will be dancing. The fact that this is forbidden with unkind words spoils the whole day. The ambience is ok. The chairs are covered with faux leather. This means it is only pleasant for a short time and quickly becomes moist and sticky. But here too it should be noted that many guests gave the impression that they wanted to dance. This is not tolerated by the very grumpy owner. It would be good for the restaurant to rethink the concept, e.g. Individual tables can be pushed aside at a concert to allow dancing or at least to do so in the aisles. This should increase the mood again.

We stopped by here today by chance and were warmly welcomed without a reservation. We were very impressed with the taste of the food, everything (!) was fresh and homemade, the cucumber salad tasted like grandma's back in the day ❤️ The service is incredibly attentive and personable, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. To our surprise, there was a live concert, which made the evening even more enjoyable. All in all: a clear recommendation! - traditional Mecklenburg dishes - fair prices - diverse selection of drinks (also non-alcoholic) - Cash or EC card payment - top cleanliness - excellent acoustics for live music - great team

We had a wonderful afternoon at Flomala. The coffee pot with fresh apple pie was my favorite. The children also enjoyed eating the curd cream cake. The staff and owners were very child friendly. The atmosphere was cozy for Advent with candlelight and beautifully decorated tables. We were allowed to watch a children's film. The video system is professional and the sound was very easy to understand. The service was attentive and quick. We'd love to come back. The location right on the banks of the Müritz is fantastic, especially at sunset.

Full and atmospheric at weekend events and during the season. Otherwise almost empty in the evenings.

Now I would like to give a review. We haven't been to FloMaLa regularly for four years, but a few times a year and enjoy the great ambience right on the Müritz with a wonderful view. The staff and especially the owners are always very friendly and carry out the special requests we always have very precisely and conscientiously. We would particularly like to thank you for this. The menu is such that you can really hope for fresh and delicious food and you will fill up with the tasty food. In the associated (cultural pub) there are often nice events that are always a highlight. That's why we would like to give full marks in all areas and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Gutes Essen mit gute Laune Service

Wir hatten einen schönen Mädelsabend im Flomala geplant, der auch schön angefangen hat,endete aber sehr enttäuschend. Die Bedienung war bis auf eine Dame sehr verhalten, okay nicht jeder Tag ist gleich, als dann aber ca 20 min. kein Personal mehr im Lokal war, ( sondern draußen Rauchen ) beschlossen wir zugehen, aber wie ??? Als dann ein junger Mann, mit leerer Bierflasche zur Tür rein kam, zum Thresen ging und wieder hinaus wollte, fragte er ob wir bezahlen möchten, ich sagte dann, wir hätten auch gerne noch etwas bestellt, aber es ist ja niemand mehr zusehen, der Herr gab uns dann sehr unmissverständlich zu verstehen, dass auch schon seit 21: 00 Uhr geschlossen ist. Ausgewiesen via Internet aber bis 21; 30 Uhr. So haben wir unsere Rechnung bezahlt und waren von dieser Art und Weise entsetzt. Auch so kann man seinen Ruf ruinieren. Sehr enttäuschend!

Hallo liebes FloMaLa Team, wir möchten ganz herzlich DANKE sagen. Wir waren jeden Abend Gast bei Euch und es hat uns außerordentlich gut bei Euch gefallen! Das Essen war super lecker 😋, der Service grandios... Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Gerne möchten wir an dieser Stelle unsere positiven Eindrücke bzgl. der Kulturkneipe "FloMaLa" teilen. Wir haben dort in der letzten Woche mehrfach gespeist und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist sehr gut. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders die Mecklenburger Gerichte, wie z.B. das Sauerfleisch, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind freundlich, nett und den Gästen zugewandt. Gerne scherzt man auch mal mit dem Gast. Es ist wirklich leicht, sich dort wohlzufühlen. Leider hat in unserer Urlaubszeit noch keine kulturelle Veranstaltung stattgefunden. Wir haben uns aber fest vorgenommen, eine solche zu besuchen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war zu Gast im angeschlossenen Hotel und habe im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Ich hatte eine sehr gute Soljanka und eine exzellentes Zanderfiler mit hausgemachter Remoulade, Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat. Alles sehr lecker! Ein großes Lob aber vor allem an das Servicepersonal, das schnell und umsichtig agiert und ausgesprochen freundlich ist. Man merkt, daß alle Freude bei der Arbeit haben. Schön so etwas zu erleben, nachdem die Coronazeit sicher nicht einfach war und es in der Gastronomie und in der Hotellerie alles andere als rosige Zeiten sind. Macht weiter so!

Stimmiges Ambiente mit schönem Außenbereich und fantastischer Lage direkt am See, freie Sicht auf stimmungsvolle Sonnenuntergänge. Das Personal war freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit, das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet , war hübsch angerichtet und schmackhaft.

So ein nettes Team an Kellner*innen hat man selten! Vielen Dank für den tollen und herzlichen Service. :) Dazu noch leckeres Essen mit Blick auf die Müritz und den Sonnenuntergang. Das Lokal kann ich nur empfehlen. Macht weiter so. :)

Nettes Lokal direkt am See. Die Tische stehen sehr nah beieinander und die Stühle sind für mich zu unbequem. Das Essen ist gut, meiner Frau fehlte es allerdings am letzten Pfiff. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Wir waren eine Woche regelmässig Gäste im Restaurant des Flomala-Teams , uns und unserem Hund Lotte hat es s e h r gut gefallen, besonders die natürliche Freundlichkeit, zuverlässige und rasche Bedienung mit Charme. Und: Super - Blick auf die Müritz! Essen : top, Getränke: top. Wir kommen g e r n e wieder.

Wir hatten die Möglichkeit hier ein leckeres Frühstück zu genießen. Es gab Brötchen und Brot mit den typischen Belägen. Ein Highlight war für mich das umfangreiche Angebot an Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten. Außerdem gab es noch Eier und Joghurt mit Früchten. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir die angeschlossene Seeterasse nutzen durften. Bei einem wundervollen Blick über dir Müritz, konnten wir so ein tolles Frühstück genießen. Viel Spaß bei einem Stop in dieser tollen Location und genieße die Zeit.

Liebes FloMaLa-Team, Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal bei euch und das Essen war wie immer frisch und lecker. Ihr seid alle super nett und witzig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und genießen die Aussicht auf die Müritz bei einem Glas Wein.

So wie wir das Hotel Weit Meer schon seid einigen Jahren besuchen kommen wir zu gleich in das Restaurant FloMaLa.....Auch hier ist Wohlfühlen angesagt... Die Bedienung ist super freundlich und immer bemüht . Wir können unsere Erfahrungen mit sehr gutem Gewissen weitergeben... beim Frühstück angefangen ....man merkt, das hier die Liebe zur Arbeit von Herzen kommt...herzliche Grüße von uns an das ganze Team..bis zum nächsten mal ;-)

Good kitchen, good location but the service leaves much to be improved. The concept of hospitality (Gastfreundschaft) is largely an unknown concept at this place. Some of the facility's responses to guest criticisms on this site are horrible and attest to the management's continuing to struggle to grasp that being nice and welcoming to the guests is a fundamental part of working in hospitality. No possibility to pay by intenational cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes die Kulturkneipe mehrfach besucht. Das Ambiente, die Höflichkeit der Bedienung und die Qualität der Speisen waren hervorragend. In meiner Heimatstadt wäre dies mit Sicherheit meine Stammlocation. Herzliche Grüße an das gesamte Team.

Heute zum 2.Mal in dem Restaurant gewesen.Wieder nett begrüßt obwohl es mega voll war.Die Kellner sind ein Traum von freundlichkeit-das Essen super Lecker u vor allem es gibt keine TK Ware-Nachgefagt u geschmeckt das es frisch ist.Die Köche sind so krass geil-kompliment.Danke für den schönen Abend.Und die Leute die Meckern-erstmal selber so kochen.LG Sr Monique

Service ist super nett und man sitzt schön am Wasser. Waren nur zum trinken abends dort, daher keine Ahnung vom Essen. Aber das Bier hat geschmeckt 😀

Es war genau das ,was wir erwartet hatten nachdem wir den Aushang der Karte lasen. Danke für diesen tollen Moment und das gute Essen. Der Ausblick auf das nur wenige Meter entfernte Wasser war grandios und der Service perfekt.

Super leckeres Essen, dauert zwar ein bisschen aber ist völlig okay wenn es voll ist.

Direkt am See gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Diesen Platz gepachtet oder gekauft gibt es nicht zum Schnapper. Wer also Schnapperpreise erwartet wird erst mal nicht fündig. Der Besucher wird die Karte vor dem Haus lesen und manches erscheint einem vielleicht teuer. Aber……. die Preise sind absolut mit der Leistung in Übereinstimmung. Würde ich mit meiner hungrigen Bikerfreunden hier zum Essen gehen, wären alle nachher satt und ich sehe die Jungs vor meinem geistigen Auge wie sie sich über den Bauch streichen. Entgegen der Erwartung mancher Gäste gibt es hier nicht den Anspruch von Sterneküche. Was es gibt, ist ein guter Teller voll guter Speisen zu angemessenem Preis. Hier mit Kreditkarte zahlen zu wollen, ist schlichtweg unangemessen. Du bist vermutlich der erste und einzige Gast gewesen der bisher gefragt hat. Wusstest Du, dass Gastronomen bei Kreditkartenzahlung der Kartengesellschaft etwas vom Kartenumsatz abgeben müssen? Schlecht war überhaupt nichts hier. Den Punkt den ich abgezogen habe, der ist auf den Teppich gefallen, der wirkt als benötigt er eine Reinigung. Ich danke Euch für die nette Bewirtung. Hier komme ich sicher noch mal hin.

Haben mittags auf unserer Fahrradtour um den See hier gehalten. Bedienung unfreundlich, genervt als sie die falschen Getränke gebracht hatte und Weißbier einschenken zählt auch nicht zu den Stärken. Die Örtlichkeit an sich und die Sicht auf den See sind jedoch sehr schön. Edit da ich leider nicht auf die Antwort antworten kann :(. Wir waren 7 Personen und haben lediglich einen Stuhl von einem freien Tisch an den bereits existierenden 6er Tisch gestellt. (Es waren insgesamt vielleicht 3 Tische von 10 auf unserer Seite des Hauses besetzt) Auf eine Bitte, dass der 7. Stuhl zu weit im Gang stand sind wir mehr zusammen gerückt. Zwei unserer Getränke kamen als kleine Variante obwohl sie groß bestellt wurden und wir haben sogar eins der beiden Getränke behalten und ein großes nachbestellt. Die beiden Weißbiere kamen wie bereits geschrieben ohne jegliche Hefe. Insgesamt eine schöne Örtlichkeit mit leckerem Kuchen. Liebe Grüße

Essen und Service gut. Durch ein gesundheitliches Problem musste ich mich von dort abholen lassen. Noch bevor ich von meiner Begleitung zum Krankenhaus gefahren werden konnte, wurde diese vom Chef aufgefordert, mein Auto erst von ihrem Parkplatz wegzufahren. Ich bin entsetzt und enttäuscht, das ein besetzter Parkplatz wichtiger ist, als die Gesundheit der Gäste. Diese Gaststätte werden wir in Zukunft meiden.
