Cute, cozy cafe with great Moroccan food 🥰 Nice to have brunch with friends here! Ordered their Moroccan pancakes with hummus, eggplant smash, leaf salad, tomato and onion, fried mushrooms, spinach, and pink chai latte with beetroot. Both were delicious! My friend loved their picnic wrap and beverage too. Recommended!

Good food, chill vibe, no fuss. We ordered a pancake, but what showed up was definitely more of a crepe. Not a big deal, just not what we expected. Still tasty, though. Overall, a nice place to grab a bite!

An Arabic restaurant in central Frankfurt serving Arab and non-Arab dishes The taste is okay He ordered hummus and shakshuka and they served it in one plate. Shakshuka is half-boiled eggs, not like what we know. The price is expensive, of course. Breakfast for one person is 24 euros The employee's behavior was very bad and she was rude in her way of speaking

This is a fun restaurant serving Moroccan-Oriental cuisine. They have a couple branches around the city. We stopped by and had a very good lunch at their Weißadlergasse just north of Berlinergasse recently. They have a small interior with a bit of a tight fit. There are some outdoor tables as well which will work great during warmer months of the year. We very much enjoyed our meal at Picknick Cafe. Menu features a nice selection of healthy and vegetarian friendly Moroccan dishes with a bit of an Asian twist. We liked the Veg Tagine. Even better was the Falafel, hummus and lentil dish, this was a very good combination, nicely prepared and tasted great. Service was friendly and timely, prices reasonable for the dish quality. Would gladly return for another lunch at Picknick Cafe based on this recent experience.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The waitress was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. Food and drinks came quickly and it was absolutely delicious. We had the vegan sandwich and pancakes twice. Also a freshly squeezed juice, which was also very good. It was definitely worth it!

Staff was extremely friendly and outgoing, offering an English menu and letting us take our time to order. The food was all made fresh and was extremely delicious, my fiance was very impressed by the vegan and vegetarian food. All around a really fantastic experience.

Great and healthy discovery in Frankfurt! I never ate something healthy which would be also tasty. If you wanna eat healthy in a good restaurant with peculiar design come here. Prices are good as the service.

This place was a recommendation from my tour guide and it’s sooooo delightful! The food is really good! And the servers are so friendly! I could spend the whole afternoon here reading and enjoying! I don’t live in the area, but if I did I would bring my friends and family here. Would also recommend the tea! And one of the better coffees I’ve had in Germany.

Been there several times and like it very much. Great food, nice and quick service. There is also a large outdoor seating area when the weather is good. Price-performance ratio is also right here. I love the picnic plate. Important note: The rooms are very narrow and you sit very close to other guests. Not everyone likes that. Small criticism: I personally find the outside seating a bit uncomfortable/impractical and not of that high quality.

While roaming around Zeil area, we came across this beautiful cafe. We were very impressed with the veg and gluten free options available here. In alcoholic drinks they were serving only wine and beers. We started with white wine. The quantity served was quite large compare to normal. Then we had falafel wrap which was very good. The service was very fast and prompt. We liked the outdoor seating on a pleasant afternoon. Worth visiting...

Wow! Great, fantastic, delicious... I could be overwhelmed with excitement! Only the ambience deducts one star... it's more due to the infrastructure... Too narrow, tables too small, busy street, you feel like you're sitting in the middle of a crowd of pedestrians... Still absolutely recommended!!! Reservation strongly recommended.

The beer was delicious. Like the store name It looks like the bees are having a picnic There are too many bees flying around. I'm drinking it while shaking because I'm scared. The bee ended up in the cup. It was so unpleasant. If I were the boss, I would chase all the punishment...

Good food, I think the Bornheim picnic is great, I really love it! But I found the city disappointing. Bad staff, high prices and less choice. No idea was okay

Favorite brunch place in Frankfurt!

The Picnic is a nice, well-located café in downtown Frankfurt that offers delicious vegan oriental brunch and lunch (both hearty and sweet).🌱 The ambience is very inviting and there are some seats both inside and outside. Some of the outdoor spaces are equipped with blankets and heat lamps. The food was beautifully prepared, super tasty and really plentiful. There is also a nice selection of different drinks. As a small note: We would have been happy about a slightly cheaper alternative to the very expensive sparkling wine. 🥂 The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order. The food is delicious and fresh. The portions are adequate. The space inside is very small and sometimes complicated when putting all the dishes on the table. The service: regular. You can pay by card.

Delicious breakfast Prices a bit high

The food, service and atmosphere is absolutely fantastic here. My fav spot in Frankfurt! These bowls are amazing, as well as Flat White, which is rare to find in a good execution in Germany.. Highly recommend to visit for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Additionally, in summer time the cafe has a wonderful terrace

Not your typical brunch place! The menu of this place was filled with special specialities from Morroco, Lebanon and more! We got recommended the Beirut breakfast and it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. And the coffe was great too. 100% recommend 🧡!

We ordered breakfast and amazed by everything! The food was so flavourful and the drinks were so good. I couldn't eat enough of the bread they brought on the side. Ordering iced kurkuma chai latte is strongly suggested! The atmosphere of the place with authentic style and decorations, and the friendliness of the employees added to thee experience.

We had the falafel plate (vegan) and the hummus plate (also vegan except for the mint yogurt). There was also Moroccan bread. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come by more often because there are many other dishes on the menu that sound delicious. The selection of vegan options is also very large. 😊

We were only here for a quick coffee - unfortunately, one would almost say, because the food at the neighboring tables looked very appealing. Coffee and homemade lemonade tasted good and the lady in service was nice. Prices are moderate.

Met a friend here for lunch. Service was very good and the atmosphere was bustling, if at times a bit loud. Had an amazing sandwich, which was much bigger than expected for the price.

We ordered Moroccan Pfannkuchen Bread, a Picnic Plate with Schafe Käse and breaded eggplant, and another Picnic Plate with falafel. They were all unbelievably delicious. We loved it. The service was excellent as well. This could definitely be our new favorite cafe.

An amazing hummus that tasted really good. In general, everything tastes very good and fresh. Four of us had dinner and I can really recommend it. Both vegetarians and meat eaters will find what their hearts desire here.

The Moroccan pancake was really nice, it was filled with almond cream, banana and dates, not too sweet, just right. Staff was really friendly and it was nice sitting outside and enjoying the sun!

This is the second time I've eaten here. The food is super tasty and I think the price is right. The waitresses are friendly and charming and served us relatively quickly. The minus point I give is that it was very loud. We sat at the entrance in the counter area and couldn't hold a conversation.

Unfortunately, I don't have any photos, but what can I say, I ate very tasty gratinated vegetables with goat cheese and my daughter, falafel in bread (homemade) with salad and various sauces, all super tasty! We also had fresh mint and ginger, drank tea. Staff friendly and nice and where the emperor has to walk, very clean!👍
