Nice atmosphere, wheelchair is possible to a limited extent. Unfortunately, the basement cannot be on level ground. We were satisfied.

Dry burger, a no-go at this price. I also received the wrong food and drinks once, but it was corrected without any problem. Anyway.

Typically American, super tasty food, but also very crowded in the evenings, but that doesn't ruin the vibe. On the contrary. In the basement there is a large area for playing (billiards, darts, beer pong, etc.)

I like to go there for billiards, shuffleboard and darts. I don't think the food is outstanding, but if you love burgers and fries you will be satisfied here.

The food was okay, but nothing special. Can you do better at home? The service was friendly, but despite asking twice that I wanted the food without onions, there were onions on it. So I don't need it again.

Been there again today for a long time, nice service, drinks great, cheeseburger not so good though, patty tough and only lukewarm. Too bad!

Nice bar with decent food. The beer prices are reasonable. A highlight is the cellar with billiards and shuttle board.

It was a very tasty meal. There was something for everyone and the service was great, especially Stella and Ayleen. Really great, both of them. Great establishment for the whole family 👍🏻

The food and the staff are just great. At the weekend you can even watch the Bundesliga and have some delicious food. The atmosphere is usually quite funny.

Was here for dinner with work colleagues. It was a wonderful evening. The atmosphere is really good, our service was super friendly and responded to our requests. The food It was tasty and the portions were more than enough. The restaurant was busy for a Tuesday evening. I recommend reserving online in advance. Card payment is possible. I definitely recommend the Roadhouse.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere with steak, ribs, burgers and sports. The service is friendly and quick, the food is delicious at reasonable prices and the cocktails are delicious. If family is visiting, a burger evening is a must here!

Rustic, US-style diner with lots of TVs. There was quiet football and later kickboxing. Food was OK. Had rump steak with baked potatoes. Service was nice and quick. In the much larger basement room of the house there were endless pool tables, darts, table football and a bar. The toilet was in a horrible and dirty condition. It is not possible to dry your hands properly. The invoice was immediately presented to me with a service flat rate +10%. Apparently this is common in the USA. Can you go there?

The ambience is very good, you feel right in the middle of “American Hustle”. Drinks are ice cold and the menu is extensive. Since I'm a fan of southern cuisine, I wasn't disappointed! Be sure to order Louisiana BBQ Sauce!!! In the basement we used the neon pong system and that was....... Wait it's coming........ Legendary 😂 Gladly again, and Zar next Wednesday for cocktail day!

The food is okay. At least that's what I can say about my burger. The fries that came with it were too salty. There is also a good difference between price and performance. And that was the best part. The waitress was lazy and made a long face. Jumping around in tight tops didn't help either. And the semi-duke Western ambience with loud music, even though there are hardly any customers there, is no longer much of a distraction. Overall ok, but not worth another visit for me.

Terrible service!!! Our 3 and 7 year old children were kicked out of this facility because they had a Happy Meal from McDonalds. We weren't even allowed to order. started shouting at 4 young girls with children so that in the RAIN the children could drink their juice outside first and then we could sit at the table. Children are not welcome at this location. I categorically advise no one to come here

Food without taste: - Steak looked warmed up - Potato wedges were also old - Herb butter was a lot but no taste - Sourcream tasted like regular yogurt. Bland. - Burger was okay Service was annoyed and with a short fuse All in all: The first and last visit.

Unfortunately there were very large and numerous animals outside, but that is probably due to the time of year. We were able to move inside without any problems, and a very attentive and courteous service person helped us. Service top. Football can be played upon request. Prices are a bit steep, but the burgers and fries are very tasty. The side salad is probably rather poor and not recommended. Overall recommended!

The Caesar salad is very disappointing: just lettuce, no tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, corn or anything, just greens, with 4 strips of chicken and a bit of dressing and a soggy piece of bread, that's it. Charging around 16 EUR for this is simply a rip-off! To be fair, I have to say the other food looked good and there were no complaints.

My friends took me to this restaurant during my trip and the food was really delicious. The ribs, pizza and beer were fantastic. However, there was a small disappointment: we had the rest of the food packed, but when I got home I discovered that the pizza was missing. There was more than half of the pizza left.

We were there with 5 people. Sat outside, it was very loud, you could hardly have a conversation, it was very crowded. The cocktails consisted largely of ice. But we know that now... The service was very different. One was polite and attentive, three were unfortunately more than unfriendly. The bacon was forgotten on a burger and was taken off the bill. The food came quickly and was overall ok. A Fanta we ordered was watery because it comes from a syrup machine that was running out. The waitress even said yes to this - but this could not be refunded or exchanged. Nothing was offered in compensation. Unfortunately, it's not a nice way to deal with customers, we won't be coming back.

We were on a short trip to Hanover and found this shop by chance. We sat outside on the rustic terrace, which we really liked. We ordered 7 different dishes, 4 of which were pizzas. Everyone was very enthusiastic and the pizzas were really huge. The price is also completely reasonable. The service worked well and so it was a successful evening.

Piccoli's Roadhouse is always worth a visit, especially before the cinema - because the ASTOR Grand Cinema is right behind it. There should be something on the menu for every taste: whether it's burgers, spate ribs, steak - or the classic currywurst. There is something for everyone and so far everything has tasted really good. If you're not only hungry but also want to spend some time here, you can play billiards or a game of darts. However, a reservation must always be made for this. This is basically what you should always do here. At no time have I experienced a time when there wasn't a lot going on here. I deduct a star for the ambience. Here I have the option of simply sitting inside, in the smoking area or outside on the terrace. The latter is right on a pretty loud street and unfortunately you don't play your own music. It's not always that nice - but overall it's a high level of complaining. If you have planned a movie night, you should definitely stop by here beforehand :)

As a picky eater, i don't like most of the restaurants in Hannover. However, Piccoli's Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat by far! The food is absolutely perfect, the ambience is perfect. They deserve a 4.7+ rating minimum. I had brought my friends, my family and all of them liked the food and the place.

The atmosphere is great and cozy. The pizza was ok but nothing special and the same was true of the cocktails, prices are a bit too high for so much ice cream... the employees weren't that friendly... I was there yesterday and the whiskey sour was very tasty...

What a shame! What you did with the originally lovingly prepared burgers. That's zero eight fifteen to the second power Paddis without taste, no delicious sauce on the burgers. This is the best fast food service but nothing like American Roadhouse

My house and farm restaurant. Cross Nikolaistrasse once and I can take a seat. For me the tastiest burgers in Hanover. Fast, friendly service. However, prices have risen sharply. The ambience has hardly changed at all in the last few years. That's why only 3 stars here.

The last time I was there with my wife, we had a very unfriendly waitress who repeatedly ignored us, so we complained to another employee that we had been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. He then took care of everything. After so much trouble, the food no longer tasted good to us.

Great location, especially in summer. The food tastes great and the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I'll stop by again next time I'm in Hanover!

Nice and hard-working service staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has now also deteriorated significantly! The pizza wasn't cooked through and the fries were too hard (probably twice in the deep fryer). Only the nuggets were good. And that, with the massively increased prices!? Very disappointing. We have been coming to the Roadhouse regularly (at least every 2 months) for over 20 years and are really disappointed for the first time. That's why I had to revise my previous 4-star review. We will consider whether we come back again, as our report of defects was not handled very professionally. We were offered to let us know in advance “next time”. How is that supposed to work??? Ridiculous. It would have been great if we had been offered at least one of the dishes "fresh" and "better".

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the Roadhouse Hannover. The service was miserable. I had to ask for salt three times: the first time the shaker was empty, the second time it had pepper in it, and the third time it was empty again. When I went to the waitress, her very unfriendly answer was: "So what, that can happen." Prices have risen dramatically in recent years and are no longer in proportion to the quality. I ordered a burger without onions but got it with onions. The fries were overly crispy and cold due to the delays. The nuggets were made from the cheapest molded meat. Overall it wasn't a nice visit.

At 39 degrees they wanted us to sit as a group on the terrace even though all the tables inside (air-conditioned) were free. The reason that large groups are only allowed to sit outside is incomprehensible.

The food was incredibly tasty, the service was super nice, friendly and funny. The atmosphere both inside and outside was very familiar. Even if a mojito was too strong for us, we took care of it straight away and adjusted it to our strength. Simply recommended. Despite the overcrowded guests during the European Championship game, the workers always remained professional and in a good mood. Elli is the best service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, some people could take an example from that. We like to come here again and again, with anticipation.

A friendly, nice team. The drinks were brought quickly and the food came quickly. The game ball stored in the basement was also clean and well cooled.

Sat there for 25 mins and people intentionally ignored me. She went around me to get orders from others and when I waved I got a very rude "in a minute" response after 25 mins. Why eat at a place where you made to feel uncomfortable unwelcome and I felt the server was racist

Billiards is good here. However, you should expect waiting times during peak times. The food, on the other hand, is unfortunately rather average.

Been here for the second time this year. Quality time with your brother’s heart. Perfect! The service was super nice, quick despite a full restaurant. The food (Chilli Cheese Fries, Double Yummy Cheese Burger and Soare Ribs) was more than good and sufficient. Again any time !

In the lower part there is a huge area where you can play billiards, darts, shuffleboard and table football. I can absolutely recommend this. That being said, the restaurant is far from vegan friendly. A potato dish and the classic fries are offered here. That's it. The burgers can be ordered with a vegan patty, but there is egg in the burger buns (quote: "or something"), so nothing can be reconfigured here. Pizza, well, the fact that there is vegan sprinkled cheese was apparently not even known here and the rest is generally very meat-heavy anyway. I would be happy if you would also offer a different type of burger bun and vegan sprinkled cheese, so everyone can have a nice evening with you ❤️

If a margarita tastes so terrible, I can't imagine the other cocktails. Service was rude. Ribs were really good but I wouldn't come back just for that

Hello, yesterday we went to a so-called summer party for our employees with around 50 colleagues from the club. there. Since some of our colleagues are also private guests there, it was clear to us where we would celebrate 😁. I can only say ♥️ thanks to the entire staff. They were so hard-working, took great care of us, food and drinks were delivered quickly and warm. Always happy to go there 🤗 The reservation was also super quick. ythumbs up 👍👍

Piccoli’s Roadhouse was really good. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, especially the spare ribs were incredible and the burger was outstanding. The waiters were great. The only thing that bothered me was the extreme volume in the store. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I'm here very often on Saturdays. Of course it is correspondingly loud. But it still takes a lot of time. Sometimes something is forgotten or it takes a long time for the order to be ready. But most of the time it's worth it. I can recommend the store
