It's always top-notch. The service is prompt, yet relaxed, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The dining room suggests that it's consistent. We were there on a Monday, and it was packed. The food was also excellent, as always.

Food and service were good, but unfortunately a bit loud.

I was at L'Osteria yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home – a super friendly welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, and a truly lovely ambiance. Even though it was busy, the service and attention were top-notch: warm, fast, and always with a smile. The food was a highlight! The pizza was huge and incredibly delicious – crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The pasta at the next table also looked so good that I'll definitely try it next time. Drinks arrived quickly, and special requests were handled without any problems. I particularly liked the fact that you felt like a real "guest." You can tell the team enjoys what they do. We laughed a lot and really enjoyed the evening. Summary: Great atmosphere, great food, top-notch service – I'll definitely be back and highly recommend L'Osteria! 🍕

Very, very good food, lovely staff. We were seated behind curtains at the very beginning because it was windy, and the curtains flew onto the table and knocked over the tea light. But otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I ate there with my colleagues last Tuesday. The food was delicious, as usual, but the staff were unfortunately not very attentive and only available on request. They often said, "My colleague will be right there," and then it still took a very long time. Finally, my loyalty card wasn't scanned correctly. The sales for five people weren't credited to my loyalty account. I find that very annoying.

The two of us had a very enjoyable visit to L'Osteria Hannover on Lavesstraße. Thanks to our reservation, we were able to get seated without having to wait. The service was consistently fast, attentive, and friendly. The food was outstanding—delicious and the portions were very generous, leaving us more than satisfied. Only the temperature in the dining room was a bit high, but otherwise, there was really nothing to complain about. Highly recommended, and we'd be happy to come back. 😊👌🏼

We ate here with our family for the first time. The value for money was excellent. Large and delicious portions for the money. Even though the place was almost fully booked, we were served promptly! Everyone was very nice. However, space is quite limited given the number of tables, so you're sitting quite close together.

It's also very easy to reach from the train station. The service is friendly and courteous.

Except for our waitress, the staff was unfriendly. The food was not tasty at all—we each had a pasta dish. Drinks were okay.

If you come to eat here, you'll not only feel satisfied, but you'll also enjoy everything from the drinks to the dessert... So far, there's nothing I haven't tried that I don't like. And the customer service is always attentive to your needs. The very pleasant atmosphere and good music are also important. So, if you're looking for a getaway, either alone or with someone, I recommend checking them out.

Pizza is always great, consistent, crust and quality is wonderful. But I especially wrote a review to express how incredible my service experience tonight was. I believe his name was Aleks, he was so friendly, patient, passionate and attentive. He took his time to make sure he knew what we were looking for and made some amazing suggestions!! Had my best dinning experience in Germany with him tonight to be honest. I will def be back with my family thanks to this wonderful experience 😃 Aleks is the GOAT!!!

The service was very friendly and attentive, but the table we sat at was a bit too close to the other guests for my taste and too small for two pizzas. We ordered the vegan tuna pizza from the January menu and the spinach pasta (Mezzalune Spenaci). The latter were quite good, but the pizza was a bit disappointing. While it was a good size, the toppings were sparse and could have been spread better (more towards the edges). Unfortunately, it didn't taste like tuna, but the vegan pizza crust stuck to my teeth. I've had much better pizzas at other L'Osterias. The vegan dessert (chocolate mousse with amarena) was very tasty, but it should be described more as a thick cream. Addendum: We went there again yesterday and had the Nduja pizza and the Orchiette manzo al limone. The pizza was good, but incredibly spicy and a bit oily. The pasta tasted homemade and had a great texture. Unfortunately, the sauce barely tasted of anything, but the abundant beef was super intense and cooked to perfection. It was truly perfect. The dessert of the month (Piccolo Tiramisu with Baileys and strawberries) was delicious, but could have tasted a bit more like Baileys. I also had zoodles here again, and they were great. Not soggy and a good portion. The Piccolo Dolci Tiramisu for dessert was, unfortunately, mostly wet sponge cake with only a little of the delicious cream.

Authentic Italian pizza, we really enjoyed it.

A typical good L'Osteria pizzeria. The food was delicious as always, but the staff wasn't very interested in us (for example, it was not possible to order coffee or dessert, we literally had to ask for payment ourselves). It is perhaps an excuse that the restaurant was starting to fill up quickly at the time of our visit.

The food was, as usual (as in all restaurants), delicious and more than sufficient. Our waiter was an absolute 11 out of 10! He accommodated special requests and, despite the stress, always asked how we were feeling. A slight deduction for the restrooms.

This is the second osteria I've visited so far. As usual, stylish, well-kept, friendly service, and of course, delicious food. I tried the half-and-half pizza once and wasn't disappointed. Only the price is a bit too high for my taste. But that's probably due to the Hannovet surcharge. All in all, highly recommended!

We wanted to grab a bite to eat at an unusual time. Here it was possible even at 3 p.m. The staff gave us a friendly welcome. Since I like the Italian mentality, I was happy to be served by the same people. We sat by the open kitchen. The good mood in the kitchen alone was infectious. The food came to the table quickly. I had the tortellini in ham and cream sauce with a Peroni beer from the bottle. They were delicious and the portion was enough for me. For dessert I had a cappuccino and a small San Pellegrino. Much better than the branch in Hildesheim. I was completely satisfied here and was happy to leave a tip.

Well, I was there for the second time... The first time, the service was terrible... I wanted to pay and they ignored me for almost an hour... You don't do that... This time, the service was a bit better... But my pizza (with spinach and garlic), see photo, wasn't what I expected... If garlic, then the pizza should smell and taste like it... I couldn't find any chopped garlic... When I asked, they brought me garlic oil in a small jar... Absolutely unacceptable... Pizza and the price for it: 5... Sorry, but they should think about that... I mean, with the garlic... Oh yeah, all three men's restrooms are broken... Seats and lids... That's also unacceptable...

A classic L'Osteria. Always a good choice if you're in the mood for a good pizza.

Absolutely recommended. Given the size of the pizza, it's even worth sharing. We didn't know this beforehand, but we simply had the leftovers packed up.

Compared to other cities, the quality is unfortunately really abysmal. The pizza felt like only dough. There was little topping or ingredients, or none at all. Cutting corners. We won't be eating here again. You can eat much better in Hanover for the same price.

As always, we received very friendly and attentive service and delicious salads. Highly recommended! A little tip, especially in summer: parasols outside would be nice.

Impossible store! Long wait to order (20 minutes), and still no one came to take our order. The younger waitresses played on their phones and showed each other chats instead of taking orders. Another waitress chewed gum like a horse and served us – I've never seen anything like it. The store used to be recommendable, but now: 0 stars, if that were possible.

There were 10 of us there, and unfortunately, more than half of the food was undercooked (raw). The spaghetti carbonara still had liquid egg white in it (which was disgusting), which was a real shame :/ And the waitress rounded up her own tip... well, we paid a whopping €30 with food and drinks and left hungry, leaving our plates almost full.

The food is incredibly delicious, especially the bruschetta. The staff is also very polite and friendly. A very nice place to eat.

Large portion of pasta, but complete lack of taste. The Spaghetti Agio & Olio had garlic, tomatoes and olive oil that had absolutely no flavor at all, even salt was absent and definitely no peperoncini to be found. The pizza at the neighboring table looked huge and better, so if you want to go to this restaurant, maybe better choose a pizza. I won’t try this place a second time.

We were with a group and everything was great.

We found a place right away for 2 people without booking for Saturday night, the place was full and the pizza was incredibly good, I had a spicy salami and it was really huge so much so that it didn't fit on the plate. We had to wait a long time for the beer and the bitters.

First of all, there's no comparison to the Losteria on Vahrenwalder Straße, which is really great. The service wasn't very friendly and didn't listen at all. I ordered two pieces of bruschetta and received two portions of four pieces each. A friend's risotto was undercooked and hard, and the drinks were completely wrong. The pizza was okay. The tables weren't particularly clean, and there was no receipt at the end.

Went there today with several people. Annoyed service, they didn't want to give out the lunch menu, even though it was before 3 p.m. Food came very late for some of them. It wasn't really good either. Arrabiata inedibly spicy. In Leipzig, L’Osteria is much better!

It was very busy. Okay, that's good for the owners. But it put a lot of stress on the service staff, which we noticed when we ordered. Maybe we just weren't quick enough for the waiter.

Had dinner there with a group. A waiter was very difficult to understand and also quite unfriendly and annoyed. Every time he looked at his watch provocatively, as if he wanted to say we should leave the restaurant quickly. When we ordered drinks again at 10:15 p.m. he rudely told us that they were about to close. The restaurant is actually open until 11 p.m. and you can actually finish a drink in 45 minutes. We had the feeling of being put under pressure the whole time. A nice, relaxed evening looks different. When we paid by card, we had the option to leave a tip. On the card reader, from top to bottom, there were options for 20%, 15%, 10%, other amount or no tip (as I remember). I rate the food three stars - we all had pasta dishes.

In itself it was a great dinner, but there was a misunderstanding with the staff and we had to wait quite a long time for our food. The next table that came after us had food on the table in front of us. The waitress apologized several times, but that made eating with two children quite stressful, as everyone next to us had almost empty plates before we finally got our food. In the end, the noodles in the children's meals were unfortunately not fully cooked and extremely al dente. The children then ate them because no one wanted to wait for food again, otherwise we would have let them go back. It was simply unfortunate, as we have always been satisfied L'Osteria guests. What was incomprehensible to us was that we had a children's portion of pasta with tomato sauce and a "normal" portion with Bolognese. This was the same size as the children's portion and cost three times as much. The price difference is definitely not acceptable. Unfortunately we only saw this once we had paid. Here too, we would otherwise have spoken directly to the staff.

It's a very bad experience. German is not my native language, so sometimes I have to translate a few words. A waiter rudely asked me what I wanted to order, I said I still had to look, and he left very dismissively. And after a few minutes I want to order, a waitress will let me wait. And I waited 10 minutes! Every waitress and waiter act like they don't see me. The service attitude was very bad! As a restaurant chain, it is very disappointing to hire such service-oriented waitresses and waiters.

Medium to large size dishes at decent prices. Pizza is at least 40cm in diameter, tasty as well. Staff is also very friendly, the overall atmosphere is pleasant.
