Unique experience. DELICIOUS (Tagliata), SUPER NICE, with FUN FACTOR

Saturday evening in the "amici miei", four people from 6:30 p.m. We were allowed to use the table until 8:30 p.m. Here the table is occupied twice! Well, we knew that beforehand and it was OK for us. The Ristorante is running at full capacity on Saturday evening, but no problem for the kitchen and service. We ordered tomato soup, pizza (offered in three sizes), "Suprema die Pollo", lamb fillet strips and spaghetti with seafood. Here the mussels were still slightly sandy! Variants of Tartufo (be sure to try the one with pistachios) rounded things off. The pizzas are put together according to the “modular principle”, really practical! Everything tasted very appealing (without the sandy “cozze”). “The bottom line” is that we were satisfied and pleasantly full. The interior is a matter of taste, I like it so stylish. We were able to leave the table on time without any time pressure. A line of new guests had already formed in the entrance area and had to stand outside on the sidewalk. Not so nice in sub-zero temperatures, but probably unavoidable. The Ristorante has no space for a "waiting area".

I had the great pleasure of visiting Amici Miei Ristorante Italiano and I absolutely love it! This restaurant is a true gem for lovers of Italian cuisine. As soon as you enter you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambience is tastefully designed. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and make you feel like a welcome guest from the moment you arrive. The heart of the evening was of course the food. Each dish was a small taste explosion and demonstrated the highest quality and authentic preparation. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces were wonderfully balanced, simply heavenly! I would particularly like to highlight the freshness of the ingredients, which was noticeable in every bite. Not only was the food fantastic, but the value for money was unbeatable. You pay an absolutely fair price for the quality and service here. I can recommend Amici Miei Ristorante Italiano to anyone who wants to experience a piece of Italy - without having to get on a plane. After a long time, a visit again at lunchtime. The entire restaurant is fully set for the opening at 12 p.m. We wait at the entrance and can choose a seat ourselves, by the window. First plus point: 2 signs in front of and at the entrance: no dogs. Very commendable and a sign of quality. There is no separate lunch menu, but the house's very extensive menu offers a lot and something special. Unfortunately, we couldn't open this map on the homepage that day - a shame. Both the spagetti (arrabiata, I think I remember) and the Mediterranean pizza were very tasty, excellent quality and a pleasant portion size, so the price was reasonable at under €20. Very attentive friendly service. Very pleasant visit.

Great food, good wine, exceptional service and the boss helped us out with a smile. We had several bottles of wine and several grappas, which were very well poured and you never had the feeling of paying too much for exceptional dishes and very good drinks. We will 100% celebrate there again, we felt very comfortable.

As a woman, I was not allowed to wait for my companion in the restaurant despite having a reservation. I was sent out into the cold. This has never happened to me at 52 years old! The spaghetti was more than al dente. Otherwise the food was okay. The waiters were nice, only overwhelmed at times, which was certainly because it was full. I was there for the first time and for dessert I ordered the spaghetti ice cream advertised on the menu with "preparation at the table" for the proud price of just under 11 euros. The waiter refused to fulfill the order. Quote: "I usually do two of these in the evening, today there were already five or six and now I don't feel like it anymore." I initially thought it was a joke, but he repeated his statement a few times and stuck to it. Then he started trying to force me to try another dessert, which I of course refused. impudence. I've never experienced anything like that. Highly unprofessional. Well, we wanted to visit the restaurant again soon with a group of six people, but of course we're not doing that now. This means that around 300 euros in sales were lost.

Absolutely fantastic food! Many things are freshly prepared at the table. Unfortunately, the photos are too dark due to the cozy atmosphere/light of the restaurant. The food is really fantastic. The ambience is actually very good too. Points are deducted for the volume. We were there with 4 people and it was almost impossible to have a normal conversation.

The visit to Amici Miei was fabulous as always. The pasta and pizza are awesome and the wine is delicious too. I recommend the parmesan pasta with truffle oil. The ambience is modern, but sometimes a bit cluttered. The employees are friendly and sometimes have a joke on their faces. Reservations are definitely recommended.

The food is great, no question. The atmosphere is very romantic, also a plus. BUT! If someone can't tolerate or doesn't like tomato sauces and the menu specifically lists dishes with that sauce, HOW CAN IT HAPPEN that when you choose a dish that doesn't mention the sauce in the description, the food suddenly ends up dripping with tomatoes? The romantic mood was gone, the dinner and the date were a failure. It's a shame, I thought we had found a good "Italian" in our new area.

This time we were very disappointed. The food was ok, but not as good as usual. When I asked about Parmesan cheese, the waiter said: "I have a lot of Parmesan, but not for you, it doesn't go well with your food." 1. I would have liked to decide for myself how I liked my food and 2. the cheese should be for my daughter. The menu had parmesan for their pasta, which was unfortunately missing. In our eyes, this was an impossible behavior that we were really annoyed about.

A very good service. Unfortunately, the portions were a bit small, so you didn't really get full. A starter and dessert is definitely recommended. But the food was very tasty, the pasta was made from a parmesan wheel and the tartufo was chocolate. Although the majority of us were women, we agreed afterwards that it could have been more. Hopefully the portion sizes will be a little bigger, then I'll be happy to come back 😊

The ambience at amici miei Ristorante Italiano is pleasant, both indoors and outdoors. The large selection on the menu and the reasonable prices are positive. Unfortunately our experience was marred by a hair in the carpaccio (starter), which of course wasn't appetizing. The overall food quality is OK, but this incident marred the overall impression. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to hygiene.

Our service was very attentive and extremely friendly, the food was absolutely fantastically prepared and tasted even better and the ambience gave us a real sense of Italy. If you want perfect Italian cuisine - go there. Highly recommended are the carpacci and the pasta made from a parmesan wheel... oh actually EVERYTHING. It wasn't the last time we were there.

A really great restaurant with real Italian charm and excellent cuisine. Quick sayings, interaction with the neighboring tables... Here, eating isn't just fun for the sake of it. Pizzapane Bruschetta is a must! But you can't really do anything wrong. We don't have much interest in Hanover's city center anymore. However, we are happy to make the journey for an evening at Amici miuei.

I was invited to a birthday dinner today Amici miei. I haven't been to this great restaurant before. I was completely thrilled. I didn't know you could eat and drink Italian so well. A wonderful restaurant, very good food and drink. A charming boss and very polite and competent staff with a lot of humor. I discovered a new favorite Italian restaurant in Hanover. We were there just before the concert and were given a very warm welcome and excellent service. The food was excellent. We would like to come back with a little more time.

We were looking forward to a nice end to a fun evening and were incredibly disappointed. Mice were running through the dining room. When we told the waiter we were fobbed off with the information that there was nothing he could do. That would be just the way it is. They would come in through the door... okay... No apology or anything like that. We let the food go back and I was only "allowed" to pay for the drinks... Absolute impudence!!!! The joke about the whole thing is that dogs 🐕 are forbidden in the restaurant but mice are tolerated... well...

A very nice restaurant, very pleasant and cozy atmosphere inside and outside. The service is very courteous and friendly. The food was very tasty, simply perfect: very well prepared with well-chosen ingredients. The drinks were also well mixed. Unfortunately, when we made the reservation, no one said that you could only sit outside. Luckily we were able to get our jackets out of the car. Food was average at best, but too expensive and we waited almost an hour for it. My pasta was more than al dente, the sauce was tasteless, and I ended up with plastic particles on my plate. A service employee was unfriendly and the colleague was slightly overwhelmed. Putting out a carafe of water and asking if you need glasses borders on comedy. There were also slapstick acts, as each employee tripped over a floor spotlight several times. So at least one star is for entertainment. Of course we could have complained about all of this, but dealing with unfriendly people would have completely ruined our evening. So we took it with humor and simply don't go there anymore.

The food (pizza and pasta) were quite ok, the pizza sauce could have used a little seasoning, otherwise the pizza tasted good. However, the turntable is not recommended…. I just didn't want to eat my pizza with my hands. The noodles were great. The other guests smoking is annoying, even as a smoker you like to eat without the smell of a cigarette...

All the half-full glasses were simply removed, even though we were told beforehand that we would be back soon and wanted the dessert menu. The beautiful evening was a total disaster. A replacement glass was offered, but no apology was given. An absolute disgrace and a no go for a restaurant. The priorities are clearly set with other certain guests. It's an interesting feeling coming back in as a guest and your own table is occupied by two strange men and everything is gone. The gentlemen were well known in the house. My partner has never really warmed to this restaurant before. Today it was finally confirmed again. We immediately paid the bill by card and left. A sad evening and a disgrace of hospitality.

Aber dann waren wir nach dem Hauptgang eine rauchen und als wieder rein kamen war der Tisch bereits an zwei Gäste die ggf augenscheinlich in den Iftar gegangen sind, weitergegeben. Alle halbvollen Glöser einfach entfernt, obwohl vorher der Hinweis gegeben wurde, dass wir gleich wieder da sind und gleich noch die Dessert Karte haben wollen. Der schöne Abend war somit ein totales Desaster. Es wurde zwar ein Ersatz glas angeboten, aber es wurde sich nicht entschuldigt. Eine absolute Unverschämtheit und ein no Go für ein Restaurant. Die Prioritäten werden eindeutig bei anderen gewissen Gästen gesetzt. Das ist schon ein interessantes Gefühl als Gast wieder reinzukommen und der eigene Tisch ist mit zwei fremden Männern besetzt und alles ist weg. Die Herren waren wohl bekannte des Hauses. Mein Partner ist vorher nie so ganz arg warm geworden mit diesem Restaurant. Heute wurde er schlussendlich wieder bestätigt. Wir haben die Rechnung sofort per Karte bezahlt und sind gegangen. Ein trauriger Abend und ein Armutszeugnis der Gastlichkeit.

During the meal, the table was simply given to other guests for an Iftar dinner even though we were only outside for a short time. Everything was cleared away. impudence. At 126 euros for two people, a violent conclusion. I have never experienced such incompetence and inhospitability.

A restaurant in Hannover that serves authentic Italian food. Reservations are required. It's along the main street, so I don't think you'll have trouble finding the entrance. If you order a main course, the price is reasonable, but the portions are quite large, so ordering an appetizer and pasta or pizza will fill you up. It's said to be famous for its wine, but since it's in Shita, I couldn't drink much. I think it's easy to drink. If you order pasta with cheese, they will season it by mixing it with a 70-80cm diameter block of cheese that has a hollow in the center. It looks delicious, but it seemed a little greasy to me. Cheese lovers please. I think the olive oil pickles were delicious.

Table reserved for 8:00 p.m., asked to wait outside, we weren't allowed in until 8:15 p.m., the first glass of water was on the table at 8:40 p.m., there was no excuse for waiting. That depresses the mood. The store was full and the acoustics no longer allowed conversations. Starter was delicious, main course (Spagetti Amici Miei) was bland and unfortunately not memorable. The portion was large, others at the table couldn't get enough of the main course of parmesan cheese.

I've been eating here with friends for over 15 years. Last time I was there with my 29-year-old friend and we had a great time sitting outside. The restaurant was an ideal meeting point because he came by train from Bremen. There is a holiday atmosphere, the drinks taste good and the food is excellent - the prices are of course appropriate for the location.

Wir waren gestern(27.1.24 Termin 18.30h)mit Freunden im Amici Miei zum Abendessen verabredet. Leider haben wir den am Fenster reservierten Tisch(3 Wochen vorher) nicht bekommen wegen Überbuchung dieser Tische. Wir wurden an einem großen Tisch platziert mit der Information das dieser um 20h reserviert wäre.Dieses wurde uns bei der Reservierung so nicht mitgeteilt. Der Wirt war freundlich und versuchte mit kleinen Spässen die Situation aufzulockern.Es viel sofort auf das es sehr laut im Lokal war und die Bedienungen sehr hektisch agierten. Die Bestellung von Getränken,Vor-und Hauptspeisen wurde zeitnah angenommen. Leider war die Qualität der Speisen noch die Zubereitung besonderst gut( Vorspeisen zu kalt,Nudelgerichte zu kalt, Nudeln zu hart(lt.Wirt angeblich al dente). Sorry,ich fahre seit 38Jahren nach Italien in Urlaub sowas hatte ich noch nie. Nudeln wurden dann nachgewärmt. Leider fehlte uns dann die Zeit einen Kaffee oder einen Nachtisch zu bestellen,da es 20h war. Auf ein Feedback meines Bekannten reagierte der Wirt etwas pikiert wies aber darauf hin das am 3.2.24 Disco im Hause wäre. Entschuldigung,ich gehe zum Essen in ein Restaurant,sonst hätte ich es im Glitzerkeller versucht. Das war definitiv der letzte Besuch in diesem Lokal

Went there spontaneously after a seminar at 6 p.m. Unfortunately everything was occupied and we had to wait 2 hours for a table. But, the wait was more than worth it. Great food, great atmosphere, really top. Since the restaurant is very busy, you should bring some time. Ideal if you want to spend a nice evening with friends with good food. Super tasty, hats off to you.

Servicekräfte sehr unfreundlich und gestresst. Wir wurden von oben herab gehandelt und auch sehr bevormundend. Wir haben Getränke bestellt,die wir nicht bekommen haben,da wir das Lokal verlassen sollten. Wir wurden schließlich zum verlassen des Lokals gedrängt. Keine Empfehlung

Ich hatte die Tortellini al fungo. Sehr lecker und der Service war auch gut. Man sollte auch in der Woche reservieren.

Seit langem auf der Suche nach einem guten Italiener gewesen. Bei amici miei habe ich meinen neuen Lieblingsitaliener gefunden. Ab sofort nur noch hier. Die Vorspeise, das Pizza Brot, war luftig saftig und einfach zum schmelzen. Mein hauptgang waren die Nudeln aus dem Parmesanrad. Der luftig weiche Nachtisch, das Tiramisu, hat den Abend rund gemacht und mich gänzlich abgeholt. Ein Traum! Das Ambiente war leider weniger italienisch. Wir saßen in der hippen Ecke wo moderne Musik auf die Ohren spielte. Ein feeling wie in Italien kam leider nicht auf.

Ein tolles Restaurant sehr tolles Ambiente und das Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker . Ich gehe mit meiner Familie immer gerne dahin weil man sich immer sehr wohl fühlt und die Bedingungen freundlich ist. Also wenn man italienische essen mag dann sollte man dahin gehen. Top Adresse.
