The food was good until today. I ordered a PadThai by Lieferando without shrimp because I'm allergic. Unfortunately it came with shrimp, they should pay more attention to things like that. I leave my review here because Lieferando won't let me.

We ordered two main dishes to take away. Unfortunately there was far too little in one of them. The bowl wasn't even half full with the pasta dish. Since I can't imagine that this wouldn't be noticed, I feel cheated as a customer. Unfortunately, less than one star is not possible. Grade 6

I don't know what kind of reviews some people give, for me it's 5 stars 🌟 for the food, ambience and friendly service, the food is excellent. I've never eaten such a great duck with fried noodles 🍜. The duck is crispy, the vegetables are cooked exactly to the point, and the peanuts Sauce Excellent I can recommend this meal with all my heart and everyone in Pi-Nong, their food is very good 👍 kind regards Franco

I ordered take away today. The dish was ready before the requested time. Reasonably priced. It could have been a little more seasoning. Fine for a quick midday snack. Since you order everything at the checkout, it's pretty casual and uncomplicated. I would rather go somewhere else for an extensive dinner.

Very tasty Thai cuisine. The food is a 10/10 and the service is super friendly. I have eaten there several times and can only recommend it to everyone.

Pi-Nong is an overall decent Thai snack. We came here to have a quick lunch, it's definitely suitable for that, and the ambience is perfect for that too. Rather functional, but enough space and clean. There are typical dishes from Thai cuisine, overall I would say authentic, yes, but the ingredients are from the very cheap segment and the quality and taste are therefore very average. If you're not used to anything better, you might not notice it as much. But the rice is very cheap, there are no other high-quality ingredients, and the use of vegetables is very sparse. Portion sizes are okay overall. The duck wasn't really good, but I shouldn't order it from the snack bar anymore... the red curry tasted good. The fried dish with egg was authentic but tasted just okay, and the chili that was served later was also not very spicy. It's far from authentic in this respect. What's really positive is that there is original Thai iced tea here, just ask for it directly. Overall, it stands out somewhat from typical snack bars. The price is okay for today, we left 35 euros for the two of us, which is okay overall. But it's not really cheap either. In short, it's okay for quick Thai food, but there's a lot of air close up. I still give it 4 stars because many snack bars are significantly lower and you can at least get typical Thai food here compared to the run-of-the-mill Chinese snack bars that also offer a bit of Thai.

I can heartily recommend rice with fried duck and peanuts (spicy) 🫶🏼

Everyone is very friendly and responds to special requests. The quantity was very reasonable, the vegetables were fresh and the duck wasn't skimped on either, great!

Went there for dinner today - very, very tasty and friendly service - always happy! 👍😊

Unfortunately, after we couldn't get a place for 2 people in any of the 6 traditional Sachsenhausen restaurants we tried, we found ourselves stranded here. It was OK. Nothing was particularly bad or particularly good. Just average goods. Price was ok.

I ordered from Lieferando. The delivery time was given as two (!) hours. That seemed a bit strange to me, but oh well. After 90 minutes the order was canceled. That was the last order. Actually 0 stars.

Don't know what's wrong with you, but something is going wrong. I've tried it for a while now but was disappointed again. Not only have the portions become smaller, but the prices have also increased. If you raise prices wisely, you'll make half as much as before. In addition, there is incorrect calculation. And on top of that, my order was wrong. It was like that back then and nothing has changed. It would be nice to order from someone who understands you. I gave you another chance but that was never it again. There are plenty of others in the area that are much cheaper

Very, very tasty dishes, always freshly prepared. Only recommended. If you eat on site you also get 4 bowls with different sauces, which allows you to personalize the spiciness and taste.

I ordered from Lieferando and have been a customer for over 5-6 years. Today was a disaster again, food is no longer what it used to be! Everything no longer tastes good, the portion is too small and half was forgotten! We ordered soy sauce and cutlery, but none of it was delivered! Bad service ! I'm very disappointed with the development! It used to be light years better!

The food was delicious and filled you up. Service was also relatively friendly.

The baked wontons were crispy and delicious. Inside filled with chicken. Finally prepared the way they should be. Phad Wunsen, my favorite. A must for anyone who loves glass noodles. Ambiance great. Service friendly & accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful experience, dear Pi Nong team

Sehr leckeres asiatisches Essen. Ohne Glutamat! Sehr frisch. Portionen sind eine. Ticken kleiner geworden. Ambiente nicht so berauschend. Eher zum kurzen verweilen geeignet. Ich bestelle hier aber am liebsten. Service sehr nett! Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

Essen war wieder sehr lecker. Hähnchen knusprig ist einfach einmalig gut. Freundlicher Service und die Preise sind echt immer noch klein. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert!

Das Essen Ente mit Curry und Bohnen war nicht so lecker…das lag vor allem an den Gewürzen. Die süß-sauer Soße war ziemlich sauer, die Frühlingsrollen waren eher fettig und geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man kann gut in dem Lokal sitzen.

Das Essen ist immer sehr köstlich und frisch, der Service immer sehr freundlich und das Lokal ist hübsch, gemütlich und hat auch einen Außenbereich zum sitzen. Wenn man etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt, klappt es auch immer super! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Im Laden bestellt, heim gefahren, falsches Gericht mitbekommen. Doof genug, wenn die Frau daheim dann nicht das bekommt was sie wollte. Blöd wird es, wenn dann die einzige Lösung ein einer Frühlingsrollen und Geld (cent-genau) zurück ist - man sich das ganze aber selbst abholen muss.

Wij hebben hier met ons gezin meer dan prima gegeten bij dit Thaise restaurant. Het eten was goed en de hoeveelheid was meer dan goed.

Glatte 15€ inkl Drink und Service. Sehr frisch, große Portion. Zum Mitnehmen geht , wenn man nicht fertig wird und dann muss man auch nicht extra 50ct für die Packung oder so zahlen wie an deren Orten. clean.

Wer hier essen gehen möchte, sollte sich wirklich vorher auf authentische Küche einstellen. Der Geschmack war hervorragend und die Schärfe einfach wow. Endlich mal eine Küche, die sich nicht auf europäischen Standart umgestellt hat. Ich komme wieder.

Nachdem die vorletzten beiden essen ja nicht so gut waren habe ich es nach einen jahr mal wieder probiert und war zufrieden hat gut geschmeckt

Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Allerdings die Bedingungen eine Katastrophe. Überheblich und keine Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir sind Stammkunden seit zwei Jahren (bestellen ca. 2 mal im Monat Essen) und nehmen immer minimale Veränderungen an den Gerichten vor z.B ohne Sojasproßen und Thaibasilikum. Das Gericht wurde in seiner ursprünglichen Form gekocht und wir baten um eine Korrektur. Daraufhin wurden wir in einem extrem unangenehmen Tonfall gebeten zukünftig bei anderen Restaurants zu bestellen und nie wieder zu kommen! Wir waren doch sehr überrascht über diesen „Rauswurf“, nachdem wir zwei Jahre lang gerne und regelmäßig bei Pinong konsumiert haben. Die Änderungen an den Gerichten wurden zuvor kommuniziert, wir sehen hierbei keinen Fehler auf unserer Seite. Wir fühlen uns bei Pinong leider nicht mehr wohl, obwohl wir hier echt gerne und oft bestellt haben.

Bin nun in Zeiten des Lockdowns öfter dort gewesen und wurde nicht entäuscht. Wo scharf draufsteht ist auch scharf drin. Dies ist nicht immer so. Auch die Salata waren immer sehr lecker.

Das Essen ist für einen Durchschnittlichen Preis von 9€ pro Gericht nicht besonders gut. Außerdem variieren die Größen der Portionen ständig. Die Mitarbeiter des Services sind launisch und unfreundlich.

Wir gehen sehr gerne zum Pi-Nong, da das Essen EIGENTLICH frisch schmeckt und unheimlich lecker ist. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich, man muss nicht lange warten und auch preislich ist es in Ordnung. LEIDER hatten wir nun bereits zweimal eine Lebensmittelvergiftung nach dem Essen, was wir sehr ungern zugeben. Wir vermuten, dass es am Fleisch lag. Seit einigen Jahren essen wir bereits da, aber innerhalb der letzten Wochen kam es wie gesagt zweimal zu der Vergiftung. Beim ersten Mal dachten wir noch, wir hätten zu scharf gegessen und uns dadurch den Magen verdorben, aber beim zweiten Mal ging es uns um einiges schlechter und uns war klar, woher es kam... Es tut uns ein wenig weh, auf das Pi-Nong zu verzichten, aber das Risiko ist einfach zu hoch :( Schade.

Ich bin keine Reisende, ich wohne in Frankfurt seit drei Jahren und ich kann sagen, dass es nicht nur das beste Thai Restaurant ist, sondern auch das beste Restaurant in Frankfurt! Dass Essen ist mega lecker, gute Zutaten, prima Qualität des Essens und die Kellner sind super nett! besonders unsere liebe Miau :D

Das Essen ist weder authentisch noch qualitativ gut. Wünsche wie gebratener Reis oder Nudeln statt weissem Reis kosten ordentlich extra. Das Personal ist langsam und unfreundlich. Da gibt es doch weitaus angenehmere Thai-Restaurants in Frankfurt.

I’ve been living in Frankfurt for a very short while and this is my absolut number one place-to-go for a real authentic thai meal. The prices are reasonable and the menu is delicious. I could choose one of each! For real! With out getting ruined :-) Good service! And fast! The only minus is the besteck and tellers - it’s so plain and not authentic at all. Such a shame. They should think more about the presentation of the the food.

Das Pi-Nong bietet eine große Auswahl an lecken Thai-Gerichten. Das Lokal ist sehr hell gehalten und hat auch einen kleinen Außenbereich, mit Blick auf den Affentorplatz, wo es sich bei schönem Wetter gut sitzen lässt.

Before we had even all sat down at the table and picked up the menus, the waitress was already there and expected us to order, making noises when we explained that we would need a little more time. Mains were served before starters were finished, and when it was time to pay we were told to come up front because the card machine was fixed, although by the time we reached the front desk, it must have been replaced, because I sure as heck used a mobile one. Overall service rating: amateurish bordering on rude. The food was decidedly mediocre. Not bad, perhaps even good enough to return if in the area and really wanting Thai food, but certainly not good enough for a detour. All in all, this probably could have earned Pi-Nong a second dot, with better service maybe even a third one. So, why the one dot rating? The bathroom. Had I used the bathroom before the meal, I would have immediately left the premises. To use a neutral adjective, let's settle for "unhygienic." Imagining that the people preparing and handling my food use this bathroom and attempt to wash their hands there is not a pleasant thought.

Jeden Monat einmal zum Pi Nong und es ist jedes mal wieder erstaunlich gut. Die Nummer 34 und einen grünen Eistee ist die beste Kombination

On cherchait un petit restaurant pour manger rapidement sans se prendre la tête, celui-ci a bien fait l'affaire. Il est décoré de manière peu harmonieuse, mais dans l'assiette c'est bon. Et le service est agréable.

Hähnchen in rotem Thaicurry sollte es sein, das ganze bitte mittelscharf. Kurz darauf wurde es an den Tisch gebracht. Frisch, schnell und saulecker – genau so sollte es in der Mittagspause sein. Wer es nicht so scharf mag, sei gewarnt: mittelscharf orientiert sich hier eher an thailändischen Gaumen. Für mich war‘s perfekt.
