A nice place with a varied menu, from Italian to Thai cuisine. The Italian is good, the Thai is good, a sign that dishes that are worthy and that the chefs appreciate are cooked and perhaps reinterpreted. Friendly and efficient service.

A wonderful evening with very tasty food and drinks, friendly, warm people in a lovely atmosphere. A pleasure. Highly recommended.

Extremely beautiful and very tasty A great start to my birthday today

I found the restaurant today by chance. I haven't noticed it yet. But I have to say....really beautiful....lovingly furnished....very nice boss.....I took food to go with me. I was recommended a salad with lots of vegetables...I've never eaten that before. And even though I'm not usually into radicchio, it went great with it and tasted very tasty. The pasta arrabiata was also sooooo good... simply delicious. I really like the idea of ​​the rental bowls... very environmentally conscious. Since I still had to drive 30 minutes home, I was surprised that everything was still warm enough. I'll definitely be back.

Super friendly staff, great selection of food and drinks and high quality (and that's coming from a food snob!). The pasta and desserts are like in Italy and there are great homemade lemonades. We were there on the last evening of our holiday and wished we had been here first and then every evening! I definitely recommend making reservations early!

The service person was so unfriendly and ruined the entire meal. The food was good. The children's dish was just way too salty. But we no longer come for service.

Das Restaurant / Bistro machte von aussen mit dem roten Teppich einen netten Eindruck und aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden dort einzukehren. Die Begrüssung war sehr unfreundlich und auch die Aufnahme der Bestellung wurde mit jedem bestellten Getränk mit „okay“ kommentiert. Die Serviceangestellte hatte genug Platz, um den Café bei der Person am Fenster zu servieren, jedoch folgte die Aushändigung des Getränks vor dem Gesicht des Gasts nebenbei. Falls wir wieder mal nach Baden-Baden kommen, dann werden wir in diesem Restaurant bestimmt nicht mehr einkehren, Das ist das Erlebnis von heute. Und somit kann ich mich den Bewertungen auf google anschliessen, worauf mehrfach genannt worden ist, dass dieses Restaurant eher für Einheimische statt Touristen ist.

My experience at Petra’s in Baden-Baden was entirely negative. About two years ago I was accused, without any basis, by the restaurant manager on the street of stealing a significant sum of money from him. These baseless accusations were not only unfounded, but were also made in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation objectively, the restaurant manager remained rude and uncooperative. He also treated my mother, who tried to clear up the misunderstanding, in the most unprofessional manner. The behavior of the restaurant manager shows that customer friendliness is obviously not valued here. If you're looking for a restaurant that treats its guests with respect and handles problems professionally, you should definitely avoid Petra's. This restaurant seems to offer nothing but inconvenience and stress to customers and I definitely cannot recommend it.

A culinary highlight in the heart of Baden-Baden! I absolutely loved Petra's Food and Wine! The concept is unique - here modern, light cuisine meets the highest quality and attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the use of selected regional and international ingredients, which make the meal a real pleasure. Le Petra est un endroit très agréable, situé à deux pas de la Lichtentaler Allee, côté centre-ville. L’endroit est particulièrement propre et offre une terrasse sur l’avenue centrale, étonnamment calme malgré sa localisation. Je recommande vivement les pâtes aux girolles avec sauce au vin blanc, qui sont absolument extraordinaires. Un mélange unique qui donne l’impression de déguster un plat en sauce à la viande, alors qu’il n’y en a pas. Les portions sont très généreuses, et un plat par personne suffit largement, même s’il est très agréable de prendre une entrée à partager. Il s’agit davantage d’un restaurant pour les gens du coin que pour les touristes, et on le sent rapidement en arrivant. Mais au final, ça rend l’expérience d’autant plus dépaysante. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir avant de quitter Baden-Baden, et lorsque j’y reviendrai.

The Petra is a very pleasant place, located a stone's throw from Lichtentaler Allee, on the city center side. The place is particularly clean and offers a terrace on the central avenue, surprisingly quiet despite its location. I highly recommend the chanterelle pasta with white wine sauce, which is absolutely extraordinary. A unique blend that gives the impression of tasting a dish with meat sauce, when there is none. The portions are very generous, and one dish per person is more than enough, although it is very pleasant to have a starter to share. This is more of a restaurant for locals than tourists, and you quickly sense that when you arrive. But in the end, it makes the experience all the more exotic. I will return there with great pleasure before leaving Baden-Baden, and when I return.

Nice restaurant with delicious wine and a small, tasty menu. Came here spontaneously and got a place despite being Friday evening and had a good evening here. However, the oat milk costs 80 cents extra. There is one star less for that.

Don’t recommend at all! A long time to receive the menu’s. A long time to be able to order. After we order, the kitchen was pretty fast! We order 2 chicken bowls, 1 bolonhesa and 3 Proviant limonade. The drinks should have been shaked before opened. The bolonhese was served with a spicy cheese unannounced and still was “the best” of all 3 dishes. The chicken bowls had an awful sauce that completely ruined the dish. To sum up, I’m ashamed that I have chosen this restaurant for our dinner in Baden-Baden.

From the first to the last minute we were welcomed with such authentic and warm hospitality that we immediately felt like regular guests. It's rare to find a place where you immediately feel so welcome. The culinary offerings at Petra's Food and Wine are equally remarkable. The selection of food and wine is exquisite and carefully put together, making every visit a real pleasure. You can immediately tell that the work here is carried out with a lot of passion and dedication, which is reflected in every detail. Petra's Food and Wine has become a real insider tip for us, which we will definitely visit again on our next trip to Baden-Baden. Thursday 16th May had drinks including a orange bottle drink, Friday 17th very arrogant blond female bar staff insisting they do not sell such a drink, went chatting to other bar staff members obviously chatting about us, as they looked over, Shame because the night before it was really pleasant place to be.

Great hostess and delicious food! We've been there several times with friends or business partners - sometimes with and sometimes without reservations - and we've always received a friendly welcome and good service. The dishes were always of very good quality and you were well fed. My personal favorite are the bowls, simply delicious. Good wines, appetizers, pasta... everything works for me here and I would love to come back.

The most wonderful waiter Alena works here. She will tell you very tasty about each dish in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian. And it will be really tasty for you. Very nice atmosphere, there is a track on the street overlooking the fountain. You will always be welcome here.

They thought we are Russians and we’re not tearing us good, when we are a family from Kiev. They said that we cause a problem and the restaurant did not bring us food after 2h. Do not recommend this place if you are not from a local city.

Discovered by chance and absolutely thrilled. I had asparagus salad with burrata and pine nuts. Since I can't tolerate garlic, the chef prepared a garlic-free pesto especially for me. The salad was incredibly tasty, served with fresh, crispy baguette with olive oil. A dream!! Very nice restaurant, tastefully decorated, right on Augustaplatz in Baden-Baden with a small Mediterranean-style outdoor restaurant. Very, very nice and attentive young service person. I am completely thrilled.

Very tasty food but service too slow

Excellent food and nice atmosphere but not enough servers - one server and a helper who didn't seem empowered to do much but make drinks ordered. Everything had to be done by the server and that created a bottle-neck where we waited too long for answers, refills and dessert. Don't get me wrong, everyone was super nice - it just wasn't the most efficient system in my opinion and that made it a somewhat stressful constantly being on the lookout to catch the one server.

The portions are very small and the price-performance ratio is not right. (In the photo attached, only 2 forkfuls of each were eaten before the photo was taken.) You can tell that cheap ingredients were used. Several dishes were sold out. The service person was unfriendly. No recommendation!

Very tasty food. Starter very nicely prepared. We were there on Rose Monday. No carnival there. Nice to eat in peace. Attentive, nice staff. I can't say anything about the parking lot because we got there on foot. Toilet on the upper floor. Not that cheap: 18 euros per person for the starter.

Here we were given a spontaneous takeaway option. The vegan bowl and the avocado feta bread sweetened our train ride home. Thank you!

Wir waren am 1.Feiertag hier zum essen im Ps. Von der ersten Sekunde haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Getränke waren in einem Wimpernschlag nach unserer Bestellung schon bei uns . Das Essen war auch sehr zügig da. Wir hatten als Vorspeise das Vitello Tonnato und den Feldsalat mit Speck. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir das Rinderfilet mit Kartoffelpüree mit Trüffel und einmal die Tagliatelle mit Gamberi. In beides hätte man sich vor Genuss reinlegen können. Die Gerichte sind zu empfehlen. Vom Ambiente bis zum letzten Espresso war alles perfekt. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Baden Baden auf jedenfall wieder.

Nach Empfehlung eines Freundes und die vielen guten Rezensionen hier das Restaurant getestet und leider enttäuscht 😞. Obwohl gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, waren Service und Essen kaum zufriedenstellend. Beim Feldsalat war das Dressing mit billigem Essig sehr sauer, der Speck zu fett und nicht angeröstet, genauso wie das sehr groß geschnittene Weißbrot, das farblos blieb. Die Pasta war weich und trocken, zu wenig und schlecht gewürzte Soße, insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Die Buddha Bowl mit Quinoa und mariniertem Thunfisch versüßt mir jedes Mal den Tag. 🫶🤭 sehr lecker.

Die Lüftung des Restaurant müsste revidiert werden. Beim eintreten roch man bereits die Küche im ganzen Esssaal. Die Auswahl war bescheiden und nichts aussergewöhnliches. Wir wurden ca. 10 min ignoriert (aufgrund mangelndes Personal). Wir gingen ohne bestellt und gegessen zu haben. Eine Zumutung!

Sat down on the terrace for a drink. It took quite a while before a waitress came to our table. We ordered 2 Cuba Libre's, probably one of the easiest cocktails to make. We received two glasses with ice, some rum and lime slices but no lime juice, plus bottles of coke to pour ourselves. Pretty sad considering this 'deconstructed' drink costs a whopping € 12. The waitress never came back to check up on us, so we just paid and left. Won't be back to try anything else.

The worst restaurant. The waitress took our dishes to another table, they did not return them and some time later, they took them to the kitchen and then brought them to our table. In short, our dishes were going around the restaurant, at different tables, for almost an hour. I do not recommend it.

Muy buen Restaurante con una carta atractiva y muy completa. Cocina excelente, bodega muy completa y trato amable y profesional.

El servicio está muy bien, hay que comunicarse en inglés pero no pasa nada. La comida está muy rica, nosotros pedimos "Poke Bowl", "King Prown Bowl" y "Chicken Bowl". Eran completos pero los precios un poco altos para la cantidad. La bebida sí que es cara, el agua de 0'25L a 3'60€ y la de 0'75L 6'50€, lo mejor es pedir una botella de agua de grifo que es de 1L y gratis. No hay ni Acuarius ni Fanta, hay refrescos Alemanes como una "Cola-Orange-Mix". El pan ésa muy rico y crujiente. El restaurante está muy limpio, hay toallitas individuales para secarse las manos y huele muy bien. Un poco caro pero merece la pena si no hay otro sitio al que quieran ir.

Angefangen von der Begrüßung vom, den gesamten Abend sehr guten, freundlichen, unaufdringlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Service(wusste noch die Weine, welche ich mit sehr guten Freunden hier vor vier Wochen getrunken habe... Wow) , bis hin zur Küchenleistung, welche wirklich sehr gut war,war es ein sehr schöner, gelungener Abend. Kann meine letzte Bewertung nur bestätigen und für diesen Besuch toppen, da heute alles sehr gut war. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvolles Lokal mit mediterranem Flair. Tolles Essen, alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal auch wenn kleine Extras gewünscht sind. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Service sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vorspeise = Bruscetta Fazit : Endlich mal ein sehr gut schmeckendes, toll präsentiertes und anderes wie erwartetetes Bruscetta. Allein dafür lohnt es sich schon. Hauptgang = Risotto mit grünem und weißem Spargel Fazit: ist noch "Luft" nach oben. Für meinen Geschmack nicht "schlotzig" genug und leider etwas fad. Wein = Vermentino aus Sardinien Fazit : wow!!! Okay, für den Inhalt der Flasche kann das Restaurant, ehrlicher Weise, nix, aber toll das er nicht nur angeboten wird, sondern auch noch wirklich perfekt gekühlt und entsprechend serviert wird. Unterm Strich : jederzeit zu empfehlen. Komme nicht nur gerne und alleine wieder, sondern bestimmt auch mit guten Freunden, welche etwas von Weinen und Speisen verstehen. Stylishes Lokal, leckeres Essen, Lounge-Musik läuft, alles soweit gut. Nur auf die Toilette sollte man nicht unbedingt müssen.

We had just arrived in Baden-Baden, and our hotel was able to make a reservation at a nearby restaurant - Petra's Food & Wine. What a lively restaurant! The staff were very attentive, and the menu had so many inviting options. Our party of four started with a delicious Minestrone Soup and the Radicchio Trevisa Salad. Our entrees included Tagliolini all Arrabiata, Risotto Cervo (Deer), and Carne a Sugo (a tasty Beef/Potatoes). The food was wonderful, the only negative was that it was an hour wait until our entrees arrived.
