Great, nothing more needs to be said. The food is excellent. A feast for the eyes, too. Service: Ludmilla and her team, attentive and courteous. Anyone who has staff like that is simply lucky.

The food was a dream, a wonderful evening with friends. Thanks to head chef Jan Hoffmann and his team. We'll be back.

A balanced menu with the finest ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The chef accommodated our special request (you can't have everything) with a new combination. He didn't simply leave anything out. The portion sizes for the multi-course menu were very balanced. We were well-satiated and not "stuffed." If we're in the area, even if it means a detour, we'll go back.

We dined in a beautiful setting. The service was excellent. The meal was a journey of taste like nothing I've ever experienced before. Buttermilk caviar for the appetizer and candied black olives for dessert. Imaginative and creative in its presentation, exceptional, bold, and harmonious in its flavor. I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful evening.

We had a truly enchanting evening with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. The seasonal fauna menu was outstanding, and the wine pairing was highly recommended. The finely crafted dishes offer excellent value for money. We'd love to come back!

On January 20, 2024 we have the FAUNA for 2 people Ordered menu (4 course) for €93 (without wine). The greeting from the kitchen consisted of a bowl (for 2 people) with liquid cheese in its contents. There was also a grain crispbread (very hard) and a lukewarm sourdough bread (good). I couldn't figure out how this cheese would end up on bread. The next two courses were characterized by a mushy consistency without any aromas. The main course was a roulade of venison leg (very dry) on mushy red cabbage. As a side dish there was an approx. 6 mm thick spiral spaetzle spiral, which was just as dry as the roulade. The sauce was cleverly poured over the roulade. The spaetzle had no chance of coming into contact with the sauce. To top it all off, the spaetzle spiral was sprinkled with hazelnut shavings. The whole thing was very difficult to swallow. There were about 3 exposed tangerine slices as decoration!! To describe it in the words of Friedrich Merz: They did a terrible job. The author of these lines is 72 years old and has been cooking for his family every day for 50 years.

We happened to be there for dinner yesterday. It was absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious and the staff were really great!!!!!!!!!

I came across this restaurant on Google on Thursday evening, December 11, 2024, while searching for a restaurant. I didn't have great expectations. As I walked through the gate, I saw the large courtyard. The restaurant is located in the castle, which is reached via a wooden bridge. Inside, I was greeted by a super-friendly waitress named Ludmilla. When I asked if the restaurant was open, she confirmed it, took my coat, and led me into the dining room. I explained to her that I would like to have a set menu and she should put something together for me. For the main course, I chose roast venison. What followed was a super delicious dinner, delicious wines, and a lovely atmosphere. Kudos to the kitchen, who conjured up a superb meal, and to the professional and friendly Ludmilla. Absolutely not recommended. Barely any choice, and no matter whether vegetarian or regular, the taste was flawless. Nicely decorated, but that's about it for the price. We've rarely been so disappointed in this league.

Absolutely top evening. We were thrilled! Great ambience, culinary delights at its finest for the eyes and palate. Perfectly coordinated wine selection. Great service. An absolute must for lovers of fine cuisine! As the new host, star chef Jan Hoffmann and his team conjure up absolute highlights here, from aperitifs to desserts. Sehr Kreative, ausgwogene feine Gourmet Küche. Als Vegetarisch wie mit Fisch oder Fleisch.Angagierte nette Mitarbeiter.

Das Geburtstags-Menü hatte eine Aromenviefalt, das die Sinne betört hat und perfekt mit den ausgewählten, edlen Weinen korrespondierte. Der Service ist an Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit nicht zu überbieten. Vom Empfang mit Kartoffelsalat und Mini-Bouletten bis zum Mitternachts-Snack vegetarische Currywurst, war es ein Erlebnis der Superlative. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Essen. Besonders das vegetarische Menü sticht heraus. Bemerkenswert ist die reiche Vielfalt an Aromen, die auf Gewürze verzichtet und die hochqualitativen Produkte für sich selbst sprechen lässt.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, dass in jedem Gang aufs neue überrascht hat. Dazu ebenfalls ausgezeichneter Service. Ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre.

Aussergewöhnliches Essen in tollem Ambiente! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)
