We had dinner with the family and all I can say is that it was a great experience. We were welcomed and served by a very friendly and attentive service, we all found the food very tasty and we felt very comfortable in the lovingly designed rooms. No long waiting times, reasonable prices. We'd love to come back.

Very cozy, rustically furnished inn. Important: reservations are strongly recommended! No matter what you choose, everything is very tasty and freshly prepared.

Good down-to-earth cuisine made from freshly prepared ingredients, very friendly and accommodating service, cozy atmosphere. A pub in the best sense of the word.

We were there today as part of a company outing. Looking at the menu, I was actually looking forward to it, but unfortunately the food served was a huge disappointment. I had the fried fish with potato and cucumber salad. The portion was really small. The fish was fried too long and was dry, the “potato and cucumber salad” was a potato salad from a bucket with three slices of cucumber on top. The taste is really sad and overall absolutely outrageous for the hefty price! The restaurant is unsuitable for large groups because it is really too loud. However, the service was quick.

Food very down to earth and tidy. Service very professional and good. It was a wonderful summer evening in the beautiful beer garden, but it ended too early because the restaurant was no longer open. That was a bit of a mood killer for us. Otherwise I would definitely like to come back.

As always, very good atmosphere, especially in the beer garden. Beer garden is awesome. Enjoy your meal. I recommend again and again. This time too everything was very consistent. Even the weather cooperated. It was a successful evening.

We were mainly here because of the beautiful atmosphere (beer garden) and the fact that a well-known German family series was filmed here in the early 1960s. Once in the garden of veterinarian Dr. Hofer linger…. The food was very good and the service was extremely attentive. Unfortunately, we were talked into the completely overpriced (EUR 6.60) side salad, which only consisted of four lettuce leaves and a few diced vegetables. However, this only slightly marred the overall experience. Still 1 star deducted.

This restaurant with traditional German cuisine was convincing across the board. I received a warm welcome upon entering and the service was first class throughout my stay. The staff was attentive, friendly and always in a good mood. The food was simply outstanding! From the fresh, homemade starters to the classic main courses - everything was perfectly prepared and wonderfully seasoned. Particularly noteworthy are the roulades and the sauerbraten – a real taste experience! The portions were generous and the quality of the ingredients was impressive. The atmosphere was also cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. The restaurant is definitely a place to recommend for good German cuisine. I will definitely come back!

I wanted to order a "children's schnitzel" (my stomach can only handle small portions), but I was refused! But I was generously offered a portion of fries from the children's menu as an alternative. Where's the logic in that?! Once and never again...

Wunderschöner Biergarten, Speisekarte für Fleischliebhaber und Vegetarier. Trotz Eintreffen mit 7 Personen erst kurz vor 14 Uhr nette Bedienung und Essen kam recht zügig. Und allen hat es prima geschmeckt. Zum Schluss gab es für die müden Wanderer noch Dessert aufs Haus. 😋

Unfortunately we couldn't try the food. After 90 minutes of waiting for the day's meal, we called off this adventure. Paid for the drinks and left.

Due to a report in the BNN, we visited the restaurant today without a reservation. Friendly welcome and good service. Good menu and also a good selection on the wine list. First we had an aperitif: the house punch (very tasty). We ordered roast ox and sauerbraten, each with spaetzle and salad. Good portions and both very delicate. Both excellently prepared. To round it off with an espresso macchiato. Price-performance ratio good. We sat on the terrace. The location in Baden Baden is exceptional. In the city, but almost in the forest, which is directly adjacent to the beer garden. We'll definitely come back. Rating ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED

Super nice place in Baden-Baden. We come here every year and eat here. This year we had asparagus with pancakes and schnitzel and also a strawberry tiramisu. Prices have also increased due to the economic situation and probably the increased VAT. The service was very quick and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Very good restaurant with real classic dishes and very good service. What unfortunately made it a little less enjoyable for us was the large group behind us, which made the sound a bit restless. But that was one of the few downsides.

It was a nice evening, but it was marred by a few negative points. The food was OK, it was very nicely prepared, but it didn't blow me or the others away and it was too expensive in comparison. Unfortunately, the service was a bit messed up and brought us the wrong drink twice. Once it was a wine with 0.2 instead of 0.1 as ordered. Of course, 0.2 also had to be paid. They also asked for a clear schnapps and a liqueur was delivered. All in all, it's a very nice location, but the food and service can still be improved.

We went to the Molkenkur pub for the first time today and were thrilled. Great ambience, very successful modernization with a feel-good factor. We were very impressed by the food, the leg of lamb and the Viennese schnitzel were excellent and also prepared with great attention to detail (carved lemon slices, etc.). Everything tasted fresh and homemade, especially the quality of the meat was very good. The service also impressed with great attention and professionalism. The service staff were also very helpful and understanding towards our three-year-old son, who didn't have his best day today: definitely very child-friendly. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right, we'll be back!

We organized a memorial service in the Molkenkur. Professional from A to Z, very friendly, committed, helpful, very tasty food. After a wedding celebration a few years ago, this is my second positive experience with the whey treatment. Thanks!

Kitchen closes very early and our already confirmed Google reservation on Saturday evening for 8:30 p.m. was canceled by the restaurant with the note “the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m.” That was pretty stupid because we had to reschedule at short notice. So having a leisurely meal in the evening without time pressure is not possible HERE, even on the weekend.

Very nice inn with traditional Baden cuisine. Everything is fresh and homemade and the onion roast is simply a delight. Price performance top and appropriate. Good selection and offering on the menu. Also for vegetarians. Salad tasted perfectly. Service very friendly and accommodating. A really nice rustic atmosphere, even a short-term reservation on Saturday was successful. It's been a long time since I've had a great visit to a restaurant that's really worth recommending. Thanks to the whole Molkenkur team, I'll definitely be back.

Superb Valentine's Day evening. The single menu was very good (except the dessert which we didn't really like but the rest was excellent). Very pretty decoration, cozy atmosphere, very friendly waiters who even made the effort to speak French to us. In short, an excellent evening and an excellent address! we will come back!

For that money you would have to cook a lot more yourself. Make unfinished sauces. Bake it yourself and don't buy it from Metro!

First time there and disappointed. Service left a lot to be desired for some operations. By friendliness I mean something different, as was written here. The taste of the food was ok, but some things were only lukewarm. Company party with more than 20 people was announced by the waiter at 8:30 p.m. with the last round. Opening hours until 10 p.m. are entered incorrectly. Closing at 9 p.m. That's really a pity.

Wir hatten mit 30 Personen das Obergeschoss unterm Dach reserviert. Vorab haben wir unsere Essenswünsche mitgeteilt. Vorspeise und Hauptgang kamen pünktlich wie bestellt und jeder war sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. ich hatte ein Rumpsteak mit Bohnen und Pommes, lecker und das Steak auf den Punkt. Für 36€ hätte ich allerdings ein etwas größeres Steak erwartet, schon ein stolzer Preis. Zum Nachtisch hatte ich die Dessertvariation, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes modern-rustikales Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem, aufmerksamen Service. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl dort gefühlt.

Sylvester 2023: Die Molkenkur kennen wir gut. Darum sind wir auch seit Jahren immer zu Sylvester hier. Auch dieses Mal waren wir alle sechs sehr zufrieden, Preis/Leistung stimmt. Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen angemessen, alles schön arrangiert. Ein zusätzlich bestellter Nachtisch (superleckeres Eis) ging sogar aufs Haus. Nette und vor allem umsichtige Bedienung, eine sehr engagierte und gastfreundliche Geschäftsführung sowie ein schön eingedeckter Tisch runden auch diese Jahr die Feier ab. Die Reservierung verlief professionell, es kam soger ein Erinnerungsanruf. Und inzwischen auch sehr wichtig: Ein veganes Menue (ich bin Fleischesser) wurde auch diesmal gerne zusammengestellt, Das ist hier eine positive Herausforderung und keine lästige Angelegenheit wie anderswo. So geht Gastfreundschaft. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr!

Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier der Firma dort! Dienstag Abend 17 Uhr! Nicht unbedingt gut geregelt war für uns die Tisch/Sitzverteilung! War letztendlich nicht weiterhin schlimm, es ist schließlich Weihnachtsfeier-Zeit und wir waren nicht die einzige Feier 🙂. Dem ist auch wohl die Wartezeit von 1,5 Stunden fürs Essen geschuldet (a la Carte)! Ich hatte Sauerbraten mit Spätzle. Das Fleisch war ok, was aber definitiv gefehlt hat, war das „Saure“ an Geschmack! Service war nett und freundlich! Gerne mal zur Sommerzeit im Biergarten zu einer weniger hektischen Zeit ☺️

Nice place to sit, probably even better when the outside is open! Service was great, food was, due to the holidays, set menu and a bit too fancy for me. The regular menus looked great and I am sure with the options on there my food tasting would have been a 5 Star.

Hier ist man willkommen! Der Buchungsservice funktioniert einwandfrei - der Service und die Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Organisation unterirdisch. Essen super. So lässt es sich wohl zusammenfassen. Zwei Monate vor Weihnachten wurde ein Tisch reserviert. Zehn Tage vor Weihnachten erfahrt man, dass statt der üblichen Karten ausschließlich zwei maßlos überteuert aufgeblasene Menus zur Auswahl stehen und zudem die Reservierungszeit um eine Stunde nach hinten geschoben werden muss. Aber kann man ja machen angesichts der Buchungslage. Und beim Kunden geht der Weihnachtsstress nun richtig los, da er eine Alternative für die Familie suchen muss. Frohe Weihnachten!🎄

Wir sind aus dem Raum Freiburg und waren nun zum dritten Mal hier essen und sind begeistert. Geschmacklich sehr lecker. Das Ambiente gefällt uns sehr gut. Die Bedienungen sind aufmerksam und flott. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :)

Nach vielen Jahren und vielen Firmen und Familienfeiern heute das letzte mal dort gewesen. Alles was früher besonders gut war wie z.b. Qualität des Essens, Freundliche Bedienung und interessante Gerichte ist einer Kantinen Qualität zu Premium Preisen und unmotivierten Servicepersonal verkommen. Nein danke!

Really bad experience. The design of the building and Accoustics on the top floor don't help if you have a group of 30 women. We used to have our Xmas party here every year the even with live Mariachi. Reservation was made 5 months ago knowing there would be no music and we had to leave at 10pm. He should have informed the guests that reserved after us there would be a loud group. Instead he came up and told us to shup up and called us "Uncivilized" We should have left right there ! They had no table cloths - food came cold -salty and at different times, 4 orders were wrong . We ordered bottles of Champagne and he was worried about the 3 people in the table next to us drinking tea. This place was not cheap You get a better value at other places. He not only lost 30 customers we will tell at least 10 peolple about this place so I it is not worth it !!!

Ich war nun in den letzten paar Jahren schon öfters in der Molkenkur. Leider habe ich das Gefühl, dass die positiven Erlebnisse von Mal zu Mal nachlassen. Neben den mehrfachen Preiserhöhungen werden die Portionen gefühlt immer kleiner, sodass man ein doppeltes „Minusgeschäft“ eingeht. Und dies ergibt in diesem Fall nicht wie in der Mathematik ein Plus. Hinzu kommt, dass letzte Woche unser Essen auch maximal lauwarm an den Tisch kam. Die Bedienung hat zwar super reagiert und das Essen wieder mitgenommen, erwärmen lassen und auch wieder an den Tisch gebracht, jedoch führt dieser Umstand auch nicht zu Begeisterung. Zusammengefasst kann man m.M.n. für diese Preise mehr erwarten.

Kenne die Molkenkur schon länger und war in den letzten Jahren eigentlich immer zufrieden. In der Küche scheint es nun einen Wechsel gegeben zu haben. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war eigentlich immer eine sichere Bank. Jetzt ist das Fleisch kleiner, die frittierten Zwiebeln zwar üppig, aber leider mehlig und die Soße etwas zu perfekt abgebunden, evtl. wurde da wahrscheinlich mit convenience nachgeholfen. 31,90 € ist da als Preis-zumal bei der Portionsgrösse- nicht mehr vertretbar. Leider waren Soße und Zwiebeln auch kalt serviert worden. Der Teller mit dem angeschnittenen, lauwarmen Fleisch wurde zwar nochmal warmgemacht!!! No Go! Von der freundlichen Bedienung keine Entschuldigung. Ein Gast an unserem Tisch hatte das Lammhāxle und verbrachte die ganze Nacht mit Brechdurchfall auf der Toilette. Seine Familie blieb gesund. Entweder bezeichnet man sich als Wirtshaus, dann muss sich das auch im Preis niederschlagen oder man will ein Restaurant sein, dann fahrt aber einiges.

Schönes Ambiente, freundliche Begrüßung. Der Service war Anfangs hervorragend, als dann die Bedienung wechselte, wurde der Ton leider etwas pampig - was sich bis zur Bezahlung durchsetzte - Schade, dass die Dame offensichtlich schlechte Laune hatte. Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen üppig.

Wir waren dort zum „Probeessen“ für eine größere Familienfeier und nur im Innenbereich. (Landhausstil muss man mögen, manche nennen das auch altbacken. Aber ok.) Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der gut bürgerlichen Speisekarte geht voll in Ordnung, hat uns aber dennoch nicht ganz überzeugt. Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag des Kochs erwischt. Die einzelne Bedienung wirkte gestresst, blieb aber immer freundlich. Hoffentlich verbessert sich dort schnell die Personallage, wäre schade drum. Immer noch empfehlenswert.

Charming atmosphere of a house in the woods. Delicious authentic saurbraten, excellent Spätzle and tender, large-portioned rump steak accompanied by yummy dunkel beers. Highly recommend.

Ich war mit einer Gruppe dort und wir waren oben unter dem Dach in einem extra Raum. Dort ist alles sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Essen war gut (ich hatte den Sauerbraten), die Portionen könnten ein bisschen größer sein. Mit dem Service war ich auch zufrieden. Ich fand es dort sehr schön und gehe bestimmt Mal wieder dorthin. Wenn möglich mit dem Nahverkehr oder zu Fuß hingehen. Es gibt nur begrenzt Parkplätze

Gutes Essen und gutes Ambiente. Leider mussten wir 1:15h auf das Essen nach der Bestellung warten. Der Tisch neben uns der 40 min später kam bekam das gleiche Essen noch deutlich vor uns.

On y mange assez bien mais le restaurant est inadapté à recevoir des autocars. Stationnement extrêmement compliqué. Faut pas aller en autocar.
