The burger was okay. Nothing out of this world. It didn't seem homemade. The terrible treatment, from the moment you enter they are rude and despotic. Honestly, if you can go somewhere else, opt for another option.

At first the burger came cold, but immediately after complaint it was exchanged for super hot with new fries and then there was a schnapps on the house.

Gemütliche Location. Sehr freundliches Personal mit Marcel und Imam. Burger war sehr gut und die Pommes knusprig wie Sie sein sollten. Rundum empfehlenswert!

The burgers are worth the money. They aren't dripping with fat, but are still super juicy. Fries and onion rings are freshly prepared and highly recommended. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I personally also think the ambience is great because I love sitting outside and watching people, which is great at the main train station. Clear recommendation and thanks to the team. P.s: It wasn't our first time there.

I like that you can check the calories online. Wearing Tights in their wooden stools ia never a good option.

There must have been something wrong with the burger; after eating it, I vomited all night and had diarrhea. Maybe you'll check a food, I didn't eat anything else that day... Still the service was good.

I had an incredible dining experience thanks to my waitress, Aluha! From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and each dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was prompt, and Aluha made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's rare to find such a dedicated server who truly enhances the dining experience. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another meal here, especially with such fantastic service! Highly recommend!

The shop itself looks pretty good, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the burgers and the portion of fries really isn't enough for the price you pay. The atmosphere is relaxed and the people who work here are nice too.

No. We went here as a class and we had to eat burgers without cheese because the place is too stingy. Furthermore, there was only the absolute minimum amount of sauce on the burger and the meat was of poor quality. The burger looked more reminiscent of a food truck at Oktoberfest than a very expensive restaurant. There are much better burger places like Five Guys.

Well, for a snack with a certain waiting time, it's fine. "Overload Fritten BBQ-Beef and Cheese" with extra BBQ beef, a glass of drinkable Riesling and a weak espresso without crema for 29 euros.

If I could give 0 stars, I would give -1 stars. This store is incredibly bad. Bad service, extremely bad food and generally very bad. A really bad juice shop doesn't go there!

All Peter Pane restaurants are offering a brilliant service with friendly and kind staff, and this one is no exception. Dog-friendly and very comfortable. Their sweet potato fries and parmesan sauce are finger licking delicious. A lot of vegeterian and vegan options. Cool cookie is a great dessert option.

Absolute 10/10! Delicious burgers, especially recommended the Goldrausch - super great service, if you're here ask for Jessica :) by far the best service person on site! We'll be back!

The burger was unfortunately disappointing. The meat and bun were very dry, and I didn't enjoy it. We weren't even asked how we wanted the patty cooked (medium, etc.). There's still room for improvement here. The service was attentive and very friendly.

I was there on a Saturday evening, and the waitress was very sweet and friendly. She even gave us a free table, which was very accommodating. The hamburgers and sweet potatoes are delicious. The quality of the buns was also excellent. The mocktails go perfectly with the food and are very refreshing. If you're craving high-quality hamburgers, you should definitely go to Peter Pane!

We were in Berlin for a concert, Peter Pane was right next to our hotel. In terms of ambience, the restaurant was really nice. The food was also divine, the vegan burgers are a 10/10. Dear Aluha served us, we felt very comfortable with her and she was also super nice. I can highly recommend Peter Pane.

Very tasty and would love to come again

We spontaneously decided to eat at Peter Pane and were able to reserve a table within 45 minutes. The atmosphere is very cozy and invites you to a relaxing evening. Our waiter Iman was always very friendly and attentive, as were the entire service staff. The food came very quickly and was super tasty. The large selection offers something for everyone.

Ate there twice during our visit to Berlin. Always warmly welcomed. Service was attentive and friendly both times. If it is very crowded you have to be patient. But very tasty food and the sweet potato fries are great ;) The ambience is great, but the seats are sometimes a bit close to the neighbors. Even if you have short legs, it's a bit uncomfortable because, being 1.62 tall, my legs couldn't reach the floor when sitting. Which is rather uncomfortable after 2 hours;) especially after 6 hours of sightseeing;)

We had very nice service and everyone enjoyed the food. The reservation was easy via Google.

The burger was spicy and delicious and the cheese sauce was amazing. The location was very good and I found a place even without a reservation. Maybe drank two or three more but unfortunately we were already on the way to Frankfurt. Maybe not the cheapest burger, but a very good one.

Went to the restaurant for lunch. On the menus in the restaurant there is the so-called lunch menu: Burger price (so at least €11.90) + €9.90 for a burger, fries, drink and yoghurt. However, on Peter Pane's website, the lunch menu is advertised as a 10 euro menu (burger, small fries and drink). However, this (well-known) menu is not advertised in the restaurant. Only when you ask and AFTER ordering will you be informed that you could also have ordered this menu. Of course, a change was then no longer possible. People around us ordered afterward and yet they were given no indication that they could also order a cheaper lunch. Won't go there anymore.

I ordered my Uber Eats meal there today at 5:10 p.m. and found out after an hour and a half that they had canceled my order. The online service from the restaurant is not recommended at all and I could have gotten something myself.

Yesterday we went to see Peter Pane at the main station in Berlin. We have been to other stores several times and the food was very good. But yesterday we ate the two most expensive burgers, with 300 grams of meat. The macho nacho and the chilly something. The meat was never ever 300 grams, when we expressed our criticism to the waiter, he made excuses. Nothing but nothing came back. So the worst service at Peter Pane!!! We've been to Stuttgart, Munich and Leipzig and we've always been happy and the staff was really great. But yesterday it was a flop!!!! With distance!!!!

Were there as a couple. Got a table super quickly. Wanted burger but with bread would have been too much because starter. Zack's a side of burgers without a bun. ... Top advice... everything tasted great. Prices good for the middle... very happy again

This was by far the tastiest burger I have ever eaten. The premium meat was worth the money. Juicy meat, crispy but not dry bread, salad super fresh, sauce simply delicious. I chose “The Campfire” and was extremely satisfied. The staff was also extremely courteous and polite. The store was quite full and yet we didn't wait 30 seconds at the reception desk until we were seated. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area.
