Actually everything is good and tasty, Peter Pane has just somehow become extremely expensive over time. There were four of us there and ordered a dinner menu. In the end it was 120€, which is saying something.

Leon as a waitress was simply great

Fast and friendly service. Child friendly. Delicious food, chicken nuggets were just a bit dry. There was a radio play playing in the washroom, which I think was really brilliant.

I've never had so few burgers for so much money. The cheapest burger is €11 and is served without cole slaw and fries. Beer couldn't be ordered. The ordering process is so complex that you lose your appetite while ordering. And the station hall-like atmosphere was characterized by a strong music-like noise with base drums so hard that conversation at the table was impossible. The staff, however, was very friendly.

We were very happy with the service, the space, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was perfect. That's how it should be, we'll be happy to come back.

Great restaurant with very tasty burgers and fries and drinks. Burgers are juicy and tasty. Every bite is a pleasure. The homemade thirst quenchers are also delicious and refreshing. We can also recommend the desserts. The chocolate cake really has a delicious liquid core and is beautifully chocolaty. What should be highlighted is the very friendly and professional service. The employee Aluha anticipated almost all of our wishes and always had a great recommendation ready. We would love to come back. If you're in the mood for delicious burgers and other small delicacies, this is the place for you.

Delicious food with friendly and attentive staff. The decor creates a nice atmosphere for an evening and the music is lively but not too loud. The menus are offered in different languages via QR code and the staff are happy to speak English. The portions are just the right size and service was fast.

Very regular. The food is not very good at all and on top of that it is expensive. Good but a lot. I wouldn't go again as there are better places.

The food was very good, it is very well located, but unfortunately the outside is a bit unattractive since it is in the city center near a train station. But still it was nice and the service was also very nice

Very cozy restaurant, with a great selection of burgers and side dishes. I was there on a weekday evening and got a seat without a reservation. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. If I lived in Berlin, this restaurant would definitely be a frequent stop for me. At least I can thank you again for the great food and service. Thank you very much! 😊❤️

The ambience is really great, the price-performance ratio is also great, but I'm not at all convinced by the service. Unfortunately no one cared if the glass was empty, we had to point it out to the service every time. When we wanted to pay, the waitress said she had to spend 20 minutes talking to the colleague at the next table instead of taking care of the guests. It's a shame, because the shop is nice.

The food that actually turned up was delicious but the service is hit and miss, asked three times for our missing food to be checked on but still never received it. This is my second time here and I probably shouldn’t have bothered giving it the second chance.

The prices are rather high for the food you get. Unfortunately, no one at the table liked the house lemonade and the service seems to consist of untrained people.

Arrived in Berlin in the evening and spontaneously went to the restaurant. We were seated immediately without a reservation and served very friendly by Jessica. Large selection. Everything fine.

Hello, so I had the lumberjack, it's a bit classic, but so delicious 😋 I've rarely, really rarely, eaten such a good burger. Highly recommended.

Great service, although I would prefer the staff to tie their hair... Really. ..please tie them together. The food is great. An audio book is playing on the toilet. That was funny. A campaign is currently running in which the special menu is inspired by a different country.

Very cozy place, very good atmosphere with pleasant music. Very fast and friendly service and the food and drinks were delicious. A little expensive but we left satisfied.

Very tasty food and friendly waiters. Unfortunately, there were differences of opinion among the service staff during our visit. Sometimes there were 3-4 people from the service standing and chatting (break?), while two others tried to serve the well-filled restaurant.

Berlin Central station spat you out into the cacophony of the street, hungry for a slab of meat between two slices of bread? Enter and sink into a seat. Your exhausted sigh is echoed by the equally exhausted sigh of the cushion as you let yourself be enveloped by the restaurant’s whimsical ambience and not unlike an irresponsible adult exiled to the kid's table, you feel ridiculed, yet oddly at home. But instead of the straightforward fast food experience you expected, you get a lesson in patience. Any squinting attempt to make eye contact with the waitstaff fails pathetically as they move past time and time again, move with palpable indifference, dressed in polyester pants and apathy. They look in your direction, but never at you. Their vision slips off your shape like it would an optical illusion; you're a floater, a phantom haunting their periphery. This is no ordinary neglect, you begin to suspect. And as if by the connecting train to Bielefeld you're going to miss, you're hit by the grim reality of what has happened – you've entered at the moment of handover. The very second you crossed into Peter Pane, you dropped clean through the cracks of the service industry and into the liminal space between two shifts, where the responsibility of one server ends and the other has not yet begun. Any rational person would get up and leave – you decide to pretend like you're waiting for a friend. No one is holding you hostage and yet you find yourself bound to your chair. Captive of some archaic social contract, a prisoner of politeness, you read and re-read the menu until the words blur, until the paper is worn thin by your fingers. Classic Cheddar, it says. Nacho Macho. You keep turning the pages until they are more familiar than the names of your loved ones. Sir Choc-A-Lot. You watch the other guests, smiles greasy with satisfaction. Golden Snaggets. Good God, you’d kill a man for a single Snagget. You forget what it felt like to taste anything but the tangy, synthetic bite of free condiments as you continue to wait, subsisting on Mango Curry Sauce (370 kcal / 100g) and the hope that one day, someone will notice the agony behind your eyes. The murmur of conversation, the clatter of plates, fade into a distant hum as minutes bleed into hours, hours into an existential haze. Frantic commuters pass the street outside with purpose, zigzagging akin to electrons shocked by their first taste of voltage, but you, oh, you’re not going anywhere. You will never grow old, you're caught in this window seat, caught in your own courtesy like a fly in amber and you spend a lifetime contemplating the sight of some guy balancing on the redundancy of riding a bicycle while wearing roller skates on his feet, as if one mode of locomotion couldn't possibly have been fast enough to get where he was going, so he decided to use two. A strange clarity dawns on you then and you drop the menu. You have no use for it now. You've left hunger behind, conquered the need to be served, to be seen. You've been bored for so long, you've transcended the concept of patience. The friend you're waiting for isn't coming; you made them up. All at once, you see right through the absurdity of your suffering. You rise, shedding the last vestiges of your former self. The staff still don't notice you. Nobody does. And you step out into the street with the ethereal lightness of someone who no longer gives a [redacted]. Your train to Bielefeld is long gone.

Very tasty food and nice service

The place used to be nice in 2018 but the atmosphere was nothing special, burgers are not special for the price tag, too big and really simple.

A beautiful summer evening at Peter Pane "outside". Delicious burgers, fries variations, great mint elderberry drink and finally the dessert variations. Really beautiful and topped off by the wonderful service Laura. Thanks for that 😚

The saddest “Smashburger” I have ever eaten. In the early evening of June 24th. The restaurant was moderately busy, but the service wasn't the fastest. The restaurant appears clean and the service was friendly. The mock/cocktails weren't bad either. However, the burger was subpar. I had the feeling that the “smashpatties” were also frozen goods. I think I probably won't come again

We went to eat at the restaurant and it was VERY expensive, the price of the hamburger was €15 + €9 if you wanted fries and a drink, apart from the €6 they charged us extra for adding a little ketchup, it seemed to me A pretty big scam, the hamburger we tried was not worth it for the price, and the service was slow and before paying they asked us to tip.

Me and my mom had a trip to Berlin. She had surprised me with dinner at Peter Pan. I have to honestly say it was the best burger I've ever eaten in my life. Very good and sufficient portion and very friendly service. Nice employees. We'd love to come back LG F_C

I didn’t come with very high expectations to this place, just wanted to have a quality, filling burger before leaving the city, but I was shocked how mediocre was the so called “smashed” burger. First of all it wasn’t even a smashed burger, they just put 2 slimmer slices of “meat” in to the bun. Secondly they were frozen patties 100% , which for a 13 euro burger is awkward in my opinion. The size was also smaller than an average burger at any place. Unfortunately the pre bad signs showed up in the taste of the burger as well. The flavor was really artificial, it tasted like a literal Mcroyal burger from Macdonalds. I was very disappointed in this place, especially because people don’t give objective feedback and according to the reviews this places have good standards. To give a positive feedback too, the waitress girl did her job great, she came to my table right after I sat down and brought out my beverages quickly.

A place to recommend. The burgers are good, correct, no degrees of doneness of the beef - they only make well done, the drinks are good, the staff is nice, communicative and can speak English. The room inside is nice, clean, noisy, cramped, the tables are very close to each other and there are a lot of people, so you have to move in the aisle.

We were there on Monday and the service and food were great. In the evening you can sit outside and enjoy a good cocktail. All around a great restaurant. If we are in Berlin again we will definitely go there again.

I would have interpreted the question of whether "cheese and pickles would be OK on my burger" as a question about allergies or taste and not about extra ingredients, which of course cost extra. Put like that, the whole thing is deceiving the customer. On the bill it said extra cheese and not cheese-okay. To avoid the standard apology blah, the waitress knew exactly what she was doing. I would say that Peter Pane falls from the restaurant level into the category of snack bar with shady service.
