Persische Küche Bella in Lübeck

I have ordered this twice My first time unfortunately a few things were missing but it was still very tasty Then we ordered again 3 hours ago, the driver was catastrophic, he said I didn't have my address, I spoke to the driver on the phone for half an hour and still couldn't find my address, then canceled it after a long and many calls. Since the food is definitely cold, as a pregnant woman I would unfortunately no longer have any patience, which is a shame

After my first attempt to order there was suddenly canceled with a waiting time of an hour and thus failed, I gave the whole thing a second chance. I ordered via Lieferando and chose “tortellini with cherry tomatoes in cream sauce”. The gentleman who delivered my food became very loud on the phone and accused me of my address being incorrect and then when he stood in front of my mat he continued to scream. The address given was correct, but the gentleman who shouted at me in broken German, as if it was my fault that he couldn't read properly, didn't want to stop. Paid in cash, took a quick breath and opened my order. I cut open a tortellini and couldn't figure out what that pink/soft thing was in there. I called the restaurant and asked. The chef who answered the phone told me it was ham. My question was why they didn't include that in the description of the dish, since I don't eat ham and neither do many others. The chef then said why I didn't write "without ham" How should I unsubscribe from something that isn't shown as content? The chef became disrespectful on the phone and then started yelling too. My order was then canceled on Lieferando so that I cannot leave a review there. I paid for the food I couldn't eat and then had to throw it away. No proposed solution was given or accepted, nor was insight shown. Also totally customer unfriendly. I appeal to all vegetarians/vegans and those who don't eat pork to avoid this restaurant. Because in the end it is your fault that there is meat in the food even though it is not mentioned anywhere. I've never experienced anything like that.

The food is really very tasty. However, the restaurant needs a proper renovation so that you have to feel good. As I said, the food was wonderful and the chef and service were very nice.

Persian dishes and pizza are very rich and tasty. Very nice host and employees. I felt very well. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Pizza nicht gut Qualität und Geschmack ! Pizza wurde auch nicht geschnitten ! Knoblauch Soße auch nicht wirklich schmackhaft ! Werd nicht nochmal bestellen !

Leider in den Innenräumen viel zu kalt Draußen war es angenehmer Wc ????naja

Liebe Leute, die Pizza ist einmalig lecker, dafür gibt es 4 Sterne. Es dürfte gerne wieder mehr Partys stattfinden, wie früher. Dafür die nur 3 Sterne. Die neue Küche ist sehr gut und schmackhaft. Weiter so.. Viele Grüße, Claudia

Restaurant Bella hat erstklassische persische Küche. Dazu ist es sehr geräumig und hat gute Bedienung. Sehr zum empfehlen!!
