1h d'attente pour recevoir nos plats,... faits mais sûrement "oubliés" sur le coin d'un comptoir... Ils sont arrivés (évidemment) froids, repartis en cuisine mais revenus avec moins dans les assiettes. Les couverts sont apportés après les plats et nous n'avons pas eu droit aux serviettes... Le niveau de cuisine et le service (approximatif) sont très insatisfaisants pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix d'un plat a été déduit de l'addition, malgré tout, l'ensemble est décevant.

No soap or toilet paper in the restroom. Fries, mayo, and packaging waste on the seat were only cleaned after being asked to. Complained several times online and again today by phone. Nobody cares about the customer's complaints. They neither respond nor address them. Happened in Aachen Holzgraben 11 Person in charge: Dietmar Schröder

Vaalser Str. 6Unfortunately, La Piccola seems to no longer exist. I've driven past it several times in the last few weeks, and everything was always closed and dark. It's a shame, because it used to be a pretty good delivery service.

Adalbertsteinweg 265, Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany We've ordered food from here several times. Unfortunately, it's never been worth it. The main courses almost always had very little meat, the sauce was watery, and the taste was mediocre. The restaurant has changed its name several times, but nothing has improved. (December 2023)
