When it comes to Mexican food, this is my first choice. Very friendly atmosphere and cozy, authentic atmosphere. We really enjoyed the dishes and cocktails we ordered today. It was delicious and the portions are large and great. Definitely worth the money and time to come here!!! I can highly recommend Patatas Restaurant!!!

It is not authentic Mexican food, the flavor is more Indian style. It's a small place, it smells a lot like cumin. They don't have spicy sauces, they say Mexican but it's not. Don't spend money there, no one speaks Spanish, there is no Mexican cook, the owner is not Mexican, no one has lived in Mexico. So if you go there I recommend you go on the safe side, just Beer.

Quaint, rustic restaurant in Spandau's old town. We enjoyed tasty Mexican dishes; But there is also other cuisine. The friendly and well-disposed service rounded off our extremely positive impression.

Came here because of high ratings and got scammed. I ordered the “burrito de picadillo” (ground beef, potatoes, and vegetables based sauce) I got a tortilla filled with rise.

Very good and fast service! The food is incredibly tasty, the salmon in tequila-cilantro sauce is highly recommended! 5 stars are not enough, I am very satisfied!!! 😊

Excellent cuisine, good beer, pleasant service.

The restaurant has an atmosphere that invites you to have a good time with friends, couples or even alone (good music), the drinks are well deserved and they have everyday happy hour from 7 to 11 (recommended!) the service is always nice and on point to provide you the best attention. In my case I tried hüftsteak (42) and it was delicious! I will come back!

Very tasty food and good cocktails. The chocolate peanut sauce is definitely worth a try. We thought they were brilliant. And you know you've found a good restaurant when you're even looking forward to the side salad. The cocktails are also amazing. Swimming pool is great, the Mai Tai with flambéed pineapple tops everything. Update: Back after a year. The store is still awesome. No more flambéed pineapple, but that's what a Mai Tai should be. No ready mix from the bottle or anything like that. And the Mole Rojo is so delicious. Definitely again and again!

My food didn't come out until after the others at my table were completely done eating ( first photo). I asked multiple times about it and they just said "it's coming" Then it was the wrong thing. I specifically asked if the before burrito had bell peppers and she said yes, so I ordered the chicken burrito. They brought the veggie. The waitress just kept insisting it was right but it was full of veggies not listed in the chicken burrito description and there was absolutely no chicken. I just told them to take it back since everyone else was done. She had the audacity to leave it on the bill but took it off when we firmly told her we would not be paying for it. I have the receipt, so don't even think about trying to get this taken down.

We had a very late afternoon meal, when we got there the place was still empty. The place had a very latin feel just upon entering. But I found the kitchen and toilet not really comforting, not well-maintained. We were very excited when we got our orders because the dishes served looked sumptuous and in very large portions. Unfortunately, we were not quite satisfied. I had the Enchiladas de Pollo — the salad on the side was fresh enough, the beans tasted good too, but the Enchiladas weren’t simply not for me. It had a weird taste which only one of my friends found okay. I should‘ve asked the staff about it but did not. One friend got the Salad with Steak strips. The Salad was fresh and crisp, but the Steaks were dry. She did request medium, but they were well-done. Nonetheless , the flavour was there. The Puntas Rez was also falvourful and savoury. The Costillas weren’t very fresh. The sauce was on point but the meat itself tasted old, tough and dry. I can only commend the staff who were very accommodating and friendly.

Nice restaurant, fast service and the food came quickly. The food served was good, but I would have preferred 4 tortillas instead of 3 for the amount of meat etc. The second dish was salmon, unfortunately fried for too long and burnt around the edges. Price-performance ok.

The chicken burrito was more than half stuffed with rice, the burrito is not like that, I ordered a Fanta to drink and it barely had gas. I'm talking about my experience, I didn't try another dish, I didn't like it. Small and cold place. The girl waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Super Service! 3 out of 4 meals were really good! Unfortunately the burger wasn't to our liking. The ambience would also fit perfectly in Prenzlauer Berg :) It's quite tight there. But we still found it comfortable. I think we'll try the cocktail happy hour 😅

I came here because of the good reviews, but unfortunately found the food very disappointing. Nice service, but the restaurant has nothing to do with Latin America, from the waitress to the chef, no one is from Mexico. And unfortunately you could taste it.

Stopped in spontaneously yesterday on a Wednesday evening and was absolutely positively surprised: nice ambience, music at a pleasant volume and selection. There was also a very attentive waitress, we felt comfortable all around. Cocktails highly recommended and nicely decorated (Sex on the Beach, wow!). Here's the thing: the food was very tasty, appetizingly prepared and we were full (we're good eaters...). Eating out is fun!!!

We had a pleasant dinner thanks to our nice and attentive waitress. The food was tasty and hot. For us it wasn't too spicy, it could have been a bit more. But everything was still delicious.

Restaurant is very small, you sit cramped and close to strangers. It was very loud and conversations were difficult. 2 drinks came non-carbonated and the juice spritzer was very fizzy with a splash of juice. A small special request (due to illness) was rejected and no alternative was offered. I just wanted a baked potato instead of fries (which according to the menu was also available, but not in the combination I wanted), of course I would have paid for that, but it wasn't possible. Otherwise the service staff were friendly. Food was okay, but nothing special. We were a little disappointed and quickly left. We are not planning another visit.

Das Angebot ist gut und übersichtlich, was die Auswahl leicht macht. Essen wird flott zubereitet und freundlich serviert. Alle 6 Personen waren zufrieden mit dem Essen. Preis-Leistung ist für Spandau OK. Das Lokal ist klein und eng, wenn es nicht komplett voll ist, dann geht's aber. Was mich persönlich gestört hat ist, das die Tische keine Ambientebeleuchtung haben. Somit holt fast jeder seine Handylampe raus um die Karte zu lesen. Eine Beleuchtung welche nicht zu grell ist , wäre an den Tischen sehr gut.

Sehr leckere und reichhaltige Gerichte. Feurig pikant jedoch nicht zu scharf. Klein aber fein.

Es un restaurante mexicano que está en el casco antiguo de Spandau en Berlín, a unos 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes de Spandau. El local en si es pequeñito y el baño es frío. La comida en si está muy buena y la presentación es excepcional, el servicio es rápido y los camareros son muy amables. Desde mi punto de vista es un lugar recomendable.

Tolles Ambiete, gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis, sehr guter und gastorientierter Service, leckeres Essen und gut gemischte Cocktails! Einen Besuch wert. Wir waren an einem Freitag dort, eine Tischteservierung ist anzuraten.

Netter Service. Essen war leider enttäuschend… schmeckte etwas eigenartig und ich hätte es besser zurück gehen lassen sollen. Hatte mich von den guten Bewertungen leiten lassen, würde aber auf gar keinen Fall ein zweites Mal hingehen.
