The view is nice, the noodles are made in-house so they have their own unique taste. The waiter can speak English. The service was good, but maybe it was lunch time and lots of people had come, so he seemed a little rushed in serving us.

Delicious freshly made pasta in the heart of Aachen. The service is very courteous and you quickly have your chosen dishes on the table. The ambience could be a little nicer, but it was still okay.

Came for the food, stayed for the ambience! Be sure to try the lasagne! Rarely in Aachen have I been served so warmly and in a good mood. There were two women there who waited and settled the bill, plus staff behind the counter. Everyone was extremely friendly, in a good mood, accommodating and simply wonderful! That really enhanced the meal. About the food itself: I found the carbonara okay, a little bit of bacon, hardly any salt. The Bolognese is very tasty, but here too: a little bit meaty. The lasagna: a poem! Wonderful! The best lasagne far and wide, definitely come to the noodle factory; enough sauce, not too many pasta sheets, not too much cheese, out of the oven as it should be! Not served “just like that” on a plate, but in an oven dish. Exactly right, a clear recommendation! The food was served very quickly, everything was freshly prepared and garnished. The price-performance ratio: You can also cook pasta at home. To be welcomed and served so warmly and in a good mood is just great! The food is delicious and the vibe is right, the employees seem harmonious and are all extremely hard-working and friendly. If you like eating out for the ambience, you'll definitely get your money's worth here! If it's all about food, you should try the experiment :)! You can take food cold and warm, cash and card payments are possible.

I'm a real foodie and love well prepared food and by far this restaurant was the best in Aachen! I would have had the best evening there even with a slice of toast. I have rarely seen the staff treat you with such care these days! I'm really so grateful to have found this place. The waitress with the hat was really the nicest and most competent restaurateur I had the pleasure of experiencing, she always felt like she knew what was right, that's what you expect from a restaurant where the staff listens to your wishes and lets you walk out the door with a smile . For every tourist or Aachen resident Pasta noodle factory should be at the top of your list. I've been to almost every restaurant and speak from experience, there is handmade food made with love ❤️

The lasagne was delicious and the spaghetti carbonara was also very tasty. Unfortunately, the spaghetti tasted more like spaetzle, which I personally didn't think was bad, but it might bother others. 👍

A good restaurant for pasta in Aachen

The food tastes good and the staff was courteous, but I find it quite expensive to pay €15 for a portion of pasta with sauce.

Simple atmosphere, nice service. Unfortunately neither of us liked the noodles. The spaghetti wasn't thin enough for us (I estimate it to be size 7) and the aglio e olio “sauce” was very tomatoey. Unfortunately, the ravioli were floury and didn't taste quite good. A pity. However, lemonade from Sicily was very tasty.

Very good pasta, wow. Super freshly made, you can see the good pieces right at the counter. The staff is very nice and funny. There are vegan pasta options and many vegetarian dishes. The parmesan was super tasty. I think you can also buy pasta there if you want to serve something yourself. You can sit outside and inside. The food was prepared quickly. Is worth every cent. Gladly again

Located in the center a few steps from the Rathaus and the Cathedral, this restaurant is furnished in a very simple way but I deserve a good rating for the kindness and the good products used; at the end of the meal we also enjoyed a Real Coffee.

Pasta not even done al dante. Worse than the pasta I make myself. Not worth 15euro. And was only 5 min food prep.

We received this restaurant as a tip! Thought yes, nothing can go wrong with pasta, nothing could be further from the truth. When I came in, no one could say a friendly good evening, then I thought okay... maybe not your day. Then we sat down somewhere, there was room everywhere, actually just had a look at the menu, it wasn't all that great, but I grabbed the combination well, it wasn't too much to eat, but it wasn't good at all. When paying, they double counted all the drinks we had not drunk. Then I come home feeling nauseous and throwing up, I will save the rest, I was awake all night from everything SO DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very delicious pasta. Fair enough portion, I would have eaten a few more ravioli. The best thing is that they sell loose fresh pasta, something I really miss from my country (pasta houses) and here in Germany I haven't really seen it before (maybe there are very few).

As always, the noodles were delicious, the service was very nice, but the atmosphere in the dining room (except at the two tables by the window) was dark and rather uncomfortable. Why not a few hanging lamps from the ceiling and some tasteful decoration?

A jewel among Aachen's restaurants. Good ingredients make good food. Own pasta production in-house. Locals also like to stop by the bar table for a beer.

Super service and food. They just explain the taste which we wish. We were trying for the first time and a lady staff just explained it so perfectly so that we could just feel the best

This place has many varieties of pasta. Pasta Nudelmanufaktur serves the best and authentic Italian food in Aachen. I visited here in the evening, the place was full. The service here is very warm and pleasant. The waitress was so patient enough to explain each and every dish to us. And also she suggested the best combinations and their special menus. The place has plenty of vegetarian options and some non vegetarian options too. I had ravioli with spinach. It was delicious. I'll definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to have Italian food.

Ja mir nach den Weihnachtsmarktbesuch ein Nudelgericht zusammen gegessen alle Gerichte waren lecker die Menge hat bisschen abgenommen die Preise haben bisschen angezogen aber alles gerechtfertigt weil die Nudeln Gerichte sind alle hochwertig man sollte unbedingt vor reservieren wir haben uns zu dritt an einem kleinen Tisch gequetscht

Sehr leckere Pasta aus eigener Herstellung im Herzen von Aachen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine gelungene Auswahl, der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider ist das Ambiente eher wie in einem Bistro oder in einer Kantine. Die Nudeln sind hausgemacht, meine Ravioli waren aber leider viel zu trocken. Die Soße war leider nicht würzig genug. Für mich hat die Portionsgröße gereicht, für meinen Mann wäre es aber deutlich zu wenig gewesen. Die Nudeln meines Mannes waren leider ebenfalls sehr geschmacksneutral. Wir würden einen Besuch dort nicht empfehlen. Zudem sind die Preise für die Qualität und die Portionen auch nicht angemessen.

Superlecker! Wenn wir noch mal in Aachen sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen. Absolute Empfehlung !

Das Restaurant in der Nähe des Aachener Doms unt der RTWH Aachen ist schön und hat draußen Plätze zum Essen. Das Essen, wie Nudeln, Gnocchi und Lasagne, hat uns gut geschmeckt. Es gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Wenn man besondere Wünsche hat, werden sie berücksichtigt.

Ongeveer 100 meter van het Rathaus verwijderd ligt dit restaurant. Zelfgemaakte pasta en noodles. Eenvoudige aankleding. Normale prijzen. Verzorgde toiletten. Vriendelijke bediening. Had iets meer ervan verwacht.

Decent at best. Great idea, rather average execution. Pasta is ok-ish but could surely be better. Fettuccine look more like linguine, so no accuracy there…a touch of freshly ground pepper is delicious and doesn’t cost much but if you want salt and pepper you have to repeatedly ask for it. The terrace tables are not the cleanest,and the service could be better. In addition to this the prices are high for what you get, for the experience. 14-15 for a rather small plate of pasta and 8 for a bottle of water feels rather undeserved. Wouldn’t return, wouldn’t recommend… Better options around. Parking can be complicated in the area. Card payment possible.

Wir hatten Spaghetti Pomodoro, Fettuchine Carbonara und Spinat Lasagne und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Der Hauswein (rot) und das Kölsch waren ebenfalls gut. Der Service ist nicht zu beanstanden, sowohl bei unserem Anruf mit der Frage nach einem freien Tisch als auch bei der Bedienung vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient. Einzig die Tische im Außenbereich könnten besser gepflegt und positioniert sein. Ich saß halb unter den Geranien und bei meinem Mann waren noch Saucenflecken vom Vorgänger auf dem Tisch. Da wir diesbezüglich nicht empfindlich sind, haben wir uns nicht darüber beschwert. Alles in allem würden wir das Lokal jederzeit wieder besuchen und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren happy! Gute und leckere Nudeln, viel Auswahl, freundliches Personal und nette Atmosphäre. Kartenzahlung einführen wäre noch sinnvoll :-)

Die Gorgonzola Fettuccines haben gut geschmeckt, waren jedoch etwas fad. Für einen stolzen Preis von 14,50€ wurde ich jedoch leider nicht satt. Falls man reich als Unternehmensberater wurde und mit seinen Kollegen bei aixSolution einen entspannten Abend haben will, ist dieser Restaurant eine gute Wahl. Für Studenten, die nach einer Klausur zusammen etwas essen wollen, ist das jedoch etwas zu teuer. PS: Eine Flasche Wasser kostet 8€

Leider geschlossen schon zum zweiten Mal, im Internet steht geöffnet.

Schade das man aus Düsseldorf extra anreist um dann ein Schild an der Tür zu finden das Betriebsferien sind. Das könnte man auch mal auf Facebook posten. Wir standen mit 5 Leuten vor der Tür.

Eine schöne, zentrale Lage. Und eine sehr leckere Pasta. Wir haben sowohl Tagliatelle, als auch Lasagne und Kombination aus dem Ofen bestellt (waren zu viert). Die angebotenen Getränke haben auch eine höhe Qualität. Die Gerichte ohne Schnickschnack und die Pasta ist auf dem Vordergrund. Alles wurde schnell und gleichzeitig gebracht. Die Bedienung war auch super freundlich und nett.

Super netter Service. Freundlicher, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Herr (mit längeren Haaren und Bart). Essen war wie immer sehr gut und hat proppe satt gemacht. Wer in der Nudelmanufaktur Candle-Light-Dinner erwartet, hat das Konzept nicht verstanden.

Jedes Mal wieder sehr lecker & alles frisch! Service aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Als Idee: Den Bezügen der Stühle und Bänke könnten eine Auffrischung gut tun. Und eine kleine Holzküche damit die kleinen Gäste Nudeln ”zubereiten” können wäre grandios :-).

We had Pasta with Gorgonzola and Lasagna Bolognese, It was hot , it was fresh pasta, but it was almost without any taste, not even a fresh Basilicum, to show up the dish. service was good but like a Robot, no not for us a second time...

Der Service war sehr gut, das Ambiente war auch ganz schön, allerdings hat die Nudelmanufaktur eher etwas von einem Imbiss als von einem Restaurant. Das Essen war eher enttäuschend. Die Nudeln waren für meinen Geschmack zu hart, die Soße und das Gemüse eher spärlich. Würde persönlich dort nicht noch einmal essen.

Worst pasta. Not worse than Vapiano but quite bad. It is an insult to call what they serve: spaguetti carbonara: overcooked pasta, soaking in cream with a piece of uncooked bacon and garnished with parsil. In what world is this a carbonara????????? I feel so sad that one can ruin such an easy classic dish.

Es war zwar lecker, aber leider waren die Portionen viel zu klein. Aus der Gruppe (5 Personen) wurde niemand satt, sodass wir danach nochmal in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen sind. Zudem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Ich werde nicht nochmal hier essen und würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ausgezeichnete selbst gemachte Nudeln und Soßen in hervorragender Qualität! War in Aachen schon in ein paar Restaurants aber rein kulinarisch gehört es zu den Top Adressen wenn man italienisch mag.

Sehr netter Service. Das Essen war leider sehr langweilig und die Raviolifüllung hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Die unterschiedlichen überbacken Pastasorten mit Soße waren okay.

Qualitative Nudeln, gut al dente gekocht, allerdings war meine Pasta ein bisschen untergewürzt. Ich kann aber sagen, dass der Geschmack und die Gerichte doch ein bisschen dem deutschen Palatum angepasst wurden.

Gezellige pastabar. Gemoedelijke sfeer,zéér vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening. We waren met twee en hebben Fettuccine met zalm en room gegeten. Lekker en goedkoop. Als we nog eens in Aken komen, gaan we er stellig terug naartoe. Een aanrader voor wie graag pasta eet.

Wo die Pasta selbst gemacht wird, der Service das Timing im Griff hat, obwohl der Laden voll ist, man draußen, wie drinnen sitzen kann - der hat nichts anderes als 5 Sterne verdient! Molto bene! :)

Sehr leckeres Essen sowie sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir hatten einmal die Spinatlasagne & einmal die vegetarischen Ravioli mit Tomatensauce, beides super lecker. Wir haben unser Essen auch recht zeitnah bekommen & mussten gar nicht lange warten. Wenn man draußen sitzt, sitzt man auch echt schön. Das Restaurant bietet auch sizilianische Limonade an, die Sorte Blutorange ist auch sehr lecker. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne nochmal!

Se volete mangiare dell' ottima pasta che ricorda pienamente la tradizione dell' Emilia Romagno, questo e' il posto giusto in cui venire per degustare ottimi primi e non solo oppure per scegliere tra i molti formati proposti da cucinare a casa.

Wegen der hohen Bewertung gekommen und maßlos enttäuscht. Gerichte wenig gewürzt, kein Kräutlein, kein Blättlein, nichts für das Auge - dafür geriebener Billig-Parmesan. Der Service ist mau und die die Küche schließt augenscheinlich um 21.00 Uhr und nicht um 23.09 Uhr. So nicht !

Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Bei Nudeln mit Lachs mussten man diesen suchen. Nicht nochmal. Auch die Nudeln mit Gorgonzola waren enttäuschend. Schade ums Geld.

Einmal im Jahr zum CHIO gehen wir dort immer gerne essen, sehr zu empfehlen 😋
