Papa Nô – Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin

We visited Papa No for the first time for my best friend's birthday. We had a table for five with a reservation. We ordered almost exclusively vegan dishes – seaweed salad, edamame, "duck," "crispy duck," crispy chicken, and breaded sushi rolls. Almost everything was incredibly delicious, except for the vegan duck. The others enjoyed it. The drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were really good, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The ambiance is modern, cozy, and very inviting – you immediately feel at home. Only the restrooms could be a bit more clean. We paid about €70 for an appetizer, three dishes, and three drinks – absolutely fair for the quality. Overall, a wonderful evening – we'll definitely be back! 🌿✨

I had an amazing time at Papa nô.The food was super delicious — especially the suppe 11 is very delicious , which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The place has such a nice vibe, cozy and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The service was quick, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. Prices are totally worth it for the quality you get. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve tried lately — I’ll 100% be back soon! 🙌

The food was very good. I tried udon nudles with crispy chicken, sushi and duck with rice. The prices are affordable, and the service was quick. The waiter was good. I would eat here again.

Tom Kha Soup Sushi Box for 2 Crunchy Cheese Rolls Norritos with Salmon and Avocado It was great, I'd definitely order again. Maybe it needs a bit of dry ice when serving (just a matter of taste).

🇷🇺 Russian 4/5 — a decent Vietnamese place without the "wow". The fish roll is more lively than the meat one. They didn't bring a plate for the roll — the rice flew all over the table like U8 passengers during a sudden stop 🍣😂. The toilet is ok: not a museum of cleanliness, but without any odors 🚽. The main star is the pink neon sign: selfies come out as if you went for pho, but ended up in an art installation 📸🌸. Advice: ask for a large plate right away — minus one reason for Berlin minimalism on the table. One line for the cards: "Photogenic, edible, 4/5; fish roll ok, ask for a plate right away — otherwise rice rain." ⸻ 🇬🇧English Solid 4/5 Vietnamese spot. Fish roll beats the meat one. They skipped the plate for the roll, so the table turned into a rice confetti party - very U8 chic 🍣😂. Bathroom’s fine: not spotless, not smelly 🚽. The pink neon sign steals the show — you come for pho and leave with an artsy selfie 📸🌸. Pro tip: ask for a big plate upfront; saves you from minimalist decor made of rice. One-liner for Maps: “Photogenic, tasty, 4/5; fish roll wins, ask for a plate or enjoy rice rain.”

Got food delivered, pho, wan tan soup, summer roll and sushi. Food arrived 20 minutes faster than arranged which took us by surprise. While the portion size was good the flavour in every dish was lacking. Sushi was very rice heavy, not well made. Definitely can't recommend the crumbed and fried sushi. Tiny amounts of fish. One serve came with wasabi, the other didn't 🤷 Pho came with a good amount of noodles, broth and beef. Meat was haphazardly cut and flavourless, lacked herbs, especially basil for distinctive flavour, broth very middle of the road, no spice at all, tasted like the pho paste from the shop. Summer roll was huge but stuffed full of rice (?), once again missing fresh herbs, very bland. Dipping sauce was just salty, no sweetness. Very odd, like eating salty rice paper with lettuce. The huge portions meant we didn't go hungry but for almost 40 Euro without drinks the flavour of all dishes was disappointing and I personally wouldn't eat here again.

Worst pad thai I have ever had. None of the original ingredients- no bamboo shoots, no egg, no garlic chives, no lime, no peanut and worst of all some sort of strange soy sauce instead of authentic pad thai sauce. It’s really disgraceful - this dish should just be called “bland noodles with brocoli and carrots”

The food was food and the staff are very nice. I had to reduce one star because the coke came in a glass and not really fizzy so not fresh. Other than that, everything was good.

Unfortunately a disappointing Pho experience. The broth in both versions - classic with beef and vegetarian with tofu - was completely overloaded with glutamate, had an artificial taste and was hardly edible. The meat was tough, cut too thick and seemed inferior. Even the vegetarian soup could hardly be saved due to the over-seasoned broth. It's extremely rare (perhaps one in 100 restaurant visits) that we return a dish - here we couldn't eat either soup with the best will in the world. However, the satay skewers were positive – they were really tasty and well seasoned. The service was friendly, but that didn't make up for the disappointing food. Overall, unfortunately not a recommendation for the Pho, but the Satees are perhaps a small ray of hope.

I know this shop and the food is wonderfully different. Not like the fast food and to go in a cup. Portions are very sufficient and tasty, additional sauces and spices are not necessary at all and would ruin the good flavor of the food. Thank you keep it up 👍🤩

We took advantage of the lunch menu and it was great! Delicious and fresh and only 12 eur for a starter, main course and drink. I would love to go back there but unfortunately I don't live in the area. We were the only customers, I'm surprised that people don't take advantage of such a great offer, but it's probably because there aren't many offices in the area.

I ordered Pad Thai and was unfortunately very disappointed. The noodles were completely overcooked and had fallen into small pieces and unfortunately it didn't taste good either. It actually just tasted like soup powder. Too bad!

Ordered via Lieferando about 30 minutes before closing time. Delivery was super quick in 20 minutes and the delivery person was also really friendly. The food was first class. Sushi simply tasted "fresh", I don't know how I could describe it better. The baked sushi was warm and crispy. Everything that was supposed to be warm was warm and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. We would be happy to order again.
