Very tasty pizza and one of the most authentic pizzas in the city. We order a pizza almost every week and have never been disappointed.

Best pizza in Frankfurt. Especially the combination with one of the dips rounds the whole thing off considerably. I've eaten there a number of times and also ordered it to be taken home or picked up and every time I've been more than happy with the pizza. The whole team is also very friendly and accommodating!

Papa Napoli is always good. I often grab a quick pizza and an Italian beer. Astonishing. The Bianche Pizzas are a great change from the boring menus you find all over the city. Papa Napoli is definitely on my short list when it comes to pizza paradise!

I absolutely loved my visit to Papa Napoli! The pizza was super tasty – crispy base, fresh ingredients and really well seasoned. You can taste that the work here is done with love and quality. The atmosphere is also very inviting - modern but cozy, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I found the selection of different types of pizza particularly cool – there really is something for everyone. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here. I'll definitely be back!

A fabulous place with a clean and elegant design. I went there with a friend and we both ate pizza. As an Italian, I'm happy to say that I had a truly fantastic pizza. Fast service and all waiters were very helpful and attentive

Extremely diminished. At the opening the pizza was a 10/10. I still remember the pizza very well because it really blew us away. We were there last week and the pizza had nothing to do with the quality back then. The crust was chip-like, the pizza was too dry (even though we had ordered extra tomato sauce) and there wasn't enough cheese. We ate directly on site. If you look at the photos here you can see clear differences between the pizzas. Back then 10/10, now a 3/10. It had the character of a frozen pizza. too bad

Unfortunately the pizza was only lukewarm and the taste was bland. The Caprese pizza is not recommended at all!

Great evening on the outdoor terrace at Papa Napoli. The pizza was great, generously topped, and the dips were also very tasty and matched to the pizzas. Service was also very nice and attentive. I'll be back :)

For me the best pizza 🍕 And as a highlight, the 3 delicious dips 😋, so I also eat the edge, which is particularly fluffy here. It usually stays somewhere else with me.

The pizza was incredibly tasty, the dough was perfect and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The seating is also really comfortable and offers a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly staff, who make your stay even more pleasant. Overall, I can say: Probably the tastiest pizza in Frankfurt - I'll definitely be back!

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Frankfurt

One of my favorite pizzas. The dips are particularly recommended, without which the edge always remains untouched elsewhere. Love sitting on the terrace in the summer, absolutely beautiful location!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, one pizza was missing pepperoncini and truffle cream. So I paid €15 for a salami pizza. Both pizzas were also cold. There are 2 stars for the dough, which is still good.

What was that then? I went in for the first time with a colleague on Monday at 7 p.m., no other guests, no greeting even though we were the only guests. Since we work around the corner in the Westend, I thought we'd give it a try. After 5 minutes of not paying attention, we wanted to order and were pointed to the ordering machine without even saying a word. Unfortunately, several delivery couriers stood in front of the order terminal and waited for the order bags, so we couldn't order at all. Then they left without ordering and no one was interested. It still seems to be working anyway. And luckily there are plenty of friendly, good pizzerias nearby.

Pizza raw gets 16€ a pizza with pistachios and garlic is added to it, which is not on the menu at all. A shame for the Neapolitan pizza in Naples, these people would immediately close the business catastrophically !!!! If you don't want to have a stomach ache, please don't order here for the last time 👎

That was honestly the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten. The salami consists only of fat and tastes like fish. I really wonder how you can offer something like this to your customers. I have to try my product myself, or eat at a good pizzeria like Rimini and then realize what I'm offering here.

If I close me eyes, I would be in Italy 🇮🇹 thank great food.

Best example that looks aren't everything... Bad pizza dough like biscuit...

We needed something in our stomachs before the musical and unfortunately we came across this "pizzeria". It started with the "order screen" like some fast food chains. Except that it seems to have a life of its own. So our order was simply deleted. After your order was finally out, it arrived after 5 minutes. A Luca pizza (with Italian salami, mushrooms and extra mozzarella) and a funghi were ordered. The salami had probably been in use for a while because it had such a sour taste that my mother felt extremely sick immediately afterwards and gagged for minutes. When he commented that this pizza was inedible, he had no answer other than what should I do now? He then offered another pizza which was then OK at the lowest level. It was also being renovated and the atmosphere was like a construction site. If we had more time, we would have looked for something better. Because that wouldn't have been a challenge. Quantity prevails here, rather than quality. Never again!!!

The interior of the pizza cooling counter was contaminated with mouse droppings. A significant amount of fruit flies was also found. The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. Preparation/washing area: A significant amount of fruit flies and rodent infestation (mouse droppings next to wine bottles and canned goods, mouse droppings on shelves) were found. The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. The dishwasher was dirty. The slicer was contaminated. The interior of the refrigerator counter was heavily contaminated. The floor was particularly dirty in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities. Low temperature/refrigeration / basement: The evaporator, the evaporator protection grille and the floor drain were contaminated. The shelf and the ceiling were contaminated with mold. Staff toilet (UG): The staff toilets and sanitary facilities were so contaminated that all surfaces had to be thoroughly cleaned. Ordered via Uber eats today. Pizza came cold. There wasn't a single pistachio to be found on the Papa Napoli pizza with pistachios. Really disappointed. Was once a recommendation

Ordered pizza through Wolt. The dough was super delicious. We heated up the pizza again in the oven. Top!

Unfortunately very bad, two things were forgotten on the pizza and in the end I had pizza bread with ingredients carelessly thrown on it!

Ordered 2 pizzas through Wolt, 2 of 4 ingredients on the pizza were missing - and they weren't even extras, but products listed in the menu, simply not there! And then we waited even longer… extremely disappointing!!

Decent enough pizza via Wolt 2 for 1 deal currently running. Would like to see them more proactive responding to their google reviews though, some appear to have had issues that were not easily resolved.

Fantastic food! The pizza tastes great and the service was nice. I cannot understand the negative reviews because many of the criticisms are obviously due to errors by delivery services such as UberEats or Lieferando - the restaurant itself cannot do anything about that. Clear recommendation!

Stay Away!!! Ordered a Pizza Caprese for 15,5€. I think picture speaks better for itself. Supermarket level tomatoes in caprese pizza, half of a mozarella and 5 tiny pieces of basilikum. Is this a joke?

The good thing is that the food is good. However the service is terrible!! I have had an open complaint for several months because their online ordering did not work and my redeemed points disappeared. Unfortunately, to date there has been no accommodation and you are simply ignored. They're also not very particular about the toppings on the pizzas. The desired extra ingredients are often placed from one pizza to the other. It's a shame, the restaurant had potential. But the way it's currently run is just sloppy.

Update: 5 stars in the past become 1 star in the present. Reasons: 1. Order a €15 pizza on the display? No. 2. 45min waiting time? No. 3. One pizza burnt, the other flaky? No thanks. It's a shame, because I enjoyed being here often. Super Bro's is opening a location in Westend. This will be my number 1.

A total disappointment! This was our third (and last) visit to Papa Napoli. The Westend location is treated with extreme carelessness. Apart from the fact that the quality of the ingredients is ok, the pizza has absolutely nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza. The dough is much too thin, the edge is too thin and due to the low utilization the oven is apparently being operated below the target temperature, which makes the dough tough and "chewy". But all of this would be forgivable if the service wasn't so incredibly bad. No trace of La Dolce Vita in the Westend. Zero interest in the guest. Whether pizza is baked, manicures are done or rusty nails are put on the shelf, the operator obviously doesn't care at all. There is no sign of the “Passione per la Pizza”, absolutely nothing. We were the only (!) guests in the restaurant on Monday at 7 p.m. and were greeted with the word "screen" and a finger gesture. We were then allowed to place our order ourselves, McDonald's style. The only other words were "Diavola" when picking up the pizza and "we close in 10 minutes" as we sat outside. There is no reason for us to visit this restaurant again. Three absolutely negative experiences are enough.

This was a really good pizza. The sauce and cheese were creamy and the crust thin which I like. Only annoying thing is ordering on a machine.

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. At first the pizzas were mixed up and when we went for a walk while we were waiting, when we returned only one pizza was ready and the other two weren't. The finished pizza was now cold, which was very annoying. Instead of apologizing for the mishap, the waitress was rude and rude. At least the quality of the pizza was okay, but unfortunately the service really spoiled the experience.

I was here for the first and last time. Waited far too long for a system restaurant for a pizza, which then turned out to be listless and cheaply made for EUR 15.50. The Salsiccia pizza had nothing to do with the description. Pistachios and smoked scamorza were missing. Waiting around 40 minutes for this at lunchtime is absurd. The self-service concept is reminiscent of McDonald's - you have to order on the screen and swipe your credit card. Then you wait with the annoying beeper. And waits. And waits. There were no knives for the pizza on the table and no longer given out. Nope - not like that.

Maybe not the best pizza in town nor my favorite pizza shop but overall it is good for a quick bite or lunch. It is different from Super Bro’s pizza, but their dough is crispy and thin, also tasty. What I like very much is they have pizza sandwich, basically is like a bit less than half size of pizza - perfect for a smaller eater or people on diet but still want to have pizza.

Rarely write a review. Ordered: pizza tuna and salami. Color: underbaked, more than pale. Flour is probably of poor quality, sauce is completely tasteless. Unfortunately, it basically has a musty taste...like cardboard?. The first pizza of my life that I didn't finish! There's really nothing wrong here. #Foodwaste. Shooting "Passione per la Pizza" on the exaggeratedly colored boxes is like the pizza itself. Tasteless.

I can't recommend the pizzas. I didn't like the salami pizza and tuna pizza at all, they had a very strange taste. Pizza Capricciosa is edible, but very bland. In general, the pizzas are very thin and sparsely topped. So you don't necessarily get a lot for your money. The only advantage is that you get a 10% discount if you pre-order and pick it up yourself, but that's not much use if it doesn't taste good.

To sum it up briefly: Price-performance doesn't fit!!! Really high prices for a pizza that is as thin as a tarte flambée. There is also no table service.

I cannot understand the negative reviews regarding the quality of the food. Fast food restaurant with very good pizza. Ideal way to eat cheap and good food.

Stay away from the store! Unfortunately, half of the ingredients are missing or the wrong pizza is given to you. The employee is extremely unfriendly. For them it seems normal that the customer receives an incorrect order.

I had a tuna pizza delivered. I've never eaten such bad pizza. Pizza arrived cold. The whole pizza tasted totally rancid. Tuna was served straight from the can and unseasoned onto the pizza. Never again!

My go to take away pizzeria - next to Super Bros the best pizza in Frankfurt by far - I like the Buffalina, The Caprese, the Capricciosa and the Salami best. Generally awesome pizza (there are no other dishes they have…)

Service is absolutely poor. 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t provide us with a fork because they wanted to clean up. Ridiculous and absurd service. Extremely poor.

We ate at the shop, there is some seats available inside. The pizza came quickly and the taste was ok. Payment only with card as they didnt have enough change for cash.

Apparently there is no more food, even though the shop has been open for over 2 hours. Never again.

Very often parts of the orders are forgotten. I called again directly last time and was promised my next order would be on the house. Next day, said, done and call to fulfill said promise. Of course no one knew anything about it anymore...

Order a complete disaster. First the order was forgotten and then all the pizzas were burnt. One of them even had something cut away. The crust of all pizzas was inedible. Unfortunately no recommendation. The staff didn't want to respond to my complaint about the burnt edge.

We ordered pizza there, but we couldn't eat it. A rancid smell spread throughout the apartment and we felt bad after two bites. The pizzas tasted like rancid fat. Inedible.

The store is OK and the pizza is otherwise good, but at toogoodtogo you get scammed and pay more than normal!!! For 4.90, where you would otherwise get the equivalent of around 15€, I got half a dry pizza bread that would otherwise cost just 3-4€ on the menu. Ripping people off with a scam like that is extremely bold

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht ganz. Ich war jetzt 4-5 Mal hier Pizza essen und wurde noch kein Mal enttäuscht. Ich mag die Proportionen der Pizza, aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Ich finds gut.

Leider etwas enttäuschend. Pizza Papa Napoli war gut, aber anstatt der bestellten Burrata war nur ein normaler Mozzarella auf der Pizza und die Pistazien waren auch eher spärlich. Für den Preis hatte ich anderes erwartet.

Finally, real italian pizza for delivery

Kann die negativen Bewertungen, jedenfalls hinsichtlich der Qualität der Speisen, nicht nachvollziehen. Gehört für mich zu den besten Pizzen in Frankfurt. Gerade der Teig schmeckt einfach extrem gut. Gehe hier gerne mittags für Lunch hin.

Pizza tastes like the one you buy it frozen in supermarket. The dough is terrible, and the toppings are a bit better, but all in all, it’s not even at an average level. Calling Napoli pizza something like that is a crime.

May be in the evening is better. Some people might like that style of pizza.

It’s not the best in town but should be everybody’s backup in case Super Bro’s is either closed or having an off day (both likely). Great smaller sized pizzas for kids, a chewy crusty Neapolitan style dough and a lovely outdoor seating area makes this a win in this part of town. Would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

Super Italiener. Ich war eher zufällig da und werde definitiv mal wieder hingehen. Das Konzept finde ich sehr gelungen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und man kann sich schön im Freien an den Tisch setzen. Pizza hat ebenfalls super geschmeckt und ich finde das oftmals bemängelte Preis-Leistungsverhältnisnangemessen.

Simply delicious! And I don’t throw that word easily describing restaurants in Frankfurt. I ordered the Caprese by mistake, thinking it’s the napolitana, which it wasn’t, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the cherry tomatoes (loads!) and the fresh Buffala and Basel, crust that is spiced nicely and hot, best pizza I have had in Frankfurt hands down. They had a few more vegetarian options which I will definitely try next! Was so hungry did not stop to take a pic! Next time 😊

Lage ist nett aber der Laden ist nichts für Familien mit Kindern. Wollten am Sonntag kurz vor 12 Uhr kurz auf einen Salat und Kaffee stoppen. Leider gibts weder Milch für den Kaffee noch eine Decaf Option. Salat gab es ebenfalls nicht. Für die Kinder gab es auch keinen Kinderstuhl. Aber Pizza ist ok. In Summe aber leider nichts für uns .

Die Pizza Margheritta Bufala war ok, aber: erstens, stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich. Für 8-10 Eur pro Pizza gibt es in Bockenheim viel bessere und günstigere Restaurants. Zweitens, kam meine Bestellung zwar warm an, aber 45 Minuten zu spät. Ich habe genug Zeit in Neapel verbracht und das hat definitiv nicht viel mit Neapolitanischer Pizza zu tun.

Super leckere Pizza! Der Teig ist klasse - und auch die Tomatensauce ist sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Definitiv einen Besuch wet. Es gibt nur wenige indoor Plätze, da die meisten Pizzen Take Away raus geben. Trotzdem ist es gemütlich für eine kurze Mittagspause. Echt eine gute Empfehlung!
