Aladin Kebap in Frankfurt am Main

I don't go there often but when I am it's great, a five star rating, friendly staff and the food is fresh and hot.

I had been a customer at Aladdin's since 2007. Back then, the shop was still across the street from the student support center. I recently went back after a long absence and was surprised that I wasn't served by the old owner. I ordered a kebab meal. When it arrived at home, I was extremely disappointed. The kebab really had almost nothing in it... Apparently, the prices have gone up again since then!

The shawarma was simply fantastic—the best I've ever eaten! Generous portions, great flavor, and top quality. Very friendly and hospitable staff, you immediately feel welcome. The dining area was clean and spacious, ideal for a leisurely meal. I'll definitely be back and will also order takeout. Highly recommended! 🍽️

The staff was super friendly and greeted us with a smile. Very tasty kebab with fresh ingredients! The veal was well seasoned and the vegetables were crisp. The only minor drawback: it was very busy, and we had to wait a bit. But the quality and friendliness absolutely made up for the wait. We'll definitely be back!

Since the new owner took over, this place has been a complete disaster when it comes to the food. It's a shame they don't continue to run the place the way it once was.

So, I was there today and wanted to order a doner kebab and a lahmacun. There were customers before me who had already ordered by phone, and I saw with my own eyes that the boss had put very little meat into a doner kebab, and that for almost €10. It's a disgrace. Not only that, but a woman came downstairs to help the boss and "sneezed" on her fingers, both hands. She held both hands under cold water at the sink for about three seconds without soap, and she didn't even dry them... I was disgusted. I then told the owner that I wanted to cancel my meal. I just wanted to leave, and he was a bit annoyed, but I just left. Since the change of ownership, unfortunately, you can no longer trust this place as a customer.

I've been a regular customer for 10 years, and I have to say the portions have decreased by 50% for the same price. Maybe they should rethink this. Aladin has so many regular customers that they shouldn't simply adjust the portions or the price.

We stopped at Aladin Fast Food last week and really enjoyed the food! The portions are generous for the price, and everything tastes homemade with amazing seasoning. The staff is friendly, polite, and makes you feel welcome right away. Service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. If you’re looking for delicious food with fast and reliable service, Aladin Fast Food is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

The end of the era. Since the change of ownership, the kebab has been inedible. The meat was tough and still felt raw. I've lived in Eschersheim almost my entire life and have known the shop for many years 😭

Unfortunately, the owner has changed. The kebab is now simply incredibly small. Hardly any meat, very little raw material. Even with complaints and promises to make it "extra good," it was at best what a regular kebab should be. I think it won't be long before they run this great little shop into the ground. I'll give it one more try. If nothing has changed, I won't go there anymore and will survive.

I've been eating here since 2020 and have always been very satisfied with my orders. The staff are also very friendly and always treat me kindly as a customer!

I ordered a kebab with extra meat, as I usually do, and paid €10 for it. But there was hardly any meat in it; the few strips were extremely thin – it's simply a rip-off. Avoid this place!

We usually like to grab a quick dinner here. Today, however, we were very disappointed. When we unpacked our three large and two small kebabs at home, we had to search for toppings, especially in the large ones. They were missing about 50% of the usual contents, and that's for €8.50. It's a real shame! We really hope things improve!

I was a customer of his for years until today. I ordered by phone, and everything went well. Now for my criticism: When I was there, there was a completely new team. When I asked what was happening with the old boss, I was told he probably wouldn't be back and was the new owner. Now for the food: I ordered a doner kebab plate and a doner kebab. The fries weren't crispy. The salad was just iceberg lettuce, even though it came with everything. The doner kebab was very bad. The bread wasn't crispy and was completely dry. The salad was the same as with the doner kebab plate. With the doner kebab plate, everything was just shoved in. If it's true that the old Aladin is no longer there, this would be my last visit.

The store was closed for vacation, and Google says it's open. Please update!

10/10 Döner without us school is not the same

I always like to visit Aladin Döner when I'm nearby. For a standard kebab with veal, it's one of the best in Frankfurt. I definitely recommend it.

I absolutely can't understand all the praise in other reviews. The regular doner kebab is already rather small overall, but the amount of meat is a joke for €8.50. It's a wafer-thin layer. The flavor of the green salad dominates. Overall, the taste is neither particularly good nor particularly bad. In terms of value for money, this doner kebab is one of the worst I've tried in OFFM...

We have been regular customers for over 10 years and for me Aladins Kebap is the best kebab shop in Frankfurt! Super warm and friendly, absolutely clean and hygienic and of course super tasty with a perfect bread-to-filling ratio so you can eat it well. You definitely have to try this kebab. You can sit very comfortably both inside and outside. This is how a kebab shop should be!

Ich bin heute dort gewesen und leider wurden vor kurzem zum einen die Preise erhöht und zum anderen auf günstigeres Drehspießfleisch (Produkte können in Qualität und Zusammensetzung dadurch variieren) umgestellt. Dönerfleisch hat eine exakt festgelegte Zusammensetzung! Für einen "Drehspieß im Fladenbrot" ,wie es dann heißen muss, 7,50 Euro zu nehmen, der auch noch sehr klein dafür ist, finde ich unverschämt. Generell hat es mir nicht mehr geschmeckt und ich werde zur Alternative wechseln, die richtige Döner anbietet. Schade.

Ich habe gerade Dönerbox mit einer Kombination aus Knoblauch und Cocktailsaucen gegessen, auf Empfehlung des Herrn, der dort arbeitet 🙂 Er hat mit dieser Kombination 10/10 erreicht. Fleisch lecker und Pommes auch. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen und werde diese Kombination auf jeden Fall wieder verwenden. Danke – sehr hungrige kleine Blondine

Superfreundliches Personal.Für jeden einzelnen Kunden (auch Kinder) gibt es ein freundliches Wort beim betreten u verlassen des Ladens.Mich persönlich hat nur gestört das der Dunstabzug im Lokal nicht ausreichend ist.Sobald die Fritöse an ist,raucht es im ganzen Lokal und die Klamotten der Kundschaft stinken noch Tage nach Fett.
