Delicious fresh pizza! Vegan options..👍 Friendly staff 😃 It's a shame they don't deliver to us.

The staff was super friendly, and we got our food very quickly. We ordered for pickup and planned to eat it at home. When we got home, the pizzas looked absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the first bite disappointed us. The pizzas were completely oversalted, barely edible. I strongly suspect something went wrong with the dough. It was just a shame because 1) we paid a lot, and 2) we had too long a commute home to go back. :(

The branch is conveniently located on the street, and there's also parking nearby. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, there's no guest restroom, so you have to use the staff restroom, which is in need of some renovation.

We got magaritha pizzas delivered sometimes. i feel like the quality is not like it was when they first opened. i also really dont like the garlic dip, to me it only tastes like butter, my boyfriend likes it tho. but we wont be ordering anymore, the last time was just too disappointing this time

Well, first of all, I have to honestly say that this is by far the best pizza I've ever had. The crust, the sauce, the ingredients, everything was perfect. You definitely can't compare it to any other pizza, I assure you. There are halal options for Muslims too. I can definitely recommend the Garda pizza. When you order, be sure to mention "original crust" because the crust ends up being nice and soft, unlike the crusty pizzas. Definitely 5 stars.

I went to Papa Jones in Rahlstedt and I was absolutely thrilled! The food was truly delicious – the pizza was fresh, crispy, and had great toppings. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. All in all, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back!

We have ordered there several times and have been satisfied every time. The food was always really delicious. No matter whether it was pizza or gratin, it was always delicious and fresh. The on-site employee was always very friendly.

That was the worst pizza I've eaten in a long time. Based on previous reviews, I expected one of the best pizzas. I received a pizza whose dough was as tough as rubber. Nothing was crispy at all, not even the bacon. The topping was cut so small that the possible taste from the fatty sauce was not present. This system catering cannot replace an Italian pizzeria.

We were there for the first time today and ate there. We definitely won't eat pizza there again. The dough was soft and rubbery. The topping is quite poor and tasteless. Where can you find Italian flair? When we left we weren't even looked at. Saying goodbye was also done. What kind of taste do you have when you post that it is the best pizza in Hamburg.....

I ordered for the first time.. Everything was ok so far, but I ordered twice the beer that wasn't on the pizza.. And when I order help/help, I want it that way and not have everything mixed up.

The pizza is incredibly good, not greasy and the ingredients and taste are fantastic. The topping (dressing) is really tiny in packaging, but tastes very good. Parking on site works like this. This pizza again at any time!!!

I have ordered several times and always at exact times. Orders arrive 30-50 minutes late! The sauce is often forgotten. If a receipt is ordered, this will not be included. This is extremely annoying.

Of course, the only American pizza is Papa John's... Domino's Pizza Hut is incomparable, it's so delicious and it comes out super fast.

Pizza was delivered very punctually. The pizzas were very tasty, great dough and nice and hot and crispy. Free pepperoni and dip, everything was great.

The food was really cheesy and nice. I tasted every bit of flavour there was. The workers are some of the kindest people i've met in my life as well but the light seems a bit dark.

I have often placed orders there for my lunch break but that is over as of today, December 30th, 2024. At the ordering counter you are ignored and the employees coming in don't care at all whether there is a customer there. The goods you can order there are somewhat okay, but the service is subpar. You now have one less regular customer

I recently visited Papa John's for the first time and I can say that it definitely wasn't my last visit! The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a great Italian flair. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The highlight was of course the pizza! The dough was perfectly thin and crispy, the ingredients were fresh and healthy. The taste was simply outstanding and the combination of flavors was perfect. The selection of drinks was also large and well coordinated. I can only recommend Papa John's! If you are looking for authentic Italian pizza, you will definitely find it here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were positively surprised by the branch in Rahlstedt. The store is very stylishly decorated and super clean. You can also eat on site at the beautiful wooden tables with cozy lighting. A beverage refrigerator and a Ben & Jerry's refrigerator are available. The service was very friendly and of course the pizza tasted great too. Great recommendation!

Ordered/picked up pizza personally. Nice employee. Pizza should be sliced. She was too. BUT: you couldn't separate the slices. After cutting everything grew back together. There has to be a different way. So you can't eat it properly in the car (I was on tour with a child) and it makes a mess. Pizza itself was good quality.

Good pizza, next time I'll prefer the thin crust, but since the ratio of toppings to pizza dough is balanced, you can't go wrong with the thicker Papa John's version. Apple cinnamon rolls are a nice idea but I'm missing a bit more apple, perhaps as a mousse. Puff pastry might also be an idea but only for the first 2-3 layers. Vanilla sauce sucks.

I am positively surprised. I've always ordered three large pizza chains from others and it's never been right, the quality was way off, but there weren't really any alternatives either. This time I wanted something different so I made a special trip to Papa John's since they don't deliver in my area. It was delicious. Taste is always in the eye of the beholder, but the quality was also important, which was very good, the store was clean and modern inside. The waiting time was short. Everything was fine. I hope they expand their delivery area to Sasel :)

By far the best pizza service in Hamburg! We come by almost once every week. The staff is friendly and prepares the pizza within a few minutes. Even the owner comes to you when he is there and asks if everything is to your satisfaction! The store makes a very well-kept impression and is inviting. We've been to other pizza services for years, but have never been so impressed!
