Good pizza, next time I'll prefer the thin crust, but since the ratio of toppings to pizza dough is balanced, you can't go wrong with the thicker Papa John's version. Apple cinnamon rolls are a nice idea but I'm missing a bit more apple, perhaps as a mousse. Puff pastry might also be an idea but only for the first 2-3 layers. Vanilla sauce sucks.

I always order my pizza here. The pizzas here are really delicious and the service is great! I can warmly recommend it with a clear conscience! ☺️

I am positively surprised. I've always ordered three large pizza chains from others and it's never been right, the quality was way off, but there weren't really any alternatives either. This time I wanted something different so I made a special trip to Papa John's since they don't deliver in my area. It was delicious. Taste is always in the eye of the beholder, but the quality was also important, which was very good, the store was clean and modern inside. The waiting time was short. Everything was fine. I hope they expand their delivery area to Sasel :)

By far the best pizza service in Hamburg! We come by almost once every week. The staff is friendly and prepares the pizza within a few minutes. Even the owner comes to you when he is there and asks if everything is to your satisfaction! The store makes a very well-kept impression and is inviting. We've been to other pizza services for years, but have never been so impressed!

The best pizza service here in Rahlstedt and the surrounding area. Service staff are always super nice. The ambience... well, you can eat there, that's ok, but it's not a restaurant in that sense... we usually pick up and it always works great.

The pizza is delicious, especially the half & half version allows you to combine a lot of things. We try out the different varieties. The only drawback is slightly longer delivery and processing times. But very friendly staff.

Can't understand the positive reviews here. It was a normal pizza like I make at home. No special taste, nothing special. Some of it tasted bland and boring, somehow neither the dough, cheese nor toppings had any taste. It's a shame, but I'll just stick with my regular pizza somewhere else.

Aside from the fact that you get the best pizzas here, the service is first class. In my Half & Half, one half was filled incorrectly. Before I got the pizza, this was pointed out to me. I was offered the pizza to be remade, a drink of my choice or a size S pizza with the correct toppings. That's what I call good service. Branch in Hamburg, Bargteheider Str.!

At this Papa John's you get really good pizza. You can tell that they add a pinch of love. The people who work here are super friendly. We can also highly recommend the apple turnover dessert. Gladly again :)

Pre-ordered from Papa John’s Pizza for the first time yesterday. The order was completed quickly and you could pick up the pizza after a short time. We had the really large vegan BBQ Non Chicken and the vegan Mediteranea plus the Sheeserolls. Pizza was freshly baked on site and tastes really delicious! Leftovers even taste great as a snack at work the next day. Finally vegan pizza in Rahlstedt! We'd love to come back!

The pizzas were fresh! I once ordered a chicken and a salami pizza to pick up. Only when I arrived on site did they put the pizza in the oven, which guarantees extra freshness. I was worried that I would pick up the pizza cold because I was a little late. The premises are very clean. It was pouring rain outside. They didn't have any extra rain protection for the pizza, but they came up with something. You can tell that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The pizza itself and the dough tasted very good and are very good compared to other large pizza delivery services. There was even a sauce for dipping. Unfortunately the prices are really high... if they were around €4 cheaper, I could very well imagine ordering more regularly.

Driver 3, who always delivers my food, is the nicest of all, always on time, always well-groomed. Yes, and that way the pizza tastes twice as good. ;)

We've just been to Papa John's for the first time and we're extremely happy. The conditions took a lot of time to help us with the selection. The pizzas were super tasty, the right size, super tasty, fresh toppings, and we were especially impressed by the tomato sauce! The prices were also more than reasonable. All in all a 10/10, there was even some sauce on the house. We'll definitely be back! Clear recommendation from us!

The best pizza in Hamburg... I always order the same thing and the pizza is always delicious... we always come to Papa John's when we feel like pizza... only because the pizza is very tasty. Secondly, the employees are very nice.. especially the boss is the best.. thirdly, we live nearby so we get a discount when we pick up the order. I can 100% recommend Papa John's pizza... The Papa Johns on Bargteheider Strasse is not the chain you would expect. Friendly greeting, calmness when ordering, asking questions if a word gets lost. All in all very nice, friendly and helpful! Excellent!

Pizza would be delivered very quickly, less than half an hour. The pizzas were very tasty, great dough and nice and hot and crispy. Free pepperoni and dip, everything was great.

The food is great and always arrived warm and right. The toppings are fresh and the dough is great. It should be said that the driver (3) was very friendly and committed and one would always like to have such suppliers again. I hope we'll see you more often in the future.

Ever since I ordered from PJ (Papa John's), this has been my pizza delivery service of choice. The quality/taste is significantly better than the stores I have ordered from before. Sometimes you have someone on the phone who barely speaks German, but apart from that, the service is great. You can tell that the customer/guest comes first here. Always my pleasure!

I received the pizza fresh and quickly. I can't understand the comments about the pizzas tasting like nothing. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese (due to lactose intolerance) and found it very tasty. What was great was that the free sauce that came with it was also vegan and delicious. For the first time a sauce for pizza that I like. The lava cake was also as expected. It's great that aluminum waste wasn't added to the lava cake but was simply in the cardboard packaging. I would like to order here more often now. The vegan range will probably also be expanded.
