I recently went to this restaurant and had a terrible experience. First I had to use the toilet. As soon as I closed the door, someone attempted to force it open several times. It was impossible to be left alone. After I left the restroom, a waiter came up to me and started threatening me. He demanded that I pay to use the restroom even though I didn't even have a chance to sit down or even order anything. The situation quickly escalated. Suddenly I was violently grabbed, dragged out and insulted by several restaurant employees, five in total. One of them even hit me on the shoulder. I am appalled by this restaurant's behavior. This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone not to visit this place.

Toilet disgusting! With clearly visible remains... even though we showed up at the beginning of the day at 1:30 p.m. where everything should have been clean. Service: doesn't look at you but rather at your cell phone. Speaks unkindly. Tables not clean (as I said were the first guests)... perfect to take away. Otherwise, no recommendation to stay.

The service and ambience were good, the food I'm honest, if you order chicken wings you're making the biggest mistake and the biggest waste of money of your life. I have nothing personally against them, I came from Berlin but I have to say neither the taste nor the price of €12.50 were okay for what you got.

It was my first time at Panover. I was received very nicely. The offer is very extensive and Halal. I can recommend the tuna baugette to everyone, I haven't tried other things yet. I would like to come back in the future. LG you're doing good work.

We sat down and the table cover was dirty. I asked the waiter three times if there was a mixed plate, he didn't understand at all and talked about something else that I didn't understand either. When I went in to order I wanted a burger but still asked again if there was a mixed plate, the man at the checkout said I would have a mixed salad made for you (???). I ended up ordering a buffalo chicken burger. Description; Chicken marinated in Buffalo sauce, which arrived: a chicken patty that each of us had (although we each had a different burger) with an Asian chili sauce. Buffalo sauce is something completely different and the 3 fries I got with it were okay. The store isn't completely clean and I'll never go there again.

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and instead of chicken and fries being packaged separately, they were simply placed on top of each other, resulting in the food being completely soaked in oil. The price was also excessive. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Was there for the first time with a friend and the atmosphere is rustic but nice. A nice selection of food for everyone. And I think everything Helal is very good too. And the employees are very friendly. Will go there more often. Definitely recommended

The food was great. It was exactly as I imagined. We don't want to start with the service. Super nice and courteous people and the location is very modern and makes you feel right at home.

Unfortunately, our waiter couldn't really speak German and therefore couldn't really help. The prices are well priced, the menu is well designed; What does burger mean in the menu + 5€???? It's very difficult for people who eat there for the first time.

First of all, I would like to say that the food itself was delicious. Unfortunately, our pizza was in the oven for too long and was served burnt. I think the prices are pretty overpriced for the size of the portions! Elsewhere you would have paid 30% less for the same taste. When I brought up the burnt pizza, I was offered a new pizza. I declined this one because we were all already full. At the checkout I was then told that a pizza size M would be charged instead of L. I don't think that the solution is in proportion to what we were served. When I wanted to pay the bill, it said that I had to pay €79 and that the card reader was defective. I then went to the bank and came back with €80. When I asked for the invoice, everything was entered into the cash register and I was supposed to pay €80.50 instead of €79! I would have liked to have put up a sign saying that EC payments are not possible and that I wouldn't get such an embarrassing surprise when paying after dinner. Uniform prices would also be nice. I didn't find the employees particularly friendly either. Despite the fact that the food was delicious, I will not eat at Panover again due to the lack of customer focus and the overpriced prices.

The pizza at this place is delicious, no doubt about it. However, I've had some issues with delivery. On two occasions out of three, my order was canceled by the Hannover branch after 20 minutes. It's worth noting that both times, I placed my order after 9 pm, but still well before their closing time.

There were two of us there and we ordered a large pizza to eat on site. Unfortunately it took a very long time. The pizza was way too salty and greasy for our taste. You could even let the fat drain off, complete film over it. Unfortunately, the staff didn't want to accept a "bad" opinion and got angry.

My husband liked it, but mine had a hair in the dough. Unfortunately not again.

One of the worst restaurants I've ever visited. We were given mayonnaise in small bowls, but it had hardened on the outside due to the prolonged standing, which was really disgusting. Why do you have to pre-make mayonnaise? Not even McDonalds does something like that. What was very strange is that the other tables got mayo and ketchup bottles and we didn't. The food was semi good. Very little meat in the boneless chicken wings. You could say 80% breading and 20% meat. I could also mix some muesli with BBQ sauce myself. But the biggest shame is the prices. Way too expensive. 20€ for a 32cm tuna pizza? Other restaurants would offer 40cm for this. We were also ripped off when paying. According to the menu, I would have had to pay €11 for one dish and €15.50 for the other, but in the end I had to pay €12.50 for the first one and €16.50 for the other for no reason.

Never had juicier chicken anywhere

Super leckere Pizza und die Wings waren auch super klasse. Zudem ist alles halal. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, es war etwas voll und auch etwas laut, aber das Essen hat super geschmeckt. Es gibt wohl auch Sandwiches und Pasta, das haben wir aber nicht probiert.

Die Bezeichnung Restaurant trifft es hier nicht ganz. Zutreffender ist Imbiss mit Sitzgelegenheiten auf zwei Etagen. Wie ein Imbiss funktioniert der Laden auch. Bestellen und bezahlen am Tresen was, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Imbissen, auch bequem mit Karten aller Art geht. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch und auf das Wesentlichste reduziert. Die Pizza ist typisch für eine Pfannenpizza. Dicker Teig und viel Belag, von dem Einiges in einem italienischen Restaurant nicht auf einer Speisekarte stehen wird. Dazu können sich Getränke aus einem Kühlschrank genommen werden. Während unseres Besuches wurde der Laden immer voller und auch entsprechend lauter. Daher kann ich für einen Besuch zum Probieren einer Pfannenpizza das Hanover empfehlen aber die Erwartungen sollten nicht all zu hoch angesetzt werden.

Service absolute rubbish! Ordered 3 pizzas, only got 2 of them. When I called to ask what was wrong with my pizza, I was told they could give me a discount for next time, even though I had already paid for the pizza. When I said I didn't want a discount but rather my pizza, I was told that it would be sent out straight away. Nothing ever came. In the end, I had to worry about getting my money back with a stomach ache from hunger after watching my friends eat. In the end, EXACTLY €13 was transferred to me for my pizza, which in my opinion is audacious after such an action. No compensation, nothing. Employees should be hired who are keen on their job, because anyone who makes such mistakes should be fired! Something like that is simply not acceptable, especially when it comes to food!!!!!

Food was ok, unfortunately very garlicky (even my Hawaiian pizza had garlic) and also quite greasy but tasty. The service was great, very nice both when ordering and when delivering. One point deducted from the service because a) we couldn't order at the table (not that bad) and b) because the dishes were brought out with a lot of delay, even though there wasn't that much going on. Sure, the waiter had to run several times, but sometimes it was 5 minutes between each dish and that's kind of stupid when you can't start together. And the ambience wasn't really my thing either, music was very loud, very noisy upstairs, but a great view of the city from the Steintor. All in all, there are small flaws but you can fix them.

10/10. I feel comfortable all around. The food is incredibly good and the service is great too. Never had a bad visit there. Very respectful, caring and friendly approach. I am always happy to be with you again. Keep it up, you're great❤️

I give the chicken burger a 6/10. Pizza dough was also too thick. Unfortunately there are no alternatives to Coca-Cola products. The products of this company should be boycotted. Fritz Cola, for example, would be a good alternative.

A very good shop. Great atmosphere, good music, friendly staff and the food is simply perfect. I would even give this store more than 5 stars. I recommend the shop to anyone who loves pizzas, especially American style. Everything there tastes very good, be it pizza, chicken or even fries. The great thing is that everything is Helal (Good for us Muslims out there) There is a very strong brother on the staff named Stefan, his name was believed to be true. If you have any problems or questions, he is a very good contact person and recommends everyone to talk to him. He just makes the shop funnier.

We once had chicken wings with barbecue sauce and once with buffalo. Overall we liked it but the chicken wings with buffalo sauce were a bit very salty. You have to order here yourself but the food is brought to you

I haven't been to such a customer-friendly and friendly store for a long time. Every single employee a 10/10!!! I couldn't decide between two Chicken Wings sauces and was given a sample portion with my order without being asked. The taste of everything from wings to pizza is a 10/10!!! Simply great, you don't often experience something so friendly. Once and now again and again!!!

I was in Hanover with friends looking for a nice restaurant. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. There was hair in our chicken wings and in the noodles too. When we asked, we were told it was “from an animal”. The ambience wasn't that nice either as it was very loud and the floor and tables upstairs were very dirty. To be fair, there was a lot going on. Despite that, we won't eat here again. And no one should really go to the toilet here. But the Sprite was very tasty and there were even plastic straws.

Ordered on Lieferando, after almost 30 minutes they cancel the delivery - without explanation, without a call, just a nice surprise in the app. By the time we found out, nothing was open. Many thanks. I will get my money back in four working days.

I had a Caesar salad and somehow some of the ingredients were weirdly substituted. Instead of chicken I had boiled ham instead of croutons there were dough balls and instead of Caesar dressing there was balsamic vinegar. The Pozza looked quite nice.

It has the best service in Hanover and tastes wonderful.

We had to wait more than an hour for the food. The order was simply forgotten. Customers came, ate and left. Despite repeated requests, the food was not brought. Instead we were always put off. The gentleman at the checkout doesn't speak German, so it was impossible to clarify anything linguistically.

Saw a video on tiktok about panover and I went there from london and tried it out. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES EVER. Amazing staff they were really kind and the food was even better.

We visited the restaurant today and ordered the hyped Chicken Bites Buffalo and pasta. Every pasta came with garlic bread. Unfortunately we found a hair on the garlic bread and reported this immediately. A new loaf of bread was brought, but it was burnt, so we couldn't eat it either. Despite prior advice regarding the spiciness of the chicken bites, they turned out to be spicier than described by the employee. The pasta we ordered was OK. The staff proved to be problematic as the employees walked around with their hair down, which was perceived as unhygienic. The unfriendliness of the staff was also noticeable. The employee accommodated us on the price, but in my opinion, the experience was still disappointing.

The food was very tasty and really nicely prepared. I have a complaint about the behavior of the employees, as a waitress you should behave neutrally but still friendly and don't forget that you are currently working, nothing else can be expected if you hire little girls who won't let a married couple eat in peace because they do that I don't know how to look down. Maybe you should replace employees. :)

Complete failure. Diarrhea is guaranteed. Never seen such a dirty shop. None of the tables were cleared and they stuck more together than the station floor. When I found my way to the toilet, I thought I was in Harry Potter's closet.

Delicious pizza with kind staff

Die Pizzas sind von guter Qualität! Geschmack und Essgefühl waren gut! Die Bestellungen sind recht schnell fertig gewesen. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen und die große Ausführung genommen, was dazu führte, dass wir kapitulieren mussten und einen Teil der Pizza mitgenommen haben. Man wird also dort satt! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und das Ambiente – Pizzeria-typisch eben halt, also Geschmackssache! Man kann, zumindest meiner Meinung nach, die Pizzeria weiterempfehlen und wir (ich und mein Bruder) werden dort sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein!

Burger und Chicken fühlen sich an wie TK-Ware, Preise sehr hoch dafür angesetzt. Nichts besonderes.

Das Essen war nicht sehr besonders. Mein Burger hatte keine richtige Burger Sauce sondern Salat Dressing. Das Hähnchen war trocken. Die Preise sind viel zu hoch, für das was man kriegt.

Nette Bedienung, aber leider lässt das Essen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Der Cesar salad sind ein paar salatherzblätter mit leider labrigen croutons und Kochschinken würfeln obendrauf. Das Dressing schmeckt nur nach Knoblauch öl und nichts anderem. Die Nudeln portion für die mac and chees Delux für 10 Euro ist sehr klein. Die Pizza ist okay. Bei den Toiletten fehlen türklinken, sie sind verstopft und auch auf der behinderten Toilette ist von außen kein Griff dran.

Wir haben uns American Style Pizzen bestellt und wurden sehr freundlich beraten und bedient. Die Pizzen haben wirklich superlecker geschmeckt. Im Keller, wo sich die Toiletten befinden, kann man Instagram-taugliche Bilder als Pizza-Engel machen. Alles in allem eine nette und gut gelegene Location für Pizzen. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Bestes Restaurant in Hannover, immer wenn wir essen wollen hier. Riesen Auswahl an essen und der freundlichste Service. Fühlen uns hier wie zuhause :)

Ich hatte die Pan Pizza Medium Mushrooms und fand die Größe gut, den Käse super wie er sich lang zieht, wie im Film, dazu die Knoblauchsauce und die scharfe Sauce, die das leckere Pfannenstück gut ergänzen. Die Servicecrew ist freundlich und im Laden herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein solider Pizzaladen, den ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und gut gemacht, besonders je nach Vorliebe die Italienischen Pizzen mit dünner Kruste. Ich empfehle vor allem Pizza Chicken Hollandaise, da kann man nichts falsch machen. Die Nudeln sind auch empfehlenswert.

Wir waren heute zu dritt da und hatten von den Americanischen "Pan-Pizzen" die 12, 15 und 16 (alle 25cm). Alle drei warne sehr lecker und sind Gewürztechnisch auch super. Satt wird man definitiv davon, schon nach der Hälfte konnte ich schon nicht mehr und haben den Rest mitgenommen. Die Chil und Knoblauchsoße waren auch sehr geil mit schön viel Chilli und knoblauch drin (so wie es sein sollte 😉). Dazu hatten wir 3 Cola und haben insgesamt 49,70€ gezahlt, also kann man absolut nicht meckern. Die Ladenbesitzer sind auch sehr freundlich und waren sehr lustig drauf. Alles in allem: Danke für das leckere Essen und den freundlichen Umgang mit uns als Gäste.
