I pre-ordered food for pickup by phone (fried noodles with vegetables and red coconut curry sauce with vegetables). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The portions were extremely small, there were hardly any vegetables in them, and the food overall tasted very bland. The soup was also far too runny. The quality at this place has declined significantly recently. This was probably the last time for me.

I ordered 8 pieces of crunchy roll. They served me 6 pieces and after I commented about it they just cut the on bigger piece and made 7 pieces for total. And the one on the end of the roll is just a rest of crunchy. If it is written on menu 8 pieces, customers have the right to expect 8 equal pieces of sushi. Coco soup is the best. I love it.

I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for two years. I'm extremely satisfied; the staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and the food is delicious. The prices aren't unnecessarily high either. So, it's a very authentic place.

I just ate there with my husband. The portions are extremely small. The food arrived cold. We were told to order spicy curry, but instead we only got curry powder and were told to put spicy powder on it. When we complained, we were just asked to pay, and our complaint was ignored. Not recommended!! Once and never again.

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing – unprofessional and dishonest. I ordered online from Mekong. Among other things, a glass noodle dish with tofu. I explicitly wrote 'NO CILANTRO, PLEASE' in the designated notification function. What arrived? The glass noodle dish laced with cilantro! Inedible for me. I called and informed them, and they told me it was a mistake and that the dish would now be delivered without cilantro. I waited an hour and called again. Suddenly, after countless times, they said I could simply remove the cilantro, as I said, the dish was FULL of cilantro. And suddenly, they said the notification never existed and I wouldn't get a new dish. In the end: no replacement, no apology, no solution. I find this absolutely outrageous.

Great shop. Really delicious and affordable food. Significantly underrated, in my opinion.

I ordered and picked it up myself, but once again the pasta was missing, which of course costs extra per dish. They promised it would be delivered within 10 minutes at the latest. 25 minutes later, nothing had arrived. When it finally arrived after several phone calls, the baked chicken breast was, of course, completely soggy and cold. We were regular customers for years, but the service has deteriorated so much that it's no longer relevant.

The Mekong not only offers excellent cuisine, but also exceptional prices. While in other restaurants I no longer understand why a small glass of Coke costs as much as three 2L bottles at the supermarket, including the deposit, the price structure here is just right. The food is also reasonably priced, but it delivers!

I was there for lunch, I really enjoyed it 👌🏼 lots of fresh vegetables, well seasoned and the portion was sufficient 😊 The service is nice and friendly and the food is absolutely fair in price! The small restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean everywhere so you feel comfortable there.

A reasonable ambience for a restaurant in this price range. The service is prompt and Asian-friendly (in contact with the guest). The mini spring rolls served as an appetizer consisted primarily of fried breading with minimal content. The same applies to the chicken fillet - a lot of breading and little chicken meat. The accompanying rice and spices on the table were fine! The non-alcoholic wheat beer was available in a customer-friendly manner for less than €4! The mineral water was served in a glass - the bill was expressly preferred to be collected in cash!

I've been a customer here for years - both food on site and delivery service. Staff always friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food tastes very good and the price/performance ratio is good. Delivery is quick and the food arrives warm. I love you...

We ordered through Lieferando, unfortunately the fried sushi roll wasn't tasty at all... It tasted like old fried fat and the sushi itself didn't taste like anything and the typical sauce that is in the description wasn't on it either... Unfortunately the meat from the fried noodles was also totally greasy and almost inedible... Only the normal vegetarian maki were okay... not again even if the restaurant is cheap... All in all, unfortunately a disappointment

I had the pleasure of visiting this little Asian restaurant and I absolutely love it! The food was fresh, authentic and full of flavor - every dish was a delight. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the loving preparation. The service was also first class: friendly, attentive and quick. You really feel welcome and in good hands here. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the excellent quality. Overall, an all-round perfect experience – I will definitely be back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant!

The food is very tasty, the portions are large. The prices are good. We were here in the summer, and when we returned in the winter (the other day), the service became much better. There is nothing to complain about, I recommend this establishment. Now one of my favorites in Hannover. Everything is very sincere.

I had Menu K4 vegan maki (cucumber, avocado, radish). As I read in a comment, they are perhaps a little smaller than elsewhere, but there were 18 of them for €8.50, so I can't say anything about that. Tastes great! I came to pick it up and had it put into its own container to save the oceans a little less plastic, which would ultimately end up in the sushi fish as food. Unfortunately, the wakame salad is already pre-packaged in plastic, but the maki and the included ginger and wasabi can be ordered without additional packaging. The soy is put into a small plastic container, but you can avoid that if you fill some of the soy from the tables into your own container for a clear conscience :-) If you don't want to have any additional waste, you should also say that The food should not be packed in a plastic bag and you do not need chopsticks. The waiting time from ordering on site until it was ready was really only about 5 minutes, so you don't have to order by phone beforehand!

Very tasty and large portions, at least for the pasta and rice dishes. You'll get full if you order something like that here. The selection of noodle and rice dishes is large. Very friendly service, cozy atmosphere, I was very satisfied. In addition to salt and pepper, there is also spice sauce on the tables for sharpening. Card payment is also possible here. I'd love to come back :)

We ordered food from Lieferando. Not only was part of our order wrong, but we also called and tried to explain that our order was wrong. It was denied and after a long back and forth they simply hung up. 29€ in the trash

We've been to the Mekong again for a while because it used to be one of our favorite Asian places. Unfortunately the spring rolls consisted of thick, hard dough, hardly any filling!? Our beloved Tom KaGa soup was no longer as flavorful as it used to be and there was less coconut milk in it than before. Unfortunately, the level is now at that of a cheap restaurant. We also noticed positively the maki, which was delicious and fresh. Hmm, it's a shame, we used to come here regularly, just because of the coconut soup. Unfortunately not anymore.

Very tasty and inexpensive sushi! Great selection. Because it's a small restaurant, it's sometimes difficult to get a seat. Otherwise you can also get food to take away.

The best Bun Nem in all of Hanover! I've often had to find arugula, chicory or peppers in my bun food in other stores. No Vietnamese would do that. Everything here is very authentic and the service is always friendly and quick. I think these power women are great! There are also many other cheap dishes. If I lived closer, I would be there every week. Unfortunately I can only do it monthly.

Overall two stars. I don't recommend the sushi at all because I've never seen such small portions of sushi as here. Smaller than the ready-made sushi at Rewe and co. They tasted pretty good, but they were way too small. The warm menu is otherwise averagely good and the restaurant looks pretty nice too. So you can do it.

Best and inexpensive Vietnamese in Hanover! ❤️ Also suitable for vegans, the 86 is my absolute favorite! There is also vegan sushi, which makes me very happy. If you order to be picked up, the food is always ready super quickly, and the service is great too!

Actually ordered several times, always with language barriers to deliver, and after phone number/address comparison, they only seem to save customer data sporadically, came after our order today... NOTHING! No call back, no “I can’t find anything on the street”, no “where are you?” You screwed up today! :-(

The location is probably the best thing about the store. I was there during my lunch break and wanted classic noodles. You get these without sauce and if you want sauce with it, it costs another €1.50 extra. The staff was very distant and less hospitable. The food was okay, just a little dry. I thought €1.50 for a little sauce was excessive. I was a little disappointed.

The staff was friendly, my special request was implemented very well and the chicken was very tender. Unfortunately, I didn't like the red curry sauce at all (it was completely different to what I know / is usual). Luckily I had ordered an extra portion of peanut sauce with it. That was good.

Very unfriendly people in the shop, the food was the last! After you complain and take the full plates back with you, you even have to pay full prices! I've never experienced anything like it and I used to enjoy eating there. Very sad

The worst food and the unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Sauce wasn't a sauce but a watery something. Duck and pasta soggy until it's no longer possible. Taste zero. Three full plates were returned and then had to pay for them. Insight is out of place here. Customer friendly not a trace. That was the first and last time we ate here!!!

It was once again very loud there. We then had digestive problems.

The food is great, cheap, fresh, tasty. The service was friendly, quick. Ambiance...it could be cozy...unfortunately in the early afternoon you can already find the "Stammtisch" in the upper left corner, which turns the Asian bistro into a beer bar. The loud shouting with classic regulars' table slogans and stupid chatter is simply super unpleasant and annoying for other guests who just want to eat something in peace. Beer is just too cheap here.

This may have been intentional, as the restaurant quickly filled up with many young people. The space is needed for the next guests. A real fast food restaurant!

Unfortunately the worst "fried" noodles with duck I've ever eaten. Noodles were not fried, rather overcooked. Really no trace of fried noodles. The duck wasn't crispy either. It must have been reheated several times - at least it tasted that way. There is one star because 0 is not possible and for the peanut sauce, which was okay. Overall, the dish was only lukewarm. I definitely won't eat there again.

Waited over 90 minutes. There were no lobster crabs, the mini spring rolls were soggy and there were a few tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken salad and the bananas with honey were almost honey-free. The main course (“lobster crab”) was almost tasteless. 40€ for the garbage can.
