The panorama and view are priceless. Very friendly service. The schnitzel was delicious and surprisingly large. However, it was quite thin and therefore a bit dry. The fried potatoes, like grandma's... well, I know them differently, could have been a bit larger. The portion was quite small. Very nicely presented on the plate. I think we'll have to get used to the prices. €19.50 is quite a challenge on a small income.

I love this restaurant so much! We had a delicious meal here tonight. It's just as we've come to expect: very good food and a great view. The really super friendly and exceptionally good service completes the experience. Without this wonderful woman, it wouldn't be half as good. She loves her job! Please keep up the good work.

Great view to Halle and Leipzig and the Leuna plant

Second attempt after Google doesn't want to publish the recession. 🙄 Third and last attempt... 😵 (apparently the photo with the delicious baked ice cream was not worthy of being presented here) My wife and I spent a wonderful evening in the Rabennest restaurant. We sat on the roof terrace with a wonderful view and saw a great sunset. The waitress was alone. Nevertheless, always there to fulfill our drink requests. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical when reading the short memory card. But this was completely unfounded! The roasted pepper soup and focaccia as starters were to die for. For the main course I chose the Schnitzel CordonBleu (in roulade form). My wife had the vegetable pasta with salmon. Everything tasted perfect! The portion size is more than sufficient. (see photos) We recommend the restaurant without reservation and will be happy to come back.

Booked spontaneously while driving through and reserved a place in the Rabennest restaurant. Reception staff super friendly and helpful, 5 stars. Just like in the restaurant. The menu is probably too small for many people, but there is still something for everyone. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the view on the terrace. The price and quantity were also completely fine. It's just a restaurant and not a snack bar. Rooms clean and completely fine. Breakfast also great

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is simply perfect. The decor is stylish and elegant, and the large windows and outdoor area offer breathtaking views of the city. The atmosphere invites relaxation, making the visit an unforgettable experience. There are few things more beautiful than dining at such a place at sunset. Steffi's service is first-class. She is extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. She always made every effort to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable. She was always willing to offer recommendations and cater to my individual needs. Furthermore, the service was efficient and discreet, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Now for the food. The dishes were simply delicious. Every bite was a taste experience that tantalized our taste buds. The menu offered a variety of options, all carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, of the highest quality, and the flavor combinations were excellent. It was evident that the kitchen crew had great attention to detail and passion for their craft. Overall, I highly recommend the Raven's Nest. If you're looking for a place to enjoy breathtaking views of the city at sunset while experiencing exquisite food and first-class service, then this restaurant is the perfect choice. It's a place where memories are made, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to immerse myself in this magical atmosphere once again.

Very nice restaurant above the roofs of Merseburg. The view extends over Leipzig Airport, the Leipzig skyline to the Mansfelder Land on the other side. The food and service were outstanding! The only drawback: Sunday is unfortunately a closed day - the day on which we are most likely to go out to eat!

A great restaurant at lofty heights. No matter what time of year, you always have a beautiful view. You will be welcomed very friendly by the staff and accompanied to the table. Regardless of whether you have questions about drinks or food, everything is explained well and alternatives are offered. The staff is very attentive and responds when you make yourself known. We really liked that the menu wasn't that big. You don't need to read for hours. Big plus. We were very happy with everything and would love to come back.

Goed eten met fantastisch uitzicht. Wel een wat beperkte kaart en niet altijd geopend. Vriendelijke bediening. Geen mooie omgeving.

Spitzenrestaurant mit kleiner Karte aber super leckeren Speisen.

Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut aber leider sind die Portionen für den Preis sehr klein. Man bezahlt hier hauptsächlich die wirklich sehr tolle Aussicht auf Merseburg.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war perfekt. Und der Ausblick von der Terasse, total schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

06.06.2022 da gewesen. Tolle Aussicht, sehr gutes Essen. Nicht billig, Qualität hat überall seinen Preis. Probiert es aus! Wer viel und billig will, ist hier falsch. Wer genießen will, wird nicht enttäuscht.

Ein sehr tolles Restaurant mit einer tollen Aussicht die Restaurantfach Frau (Stefanie) ist eine sehr lieb volle Mitarbeiterin die ihren Job versteht. Das Essen ist zu empfehlen.

Service sehr freundlich, Menü ausbaufähig

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier essen. Was sollen wir sagen, wir sind positiv überrascht. Die Bedienung super freundlich und sehr herzlich. Die Atmosphäre durch den Kamin und die unschlagbare Aussicht einzigartig. Das Essen war sehr lecker, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gern wieder.

Waren heute Abend im Rabennest essen. Neben dem freundlichen und professionellen Personal, war der Ausblick trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr schön. Stilvoll eingerichtet und jeder Gang ein Träumchen. Das Spiel mit dem Geschmackssinn zeigt, dass der Koch die Liebe zum Kochen sehr hoch schreibt. Wer richtig gut essen will und dabei eine Geschmacksexplosion nach der nächsten erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Preis Leistung völlig Klasse und definitiv angemessen. Mengen völlig ausreichend (haben die Portionen teilweise nicht geschafft). Danke an die Küche und der Bedienung war ein sehr toller Abend. Immer wieder gerne und definitiv zu empfehlen.

Hallole bin öfter im Sky Merseburg. Das Personal im Rabennest Fr. Brünet, Fr.Regener und Fr. Pienucher sind immer sehr freundlich und bemüht auch wenn der Laden übervoll ist. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Lange nicht mehr ein so leckeres Rinderfilet gegessen. Ambiente mit Blick über die Stadt hervorragend.kleine Auswahl in der karte, aber dafür um so besser angerichtet und schmackhaft Weiter so !

Ottima cucina, personale cordiale. Non do cinque stelle per il menu ridotto. Purtroppo non ho potuto godere della vista panoramica, con il buio autunnale non è il massimo.

Wenn das Essen so gut wäre wie die Aussicht könnte man dieses Restaurant empfehlen leider war es nicht so der karamellisierte Käse war nur kurz angehaucht und völlig trocken ,das Filet welches Medium bestellt war war teilweise noch roh und auch nicht heiß

Nette Bedienung, gute Beratung, lecker Essen, tolle erlesene Spirituosen, traumhafter Blick bei Sonnenuntergang... Ein schöner Ausklang nach einem Tauchtag am Geiseltalsee. Wir kommen wieder!

Super Essen super Bedienung hatten viel Spass

Ein schönes, kleines Restaurant im 11 Stock des Skyhotels. Kleine, aber feine Speisekarte, wo jeder etwas findet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die freundliche Bedienung Stefanie. Ihr merkt man an, dass es ihr Freude macht, für das Wohl des Gastes zu sorgen. Weiter so!

Leckeres Essen hoch über Merseburg mit Blick über die funkelnden Lichter der Umgebung. Sehr guter Service. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Location über den Dächern von Merseburg. Spektakuläre Aussicht, Sonnenuntergang und im Dunkeln das Leuchten der Stadt und des Industriepark Leuna inklusive. Die nette Bedienung hat uns sehr zuvorkommend umsorgt. Wer auf Qualität und nicht auf Quantität setzt, ist hier genau richtig (Was nicht heißt, dass wir nicht satt geworden wären!). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, gern auch mit Freunden, die das Besondere mögen.

Über das Ambiente und die Aussicht ist genug geschrieben worden, man kann nur alles bestätigen, ebenso das wirklich gute Essen. Wirklich herausragend ist der professionelle und freundliche Service, man fühlt sich als willkommener Gast. Wenn wir etwas Besonderes zu begehen haben oder Gäste haben, die es zu schätzen wissen, steht das Rabennest für uns ganz oben auf der Liste.

Ein toller Rundumblick über Merseburg und Leuna und das ganze Umland. Dazu wird ein super leckeres Essen von der ganz lieben und kompetenten Stefanie serviert (oder anderen lieben Kolleg*innen). Durch die Dachterasse auch sehr gut für Raucher geeignet. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Seminar 11 Etagen tiefer.
