It's truly unassuming, but definitely worth recommending. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is something special. I really recommend it to everyone, just give it a try.

Schöne innovative Idee hervorragend und unterhaltsam zu Speisen. Das Menue war ausgewogen und delikat. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde nach Voranmeldung perfekt reagiert. Eine passende Getränkeempfehlung alkoholfrei und alkoholisch zu den Gängen hätte ich gerne in Anspruch genommen, wurde mir jedoch nicht angeboten. Die Idee ist niedlich. Der Preis ist meines Erachtens etwas zu hoch.

Wir haben uns von der ausgezeichneten Küche verwöhnen lassen. Die Idee ist großartig und der Service war sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Eine tolle Show mit kulinarischer Untermalung in knapp 2 Stunden. Bei neuem Programm gehe ich wieder hin. Auch für größere Kinder oder als Weihnachtsfeier geeignet.

Es war eine Einladung für den Geburtstag meines Freundes. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und platziert. Service war top. Menü geschmacklich einwandfrei. Ein Stern Abzug weil das Zwischengericht leider nur lauwarm war und es halt schon preislich echt "gehoben" ist. Trotzdem ist die Show mit dem "kleinen Koch" echt süss gemacht. Würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

The taste of home is reminiscent. The boss and the lady boss are very nice. The braised pork rice is delicious.

Dumpling sauce wasn’t great, but the baozi dough was very good (€2.50). The beef in the noodle soup was too tough. Prices are reasonable. They accept card payments.

The truck looks really shabby, but appearances can be deceiving. The staff is extremely friendly, and the dumplings were delicious. When I'm in Berlin for business, I always stop by here. The value for money is simply unbeatable.

A very pleasant surprise, family treatment and superior quality. As if you were going to eat at your aunt's or grandmother's house. The place has its charm, and the couple who runs it are very exotic. Insurmountable.

If you want something quick but also a culinary taste experience, there is no other option for me than Panda Meister. The dumplings are very tasty, and for me they are the best in Berlin because of the price factor. The main dishes such as the Doubanjiang noodles are a little more expensive, but still totally fair in price and also super tasty. The owners are really nice and always warm, you always feel like you're in good hands. Since it's just a small food stall, you shouldn't have high expectations for the ambience, but the food and service absolutely make up for it. Really a recommendation and definitely a must-try if you've never been there! :)

We ordered 15 dumplings twice to start - and because they were so incredibly good, we immediately ordered the same thing again. These dumplings are by far some of the best we've ever eaten: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and full of flavor. The sauce deserves special mention – it is simply heavenly! A perfect balance of spicy, slightly sweet and with just the right kick. You can taste that the work here is done with a lot of love and quality. We'll definitely be back :)!

Neben dem wirklich fantastischen Essen muss man den grandioser Service hervorheben! Die Weinbegleitung ist sehr zu empfehlen und die gebotenen Animationen waren wirklich sehr süß. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Abend.

Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Auch die Geschichte des kleinsten Koches war so süß und unterhaltsam, einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Preis/Leistung finde ich angemessen, das Essen schmeckte super lecker, war total toll anzusehen und hergerichtet. Die Bedienung stets zuvorkommend und höflich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren erstaunt , wie schnell die Zeit verging. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben….

i eat there at least once a week and was never disappointed. my friends and I love the sweet couple who happen to be the owners and chefs of this stand and we can for sure tell you that we never experienced such a welcoming and homie atmosphere like this. they treat us like family and always make us smile. there are so many good food spots in Berlin, but I can say that this is one of our favourite places to be. Would definitely recommend!❤️

The food safety / meat quality here is quite in serious concern, inside of the dumplings along with the stir fry dishes. Basically no idea what you are really eating. The dumplings’ skin is also just so gross (sorry), not a good taste. For the reviews that state it’s a no-nonsense authentic Chinese food, unfortunately you must have never tasted even average quality of Chinese food… Service hmm… the lady is easily not in a good mood. No atmosphere actually, I just gave both 2 stars so it doesn’t look too bad. I should have not trusted the enthusiastic reviews on google but read the reviews on the Chinese app… Guess it exist here for a hangout morning quick bite? (We ate here several months ago)

Typical Chinese dishes cooked in a stall (with benches and tables to sit and eat) near the station. The lady and her husband are very kind and prepare your dish at the moment. We tried the boiled dumplings and the chicken noodles - both excellent! Furthermore, various sauces are left available (sweet and sour, soy...) in case you want to add them to your dish. Correct prices Highly recommended if you like Chinese cuisine!!!

Leider ist das Ganze eine einzigartige Enttäuschung und ich muss mich den vielen negativen Bewertungen anschließen. Das Ganze geht nah an einer Verbrauchertäuschung und rechtliche fragwürdigen Gestaltung vorbei. Und dabei ist die Tatsache, dass noch in der Bestätigungsemail von 2 1/2 Stunden (auf der Webseite steht was von 1 1/2 bis 2 Stunden) gesprochen wird, der Abend aber in der Tat nach nach nicht einmal 90 Minuten so abrupt endet, dass man am Nachbartisch den Cappuccino runterwürgen musste. Ich kann für die armen Tischnachbarn nur hoffen, dass der Kaffee so kalt war wie die Teller, Nudeln und das Steak. Die Animationen sind lieblos und laufen vielleicht 10-15 Minuten insgesamt, die Soundanlage war bei mir im Heimkino in den 90ern schon besser. Leider sind die Beamer wohl auch aus dem Mediamarkt oder so, weswegen die Animationen verpixelt sind. Dass der eine Koch versucht hat Trüffel auszugraben und in das Gericht zu machen, konnte man eigentlich nur raten. Aber ok, im Essen geschmeckt hat man ihn auch nicht. Das Problem: Die Betreiber verlangen hier 150 Euro ohne Getränke und man bekommt dafür absolut ok, aber eigentlich 0815 Essen, auf ungewärmten Tellern, was dazu führt, dass Gemüse und Fleisch kalt ist. Beim Ministeak vermisst man Pfeffer etc. was aber nicht so schlimm ist, man hat hat noch die TK-Pommes, im Metallkörbchen, um sich abzulenken davon, dass es vorher kalte Nudeln gab und davor hartes, getoastetes Baguette. Zum Glück war der Nachtisch gut gelungen, aber wirklich genießen konnte man es nicht, weil man sich ständig gedrängt gefühlt hat, dass man schnell essen muss und der nächste Gang kommen muss. Aber ok, sonst wäre das Essen noch kälter gewesen. Leider glaube ich, dass viele gute Bewertungen nur darauf zurückzuführen sein können, dass man noch nicht in wirklich guten Restaurants war. Aber ganz im Ernst: Das Event ist ok, aber es ist nicht den Preis von 150,00 Euro + Getränke pro Person wert, bei einer Laufzeit von 90 Minuten. Würden die Betreiber hier einen angemessenen Preis verlangen ODER die Qualität der Küche steigern, die aktuell von einer Sterneküche leider so weit weg ist, wie eine Dönerbude von Ankara, wäre es ja akzeptabel. Das Essen ist nicht schlecht, aber es ist eben keine 150,00+ Euro pro Person wert. Punkt. Leider konnte ich aufgrund der Laufzeit und der Qualität des Essens meiner Frau keinen schönen Hochzeitstag ermöglichen. Beim nächsten Hochzeitstag wünscht sich meine Frau jetzt ein Dinner im Vox nebenan, für 50% des Preises. Leider wirklich keine Empfehlung. Schade. Cofefe

When we were on vacation in Berlin, we absolutely had to stop by here. My husband had the chicken stew and I had the chicken noodles and we tried the dumplings. It was damn tasty. When we are in Berlin again. We have to come back :) At the end we treated ourselves to a bubble tea, which was also great.

The food, atmosphere and service are extremely authentic! The male cook is businesslike and a little chaotic, but very fast and good! The lady is smiling and charming, throwing in some Chinese words. The prices are great, especially for the dumplings - which are probably their specialty and most ordered dish.

Ich habe mich so selten abgezockt gefühlt. Das Essen hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Die Projektion auf dem Tisch erscheint verpixelt, was in der heutigen Zeit echt besser geht. Die Werbungsfilme in facebook entsprechen nicht der Situation vor Ort.

Hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Klar der Abend war kein Totalreinfall, aber angesichts des hohen Preisen grenzt es schon fast an eine Unverschämtheit so etwas zu bieten. Zum Positiven: Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles andere war leider weniger positiv. Die Animationen waren vielleicht vor 10 bis 15 Jahre schick. Die erzählte Geschichte unterfordert selbst 5 Jährige und hätte durchaus etwas einfallsreicher sein können. Wer hat sich die nervige Quietschstimme des kleinen Kochs ausgedacht? Das wäre alles kein Problem, wenn wenigstens das Essen ausgezeichnet wäre. Ist es aber nicht, bestenfalls genießbar. Die Fischsuppe mit schwimmenden Brot war zu Beginn schon die erste Enttäuschung. Die folgenden Gänge waren Ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Den Vogel schießt die angekündigte Hauptspeise ab. Es wurden 3 asiatische Teigtaschen mit Sojasauce serviert. In Berlin gibt es an jeder Ecke asiatische Restaurants die genau das (bzw. von der Menge mehr) für 4 Euro als Vorspeise anbieten. Das Dessert Creme Brulee mit Vanilleeis zeugt auch nicht gerade von Einfallsreichtum. Übrigens war auch ein anderer der 6 Gänge eine Kugel Eis (Joghurteis). Richtig satt wird man also nur wenn man einen Insektenmagen besitzt. Summa summarum leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Zumal es auch noch eine Preissteigerung von fast 50 Prozent gab und die Getränkepreise ebenfalls überhöht sind (Bier fast 7 Euro).

Really lovely lady serving. For Berlin also very good prices. Got the chicken boiled dumplings with chili sauce and couldn't complain. If you want you can sit down or get to go.

Good dumplings for good affordable price. The place may looks a little rough but doesn't reflect the food quality at all. It even makes it more authentic. The service is quick and very friendly. The food overall was delicious and filling. The bubble tea is alright but not my taste. It had too much syrup in it. All in all I can recommend everyone who like street food Chinese style. Also i recommend the other food stalls there. This won't be my last visit and will definitely try Mapo Tofu next time. Side note: you can also pay electronically (credit card, apple pay etc.). Very convenient.

The food is definitely authentic, much more than basically every other asian place I’ve been to, and the dishes, especially the fried chili dumplings, were among the best food I ate in the months I was in Berlin. There really is a reason why this place gets crowded at meal times, and the food is really no joke. In addition, the price utilizes is served at definitely makes it one of the best value locations in Berlin. But beyond just the food, the workers, especially the auntie cooking everything, was extremely warm and kind every time we went. She always had a smile and made my friends and I feel extremely welcome and well received every time we ordered. Chatting with her will definitely be missed! Overall, this place is one that cannot be missed, especially if you want to experience very very good Chinese food in a nice outdoor seating area thats populated but usually not overcrowded. I absolutely love the food! The food cart at Ostbahnhof seems a little inconspicuous at first, but definitely try the food there! Not only is it unbeatably cheap, but it is also an absolutely fantastic taste experience. I had the dumpling and a bao zi and absolutely loved it. The food is freshly prepared. The bubble tea is also very good! The whole thing is accompanied by radiantly friendly service... I can see myself trying out the entire menu. 🤭

Overall: great food, great customer service, generous portions, phenomenal place. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but my friends and I lived near Pandameister during our summer abroad in Berlin, and we cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a gem of Berlin cuisine. We all loved their home-cooked and traditional Chinese / Cantonese dishes along with the handmade dumplings / baozi, and for those of us who are Chinese, the food truly reminded us of home. I’ve tried nearly every item on the menu, and personally, my favorites are the jidan xihongshi (tomato egg stir fry with rice) and the pan fried dumplings with mixed fillings and chili oil. I also love their fruit and milk teas - the flavor depends on what I’m feeling that day, but they’re all great. Although my friend and I only speak English and some pretty broken Chinese, the owners always made us feel welcome and comfortable in a new country. The customer service is phenomenal - they make every dish to-order but quickly, and always do so with a smile on their face. If you’re reading this, I truly hope you give Pandameister a try if you’re ever around Berlin Ostbahnhof.
