Hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Klar der Abend war kein Totalreinfall, aber angesichts des hohen Preisen grenzt es schon fast an eine Unverschämtheit so etwas zu bieten. Zum Positiven: Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles andere war leider weniger positiv. Die Animationen waren vielleicht vor 10 bis 15 Jahre schick. Die erzählte Geschichte unterfordert selbst 5 Jährige und hätte durchaus etwas einfallsreicher sein können. Wer hat sich die nervige Quietschstimme des kleinen Kochs ausgedacht? Das wäre alles kein Problem, wenn wenigstens das Essen ausgezeichnet wäre. Ist es aber nicht, bestenfalls genießbar. Die Fischsuppe mit schwimmenden Brot war zu Beginn schon die erste Enttäuschung. Die folgenden Gänge waren Ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Den Vogel schießt die angekündigte Hauptspeise ab. Es wurden 3 asiatische Teigtaschen mit Sojasauce serviert. In Berlin gibt es an jeder Ecke asiatische Restaurants die genau das (bzw. von der Menge mehr) für 4 Euro als Vorspeise anbieten. Das Dessert Creme Brulee mit Vanilleeis zeugt auch nicht gerade von Einfallsreichtum. Übrigens war auch ein anderer der 6 Gänge eine Kugel Eis (Joghurteis). Richtig satt wird man also nur wenn man einen Insektenmagen besitzt. Summa summarum leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Zumal es auch noch eine Preissteigerung von fast 50 Prozent gab und die Getränkepreise ebenfalls überhöht sind (Bier fast 7 Euro).

Ich habe mich so selten abgezockt gefühlt. Das Essen hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Die Projektion auf dem Tisch erscheint verpixelt, was in der heutigen Zeit echt besser geht. Die Werbungsfilme in facebook entsprechen nicht der Situation vor Ort.

Extremely good authentic Chinese food!

Really lovely lady serving. For Berlin also very good prices. Got the chicken boiled dumplings with chili sauce and couldn't complain. If you want you can sit down or get to go.

Good dumplings for good affordable price. The place may looks a little rough but doesn't reflect the food quality at all. It even makes it more authentic. The service is quick and very friendly. The food overall was delicious and filling. The bubble tea is alright but not my taste. It had too much syrup in it. All in all I can recommend everyone who like street food Chinese style. Also i recommend the other food stalls there. This won't be my last visit and will definitely try Mapo Tofu next time. Side note: you can also pay electronically (credit card, apple pay etc.). Very convenient.

I had the dumplings, although unfortunately they don't have much in common with the Chinese Jiao Zi. Still very tasty! And unbeatably cheap!

Panda Meister, this location and people specifically, were the one of the best parts of my entire time spent in Berlin. Truly a hidden gem with kind and excellent people who truly deserve all the business in the world. The food is definitely authentic, much more than basically every other asian place I’ve been to, and the dishes, especially the fried chili dumplings, were among the best food I ate in the months I was in Berlin. There really is a reason why this place gets crowded at meal times, and the food is really no joke. In addition, the price utilizes is served at definitely makes it one of the best value locations in Berlin. But beyond just the food, the workers, especially the auntie cooking everything, was extremely warm and kind every time we went. She always had a smile and made my friends and I feel extremely welcome and well received every time we ordered. Chatting with her will definitely be missed! Overall, this place is one that cannot be missed, especially if you want to experience very very good Chinese food in a nice outdoor seating area thats populated but usually not overcrowded. I absolutely love the food! The food cart at Ostbahnhof seems a little inconspicuous at first, but definitely try the food there! Not only is it unbeatably cheap, but it is also an absolutely fantastic taste experience. I had the dumpling and a bao zi and absolutely loved it. The food is freshly prepared. The bubble tea is also very good! The whole thing is accompanied by radiantly friendly service... I can see myself trying out the entire menu. 🤭

Had vegan dumpling and a baozi with red bean paste. Both were unusually delicious 😋.

Cheap and delicious, it’s hard to find such authentic fried dumplings in China

Overall: great food, great customer service, generous portions, phenomenal place. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but my friends and I lived near Pandameister during our summer abroad in Berlin, and we cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a gem of Berlin cuisine. We all loved their home-cooked and traditional Chinese / Cantonese dishes along with the handmade dumplings / baozi, and for those of us who are Chinese, the food truly reminded us of home. I’ve tried nearly every item on the menu, and personally, my favorites are the jidan xihongshi (tomato egg stir fry with rice) and the pan fried dumplings with mixed fillings and chili oil. I also love their fruit and milk teas - the flavor depends on what I’m feeling that day, but they’re all great. Although my friend and I only speak English and some pretty broken Chinese, the owners always made us feel welcome and comfortable in a new country. The customer service is phenomenal - they make every dish to-order but quickly, and always do so with a smile on their face. If you’re reading this, I truly hope you give Pandameister a try if you’re ever around Berlin Ostbahnhof.

Super nice food truck run by some really nice Chinese people :) I go there quite often and they recognize me now 😅 I've gotten both the chicken potstickers and chicken noodle soup as well as peach milk tea, mango milk tea, and mango lassi. All are super delicious, and the value for them is amazing as well! Service is generally pretty quick, but the place can get busy especially around meal times and the eating area is pretty small, so be prepared to either sit with other people at a table or get takeaway. If you're near Ostbahnhof I highly recommend you check out this place! :)

Panda Meister is a hidden gem (but I guess everyone knows already this place). This food truck serves up the most delicious dumplings I've ever had, with a perfect balance of tender, flavorful fillings and delicate wrappers. The pork and veggie dumplings are a standout, bursting with juicy goodness. The dipping chili sauces are the perfect complement, adding an extra layer of flavor. Service is quick and friendly, making it an ideal spot for a tasty, on-the-go meal. To top it off, the lady is always nice and friendly. If you love dumplings, you need to go here ASAP!!

I don't understand all these super positive reviews. It was okay, but nothing special. I had the dumpling soup, which was quite sour, and the vegetarian ban mia, which tasted like a dry Pad Thai.

I went there with an Indian friend. We ordered dumplings with fried chicken, Baozi with chicken, Wanton with noodles. All of them are pretty tasty and authentic (I am from southern China) highly recommend it. The business owners are also very friendly and kind:)

The vegan dumplings couldn't convince me in terms of taste. The sauce was simply poured into the transport box, so of course it had to spill out on the way. Something like that has to be packaged separately in a container or something similar. Card payment was problematic.

Hier wird der Gast abgezockt. Viel bezahlen- schlechte Leistung. Ich weiss nicht, ob das immer so ist, aber Trüffelsauce wortlos durch Pfeffersauce ersetzen. Geht nicjt bei dem Preis. Der Gast hat eine Allergie? Oh tut uns leid- Rücksicht wird nicht drauf genommen. Die Show inkonsequent und nicht vergleichbar mit der 1.Show. lieblos.

There are very few places with good Chinese or Taiwanese dishes (that aren't JUST noodle-related) in Berlin. Panda Meister feels like I walked back into my mom's house - this is a must try!

The logic here is different. It's not like gyoza at all. It was like they made Turkish manti with sausage. I recommend the lichi lassi on the side.

the worst dumplings I've ever had. taste of nothing, the sauce is just oil with chillies that was probably so old because it wasn't even spicy. some other sauces available in dirty bottles on the counter 🫣 the dough of the dumplings was closer to donut than the one for dumplings.

This little "dumpling stand" behind Ostbahnhof Berlin has become an instant cult classic. The beef noodles and rice dishes, and the Jiaozi dumplings (boiled OR fried) are AMAZING. If you order the dumplings, try a bit of the Zhenjiang black vinegar (ask the owner) together with the soy sauce and chili!

The surroundings at the Ostbahnhof are not particularly beautiful and a bit barren, as are the street food stands that have been set up. However, the food (we had the vegan dumplings and the vegetarian baozi) was very tasty and affordable. It is served in all kinds of mixed bowls, from plastic to aluminum bowls, optionally with soy sauce and chili. Cash only.

We ordered chicken dumplings and got them but they where mixed up with some pork ones as someone who can’t eat pork it was quite a problem and ruined my appetite completely the price is still fine and mistakes can ofc happen but I wouldn’t go again.

Ich hatte einen Tisch für fünf Personen gebucht und insgesamt 863,00 Euro ( 172,60 Euro p. P. ) inkl. Getränke bezahlt. Das Serviceteam war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Für den Gast soll es ein besonderer Nachmittag/Abend sein, für das Team ist es merklich Routine. Das ist schade, weil man mehr aus diesem Event machen kann und Chancen auslässt. Die Begrüßung war eher mau und die Vorfreude auf das, was gleich kommen wird wurde nicht geweckt. Eine Vorstellung des Serviceteams sowie eine kurze Geschichte zu der Idee und der Entstehung des Events wären angebracht gewesen. Die Bilddarstellung auf dem Tisch war unscharf. Der Ton war zu leise. Die Filets waren ungleichmäßig gebraten ( 1 x medium-well, 2 x medium, 2 x medium-rare ). Es hat gut geschmeckt, aber satt wurde man davon nicht. Da ich diese Aussage bereits in anderen Kritiken gelesen haben, sind wir vorher im „Kuchi Kant“ von Duc Ngo essen gegangen. Insgesamt war es eine zügige Abfertigung der einzelnen Gänge und des ganzen Events. Ein Menuepreis von 75,00 Euro zzgl. Getränke wäre gerechtfertigt.

Noodle Soup was sooo tasty! I’m in love with this place ❤️

Once and never again! After a long drive, I was hungry and wanted to know if the dumplings were really that tasty. They should have stayed in the hot fat for much longer. I had imagined them to be crispy, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The beef is actually indefinable. The mango lassi for a whopping EUR 4.50 was obviously served with a heap of mango flavor powder. It tasted like yogurt, not mango. I mixed it at home so I could actually drink it. Unfortunately, I can't understand all the positive reviews. The stall doesn't seem very clean. Sitting there and eating something is not necessarily recommended either. I'd rather get a glass noodle salad again in my favorite Asian restaurant OMY on Kiefholzstrasse.

So if you want to eat authentic homemade dumplings, this is the place for you. Super nice people and the food is awesome. The bao buns are also really tasty. Looks like a snack bar, but simply has more taste than famous restaurants.

Idee nett, Service nett bis bemüht, Essen nichts besonderes (kleine Portionen, Qualität ok, tatsächliche Kosten pro Person vermutlich bei rd. 20€). Für das Geld, 140€ pro Person ohne (!) Getränkebegleitung, darf man meines Erachtens deutlich mehr erwarten. Im Ergebnis deutlich überteuert für das was man bekommt.

The food was just great. The place is so inconspicuous and turns out to be nothing but an absolutely convincing thing. Portions are sufficient, I would have liked to drink liters of the broth from the wontons. Extremely rustic atmosphere, but that's a plus, I haven't eaten this relaxed and delicious in a long time.

The wonton (dumpling) soup is out of this world 😍 The meat filling was incredibly flavorful and the acidity from the soup brought balance. You won't find such low prices anywhere else

Leider hatte ich schon vorher die Erwartungen...netter Abend mit Trickfilmbegleitung und daneben Essen. Zuerst das Positive! Der Service war charmant, aufmerksam und freundlich. Die 3DProjektion war jedoch...naja unscharf und irgendwie...dachte heutzutage geht das viel besser. Die Geschichte der petite chefs niedlich! Das Essen war zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Hervorzuheben war das Fleisch im Hauptgang und das Zitronensorbet im Dessert. Der Rest war leider für meinen Geschmack nicht so..Die Trüffelpasta war gefüllt mit Ricotta und meines Erachtens Trüffelöl, ein Trüffelchen war nicht zu sehen..Es war trotzdem ganz nice. Ich finde die Idee wunderbar, die jetzige Umsetzung leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Viel Geld für ein vier Gänge Menü, das nichts Besonders geboten hat. Die Portionen waren sehr klein. Die Beamer Show war nett, aber auch nicht irgendwie herausragend. Nur an einem Platz am Tisch war die Projektion scharf. Wir waren alle enttäuscht und können keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

I’ve been so deprived of good Chinese food, and Panda Meister did not disappoint. I ordered the beef noodle soup and 4 fried + 4 boiled pork dumplings (€16 total), the food came out very quick, and the owners were both so kind and lovely. If I lived in Berlin, I would be here all the time :)

Can someone tell me what is that in our store bought dumplings? Used steel wool ball? The taste doesn't match the good reviews here either. Even delivery takes them 2.5 hours! I have never seen such a terrible restaurant. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star.

Very good food and very friendly experience. I was there a few times at dinner for take-away to eat home and always the food is plenty, perfectly cooked and really nice tasting. Even the seasoning is spot on. The person behind the counter is very careful with the order and tries to accommodate wishes.

The best shop I know! Can be reached in 1 minute from the Ostbahnhof platform outside the station. Damn delicious food for under €10 per person. The first time I went there was because of the dumplings, which the shop is very famous for. (It tastes very tasty and is available in vegan and meat versions) I have now tried all the dishes and my favorite is kung pao chicken/ there is also the tofu version which is also highly recommended! The owner is super friendly and accommodating and if you order 4 portions to take away in winter, you will first be given a tea and greeted with a friendly smile. We've been there several times to get food with the children and they're always happy to go to the "kung Pao" shop and get food there. For the children we always take it without spicy. There are also good bubble teas there. As I said, totally recommended. Food is delicious and freshly prepared. If you're tired of kebabs or pizza and want to eat freshly prepared food, you've come to the right place.

If you want grab a quick bite or try out Chinese homemade food, look no further than this food truck next to Ostbahnhof. They offer the most typical Chinese dishes: delicious dumplings (jiaozi), filled buns (baozi), noodles, rice and soups. The most popular dishes are beef noodle soup, rice dishes (kungpao chicken or mapo tofu) and vegan dumplings. I would also recommend check out the braised pork rice (lu rou fan)if you are not into chilli. The also sells a great variety of bubble tea 🧋 (however not with brown sugar). I have been to China before, the food here tastes more like Northern Chinese cuisine with vinegar and soy sauce based broth; the dumpling’s skin and shape also look more like those in Beijing. A Chinese couple runs this food truck since a long time ago. Even though they may appear stressed and speak very fast, they are friendly and will always accommodate to your request. When ordering or picking up food, you should listen carefully because they speak really really fast. Try to choose a dish quickly because their service is also fast and they will ask what you want quickly. Location-wise, the food truck is located in an area that seems a bit sketchy but quite safe because all food trucks are located there. When exiting Ostbahnhof, go towards the residential side instead of the big boulevard. All and all, highly recommend 👍🏻

As a vegetarian you can get dumplings with meat delivered here. Soups mostly taste of vinegar and garlic. In addition, everything is incredibly greasy. Hygiene conditions on site are also questionable.
