Totally bad and always waiting when ordering

If I could, I would give this store negative points. Ordered two pizzas - and a whopping 40 minutes later I was able to marvel at the result: a lukewarm pile of dough with the appeal of a cardboard box. The service? A complete communicative catastrophe. Communication in German? None. Instead of service, there was desperation - I felt like I was in a bad skit, except I still had to pay at the end. Pan Pizza 2 Go is not a fast food restaurant, but a test of patience at the lowest level. Here the name is pure mockery: Pan Pizza maybe, 2 Go definitely not. Conclusion: If you want to combine hunger, time and nervelessness, this is the right place for you. Everyone else: Better look for a dry slice of bread somewhere - it delivers faster and tastes better.

This is a great place to have a quick and tasty meal.

Ordered there often and always had some problems. Either something is forgotten or the delivery can take a good 2 hours+. This shop has such unbelievable organizational problems that it is virtually impossible to order there, because A something is always forgotten or B it arrives when you have made something else at home because you are so hungry. About the food itself: Relatively normal pan pizza. Rather below average in terms of taste and quality of the sauce and cheese. So significantly worse than the original Pan Pizza shop 2 minutes away on Brückstrasse. But it's also cheaper, so it's okay somewhere. The food itself would be somewhere between 2 and 3 stars here on Google but combined with the catastrophic service in any respect, this is unfortunately absolutely not an option for ordering food or going out there.

So the M size is so small I would recommend the L size to anyone who wants to be full, a lot of dishes were forgotten the last time I ordered there

Modern little shop, good selection of drinks and very tasty food. I've been eating there regularly for over a year and have never been disappointed.

We really gave the store more than enough chances, every time something comes out wrong and just ordered chicken salad with tomatoes and corn comes without corn, without dressing and with burnt chicken that you can count on one hand and that you have to say on the phone for 10 euros Wait, the driver can't fly. Waited over 2 hours for the order that was supposed to take 50 minutes. Then the message came from Lieferando that it had apparently been delivered. Also not reachable by phone. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Ordered food at 3am and was delivered fresh and hot. Very friendly delivery person and the food was really tasty.

I have ordered through lieferando at night And i havent received order but showing as on the way , i have called many times to the restaurant and no one had picked my call .

We have always been in Dortmund for a specific event for years. We've been going to Pan Pizza for dinner for 3 years now... Yes, and what can we say? We'll be back next year and look forward to your delicious pizza until then!

Unfortunately very very disappointed! After waiting for 2 hours we called to ask where the order was. It was said that it was on its way now. After another hour we received an email that the food had been delivered. This is an absolute disgrace! Better not to order. Unless you want to fast!

Really really disappointed with this store. You talk on the phone and wait almost 2 hours for a pizza and then the shop closes. The boy on the phone says that it is on the way and on Lieferando it also shows that it has been delivered but unfortunately it is a puff cake. Despite all the experiences you gain, I really have to say it is one of the worst organized stores in Dortmund. You're not doing anything wrong if you avoid it.

Very good, a bit like Chicago style pizza (so deep dish), very nice service and generally a cool shop...Prices are fair because a small pizza fills you up but costs something between 5 and 6.50 depending on what you like Topping has...can only be recommended

Thank you for this wonderful meal I was hungry late in the evening and ordered a penne with cream, kebab meat and jalapeños and gratinated with cheese The food came very warm and it was tastier than expected, rich with cheese on it, kebab meat was super tasty and well cooked even though the shop doesn't specialize in kebabs, there weren't a lot of jalapeños and not a little, exactly as it should be, cream is spicy and not boring just like I love it 😄, really respect, many thanks and good luck 👍🏼 😊

The "pizza" is more like bread with sauce on the side. Additionally relatively expensive/small. Waiting time was also more than twice as long as stated.

You can expect a delivery time of around 3 hours.

So far the only delivery service in Dortmund where I haven't been disappointed yet. Pizza is great, but no joke, the burgers are a 10 out of 10. No understanding of all the negative reviews. Of course it can happen later than stated, but for me it only takes longer than that.

A complete disaster!! I ordered food today (February 10th, 2024 around 11:15 p.m.) and that was now 2 hours ago. I still haven't received my delivery. According to Uber it should have arrived after 45-60 minutes, but this never happened. When I called the store, I was often pushed away and because I kept calling, the employees eventually answered. The lady on the phone said that the food was already on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. After another half hour of waiting, NOTHING!! I call again, pushed away again several times. At some point the gentlemen answered, again the same lady only this time more stroppy, she said again that the courier would be there in a few minutes. I wait another 20 minutes, nothing again. There is probably a lot of traffic on the streets. It's after midnight, so please, the streets are completely empty. So far nothing has come and I'm pretty sure the order wasn't even made. I got too stupid and luckily the kind Uber Eats support worker canceled the order. Definitely not a recommendation! Unfortunately I couldn't rate the food because, as I said, the food never arrived.

Food arrives hours late and is cold

I ordered there with my friend yesterday and the food was so oily, so the burgers and the fries were totally greasy and oily. Especially the pasta with cream sauce. So it was more of an oil sauce instead of a cream. Afterwards I just had a stomach ache and until this evening I still have a stomachache so really Münsterstraße panPizza is the best shop. Unfortunately they were closed and I and my friend had to order after 11 p.m. so we had to order here, but never again would we rather starve than order.

I picked up food, ordered the food there, chose my pizza, then waited 45 minutes for the pizza, then I asked them about it and they simply forgot about me, they simply forgot about me, absolutely no go. never, ever again, simply outrageous.

We waited over 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas, on a Tuesday. Ordered a pizza specifically without a specific topping, but it was still on it. Really disappointing

I waited 1.5 hours for the pizza. Was cold when she was there. 1 pizza was missing. Cheesecake for €3 is a piece of frozen net cheesecake. They simply hang up on the phone and the driver has no idea that the pizza is missing.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we're currently waiting 2:50 hours for our food. Yes, it's Sunday evening, so it takes longer, but 3 times the stated delivery time is tough. Can also be reached by phone since 1:30 a.m. Ordering is fun, especially when you have to go back to work the next day and just wanted something to snack on.

Öfter bei Ihnen bestellt. Die ersten fünf bis sechs male war alles in Ordnung. Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 30 Minuten und das Essen kam warm an. Die letzten zwei Bestellungen Katastrophe. Zwei Stunden gewartet und eine kleine Pizza bekommen, obwohl ich eine mittlere bestellt hatte. Pommes waren kalt. Die Pizza war auch kalt. Es wurde sich immerhin entschuldigt.. Ich kann hier nur spekulieren, dass die Fahrer für fünf Mann arbeiten und auseinander genommen werden. Habe schon viele Stories gehört über die Umstände bei Ihrer Lieferkette. Stellt mehr Leute ein oder bezahlt die Fahrer, die für fünf arbeiten, ordentlich. Lg

Essen ist Müll man kriegt nicht mal Pizza Brötchen zu denn Nudeln 2 mal drauf hingewiesen auf Besteck auch vergessen nicht empfehlenswert

Bestellt wurden 3 Pizzen. Lieferzeit wurde als 45min angegeben. Nach 1 1/2 std immernoch nichts da. Bei dem Anruf wurde mir dann gesagt dass die Pizzen im Ofen sind und dann doch nicht im Ofen sind und aufeinmal würden Sie auf den Fahrer warten. Sehr sehr schlechter Service. Das man nichtmal 3 Pizzen bringen kann..

Extrem schnelle Lieferung und Essen war warm und lecker

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel, unsere Pizza kam erstmal eine halbe Stunde zu spät an, kann an einem Freitag Abend passieren, jedoch kamen beide Pizzen leider kalt und somit ungenießbar an, der Lieferant war nach Auskunft vorher tanken, auf Nachfrage beim Restaurant wegen der kalten Pizza wurde mir entweder eine neue Lieferung oder ein mündlicher Rabattgutschein fürs nächste mal zugesichert. Ob der dann eingelöst werden kann steht denke ich in dek Sternen. Bargeld könne ich aufgrund der Bestellung über Lieferando nicht erhalten. Am Telefon bat man mich keine negative Rezension zu schreiben, weil es sich negativ auswirken würde, nun ich hoffe das tut diese Rezension hier. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort Pizza

Drecksladen habe euch nach der letzten enttäuschenden Lieferung wieder eine Chance gegeben.habe eine Bestellung von 30€ dann kann ich erwarten das etwas warm ankommt und nicht kalt.bestellt auf keinen Fall von denen beim Geld zählen Weltmeister.

Seit einem Jahr hat sich nichts verändert. Immernoch zwei Stunden Verspätung beim liefern.

Erstmal haben wir 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, bestellt wurden mittelgroße Pizzen, geliefert wurden Mini-Pizzen. Für den Preis für über 10 Euro pro Pizza nenne ich das Abzocke. Einmal ausprobiert, nie mehr wieder!!! Kann den Laden nicht weiter empfehlen!

Der Fahrer war wirklich lieb und war sehr verständnisvoll. Tut uns wirklich leid, dass er unter solchen Umständen arbeiten muss.

Größter Rotz Laden, warte seit Stunden auf meine Bestellung, anrufe werden erst ignoriert und dann wird frech dazwischen geredet wenn man ihnen versucht zu erklären was los ist Dann erklären die einem, dass der Lieferant ( EIN LIEFERANT ) zu viele Bestellungen vor mir hat die er erst ausliefern muss Montag Abend vor 0 Uhr meine Bestellung aufgegeben, wir haben kurz nach 2 und sie ist immernoch nicht da, schade das ich mit Apple Pay bezahlt habe

Ich war nicht im Laden, habe online bestellt und vergebe dennoch 5 Sterne aus einem einzigen Grund! : der Lieferant Bilal. Ein sympathischer Typ der sich 2 mal den Weg zu mir gemacht weil die Bestellung nicht vollständig war. Der Laden kann froh sein dass sie Ihn im Personal haben

Hab heute abend ein mädchen gesehn mit locken sie war mit ihre freundin da um pizza zu holen hatten den krassesten augen kontakt den es gibt hab sie nicht angesprochen bereue es so krass

Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten, jedoch waren die beiden 19€ Lappen kalt. Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, geschmacklich Furztrocken und nix besonderes. Ich hoffe das dieser Hype bald vorüber ist und der Laden vorübergehend geschlossen hat….

Bestellung wurde nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit storniert, ohne Begründung. Soßen wurden auch schon des öfteren einfach vergessen. Personal scheint sehr überfodert zu sein. Bestellen werden wir hier nicht mehr.

Commande envoyée le soir à 23h pour un total de 31€. Livraison jamais arrivée ! Appelle auprès de l’établissement qui « ne parle pas anglais ». Parlez-vous allemand au moins ? Le patron n’a jamais rappelé. Recours auprès de Lieferando mais le patron n’a même pas accepté de rembourser la commande sur Lieferando. Arnaque, menteur et honteux.

Nach der Bestellung wurde eine Lieferzeit von 30 Minuten genannt. Leider wurde die Pizza erst gut 2 Stunden nach der Bestellung geliefert. Eine Rabattierung war nicht möglich, sodass die kalte Pizza wieder zurück ging.

beste pizzaria in der gegend. Highlight sind und bleibt die saucen, die der pizza eine gewisse extra würze geben. Pizzarand schön kross, nicht verbrannt und die mitte schön saftig, der käse zerfließt wie in einer guten pizzawerbung. Geschmacklich einfach nur ein erlebnis, gehe ich immer gerne hin

Wollte Stadt 2pomme im Wert von 8€ 1portion Mozzarella sticks im Wert von 6€ wurde auch abgelehnt glaube die Angestellten haben keine Lust irgendwas zu ändern an den Bestellungen jedesmal wird gesagt der Chef sagt wir dürfen nix ändern 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Beim letzten Mal hat die Bestellung voll versagt habe in der Hoffnung bestellt das die es wieder gut machen aber fehlgeschlagen

Bisher die beste PanPizza, die ich gegessen und probiert habe. Heißes und frisches Essen! Top Personal sowie der Inhaber, sehr offen und nett. Würde es jedem empfehlen dort mal essen zu gehen. :)

Geht garnicht ehrlich ich hab essen bestellt der Lieferer hat einf das Essen fallen lassen was kein Problem war ich habe das Essen trotzdem bezahlt und der Lieferer meinte das er das Essen wieder bringen wird ich hab stundenlang gewartet nichts kam das Essen was noch intakt war hat null geschmeckt nie wieder werde ich nochmal da essen bestellen.

Wir haben im Restaurant bestellt und haben 40minuten gewartet in der Zeit sind noch zwei weitere Kunden in den Laden gekommen und haben bestellt diese wurden nach kurzer Zeit mit essen bedient wir wurden dann gefragt habt ihr schon bestellt? Ja vor 40 minuten eine große Pizza Margarita bestellt antwort-> ne habt ihr nicht. Haben nach weiteren 15 minuten warten dann unsere pizza bekommen haben mit 20€ gezahlt und uns wurden 2 € in die hand gedrückt?! Direkt gesagt wir haben 20€ gegeben und dann erst das richtige rückgeld erhalten. Pizza hat zwar geschmeckt aber sonst ist der Laden für die Tonne, noch nie so schlecht bedient worden

Sehr leckere Pizza 🍕 ganz besonders mit Käserand mhhhhh, dazu noch die Chilli Cheese Nuggets und Süßkartoffel Pommes sehr sehr lecker. Es wird auch immer schnell geliefert, sogar vor den eingegebener Zeit. Schöne Sache, ich bin sehr zufrieden, auch die Mitarbeiter sind total nett sehr freundlich 😊

Einfach nur noch respektlos und geizig haben ein Menü bestellt und versucht uns Getränke und alles mögliche extra zu berechnen
