Never come to you again! Went to your place a few weeks ago and ordered food. We got a plate of salad with it (thought it would come with it), salted the salad and put lemon on it and ate a little, then the waiter came and asked if we had ordered salad, then we said no, then he had it Simply took away the salad (which we had mixed) and brought it to the table we ordered...that's not possible! I don't care if you take it away from our table, but how can you bring the salad you ate to another table???! Especially if I were the waiter, I would leave the salad there and say: I made a mistake, but it's on the house, and bring a new one to the next table!

I love Al-Basha, but if the food is taken with Lieferando all the time to somewhere else then that's bullshit. My food was supposed to arrive half an hour ago (estimated delivery time was 20 minutes) and the Lieferando is droning on Grains around somewhere in Hoehne Dortmund even though I live nearby! I ask you to make an arrangement with the delivery service!

I was craving Arab food a lot and this place did not disappoint at all! The food was amazinggg, me and my friend got shawarma, fatet lahmeh, Baba ghanoush and warak enab, all of them were super good! The service was very nice and attentive as well, being both fluent in Arabic and German.

Food was not tasty at all. Rice was probably cooked days ago, salad was too sour and chicken was too dry on the shawarma. We ordered soup, salat, kawfta, shawarma, 3 Ayrans and water. It came down to 51 and paid with card. After calculating from the menu, it turned out we paid more than we ate. So basically we got ripped off for below-average food. Never again!

The female waiter couldn't get rid of the negative with her friendliness. No, I won't come back. Dortmund offers too many alternatives for that.

What a bunch of scammers they are here. We came here to Dortmund to watch the Netherlands against England. We had the simple request to get a sandwich. I was told that they don't have that, but as an alternative I could order a sandwich dish (i.e. a sandwich cut into pieces with some fries or rice). This is to charge me more for the same product.

Tasted one of the best shawarma in germany. Quantity, taste, presentation... everything was on point.

Unfortunately we ordered a kebab meal and a crispy meal last night but it was a bad experience. The kebab pieces didn't resemble kebab at all and the salad was old and had a bad taste.

NIE WIEDER!!!!!!! Ich wollte meine ausländischen Gäste aus Kroatien unser arabisches Essen ausprobieren lassen, leider ist mein Versuch zu einer Katastrophe umgewandelt, die Kellnerin hat die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen und uns 3xfalsche Mahlzeiten auf den Tisch gebracht, bestellte Getränke müssten wir lange drauf warten. Das Essen hat aber trotzdem sehr gut geschmeckt, daher ein Daumen hoch für die Küche und eine Bitte an den Personal, dass die vernünftiger arbeiten.

haben hier zu Abend gegessen! Das Essen war okay…Hähnchenspieße und Falafel sehr gut! Der Rest (Vorspeise, Salate, Beilagen) leider sehr lieblos. Größtes Problem war jedoch, das die Hauptgerichte 10-15 min zeitversetzt gebracht wurden…als ich anfangen konnte, war meine Freundin fast fertig mit essen.
