I've had such excellent service in few Asian restaurants. The staff is very friendly and professional. I came here on a Saturday without a reservation after work with colleagues. We were greeted warmly and kindly. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the stuffed grape leaves, in particular, were amazing. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend it.

Very disappointing! My order arrived extremely late (over 90 minutes delivery time). When I contacted the restaurant, they offered no apology or explanation, just the information that there was only one driver and he was stuck in traffic. At one point, they even said the order hadn't been processed. When the food finally arrived, the bread was missing. When I called again, they simply told me the driver hadn't left it in the car and had to deliver other orders. Then they asked me if I had the bread with me – absolutely ridiculous! Unprofessional, unfriendly, and zero customer service. Never again!

Shawarma is far too expensive for the quantity and quality. At Bethlehem Star in Dortmund, you can get a shawarma that's almost twice the size for €5 (€1 less), and the quality is definitely better. Unfortunately, we wouldn't go there again.

The night was an emotional roller coaster—up, down, up, down, until I was empty. Thanks for the food poisoning and the lies. So NEVER AGAIN.

Disappointing and not what was promised. I went to the restaurant and saw that there was a €30 special offer. So I asked about it, but I was told they couldn't prepare it because of the crowds. No real explanation, just excuses. The food honestly wasn't particularly tasty, and the service was just okay. It was very cramped, there was no air conditioning—all in all, not a pleasant atmosphere. And the fact that the offer simply wasn't available, despite being advertised, feels like deception. The restaurant stands out from many others because it uses a charcoal grill for its meat. The dishes (shawarma, shish taouk, tabbouleh) are authentic and delicious. Arab friends also comment. The ambiance is admittedly rather simple, but in my opinion, that's secondary in this case because the food makes up for everything.

We got a plate of salad with it (thought it would come with it), salted the salad and put lemon on it and ate a little, then the waiter came and asked if we had ordered salad, then we said no, then he had it Simply took away the salad (which we had mixed) and brought it to the table we ordered...that's not possible! It came down to 51 and paid with card. After calculating from the menu, it turned out we paid more than we ate. So basically we got ripped off for below-average food. Never again!

What a bunch of scammers they are here. We came here to Dortmund to watch the Netherlands against England. We had the simple request to get a sandwich.
