Pallas in Landshut

A great restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere located right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in Landshut. Here you can enjoy a wonderfully arranged meal, which is truly a culinary delight. The selection of dishes is huge and there is something for every taste. The service is friendly, fast and always has an overview. The boss always comes to the table and asks personally whether everything is in the guest's best interests. One or two ouzos are also part of the service. I really enjoy eating here and have never been disappointed. Highest recommendation from my side.

We're not from Landshut, but we were in the mood for Greek. It was the only one open for lunch, but to our surprise the food was great. Very high quality food. Not the standard Greek from the village. The wine recommendation is great. And as a Greek myself, I can especially recommend the lamb and chicken.

Food quality is average at best. Prices far too high for what is on offer. No star cuisine, but moonlight prices. Staff was nice and friendly, ambience is ok. We won't come again.

The restaurant is centrally located in Landshut and is beautifully furnished. An extensive menu with high prices raises expectations that the food and service unfortunately did not meet. Gyros, the flagship dish of every Greek, was dry and sometimes so full of fatty rinds that you wonder whether it could have come fresh from the spit. The rest wasn't anything I could say either. That's exactly why I want to go to this restaurant again. Unfortunately, the service was the worst. The team is very friendly, but not very hard working. Things were going well until the food was on the table, but from then on the service was basically over. At some point while we were eating there were 7 empty glasses on the table. We sat in front of our empty plates for almost half an hour until it was finally cleared away. No asking if you want anything else. We still asked if we could order something else... A second drink, or coffee and the menu for the desserts. This was then implemented accordingly, but no one came to ask if they wanted another dessert. That was enough for me personally. The tables around us were served accordingly, but were always cleared and reoccupied immediately after the meal. In order to pay, one of us had to go to the front of the counter and let us know. When paying, I mentioned that we didn't really have the opportunity to get drinks etc. - unfortunately no one was interested. Spent 3 hours in this restaurant - I would have been better off saving myself that.

Somehow it didn't really taste good, service was also so general... So nothing bad, just there's clearly a better choice nearby.

We had dinner this week. The portions were sufficient and very tasty. Unfortunately the service wasn't very good. We got the table right at the entrance (which isn't a bad thing). We didn't get an Uzo (which is often the case) that evening and when we wanted to order drinks again or the bill later, no one responded for a long time despite wild waves. It's a shame but we won't be able to eat again anytime soon.

Extremely good Greek food, wonderful ambience and super nice staff!

Unfortunately, I can't fully understand the enthusiastic reviews. The gyros were very dry (or the knives were too dull), the souvlaki was sprinkled with a strange flavor enhancer, the coleslaw contained outer leaves of the cabbage. The giant beans were apparently old and were sweet(?). Plus star cuisine awards. No offense intended, but sorry, please rework your kitchen.

The food is like in any normal Greek restaurant, the prices are high, the atmosphere is really nice, unfortunately the service was a bit unfriendly as it was approaching the lunch break.

It was a perfect evening with very good food and drinks. We will come again and it is a real recommendation even for larger groups on the first floor!

Went here for dinner with 3 people. The price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all. The quality of the meat was very poor. Had a grill plate that was very clear and the pieces of meat were just dry and hard. After we pointed this out to the head of the house, there was not even an attempt to apologize or make amends. We used to enjoy eating here, but the quality has suffered a lot in the meantime. The prices are also very high across the board. Unfortunately for us there will be no reunion here.

I'm there often. I love the gyros with tomato rice and tzatziki. The waiters are nice. Prices are okay. If you want to have the food packed, you always have to mention that the tzatziki should also be packed, otherwise you just get the dry meat. I don't understand that. Otherwise I always enjoy going! Is recommended!

We were on the 1st floor and it was so loud that it was no longer possible to have a conversation at the table. The food was great.

The last time we were excited about the restaurant was about 3 years ago, but yesterday when we were there was definitely the last time we were there. Service is negligible, service is negligible, organizationally catastrophic. We also found prices a bit too high compared to other Greeks Drinks €4.90

We were in Landshut over the weekend and looked for a Greek restaurant in the evening and ended up here. The atmosphere was super nice. We were warmly greeted and shown to the table... The food was amazing. From the starter to the main course. The portions were also sufficient. Rarely found such a delicious Greek... Top!!!

A must for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine!

Service leaves a lot to be desired, you have to be active yourself if you need something to drink. The table is just as rarely cleared. You don't actually have to point out such simple things to trained or motivated staff; that should go without saying. Food was stable but smaller portions and more expensive compared to Poseidon. So next time you will definitely choose another Greek restaurant in Landshut. All the best!

We'll sit down at lunchtime! at a table, there are also guests eating around us! A lady comes to our table to tell us that the restaurant is on break for lunch. In a pedestrian zone? In a city that is interesting for tourists? Lunchtime? What is that? I can't judge food. There was nothing 🤷‍♀️

Nice location in the old town and a rich menu. Lamb shank was available in three variations: 2 x with spicy tomato sauce, but I chose with Mavrodaphne red wine sauce. Unfortunately, I'm used to the fact that the lamb shank didn't have any lamb flavor. But I was disappointed that I only found a bland tomato sauce on the plate. The friendly waiter specifically asked in the kitchen: a shot of red wine had been added. There was absolutely nothing to taste of it. My wife's Poseidon plate was ok. The squid tubes were not grilled enough, the pike-perch fillet was tasteless, zatziki was well seasoned, but the consistency was not like quark. This was probably supplied base sauce preserved with gelatine. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit.

We had lunch at the Greek restaurant Pallas for business. The ambience and service are excellent. Accordingly, I accessed the lunch menu. Very large portions. The parking options are clear. Not far away is the large city parking lot, a 10-minute walk.

What can you say… we had a cold and a warm starter plate. The cold one was ok, although a lot of iceberg lettuce and little tarama or tzatziki. The eggplant salad tasted “weird” and we didn’t eat it after tasting it. Nobody asked if everything was ok :-( The price-performance ratio wasn't good here, but it was "outdone" by the warm starter plate. I can't recommend that at all! Luckily I don't live in Landshut, but I doubt whether I will go there again on a future visit!

Yesterday I had dinner at Pallas with colleagues. I have often eaten there with friends in the past and have always had a positive attitude towards Pallas, except yesterday it was so bad that I will no longer eat there and they have lost me as a regular customer. The staff was very unfriendly and listless towards us. My bifteki was raw inside and I wanted it more well done. After it went back it came back exactly raw. I didn't eat it. Afterwards I was also asked whether it was tasty. An unparalleled outrage. An absolute no-go for me and I will visit other restaurants in the future.

We have known the restaurant for a long time and the three of us were there again this afternoon. Food, service and ambience see above. Attempt to provide constructive criticism on the subject of prices as follows: It is clear to me that the catering industry is struggling, not least because of the VAT increase. Nevertheless, I think the prices at Pallas are quite high. Just for seven items on our bill that were comparable to another nearby Greek one, there was a price difference of more than €15 to Pallas's disadvantage. Two other orders were not directly comparable. I would also like to mention that there is a voucher book in both restaurants is accepted.

The restaurant is very nice and very good. I recommend it and wish future visitors a good appetite.

Tasty. Colorful. The combination of food and music is incomparable. Charming owner of the restaurant. I will definitely come back again! I recommend! Although even without my recommendations, the restaurant has no shortage of customers.

I've already eaten in the restaurant three times. The food tastes good. The service is very friendly and there is no skimping on free ouzo. For me, however, the temperature inside (upstairs) was far too high on all three visits. The air is stuffy and you had to sweat so much that not even an open window (in November) could help. The guests at the next tables probably felt the same way, as they also opened the nearby windows. After all three visits to the restaurant I was completely sweaty, which made the atmosphere rather unpleasant.

Great atmosphere, especially on the 1st floor. Our food was excellent and tasted great. The service staff was extremely attentive but not intrusive. We felt completely at home and will definitely stop by in the near future. Please keep it up Pallas team and thank you for the many Ouzo... great!

Wir wollten einen Ausflug in die Stadt unternehmen und dort Mittagessen. Wir schauten uns online die verschiedenen Restaurants an und entschieden uns für das Pallas, da sie eine Mittagskarte von Montag bis Samstag (ausser Feiertag) anbieten.Wir erhielten eine normale Speisekarte, auf Nachfrage nach der Mittagskarte, zuckte die Bedienung nur mit den Schultern, "gibts Samstag nicht"war die Antwort. Wir ware nicht die einzigen die nach der Mittagskarte fragten. Da wir Getränke leider schon bestellt hatte konnten wir leider nicht mehr gehen. Leider klebte an meinem Wasserglas auch noch ein totes Tier. Wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen.

It's a shame, I like to eat out often, but sorry, my meal, which always cost 17.90 euros, now costs 22.50 euros. Tzatziki extra costs 5.90 euros, really now? The small farmer's salad, not much bigger than a side salad, 7.90 euros!!! I then decided on a Zeus plate, which was good and cost around 18 euros.

We've been here several times and it's always delicious! The service is also great. The employees are all very friendly and the orders always come quickly. Most of the time we make reservations. We came by spontaneously last Sunday at lunchtime and managed to get a seat even though it was very full.

We have eaten at the Pallas restaurant several times now. The food is always very tasty and there is nothing to complain about. Where we have unfortunately always had bad experiences is the poor service. Last time we sat at the table for three quarters of an hour with no drinks and half-eaten plates and none of the waitresses responded. They all walked past listlessly and didn't even glance at us. After three quarters of an hour I called the waitress over and told her that we actually wanted something to drink. But the whole thing was over for us and we paid. Unfortunately, as I said, this is not the first time, but happens to us every time. Unfortunately, attention to the guest is completely lost. A blonde lady serving as a waiter doesn't crack a smile, and another waiter stands at the bar with his cell phone in his hand. While he's playing on his cell phone, he could spend a long time serving customers, clearing the table or collecting money. Unfortunately, there are clear negative points for this.

Sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant, leckeres Essen, ansprechendes Ambiente! War sehr gut besucht, daher besser vorher einen Tisch reservieren!

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant. Das Essen ist phantastisch und der Service überragend. 4 Sterne beim Ambiente, weil die Bestuhlung etwas altbacken wirkt. Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ist jeden Cent wert!!!

Essen toll, aber die Tische im Obergeschoss eine ergonomische Zumutung. Man muss sich gefühlt zum Teller hochhiefen. Ich bin als 1,72cm große Frau durchschnittlich groß,sodass es m.E. nicht an mir liegt sondern an der Kombination aus zu niedrigen Stühlen und viel zu hoher Tischplatte. Lasst euch bitte was einfallen, dass macht keinen Spaß so das sonst sehr gute Essen einzunehmen.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung sind echt klasse. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Außerdem schmeckt das Essen auch sehr gut. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher.

Ich bin leider zum dritten Mal hintereinander enttäuscht worden. Mein eigentliches Lieblings essen, klassisch Gyros war wieder zum Großteil Roh. Beim zweiten Besuch habe ich die nette Servicekraft angesprochen und sie meinte nur: "Ja ich weiß"..... Kein ich bringe das Gericht neu oder es muss nicht bezahlt werden. Leider hat die Qualität nachgelassen. Ich hoffe es wird bald wieder besser. Vorerst werde ich nicht mehr dieses Lokal besuchen. Bitte ändert was daran!

Große Auswahl mit sehr freundlichem Service, sehr gute Qualität, konkret die Champignonköpfchen in Käsesauce sowie das Bifteki schmeckten hervorragend.

Essen war gut, Service war sehr gut. Ambiente, leider saßen wir am Katzentisch. Ansonsten sehr schön.

Gerichte und teilweise auch die Getränke sehr teuer, Auswahl mittelmäßig. Der große, runde Tische in der Ecke, den wir hatten hat stark gewackelt, Inneneinrichtung für ein griechisches Restaurant eher Nüchtern. Bei meinem Gericht war nur wenig Fleisch auf dem Teller und es war nicht richtig warm, das Essen war dennoch gut. Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Als Vorspeise wäre statt dem bei vielen Gerichten automatisch beinhalteten Krautsalat ein kleiner gemischter Salat als alternative besser.

Wir waren zu viert. Wir bekamen sogar mehrmals Ouzo. Essen war bei allen sehr reichlich und sehr lecker 😋 Das Essen für uns vier kam zur selben Zeit. Trotz vollem Lokal bekamen wir das Essen ziemlich schnell.

In LA ein Top Lokal (griechisch) mit freundlichen Service. Das Essen ist wirklich erstklassig. Unbedingt vorher reservieren trotz der vielen Plätze.

Diese Rezession ist von 2022. Hallo Leute, wir waren am Donnerstag mit der Firma im Restaurant Pallas beim Essen. Wir waren 30 Personen. Ich muss sagen Hut ab. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich zuvorkommend, präsent es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Das Essen war zeitlich perfekt getimet und Getränke wurden immer wieder nachgefüllt. Das Essen auch bei so einer großen Bestellung, qualitativ 1A von der Vorspeise angefangen bis hin zur Hauptspeise und der Nachspeise. Top Top 1A wie ich es schon immer beim Pallas gewohnt bin. Wer in Landshut ist, probiert es aus, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Es ist wirklich nicht schön geredet. Sondern Fakt. Auch wenn man zu zweit Essen geht, fühlt man sich beim Pallas Wohl !!!! Danke Pallas, dass ihr in Landshut seid und Ihr unsere Stadt mit euer Können bereichert…. Dankeschön ❤️ Diese Rezession ist von 2022.
