The Palladion has become our absolute favorite restaurant in a beautiful ambience with a feel-good atmosphere. The food is incredibly delicious every time. Last but not least, we became fans because of the super hospitable, attentive and warm staff. The service is excellent and we always enjoy coming here ❤️

One of the best restaurants with Greek cuisine in the Hanover area! Kitchen, service, ambience really great! Tastefully decorated, dishes attractively prepared, extra sauces. There were dishes off the menu and good wine recommendations - just feel good and enjoy. (The mishap, which was extremely unpleasant for us, was also resolved discreetly. Thank you again for that)!

We were there on a weekday evening and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The service was particularly attentive and friendly. As a small gesture, they offered us a small salad with two types of dressing beforehand – very nice! The starter, grilled eggplant, was delicious. For main courses, we had moussaka and the daily special, sea bream on spinach leaves. Both were excellently prepared and truly delicious. We'd love to come back!

We made reservations online for 5 people. I then asked by phone whether it would be possible to come with 6 people. This was agreed to. It's not a big problem, I thought, since at a table where 5 people can fit, 6 can fit. That just sounds logical to me. Of course there was no table available when we arrived. After 25 minutes we asked politely... We were then told that there was of course a table for 5 available the whole time. We then said that we would of course take it. It then took another 10 minutes until we got to the table. This table was actually a table for 4 people. A chair was simply placed at the end. The three of us then sat on a bench for two, two on the other bench and one on the chair that had been placed. The person sitting on the chair had to squeeze close to the table so that the service staff could get through. So definitely not a table for 5. We then got up and left. We were given a friendly farewell. Nobody really realized that we didn't have a nice evening and that we still hadn't eaten anything at 8:15 p.m. It's difficult if you want to occupy the tables at least twice in the evening without telling the guests that they have to leave after 2 hours so that the place is free for the next guests. The worst thing about it was that we felt really ripped off because there was definitely no table available for 5 people but only for 4. Well, our consequence will be never to eat there again, even though we have always enjoyed the food very much.

We pretty much got through all the Greeks in Hanover. We have now found the best one yet.

Four of us had dinner at the Palladion. The food was good, the service was very friendly and accommodating and we really liked the ambience. We were very satisfied and would come back.

Mega delicious food, very large selection of vegetarian dishes too. Totally nice staff, everything went very quickly, we were there with 3 children and it worked great. The ambience is very nice, a bit divided so you can sit nicely and not so close to each other. We'd love to come back when we come to Hanover again!

We really liked the “new” Palladion - the new colors of white and gray make the restaurant appear modern and contemporary. Loving decorations and very beautiful dishes and glasses complete this impression. The food is very tasty and all the sauces are homemade and deliciously seasoned 👍😎Great friendly service - we'll be happy to come back.

We ordered calamari and picked it up. The calamari was tough and inedible, swimming in fat. The accompanying salad was soaking wet, consisted of lettuce leaves, 3 poor quality tomato slices, 5 chickpeas and half a cucumber slice. Due to the wetness of the salad, the bland yogurt dressing did not stick to the salad, but was also diluted by the water present on the leaves. The specially ordered tzatziki was good. Unfortunately, the price of €31.10 for 1 x calamari with red rice and side salad plus 1x zaiziki was in no way justified.

Strangely, the text of my review was deleted! So now again: I have been visiting the Palladion for around 30 years. For me it was the best Greek in Hanover. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity have decreased somewhat over the past 5 years. Now on the last visit it was really just mediocre at high prices. There are no more pepperoni and olives in the salad, which is what makes a Greek salad. Suzuki and Suflaki grilled for too long and therefore dry. Giros ok but just add a spoonful of rice. Dish very clear for 24 euros. It was definitely our last visit. Let's see if the text is deleted again 🤭

The food was delicious, both the starter salads and the main course were great. I personally recommend the Mediterranean chicken. We are there regularly and always like to come back!

Very nice place to experience Greece culinary.

Unfortunately, the meat preparation ideas are not to my taste, I had the Delta platter: the Giros was dry, the skewer was tough and one half of the steak was raw. Maybe you should go there when it's less busy. The staff is very friendly and quick.

The food lacks the final kick, but is otherwise OK. The decorations in the winter garden (protruding imitation roofs) pose a certain risk of accidents. The 'roof edges' protrude into the guest room and are difficult to see. Risk of head injuries. The service is very friendly, even larger groups are catered for in a well-organized manner.

Excellent food and great service! We were at the Palladion restaurant in Hanover today with six people and we were absolutely thrilled! From the first moment we were warmly welcomed and looked after excellently. The ambience is cozy and inviting - perfect for a nice evening with family or friends. The menu offers a great selection of Greek dishes, and every single one was a delight! We would particularly like to highlight the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail that was noticeable in every dish. From the succulent gyros to the perfectly prepared seafood to the delicious appetizers - everything was simply outstanding. The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and always available without being intrusive. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend the Palladion! Thank you for this wonderful evening.

We were there early on a Sunday evening and didn't have a reservation. The reception was very friendly and in a good mood, as was the entire staff. The ambience is very successful and a welcome change compared to the typical Greek standard ambience. This also applies to the food, it is lovingly prepared and different from the usual standard in many small details. The quality of the food was very good, the cooking point was exactly right and the taste was wonderfully spicy. The Palladion team shows that you can surprise guests even with simple side dishes such as fries. We spent a few very nice hours and will definitely come back on our next visit to Hanover.

Four stars goes to a restaurant where I get exactly what I expected. I would be very happy to come back here.

Anyone who has been here once always comes back. Incredibly delicious, exquisite food and a great selection of dishes. The great atmosphere and very stylish rooms make you feel very comfortable. The friendly and attentive staff in particular deserve high praise. This great restaurant is no ordinary Greek, here you can enjoy Greek food at the highest level.

Wir waren mal wieder nach langer Zeit im Palladion zu Gast. Hier wurde ein wenig renoviert, die komplette Einrichtung ist in grau und weiß gehalten, die Stühle im Innenraum sind bequem gepolstert. Insgesamt ist alles heller und etwas moderner geworden, ohne dabei den mediterranen Stil zu vernachlässigen. Auch die Speisekarte wurde überarbeitet, ein paar Gerichte wurden gestrichen und ein paar neue kamen dazu - insgesamt wurde scheinbar ein wenig verschlankt. Der Beilagensalat wird jetzt für alle in einer Schüssel serviert und jeder nimmt sich soviel er möchte. Die beiden Dressings werden dabei separat serviert. Das leckere Brot wird jetzt erst zum Beilagensalat gereicht und den Ouzo auf’s Haus gibt es jetzt erst am Schluss und nicht bereits beim Beginn des Besuchs. Schade, denn das waren ein paar nette Details, mit denen sich das Palladion vom Rest der griechischen Restaurants in Hannover abgegrenzt hatte. Die Speisen waren durch die Bank recht lecker, so wie man es in der Vergangenheit auch gewohnt war. Allerdings bin ich mit der Preispolitik bei den einzelnen Gerichten nicht einverstanden. Das Schweinemedaillions-Pfännchen (26,9€), 3 Stück Fleisch, viel Soße, wenig Gemüse und Pilze und eine kleine Schüssel mit Palladion Pommes, war lecker, aber ohne Vorspeise wird man nur satt davon, wenn man ordentlich vom leckeren Brot nachordert.
Der Beta-Teller (22,9€), 2 Suflaki und Gyros wird mittlerweile ganz ohne „Pommes“ serviert. Ein Lichtblick zu diesem Thema allerdings stellt der „Gemischte vegetarische Teller aus Vorspeisen“ (19,5€) dar. Die Zucchinipuffer, der Feta in Mandelkruste, die Fallafel, die Feta-Minz Krokette, etc. sind einfach lecker und die Portionsgröße ist dem Preis mehr als angemessen. Hier benötigt man definitiv keine Vorspeise mehr. Insgesamt aber hat das Palladion einen guten Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Allerdings muss der ein oder andere noch lernen, seinen Stresslevel ggü. dem Gast zu verbergen. Das Restaurant wird an einem Freitagabend sehr gut besucht, so dass wir mit einer Reservierung am Vortag erst ab 19:45 Uhr einen Tisch bekamen.
Insgesamt sehr gute 4 Sterne…

Great restaurant, super modern and chic furnishings. The last time I was there was before the renovation, it was great but now it's even nicer. We now eat vegan and so couldn't come over for a long time, but now you also have something for vegans and vegetarians. Very tasty, keep it up! The only thing is that the staff perhaps needs to be introduced to vegan cuisine more, as it sometimes had the impression that not everyone knew exactly what it was all about.

Schönes, wenn auch für einen "Griechen" ungewohntes Ambiente. Sehr leckeres Essen - bis auf den Salat. Auch der war frisch und knackig, die Dressings interessant. Nur der darüber gestreute Käse passt geschmacklich so gar nicht. Fazit: Den Unterschied beim Essen macht die Metaxa-Soße. Wer die nicht mag, kann sie zwar weglassen, verliert aber einen nicht unwesentlichen teil des Geschmackserlebnisses. Service und Wartezeiten sind sehr gut. Ein Top-Grieche in Hannover!

Unfortunately, we were deceived by the many good reviews. :( Summary: Reserved a table for 6 p.m. and got a seat straight away. We ordered and after 1 hour we received 2 salads for 5 people, even though we were told that every dish gets a salad. We also got the wrong water and didn't even bring us a bottle. After a total waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, the first person received his dish and was then able to eat alone. 20 minutes later some other dishes were delivered, but still not all. and after a total waiting time of 1 hour and 45 minutes, the last person finally got something. The taste of the food was okay, of course we expected slightly larger portions and better taste for the price, but you could still eat it. Unfortunately it was our first and last visit to this restaurant

My absolute favorite Greek!!!! Always great - great staff and even better food!

I was a guest in the restaurant for the first time. I had a small gyros in cassis and the starter duo. Both extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Attention was paid to small details. The restaurant can be recommended with a good heart.

Everything is great. Had 10 main courses, all different and all of the best quality.

The food was excellent, the service was very attentive, it was just very loud. A few acoustic panels could help. Then it would ultimately be great.

We received a friendly welcome and were lucky that there was still a table available on the attractive terrace. It was a weekday but it was still almost completely full. Despite the crowds, we were able to sit comfortably and received excellent help from the professional and friendly staff. The food was very tasty and of excellent quality.

Was super tasty. Totally attentive service staff without being annoying! ------------ Update 06/2024: Two people were there and had reserved a table outside online. Was then in the closed area, as it was actually still closed outside. Notification for this to smokers would have been nice! Three daily menus were offered. One of them spoke to me directly: "Entrecôte with asparagus". Unfortunately, on the one hand, I was not asked how I would like the meat, and on the other hand, no price was marked or revealed in any way. In the case of the random product, it wasn't consistently "medium" as hoped, but rather cooked differently. The 4 asparagus strips were not "easy to cut" from the middle onwards, despite the steak knife. I guess you shouldn't expect the same level of majesty from a Greek. But for a random fee of 30, there was no mention in advance of what exactly it costs, etc. I'm still wondering what kind of sauce it was with. It was still tasty and the support from the waiters was also pleasant! Ambiance only 4 stars, because in the enclosed pavilion, instead of outside in the usual smoking area without any notices, the chairs are (perhaps intentionally) not suitable for long-term comfort. It was still a nice evening, we were lucky today without the annoying fuss right at the table.

In one word: perfect. The Palladion offers culinary delights of an extraordinarily high level. But that's not all - the high-quality and lovingly prepared dishes are served on coordinated dishes and by very courteous and attentive staff. Everything is just right here - no ifs or buts.

After not being here for years, I was even more positively surprised than I expected. The atmosphere has completely changed for the better. Everything is bright, friendly, even a bit Nordic. Everything in white and light gray is consistently matched to one another. Super nice staff and a great menu that leaves nothing to be desired. All intolerances and preferences are also met.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks... The gyro was good, the Suzuki was very bad! Consistency and taste like a ready meal. Simply too expensive for that!

Our favorite restaurant for three generations now. Great food, great atmosphere & super attentive service that you won't find anywhere else in Hanover. Thank you for the countless visits, which bring us great joy every time 🫶🏼
