Palladion in Hannover

We were there early on a Sunday evening and didn't have a reservation. The reception was very friendly and in a good mood, as was the entire staff. The ambience is very successful and a welcome change compared to the typical Greek standard ambience. This also applies to the food, it is lovingly prepared and different from the usual standard in many small details. The quality of the food was very good, the cooking point was exactly right and the taste was wonderfully spicy. The Palladion team shows that you can surprise guests even with simple side dishes such as fries. We spent a few very nice hours and will definitely come back on our next visit to Hanover.

Four stars goes to a restaurant where I get exactly what I expected. I would be very happy to come back here.

Anyone who has been here once always comes back. Incredibly delicious, exquisite food and a great selection of dishes. The great atmosphere and very stylish rooms make you feel very comfortable. The friendly and attentive staff in particular deserve high praise. This great restaurant is no ordinary Greek, here you can enjoy Greek food at the highest level.

Great restaurant, super modern and chic furnishings. The last time I was there was before the renovation, it was great but now it's even nicer. We now eat vegan and so couldn't come over for a long time, but now you also have something for vegans and vegetarians. Very tasty, keep it up! The only thing is that the staff perhaps needs to be introduced to vegan cuisine more, as it sometimes had the impression that not everyone knew exactly what it was all about.

Schönes, wenn auch für einen "Griechen" ungewohntes Ambiente. Sehr leckeres Essen - bis auf den Salat. Auch der war frisch und knackig, die Dressings interessant. Nur der darüber gestreute Käse passt geschmacklich so gar nicht. Fazit: Den Unterschied beim Essen macht die Metaxa-Soße. Wer die nicht mag, kann sie zwar weglassen, verliert aber einen nicht unwesentlichen teil des Geschmackserlebnisses. Service und Wartezeiten sind sehr gut. Ein Top-Grieche in Hannover!

Unfortunately, we were deceived by the many good reviews. :( Summary: Reserved a table for 6 p.m. and got a seat straight away. We ordered and after 1 hour we received 2 salads for 5 people, even though we were told that every dish gets a salad. We also got the wrong water and didn't even bring us a bottle. After a total waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, the first person received his dish and was then able to eat alone. 20 minutes later some other dishes were delivered, but still not all. and after a total waiting time of 1 hour and 45 minutes, the last person finally got something. The taste of the food was okay, of course we expected slightly larger portions and better taste for the price, but you could still eat it. Unfortunately it was our first and last visit to this restaurant

My absolute favorite Greek!!!! Always great - great staff and even better food!

I was a guest in the restaurant for the first time. I had a small gyros in cassis and the starter duo. Both extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Attention was paid to small details. The restaurant can be recommended with a good heart.

Everything is great. Had 10 main courses, all different and all of the best quality.

The food was excellent, the service was very attentive, it was just very loud. A few acoustic panels could help. Then it would ultimately be great.

The starters are a promising start and the main courses are perfectly cooked. The visits to the Palladion were always completely perfect and will definitely be continued. Very tasty, nice service. For children there are menus with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Main courses around €20, children's menu €13

We received a friendly welcome and were lucky that there was still a table available on the attractive terrace. It was a weekday but it was still almost completely full. Despite the crowds, we were able to sit comfortably and received excellent help from the professional and friendly staff. The food was very tasty and of excellent quality.

Was super tasty. Totally attentive service staff without being annoying! ------------ Update 06/2024: Two people were there and had reserved a table outside online. Was then in the closed area, as it was actually still closed outside. Notification for this to smokers would have been nice! Three daily menus were offered. One of them spoke to me directly: "Entrecôte with asparagus". Unfortunately, on the one hand, I was not asked how I would like the meat, and on the other hand, no price was marked or revealed in any way. In the case of the random product, it wasn't consistently "medium" as hoped, but rather cooked differently. The 4 asparagus strips were not "easy to cut" from the middle onwards, despite the steak knife. I guess you shouldn't expect the same level of majesty from a Greek. But for a random fee of 30, there was no mention in advance of what exactly it costs, etc. I'm still wondering what kind of sauce it was with. It was still tasty and the support from the waiters was also pleasant! Ambiance only 4 stars, because in the enclosed pavilion, instead of outside in the usual smoking area without any notices, the chairs are (perhaps intentionally) not suitable for long-term comfort. It was still a nice evening, we were lucky today without the annoying fuss right at the table.

In one word: perfect. The Palladion offers culinary delights of an extraordinarily high level. But that's not all - the high-quality and lovingly prepared dishes are served on coordinated dishes and by very courteous and attentive staff. Everything is just right here - no ifs or buts.

After not being here for years, I was even more positively surprised than I expected. The atmosphere has completely changed for the better. Everything is bright, friendly, even a bit Nordic. Everything in white and light gray is consistently matched to one another. Super nice staff and a great menu that leaves nothing to be desired. All intolerances and preferences are also met.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks... The gyro was good, the Suzuki was very bad! Consistency and taste like a ready meal. Simply too expensive for that!

We had a delicious meal here at Easter with 6 people. The service was great, the price-performance ratio was good, everyone was full 😋. But we have to come back again, my wife really wants to try the vegetarian starter platter 😄.

Great Greek, some completely different dishes/interpretations. We had fish from the display, in this case turbot. Surf and Turf as a grill plate with gyros and calamari or sepia. Your choice of grilled or fried. Very great, very tasty, very happy again. However, if you expect classic Greek dishes, you will probably be disappointed because the price is a bit higher

Easily the best greek food I've had in Hannover.

Das Essen war , wie immer erstklassig. Ebenso Service und Ambiente. Der Klacks Zaziki für 6,80€ war schon grenzwertig, jedoch massiv übervorteilt ( um es mal vorsichtig auszudrücken) fühlte ich mich bei dem Glas Hauswein , 5,70 für 1/5 Flasche,( 0,15 l) d.h. das Glas Hauswein 0,2l kostet 7,60€. Das ist für einen guten, mittelmäßigen Rotwein zu teuer. Hier hat sich das Palladion etwas einfallen lassen, um den hohen Preis zu verschleiern. Ich achte bei unseren wöchentlichen Restaurant Besuchen nicht auf den letzten Euro, lasse mich aber sehr ungern verklappsen. Beim nächsten Besuch eines "guten" hannoverschen Griechen, ist das Palladion erstmal außen vor.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, zuvorkommende Bedienung und ein wunderschönes Ambiente! Die Vorspeisen waren der Hammer! Wir kommen wieder!

I was there with a friend. Sepia was recommended as a starter, which was also a very good choice. The salad was prepared for 2 people, There were 2 dressings in separate bowls. I then had the large, delicious bifteki with metaxa sauce and rice. The friend had Suflaki. Everything was very delicious. The service was quick and very friendly without being intrusive. Very professional. The ambience suited my taste. Redeeming the voucher from “Kleiner Reibach” was no problem at all. I can recommend the Palladion with a clear conscience. But you should reserve in advance.

We were lucky and managed to get a table over the Christmas holidays. The good thing was that there was no set Christmas menu. I had some concerns beforehand about going to the Greek restaurant as a vegetarian. The vegetarian dish I ordered wasn't quite to my taste. Simply too many tomatoes in focus, little sophistication and later I noticed that the accompanying dip was missing. The other people in the group (not vegetarians) were very happy with their food.

Outstanding Greek cuisine, interpreted in a modern and nutritionally conscious way. The only drawback is that the pasture-raised pork and organic beef steaks are not available outside the house. That's a shame if you value good meat or meat that is ethically acceptable. It's good that there are also great vegetarian dishes! Very fair: you can eat out cheaper here. The lower personnel costs and the then lower VAT rate are passed on.

Das erste Mal hier gewesen, super Service, super Essen und einfach auch die Atmosphäre ist schön. Der Lachs war super gebraten und saftig und der Salat schmeckte ebenfalls. Auch der griechische Weißwein ist zu empfehlen. Also alles top. Kommen gern wieder! :)

Wir haben von der Firma aus unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort gehabt. Waren mehr als begeistert. Das Essen war super lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet. Kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Spontan ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen sehr gut Bedienung alle 1+aufmerksam freundlich schnell top einfach essen Geschmacklich 1+ Qualität 1+ angerichtet 1+ aber für mich der gern Fleisch essen tut leider leider zu kleine Portion Gyros auf'n Teller dachte dafür ist es ein Grieche da sollte schon was auf'n Teller sein meine Meinung sorry. Ambiente alles sehr stimmig farblich passend schöner laden.

Niveauvolles Restaurant mit griechischer Küche. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Essen sehr lecker, und dem Preis entsprechend. Nicht der 0 8 15 Grieche, sonder schon eine Nummer darüber angesiedelt. Sehr schön!

Es tit mir leid das do sagen zu müssen aber… ES IST DAS BESTE WAS MAN UNTER RESTAURANT VERSTEHT!!! Das essen ins Duuuper lecker. Es gibt sogar vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Die bedingung ist sehr freundlich und es gibt eine riesige auswahl an vor-haupt-und nachspeisen. Meine kleine Schwester und ich haben sogar ein Vanilleeis spendiert bekommen. Wir haben dort Geburtstag gefeiert, deshalb habe ich nur ein bild vom ende, aber zum feiern auf jeden fall empfehlenswert. :D
