I ordered a chicken doner kebab and a chicken lahmacun with fries to go. I had to repeat my order three times because it seems they didn't take it correctly. The bread was burnt, the fries were unsalted, and the meat was tasteless. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the quality. I also don't think it was worth the price. I wouldn't be coming back.

Fast service and delicious Turkish kebabs!!

Terrible service from start to finish. We had to ask for the menus ourselves and were then ignored for over 10 minutes, while walk-in customers who arrived after us were given priority. The food arrived after 20-25 minutes – far too long for pizza and pide. To make matters worse, the owner and staff were arguing loudly in front of the guests, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The final straw was the bill: €7 for a 1.5-liter bottle of Aldi water. A complete rip-off. Definitely not a return visit.

I have never been welcomed so warmly and kindly in a restaurant before. The service, the food, everything was wonderful. A real recommendation; you feel comfortable from the very first second.

I always feel like I'm back in the 90s there (in a good way). A Turkish restaurant that lives up to its reputation (always friendly and courteous when I'm there). Unfortunately, the food prices have now been adjusted to match Öz in Langenhagen. But in my opinion, that was predictable (electricity costs/CO2 tax/property tax, etc. Greetings to the city of Hanover and the government). I was actually surprised how long the price stayed at, for example, €7.50 for a doner kebab. But so far, I've always gotten fresh salad (not the frozen kind) and, if needed, extra flatbread without any extra charge (e.g., at the Turkish restaurant in Altwarmbüchen). Plus, tea and a small dessert at the end. Friendly even after "accidents" ;-) (I clumsily knocked over my tea). Seats outside are a bit cramped due to the city center location, and there's street noise on Altenbekener Damm. Inside, I'd say "Turkish-rustic," and I like it. So I can gladly give 5 stars for food and service, but only 4 stars for ambiance due to parking problems and the main road location, as the noise level was still okay during my visits because of the traffic light.

We always enjoy eating here. They even accommodate special requests. And that works for deliveries too. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful; when Bilo delivers, it's always great.

We ordered a mixed grill for three people and were very disappointed. Most of the meat arrived raw and was therefore inedible. With a mixed grill, we expect everything to be thoroughly cooked, piping hot, and fresh, which was definitely not the case here. Furthermore, it's questionable how a mixed grill can be served after only 15 minutes. Especially with different types of meat, preparation takes time if everything is to be grilled properly. Here, it felt like they were rushing it – at the expense of quality. The food didn't impress us either, both in terms of taste and presentation. For the price, we definitely expected better quality and more care. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will not be ordering from here again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

We recently ate there again. The dips with the fresh flatbread are delicious, and all the main courses we've tried on several visits so far have been very tasty. We also really enjoyed the baklava dessert. We're already looking forward to our next visit and more of your delicious food.

Everything was wonderful. The home catering was always excellent, too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The quality is top-notch. I'd gladly order again.

The service is friendly and attentive. The doner plate comes with bread and sauces... unfortunately, they skimped on the actual dish. For €15, there was very little meat and fries. I wasn't full for that price. The price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right here. Sorry, one less customer.

We placed a delivery order by phone today and were more than pleasantly surprised. Delivery was seamless, super fast, and the food arrived piping hot! I had a doner kebab delivered to my home; it arrived quickly and warm. The young man was very friendly and accommodating. The doner kebab was absolutely delicious; the bread was cut all the way through, not just halfway, which is often the case. It was packed full of meat and vegetables, but there was a lot more meat than usual. Nice thick slices, you could really bite into them. In many diners, the meat is sliced ​​so thin it's like paper; you can hardly tell you're eating meat. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and will definitely order again. But after we had to pay €7.50 for a small plate (with 3 falafel balls, red cabbage, coleslaw, a spoonful of hummus and half a loaf of bread) (more than for a whole falafel roll) and no discussion about the price with the staff was successful ("we should be happy that we didn't have to pay €9.50"), I left very dissatisfied.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant with my family, and I was initially very excited, as my family had been there before and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the visit turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. After we sat down, I politely asked the waiter to turn off the television, as the music was very loud and inappropriate, distracting the children. Instead of being understanding, the waiter was incredibly rude and reacted in a way I've never experienced in a restaurant before. He started lecturing me in front of my family, essentially saying that anyone who didn't like that sort of thing should just stay home. At that moment, I was honestly shocked and ashamed. I've never experienced anything like it in my life, especially not in a place where guests are supposed to be welcome. I spoke directly to the manager, who listened attentively and seemed willing to help. However, I made it very clear to him that this waiter deserved absolutely nothing from me, neither as a person nor as a professional. Such disrespect towards a guest is simply unacceptable. Outrageous... I can't comment on the food, as I didn't have the opportunity to try it.
