Picked up 2 large kebab bags a few days ago. There was no salad or any sauces in the flatbread. Too bad. Never again. I definitely know better locations in the Öz Urfa chain.

The Iskender kebab for €14.50 consists of 80% mushy flatbread cubes and a thin layer of meat and tasteless tomato sauce. Price/performance doesn't fit at all. In the end it was, at best, a kebab out of the bunch, but at a very hefty price. I will definitely not eat kebab here again.

We have been loyal regular customers of this wonderful restaurant for years and can recommend it without reservation. Both when ordering and when visiting in person, we are always impressed by the excellent quality of the food and the loving preparation. We would particularly like to emphasize the warm friendliness of the owner and our regular waiter, who make every visit something special. Here you can feel real hospitality and passion for good food. We always look forward to our next visit – thank you for the consistently great service and excellent cuisine!

Worst Iskender kebab I've ever eaten. Soggy bread, tasteless tomato sauce and a stomach ache a few hours later. Based on this experience, not recommended.

Very cozy atmosphere, the Kellenet immediately recommended that we sit on the upper floors in the warm, really fast and very friendly service, the food was also very tasty! Especially the flatbread (home-baked) is super tasty and warm, we'll be happy to come back ✌️☀️❤️

Unfortunately very disappointing the service very inattentive. My husband had a griddle. That was acceptable. I had a large appetizer platter and penne with spinach in a cream sauce. Unfortunately, this has almost completely disappeared. An unsightly dish. Apparently just the far too soft cooked penne and creamed spinach from the package (i.e. no leaf spinach) were mixed together. The meat from the grill plate should then be packed together with the fries. Likewise the dips that were left over from the starters. When I got home I noticed that they weren't packed. I also had to request the receipt separately. Everything is just written on a pad and after payment and request the receipt was created. Strange business behavior. 🤔

Today I was invited to the restaurant to break my fast. The food was very tasty. Service was convincing. Shop owner was quite nice. Atmosphere and furnishings very inviting. We were completely happy. Great recommendation!

We enjoyed eating locally and often ordered. When we recently ordered home, we noticed that the portions were smaller and the price was higher. All right, raw materials are getting expensive. Let's pass. Today we ordered a grill plate for 2 (€47.00) and a large (!!!) fries (€4.50) and were just disappointed! We got so little meat for the money, mainly bulgur. 2 small mini pieces of lamb skewer! There is usually a lot more meat on site! Really outrageous. I called the place and was told there were two of everything. No thank you not for this price! Unfortunately the taste has also diminished a lot. And if these are large fries, I would like to see the small portion. It's a shame we lost as customers!

We recently had dinner there again. The dips with the fresh flatbread are delicious and all the main dishes that we have tried on several visits so far are also very tasty. But we also really enjoyed the baklava dessert. We are already looking forward to your next visit and your delicious food.

Best kebab shop in Hanover! Super tasty every time, the meat is always on point and the sauces are simply great. But that's not all - the team there is super friendly and you immediately feel at home! What's particularly cool is that you always get a little something extra. Before the meal there is fresh bread with really good sauces and then baklava and tea on the house. This makes the visit even better every time! I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to experience really good kebab and great service.

The falafel was rock hard and the tomatoes were floury. The “hummus” was runny and tasted sour (that had nothing to do with hummus). The bread was dry and the Sigaraböreks were greasy and tasted sweet. Unfortunately, big disappointment and waste of money. Never again.

The service is great, unfortunately the chicken kebab is a bit too salty in the kebab box, but still very tasty. With just salt and tzatziki and hot sauce, this slight criticism is almost lost! All in all very tasty!

The food was really very bad. I expected better, I was here for the first time today and brought my family here and totally embarrassed myself. We ordered pizza and pide with kebab meat, the pizza had no taste and the pide wasn't even fully cooked, like you were chewing gum, the dough was still raw and some of the meat was just annoying. Never again.

Went there for the first time today with the whole family. We ordered a grill plate for six people. Unfortunately the meat wasn't completely cooked through yet. After we told the waiter that the meat was still raw, he told us that this was normal. We paid over €180 today. As a gesture of goodwill, I would have imagined something different. That way you don't retain customers. Once and never again!

The kebab box is half filled with fries, with little meat on it, the salad was completely missing. Compared to last year, a smaller portion for more money. Occasionally the staff gossips about the customers in Arabic because they think they don't understand them. This happened to us twice.

Since I knew Öz Urfa (am Steintor) as a very good snack bar, I ordered two kebab bags there to take away when I was visiting Hanover. The kebab didn't taste good, contained little meat and was full of sauce...a total failure. To charge 7 euros each for this is outrageous. No recommendation!

Went in once and wanted to order something because I was in a hurry and couldn't find anything else nearby, but didn't order anything because the staff was absolutely rude and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Absolutely not recommended
