The doner meat is served as veal or chicken. The restaurant offers takeaway and a small seating area. Prices are rather high compared to other restaurants in the area. We ordered a doner wrap. Unfortunately, the taste of the bread affected the entire doner and somewhat spoiled the flavor. I think there are better options nearby.

I wanted a steak wrap, which is listed on the menu here on Google. They didn't have it, I was told. No luck there. Instead, I got a chicken doner kebab. Okay, it was edible. Hence the two stars. In conclusion, this doner kebab shop is no better than any other.

Excellent food, friendly staff, very appealing decor, but unfortunately, there's one major drawback: the open front makes the interior far too cold. It might be okay in summer, but with today's temperatures, you could only enjoy your meal wearing a jacket… It's a shame, it lacks coziness and you don't want to linger. 🤷🏼‍♂️😇🤔

On October 28, 2025, my son and I bought two dürüms and ate them there. My son only ate half of his dürüm, so we asked them to wrap it up. We paid, said goodbye politely—everything seemed perfectly normal. A short time later, we realized we had forgotten the wrapped food. So we went back, hoping it might still be there. One of the employees immediately remembered and retrieved the package from under the counter. I had the impression it had been in the trash. When I asked if the food had been in the trash, this was denied several times. Nevertheless, I had a very uneasy feeling—the situation deeply disappointed me. I wish people would just be honest in such situations. After all, the customers' trust is paramount.

I've walked past this shop several times, so tonight I decided to order something to eat. The sauces here are really good, and the hot sauce is finally really hot, just as it should be. My falafel sandwich was so generously filled that it could practically feed two people. I haven't tried the doner kebab box personally, but my family said it was very good, especially the chicken, which was very tender and well-seasoned. Definitely worth a visit.

Yeah, nothing special like other kebab shops. Anyone who's ever eaten at Haus des Döner knows the taste. Unfortunately, the shop is very hidden, so if you're not from Hanover, you'll have to search for it for a long time.

Yesterday, I ordered a doner kebab with "veal" – although that probably had little to do with real meat. It was just a kind of ball with a "meat" portion. My stomach still hurts to this day, and I feel sick, as if I had food poisoning... But what can you expect from a product like that, where the "meat" makes up at most 30%? I ordered a box with chicken for my wife. She still got all the vegetables we had deselected in the app. They just do what they want without paying attention to the order. Despite the mistake, the chicken was at least "meaty" and tasted okay.

Unfortunately, 8.50 for a rather small doner roll is poor value for money. For that price, the roll should have been thicker. Yes, rent is high, but that doesn't make me any hungrier. 1.50 more than the standard price is a good fit. Otherwise, it's delicious, of course. But the quantity is simply too small.

Very tasty kebab with nice little additions like sumac and pomegranate vinegar. The salad was super fresh, the tomatoes also tasted like tomatoes, the red cabbage had a slight acidity, and the spicy sauce was also slightly hot. Very friendly staff, only the meat wasn't cooked well. That's a shame, but it was still a great sandwich with lovely soft, slightly crusty bread 👌😃

The price-performance ratio is excellent – you'll be full and get really good quality for your money. For me, this is the first address when it comes to kebabs in Hanover. I'll definitely be back!

The portion was very small, and he even put things on my plate that I didn't want. He also preferred his friends' orders to mine, just because they were his friends.

In the center, just go down the stairs on the left and you'll see it. It's quite good, plentiful, and comes with a variety of sauces, bread, or döner kebabs. Seating is limited, though. It's best to go in small groups.

The döner kebabs were excellent, first of all, they were very full, the wrap was full of döner kebab, but the bread was incredibly filling, there was plenty of meat, and your order arrives in 2 minutes at most because you choose it yourself.

The food is delicious, and you can sit back and relax. The drinks are very cold.

It was the best kebab I've ever eaten. We returned at 10:00 a.m. to grab something to eat before our return trip from Hanover. The staff were very polite, friendly, and generous. I will definitely be back.

Pros: - Meat tastes good - Prepared quickly - Long opening hours Cons: - Very little salad at the dürüm (I'm used to it differently) - First mistake in the salad despite expressing a salad preference - Very wild (but OK, probably to be expected for a place near the main train station) Overall, a good dürüm if you're looking for something to eat late at night. However, if you want salad, I'd recommend a doner kebab rather than a dürüm (unfortunately).

The bread isn't warmed. You order it with cheese, but there's hardly any cheese in it. Generally, there's relatively little in it, so it's never worth the price. The taste is okay. Service is terrible, due to the points mentioned above, they don't warm the bread and barely fill the kebab. The atmosphere is small but nice. Overall, I'll never go back, so it stays at one star.

Hi everyone, I was just in the shop for the first time and it was just horrible, the last shit that has nothing to do with kebab, cold meat doesn't taste good and something like that is overpriced at 8.50 for a kebab of this class it's just laughable the shop won't last long and the staff can't carry out your order it doesn't contain what you ordered just laughable

I ordered a kebab box and was really disappointed. Apart from the fact that the employees were unfriendly, the sauce tasted so greasy and didn't meet my expectations at all. The meat was soggy and the fries were also far too greasy. There are definitely better shops in Hanover.
