The kebab meat is just disgusting, full of tendons, I could only eat 1/4 of the plate out of disgust. Sitting outside there was a smell of sewer as I ate. I used to love going there because it tasted so good, but unfortunately it's completely gone.

I wanted tongue soup and garlic sauce on the side. The soup was served without garlic sauce. Unfortunately, even though I asked for garlic sauce twice more, the waiters didn't bring any garlic sauce. My soup was already cold because I was waiting for the garlic sauce. The customer has no value here.

I come from Hamburg and went to this kebab shop with two friends yesterday because I had only heard good things about it. Personally, I would call it a restaurant because I have never eaten such a delicious kebab anywhere in my city as in this shop. The meat did not consist of strips of minced meat, as we do in Hamburg, but of real, fresh, gristle-free meat. (The food also came within 10-15 minutes great!) There was a nice fresh starter with three dressings and flatbread, a large portion of kebab plate with very tasty bulgur rice (and of course the meat was also bombastic) and a classic çay. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and attentive. This professionalism made you feel like you were in a 5-star restaurant, only with the difference that the prices here are top, so the staff more than deserve a tip. I was very satisfied and can recommend the restaurant to everyone. We'll definitely be back.

The toilets are underground, endlessly unhygienic, infested with flies and if the kitchen looks half as disgusting, then you shouldn't prepare food there. Food was delicious, service was only accommodating for people of Turkish origin.

Unfortunately I have to revoke and correct my 5 star rating from last year. The kebab is now very tough and tasteless, the lahmacun marinade hardly has any meat in it, it mostly only consists of onions. The guys are still very nice, but that's it ..

A good restaurant for Turkish specialties. I even think it's the best Turkish restaurant in Hanover. The food tastes very tasty and the prices are reasonable. The toilets are good but sometimes not clean enough. There is even a small room for praying, but unfortunately no area for doing wudu. Nice staff and as long as it's not very busy, service is quick.

The food isn't really tasty, it's just normal but at the end they give us glasses of tea. They gave us 4 glasses because there were 4 of us. Sometimes they answer when we ask them something or something, but they're also nice, they help us until to the end. There are also a lot of people there and it's way too loud and Open it's really warm, the teaspoons aren't that clean from the bottom.

I ordered a kebab pocket with veal. The meat was very good. You could really tell that it was veal. The seasoning was appropriate. Like many others, the meat is not cut too thin and gives the impression of kebab, which is also served in Turkey. The bread was absolutely ok. The salad had a slight hint of lemon. The spiciness of the sauce was absolutely OK and only hinted at. All in all, I can recommend a visit because the meat is really meat and tastes like it.

My visit last night was really disappointing. No star deserved. First there was raw meat on the plate, then it was burnt. Food was still charged even though I didn't eat anything. A pity.

I am a regular customer and come to this restaurant almost every day because I really like the food. But what I don't like so much is the service. Urfa Sofrasi has really gone downhill in recent years when it comes to service. I can understand that cash is very welcome among the waiters when it comes to tips rather than paying with a card. But if you ask me whether I want to pay with cash or card and I say I don't have any cash with me, I can only pay with card, then I don't want to hear "Vallah" from the waiter? I don't think that's possible at all. Haci Mehmet really needs to work on his employees. Especially on busy days, the shop is very sparsely staffed and you can tell how overwhelmed the waiters are.

Essen top und es wird voll auf den Wunsch der Gäste eingegangen. Qualität der Speisen sind alle top. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht allen Gästen gerecht zu werden, komplette Bedienung und gleichzeitig abräumen und sauber machen... hier wird top abgeliefert!!! Das traurige ist das wie überall an Personal gespart wird und Mangel herrscht, somit werden die guten müde... genauso brächte die Bude eine Renovierung hier und da... Besuch Dez. 2023 Ergänzend war der Besuch mit meinen Bruder, das schlimmste Erlebnis unseres Lebens. Gern dürft ihr uns persönlich kontaktieren, zu einem ausführlichen Gespräch mit uns als Deutschen Köchen. Denn wir möchten nicht öffentlich sprechen.

Sehr voll. Wir gingen nach oben und es war wirklich unordentlich und der Boden war schmutzig und es gab fast keine Luft zum Atmen. Die Qualität des Essens war nicht schlecht, aber ich habe Halal-Essen von besserer Qualität zu einem niedrigeren Preis gegessen.

heute haben wir bestellt über WOLT, und wir waren sehr unzufrieden, Essen kam kalt, das Dönerfleisch zäh, der Kinderteller lieblos zusammengeklatscht, beim Lamm das fleisch hart und zäh, die sauce kalt, der salat auch nicht gut, das Adana kebap war kalt und nicht scharf, nichtmal pikant sonder langweilig gewürzt, das kennen wir anders Trotz einer leichten Wartehallenatmosphäre ist diese türkische Restaurant nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und hat auch Aussenplätze. Es wird ausser Haus verkauft und im Erdgeschoß ist das Urfa Sofrasi Barrierefrei.

Türkiyede daha güzel yerler var ve ortalamanın altında kalıyor. Böyle bir restoran İstanbul’da olsa lüks kesimlerde çok ziyaret edilmezdi. Çiğ köfte ve acılı ezme taze değildi. Mini lahmacunu beğenmedim. Ambiyans kötü. Kötü değil ancak mükemmel de değil. Daha temiz olabilirdi. Tatlı seçeneği çok yok.

Herşey çok lezzetti ve güzeldi. Sadece bıçaklar etleri kesmekte zorluk çekti 😊

Karışık ızgara tabağında tavuk maalesef az pişirilmişti. Kuzu pirzola ise fazla pişirildiği için bir tarafı tamamen yanıktı. Diğer etler iyi pişirilmiş fakat tuzu azdı. Tabak çatal bıçakları yenileyin. Biraz daha özen biraz daha dikkat.

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal. Aber es ist einige Male vorgekommen, dass bei der Bestellung was verwechselt wurde. Ab und zu mal gibt es längere Wartezeiten.
