Katastrophe, Kellner alles falsch gebracht trotzdem abkassiert

Unseriöser Laden Kellner zu inkompitent um Bestellung aufzunehmen 0/10

Diesen Laden habe ich spontan als Empfehlung bekommen und wollte ihm eine Chance geben. Ich habe eine Dönerrolle mit Rindfleisch bestellt. Laut Aussage des Ladens wird der Dönerspieß selbst hergestellt. Die Rolle hat 11,50 € gekostet. Die Zutaten waren frisch, die Fleischmenge war in Ordnung und satt geworden bin ich auf jeden Fall. Allerdings sollte es bei einem Preis von 11,50 € nicht nur darum gehen, satt zu werden – das schafft man schließlich auch mit einer 1,50-€-TK-Pizza. Geschmacklich hat mich der Döner leider nicht umgehauen. Er war solide, aber meiner Meinung nach keine 11,50 € wert. Trotzdem vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen, weil der Dönerspieß und das Lavash-Brot handgemacht waren, die Zutaten frisch wirkten und die Portion gut satt gemacht hat. Insgesamt werde ich aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses allerdings nicht noch einmal wiederkommen.

Dad fleisch scheint wirklich steak qualität zu sein , aber wenn du dir einen döner holst und der nur durch fett trieft dann ist er leider ungenießbar.

Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Incili – und was soll ich sagen? 😂 Das war der beste Dönerteller seit Langem!!! Das Bild spricht eig für sich. Wir hatten Steakdöner mit Pommes, Salat und Soßen. Das Brot war frisch und warm. Das Fleisch war wirklich eine 10/10. die Pommes hätten etwas knuspriger sein können, das ist aber auch Geschmacksache. Der Ayran ist selbstgemacht und war auch richtig lecker. Klare Empfehlung zu dem Dönerteller! Den Geruch vom Spieß habe ich schon von der anderen Kreuzung gerochen. 😂 Ich wunder mich eigentlich, wieso ich den Laden erst jetzt kennengelernt habe.. 😬 Wir saßen heute draußen. Der Außenbereich ist ausreichend und sauber. Der Laden war auch gut besucht. Die freundliche Dame vom Service war sehr zuvorkommend und hat viel gelächelt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal. 🤞🏽

Viel zu teuer. Dürüm 10€ auf der Tafel, haben aber 11,50€ genommen. Nie wieder.

Einer der besten Döner in Hannover. Guter Rind und Hähnchen Kebap, Brot wird frisch gemacht, Salate gut abgeschmeckt und weitere Gerichte empfehlenswert von Suppe bis Pide. Vor allem: die Besitzer sind einfach super nett und zuvorkommend. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen!

Noch nie so einen schlechten Hähnchendöner (gegessen) nachdem ich mittendrin aufgehört habe weil das Fleisch ungenießbar war. Es wurden dicke Fettstücke die zum Teil roh waren und sich im Wärmebehälter befanden für den Döner verwendet. Hinzu kommt, dass der Döner sehr sehr dünn belegt wurde und man dafür 7,50 Euro verlangt. Bin mit Bauchschmerzen nachhause gegangen. Dem Service ist es zwar aufgefallen aber keine großartige Reaktion. So verliert man Kunden. Hier gehe ich definitiv nie wieder hin.

Wir waren sehr oft döner und verschiedenes dort zum Essen, Leider waren wir am 12.04.2026 SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT Döner ist nicht mehr wie davor da ist große menge Mett Unter gemischt, und die Krönung wir hat noch dazu ein Pide mit Käse und Hackfleisch es wurde aber ohne Hackfleisch gemacht das wollten wir natürlich nicht, die Bedienung meinte Hackfleisch ist alle geworden dann kam der Nette Betreibe und meinte wir machen einen neuen. So jetzt ist es soweit wir haben denn Pide bekommen aber voll der Verarschung es waren oben drauf keine Hackfleisch zu finden es wurde nach unserer meinung ( mit Ehefrau ) nur mit scharfe Soße (acılı Ezme)schön gemacht. Ich wollte vor Ort kein Ärger haben und weil der Betreiber einen Netten Eindruck macht habe Ich es einfach sein gelassen. Somit ist der Der für uns für immer fällig

Yaprak Döner auf einem Niveau, das man in der Stadt nicht oft findet. Das Fleisch ist hochwertig, sauber geschichtet und geschmacklich genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Insgesamt eine Qualität, die deutlich heraussticht. Für mich der beste Döner der Stadt.

Ich bin fasziniert. Ich war heute hier essen und es hat mich wirklich verzaubert. Ich habe einen Hähnchen-Döner gegessen, und für mich gibt es drei entscheidende Punkte, an denen ich einen richtig guten Döner messe: das Brot, die scharfe türkische Soße (Ezme) und das Fleisch. Und was soll ich sagen – alle drei waren 1A. Das Brot frisch, perfekt gebacken. Die Ezme genau richtig: intensiv, scharf, voller Geschmack. Und das Fleisch saftig, gut gewürzt, auf den Punkt. Wenn auch nur einer dieser Punkte fehlt, ist der ganze Döner für mich nicht mehr gut – hier hat aber alles gestimmt. Der Salat war ebenfalls frisch und knackig, wie es sein sollte. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir auch der Ayran: hausgemacht, sehr sauber im Geschmack, nicht wässrig oder „dreckig“ wie man es leider oft kennt. Außerdem gibt es hier sogar Şalgam, das scharfe türkische Rübengetränk – natürlich habe ich mir gleich ein Glas bestellt. Auch das war top. Was wirklich heraussticht, ist die Sauberkeit. Der Laden ist auffallend sauber, und ich kenne nur sehr wenige Dönerläden, bei denen das so konsequent eingehalten wird. Dazu kommt ein extrem freundlicher Service: sowohl der Herr am Döner als auch die Bedienung waren sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sogar ein Çay aufs Haus wurde angeboten. Alles in allem: Seit langem hatte ich keinen so schönen Lokalbesuch mehr, bei dem einfach alles gestimmt hat – Essen, Sauberkeit, Service und Atmosphäre. Absolut verdient, hier eine positive Rezension zu hinterlassen. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Danke

Eigentlich habe ich Panik vor Dönerläden aufgrund der Gammelfleisch-Skandale. Aber nachdem ich von mehreren Personen erfahren habe dass dies der bester Döner sein soll, musste ich mich selbst überzeugen. Mein Fazit: eine herzliche Familie die alles selbst machen, von Ayran bis zum Brot. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, sobald ein Teller leer ist verschwindet dieser innerhalb von Sekunden. Ich habe eine Mini Portion zum probieren bekommen weil ich ehrlich angesprochen habe das ich Sorgen habe dass es mir nicht schmeckt. Nach dem probieren wollte ich sofort einen kompletten Döner. Das Fleisch ist weich, frisch und hat eine Top Qualität! Der Salat ist nicht durchgeweicht, wabbelig etc. sondern total frisch. Der selbstgemachte Ayran ist auch nicht zu wässrig sondern schön milchig. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht! Zudem ist der baklava auch ein Traum. FAZIT: BABA und den Erfahrungen anderer könnt ihr glauben!

Echt super. Ein Laden mit Herz und Seele. Der Inhaber ist mittendrin und redet mit den Leuten. Er achtet auf die Qualität und hat durschnittliche Preise. Das ist fast einzigartig in Hannover als Döner laden. Das muss uns erhalten bleiben.

Habe einen gemischten Döner Teller zum Mitnehmen geholt und das Essen war nicht genießbar. Das Kalbfleisch war durchzogen mit Sehnen und viel zu fettig. Das Hähnchen war nicht richtig durchgegart, labbrig. Die Pommes lagen unter dem Fleisch und haben dadurch so viel Fett aufgesogen, dass sie komplett durchgeweicht und matschig waren und das nach einem 2 Minuten weg. Zusätzlich wurden einfach zwei Soßen in ein und die selbe Schale gekippt. Das Tzatziki hatte einen starken Minzgeschmack, was man durchaus hätte erwähnen sollten. Auf dem Essen selbst fand sich dann eine dritte Soße die ich nicht bestellt hatte. Da stellt sich mir die Frage warum ich frage ob ich die Soßen extra bekommen kann. Insofern die Punkte immer so sind kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen aus oder in diesem Lokal zu Speisen.

Unkaubarer Gummiartiger Fleisch.

Früher war es echt lecker und die Mitarbeiterin war zuvorkommend. Mittlerweile wird man nur verarscht und die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und die Hygiene ist miserabel. Früher habe ich gerne hier gegessen und es auch weiter empfohlen aber mittlerweile rate ich jeden davon ab hier zu Speisen. So wie ihr zur Zeit arbeitet / verarscht werdet ihr nicht lange existieren. I've always been really happy with this place, but my last visit (November 25th) was unfortunately a real disappointment. The employee was standing by the meat counter at the window, smoking a cigarette – and then immediately took my order without washing his hands. He touched my bread, prepared the salad, etc. I found that totally unhygienic and disgusting. The meat was completely burnt (because he'd apparently been busy with everything but the meat in the last few minutes) and dry, the fries weren't cooked through, and the portion was significantly smaller than usual. There were also new people working there who clearly weren't paying attention. Honestly, I completely lost my appetite after that. I hope this was a one-off, because this is unacceptable.

Hello everyone, unfortunately I have to complain today because I found burnt chicken in my doner kebab, something I've never experienced in 1.5 years, and I hope it was an accident! Nevertheless, I wanted to let you know because I could only eat a third of it; it's a shame about the otherwise good product.

My visit to Inçili Köşk was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. The staff and the restaurant owner exuded a pleasant harmony, making the evening truly special. The food itself was a highlight: The veal doner kebab plate consisted of genuine, layered sliced ​​meat and was perfectly seasoned, earning it a 4.5 out of 5 rating. I also particularly enjoyed the lamb jingle, which was exactly to my taste. The salad was dressed with fresh mint, which wasn't quite to my liking, but everything was still very tasty. As a lovely extra, we were offered complimentary black tea and a piece of cake after the meal, which rounded off the evening perfectly. The atmosphere at Inçili Köşk was cozy and authentic – almost like being in Turkey. No ostentation, but a warm, familial ambiance that made you feel right at home. The food was delicious. Overall, my visit to Inçili Köşk was a wonderful experience that I can highly recommend to everyone.

Quaint interior, but friendly and attentive service. The bread is homemade and the meat is delicious. I can definitely understand the positive response on Instagram. However, I'm not entirely happy with the prices. There wasn't enough meat in the doner for what it was priced. The sauces and vegetables could have been a touch fresher. It was missing that certain something (lemon juice, sumac, pomegranate molasses, a wider variety of vegetables). I'll still eat there again, of course, but I don't know how often.

The steak doner is a definite recommendation. The meat is juicy and well-seasoned. The bread is slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and tastes delicious without being too overpowering. The meat and salad were perfectly distributed; there wasn't a single spot where there was only meat or salad. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Customers are offered tea as soon as they're seated, which is good service in my opinion.

Tried two kebabs here today. The guys were very nice and relaxed. The kebabs themselves were rather below average. The bread was very dry, with little flavor. The meat was also rather dry, and again lacked much flavor. One of the kebabs came with two sauces, which were only minimally present in the kebab. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Conclusion: Food was boring, service was good.

A very fatty kebab with, unusually, carrot and leek. The beef was very seasoned, but for some reason my stomach couldn't tolerate this kebab. The store is simple, with seating outside and inside. I will try this kebab again here.

Here you get something special with the meat and not with the salad or sauce. The only negative point: Unfortunately, card payments are not possible - I find that a bit of a shame these days. It was once a very good kebab. I was there last Sunday. The chicken had no seasoning and unfortunately also gristle. Since there was no salad left, puree/leek was added to the kebab without being asked. I also remembered the sauces very well. Unfortunately not at all last time. Too bad. I won't be visiting the restaurant in the near future.

What I personally think is really cool and would like to add is the selection of oils and sauces at the table (that's not available in any restaurant or I haven't seen it yet) Unfortunately there is only one thing that bothers me Eating there in winter is not that pleasant because it is simply cold. No, that was nothing. Doner kebab was far too greasy/oily and wasn't seasoned well either. The bread broke and you could hardly eat the kebab. Far too expensive at €7.50 and coke €2.50. I don't need that again.
