Oster Döner in Hannover

Good kebab. Good price/performance ratio. But not outstanding. The room was a bit cold. The graffiti decoration made a bit of a rocky impression.

You have to be honest, the pizzas and the lahmacun are extremely tasty and I can only recommend it

I stopped by because of the good reviews, we weren't disappointed at all, the service was extremely friendly and attentive. The store is very clean and hygienic. The bread was fresh and the ingredients were amazing. I've never seen anything like that in a kebab shop. I have sent many friends to the store and they all say exactly the same thing. I can only recommend it

We went to the Easter kebab because of the good reviews and were not disappointed. The service was very friendly.

I think it's the best kebab I've eaten so far. Employees are friendly and accommodating. Simply worth a visit if you are in Hanover.

A reasonable kebab shop with the currently often exorbitant prices. Nothing special in terms of taste - but solid craftsmanship Doner kebab+fries+cola €10.90 Doner kebab €6 There's no menu worth it - but they don't look at it. Order a chicken kebab bag - bet the first question is: "which meat?"

Very good kebab and Dürrüm, hot sauce is also a highlight. Unlike everywhere else, it is not made from a powder base but from fresh habaneros and chillies. Good-humored staff, nice and clean, what more could you want?!

Had dinner there today after the mammoth march. Very friendly welcome and thanks to our outfits we immediately got to chatting to the gentleman behind the counter. Ordered a veggie kebab and a kebab plate and ate it on site. Delicious. In terms of price, what you pay for kebab. Nothing to complain about and the friendly staff was very pleasant. Thumbs up. :)

Great kebab. Vegetables in a wide bouquet and, of course, fresh. The meat is very tasty, not an ordinary "ball". A very wide selection of dishes. Served very quickly, despite heavy traffic. In Poland they should follow the example of such places 👍 🇵🇱

Fast, tasty, friendly - absolute recommendation

Really very good shop. You will be greeted at the door by the boss, shown to a table (either inside or on the terrace in front of the shop), given good advice and looked after. He really seems to care a lot about customer satisfaction. Here we still know what service is. The food was fresh and really delicious. Delicious sauces, above average selection of salads. The piece of baklava (free of course) rounded off the visit.

The falafel pocket was very tasty. You should just allow some time to look for the toilets.

Since the new owner took over, there have been noticeable improvements. The kebab is much tastier and the ingredients seem fresher. The service has also become friendlier. Anyone who knows the store from before should give it another chance now. It was definitely worth it.

Yesterday we had dinner at Osterdöner in Hanover (Osterstraße 53) and I can only say: we were all thrilled! The food is a clear 10 out of 10. Every bite was a delight. Particularly noteworthy are the clean toilets, the friendly and hygienic staff and the well-kept and fresh location. It was all incredible. I can only recommend this shop – very, very tasty and delicious! Easter kebab exceeded our expectations.

✅NEW OWNER✅ Since the new owner took over the shop, the quality has increased significantly. The quality used to be really poor. The bread tastes very good now. I suspect it will be made in-house rather than purchased from a wholesaler like it used to be. The salads and meat are definitely better and overall very good. Criticism: You should have chosen a different name. Many of my colleagues and I have not been customers of yours before because we associate the name “Osterdöner” with the previous owner and the old quality. So the word hasn't spread everywhere that the store has a new owner and the quality has now been significantly improved. A new name would have made more sense here.
