The ambience itself was nice. We were there for breakfast. (Open buffet) there was a lot of choice. But unfortunately I have to say that the food was anything but good. Unfortunately we didn't like it at all and some of it didn't look appetizing either! The noodles were too greasy and the drinks were all cold! So I couldn't even enjoy tea! Some of the bread was very dry and hard. Very unfortunate...

Price/performance not matched. Food delivered incorrectly 3 times. Requests are not taken into account. A lot of money for small portions. The only good thing is the ambience.

I ate Adana kebab, 4 people actually went there, everyone liked it, it was truly legendary. Congratulations, they were good at it.

We had dinner here this afternoon, August 11th, 2024. I ordered a lahmacun. At first everything was fine, but during the night I suddenly felt sick and vomited. The lahmacun came back up undigested. Something like this had never happened to me in Germany until I ate with you. I will complain to the health department immediately tomorrow. We will never eat here again. The store should be closed!!! .

Large selection of delicacies, coffee and tea, buffet. Very nice atmosphere and when the sun is shining there is a holiday feeling outside. Eat until you're hungry, no one comes to look at your plate or watch the clock, that's how it should be, I'll definitely visit it again!

On arrival we also felt like having meze (cold starter plate), the waitress looked at us snooty and said that she couldn't give us a starter plate because these are only for customers who order “normal” food. But with cold bread?! Went there again a few days ago and immediately noticed that unfriendliness was very important there. In order to be served you have to wait anxiously for one of the employees to see you. They all stand together at the counter and talk amusingly to each other. The ambience: call the restaurant “Deluxe”, but have all the furniture and decorations made cheaply. You have the feeling of sitting on wood, no comfort at all. When you sit at a table you don't know what to do with your feet that don't fit under the table. I was also sitting way too high on the chair, but the person in front of me, who was sitting on the bench, was sitting way too low. The decorations and also the wall decorations scream of having a cheap origin. As if they were more focused on paying less money than having it done professionally. You should really think about putting the shop in the hands of a professional shop fitter so that the name “Deluxe” can finally be reflected.

Food was great, side dish was missing, staff ignored us.

We went for breakfast and the bread they offered at the buffet was not fresh at all, this is unacceptable. Even the dishes that should be hot were completely cold and tasteless. Failed in every sense, I would never go back again and I recommend staying away and not being fooled by appearances.

Charging €8.90 for a soup is disproportionate

I drank the most expensive soup of my life. €8.50 for a tripe soup that wasn't really warm either. The waiter was very unfriendly. You are simply ignored. Customer service is definitely different.

I think the word Deluxe was used only for the architecture of the place. The place is nice but the taste is not good. There are also cakes and baked goods. We had iftar for 3 people in Ramadan 2024. We ordered different menus Lamb chops are ok Mixed grill is ok Meat Doner is ok. I think what we ate could have been much better. There is no olive oil, you use sunflower oil in the salad. Dessert will do. The service is good and the staff is understanding. It was Ramadan but it wasn't crowded. Prices are mid-range. (But I thought they were high compared to the taste.) The worst part is, if you drink tea after your meal, tea is charged extra. After paying the bill, we drank tea again and they warned us and charged us for these teas (2). In a culture where 1 coffee is remembered for 40 years, there would definitely be 1 cup of tea, but they lost this too. I won't go again if we don't have to.

The open buffet service is nice, most of the food is fresh and hot, the pitas are freshly made and served. Some of the salads were leftover from yesterday, especially the cucumber ones, they were not good. The appetizers were very delicious. Also, the floors need to be renewed urgently, they are in a very bad condition, they are torn and it really harms the image. Overall, we are satisfied, we recommend it.

It's a shame who calls something like that "deluxe", we had more of an extremely cheap inn feeling. We'll definitely never set foot in there again.

Rarely have I eaten such bad food as here. We ordered Adana Kebap and Iskender. Adana was just fat and Iskender felt like kebab in tomato soup and didn't taste like anything. The entire meal was unsalted, even the fries. On the whole the food was very very bad. Once and never again!!!!! Toilets are disgusting and 2/3 were broken. No toilet paper, not clean at all just disgusting. Service was ok. Food and drinks came quickly, we were asked if everything was OK and very friendly. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone

Price performance is very good, there is a lot to choose from. The buffet is so large that there is something for everyone, including vegetarians (warm dishes, cold dishes, breakfast and dessert). Great for €16.90.

Toilets were broken, in a store that called itself Deluxe you had to wait for the toilet row like in school... I'll never come back.

I ate Iftar in many restaurants in Dortmund and Essen during Ramadan, and I can say that it was the worst of all. The tables were very close together, it was very loud and we waited more than an hour for the main course to arrive. The waiters took orders incorrectly and demanded money for food we didn't order.

I like to visit the restaurant to dine or simply enjoy a delicious Cay. You always get a table and the restaurant is open until late, where others close at 8 p.m.
