Great vieuw if you sit outside. Even though the cook was in the hospital, the pizzas that were made by the other staff were amazing! Great vieuw on the lake and very good waiters!

Beer garden with delicious food. Prices are quite high. Beer and blackcurrant spritzer are also good.

We stayed at the hotel next door and took the pizza to our room or to the lake. We also had some ice cream there. Everything tasted excellent, and the service was also very friendly. I thought a scoop of ice cream for €2 was too expensive, but hey, you're on vacation. Unfortunately, there are only a few places where you can see the beautiful landscape/lake.

Great pizza with fresh mushrooms and a thin, crispy base, a great view, and only 3-5 minutes from the swimming area. The seating is slightly elevated in the well-kept beer garden. We'll definitely be back ;-)

Very nice restaurant, super friendly staff, incredibly delicious food. I was here with my kids and tried various pastas, pizzas, and even desserts (tiramisu, panna cotta, and ice cream). I immediately rolled to the car, satisfied, knowing where I would be having my last meal. Thanks for all the calories today 😅👍🏼

I ate there for the first time today with my family (husband, two children, ages 7 and 4). We were able to sit outside on the terrace overlooking Lake Weissensee. However, we had a reservation, and we arrived right away at 5:30 p.m. The terrace filled up quite quickly. Reservations are only valid for the inside. The service is very friendly. We had the kids cut a pizza in half and top each half accordingly. That was exactly the right decision. The pizzas are world-class. Very well-topped, the base is thin and crispy, and tastes amazing. For dessert, I highly recommend the tiramisu. We'll be back!

This is a first-class Italian restaurant. Two brothers who make almost anything possible. The dishes are perfectly matched. Pizza, 33 cm in diameter, at reasonable prices. Changing daily specials enhance the menu. They also offer a good wine. Very good ice cream. Thank you for the time with you. Keep it up. 👍🏻

I've rarely experienced a restaurant with so much charm. Truly natural Italian music, not the sappy stuff you usually hear in Italian restaurants. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the food, according to our 5-year-old, is "super-super-slim-tummy-delicious"! ☺️ We'd love to go back!

I'm only reviewing the restaurant, which was recommended to us by locals. We spent a total of two hours here as a family with children. There were only two appetizers, which was significantly too long in comparison. We had to wait an hour for the main course. Empty glasses weren't registered, and we constantly had to ask for new drinks. The food tasted okay. Our children didn't like the ice cream. We therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

Very friendly service and location. We had super delicious gnocchi diavolo and pizza diavolo in the evening, and we highly recommend a local herbal lemonade (from Roßhaupten). We'd gladly go back.

We ate there during the Whitsun holidays. It was very busy, but the team handled it very professionally and without any rush. The food is freshly prepared. The ingredients are grown in-house. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can highly recommend a visit. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

Highly recommended Osteria! Wow! Homemade pasta and pizza. We ate there several times during our stay at the Seespitz Hotel and had a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious, fresh, generously sized, and wholesome. We'll definitely be back! The ambiance is breathtaking, of course, right on the lake. Absolutely fantastic! Since the restaurant is quite full every evening, I recommend making a reservation. Some might find the prices a bit higher than elsewhere, but I personally think they're completely justified, given the many fresh ingredients and the perfectly adequate, if not slightly larger, portions.

I come here regularly, usually twice a week, and am impressed every time. The cuisine is classic Italian, high quality and prepared with passion. I would particularly like to emphasize the warm hospitality of the family around Rosario - real Italian joie de vivre is experienced here! My dog ​​is also welcome at any time and is lovingly cared for - including small bone-shaped treats. You can feel this attention to detail in every area. A “real” Italian on Lake Weissensee. The location is great. In the summer the scenery is certainly fantastic. The smell when you enter suggests a certain quality. Service promptly and extremely friendly. We had bruschetta as a starter. Tasty, well seasoned, well tempered, simply delicious. For the main course we had pasta with polpetta, lasagne al forno and lasagne with salmon and zucchini. All dishes were perfectly cooked, delicately balanced and a good size. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the upper midfield and is definitely worth the money. The highlight is your own ice cream counter on the terrace.

We spontaneously stopped in with our two big furry friends and were greeted with a friendly smile. We bridged our short wait for a table/seat with an aperitif. The service was great, even treats for the dogs on a plate (very nice). A really great Italian restaurant! The pizza was delicious, the tiramisu for dessert was a dream - and the service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. Particularly sweet: our dog even got a treat on a small plate! You feel completely welcome - absolutely recommended, we would love to come back!

I had the best pizza I’ve had for years here. It was so good that I went back the next night and ordered the same thing and more! The service was excellent too, with special drinks to try at the waiters recommendation. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in at short notice and was warmly welcomed. Drinks and food were perfect. Only then did I get the feeling that we should go slowly now. I didn't think it was that great that there were still a lot of places available.

I give 2 stars for my husband's Margarita pizza, which wasn't exceptional but he enjoyed it. I ordered a salad for €10.90, which consisted of lots of green leaves, 4 slices of cucumber and 4 quarters of tomatoes and onions. When I asked if this was the big salad and if I could maybe have some cucumber and tomato, the answer came: “That costs extra!” The description of the friendliness comes from the answer. I left the pizzeria hungry and with no positive experience.

At the end of our short vacation in Weissensee we had dinner at the Osteria Seespitz. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we were served in a friendly and courteous manner. The fried salmon on salad was the best we have ever tasted. It's a shame that there was no more room in the stomach, because the pasta and pizzas at the next tables looked great. We were thrilled and regret that this great restaurant is not near our home. But we'll come back next time we're in Allgäu. Thank you very much 🤗👍

Pleasant Italian restaurant with probably the owner family?!, who were very nice, price/performance ratio fits. Quality completely satisfactory for an Italian restaurant in this region. The espresso at the end rounded it off well. Ambience very good. You could invest a little more in glasses etc., but all in all a nice evening there

First of all the service probide by what i presume to be owner was rude to customers beyond anything i have encountered to quote te server " mistakes happen and u can leave if don't like it " then said " i want participate in conversation and left" after an 1 hour wait in heat she told as to leave and tried to force us to pay for food we didn't touch , if you are not german avoid at all costs , Cook doesn't speaker English at all and server that i spoke to after i said the conversation can be civil had me explain what polite conversation. Hmmm after reading opinion of the owner of the restaurant I only see lies from what I recall and witnesses I didn't attack anyone only thing said by my person Is recalimg the conversation to the other server and asking for civil conversation so they try to slander any person with negative opinion from what I recall slander commited in bad faith is illegal under EU law and under law anyone is not gulity until proven otherwise so slander that I attacked someone or was rude by never speaking more than 5 senteces and never rasing my voice is quite strange as line of defence. I was force to wewrite my review as this acusation is quite strange to me. I presume there are cameras inside if so the footage can be viewed to discradit any miscoseption about my behawior.

For us the best pizza in the area...

Good morning I can't rate the food because it wasn't consumed. Today we booked a table and arrived right after the restaurant opened. We made an order for 3 people, asking for lasagna and 2 pastas. One with slices of meat and porcini mushrooms, and the other with pasta with salmon. The lady (it later turned out to be the restaurant's manager) took the order. We waited for about 25 minutes. We understand that startup takes longer. It was very warm inside because there is no air conditioning. However, we were hungry, so we waited patiently. We were served lasagna, pasta with slices of meat and porcini mushrooms, and a dish that we did not order, i.e. pasta with shrimps. Unfortunately, I don't like shrimps, so I couldn't accept such a dish. We reported that the dish was not as ordered. The lady (probably the boss) said, quote, "anyone can make a mistake," then turned around and didn't want to talk to us anymore. It was the first time we encountered such service. It surprised and shocked us very much. Especially since the restaurant's customers were watching the boss shouting at us. I admit that I was embarrassed by this situation because we wanted to pay for a small Radler beer, which we ordered 2 pieces. The "boss" lady shouted at us and told us to leave and not to set foot in that restaurant again. Shock and disbelief that we could be treated like this. It is worth mentioning here that the service described applies only to the boss, not the other staff, but I understand that they cannot respond. However, there is no evil that does not come to good. We went to the restaurant on the other side of the road and there was not only nice service, but also very good food. This is, of course, my assessment of the way we were treated. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone. All I can do is add a supplementary sentence to the response of the owners of the bar, as they called the place, to my opinion written immediately after the incident. There was no offer to sit outside. That's the first thing. Secondly. How can you eat a meal by fighting the wasps which one will eat first. Me or the wasps. That's why we booked a table inside. It's best to come and see for yourself who is right. Me or the owner. The truth will defend itself, the falsehood will not. It is sad that such a bar does not bring pride to the Seespitz Hotel. The behavior of the owners of this bar must be assessed individually by everyone. I'm just warning you not to let something like this happen to anyone else.

You can sit here wonderfully right on Lake Weissensee and have a great view over the lake. We had salad with tuna and two different pasta dishes. The salad was good. Unfortunately, both of the pasta dishes were not for our taste. We were disappointed with the bolognese and minced meat balls in terms of quantity, taste and the associated price.

We weren't satisfied. Caprese too little and too expensive. Pasta same thing. The lady who served us should think about whether leggings with a T-shirt that is too short is appropriate for serving guests if she has a little too much on her ribs.

During our vacation we were guests at the neighboring Dreimäderlhaus and ate at da Rosario a total of three times. That actually says it all. The service is friendly, the food is really good, the ice cream is great. When the weather is good, it's nice to sit outside. It is very crowded during rush hour. But it's simply unfair that some guests get upset when it takes a little longer. It was always quick enough for us, the pizza and pasta are excellent, the Negroamaro is super tasty and the ice cream at the ice cream stand is just M E G A!!!!

After a long wait we got the wrong pizza, but a very nice waitress who then only charged the others. Dough was a bit too “soft” for me personally, but that’s a matter of taste.

80s backyard, with lake views. We had to wait 2 hours for our food. I ordered vegetarian macaroni. The pasta is apparently homemade, which makes the disappointment even greater with the sauce, which didn't taste like anything....at most like unripe vegetables...Due to the long waiting time, we took the food "to go"....annoyingly so I discovered in the hotel that the Parmesan had been forgotten. The dish is a testament to a chef who despises vegetarian food and uses it on his own pasta...waited a long time, paid a lot and went to bed hungry. Therefore actually 0 stars.

We have been on vacation in the area for the past 2 weeks and have stopped by there several times. Food is very good, service is also very good and friendly. Plus the highlights of a large selection of delicious ice cream flavors for dessert (simply in a cup or in a cone) and a great view of the mountains and Lake Weissensee from the terrace. Splendid! We'd love to come back when we're in the area!

Stopped in for lunch on the way back from the hairdresser. The Calamarata Carbonara de Mare was chosen as food. Deliciously prepared, lots of seafood, just perfect. Very hard-working host. Pizzeria is definitely recommended.

You should reserve in advance if you want a table in the evening. There were two of us and we chose pasta dishes. We had to wait longer both evenings. But that was all fine because we saw how crowded it was. On the second evening the cook came to bring us food. He gave us the wrong food. When we pointed this out to him he became very rude. He later realized that the food he wanted to give us was intended for the next table. There was no apology. He was seen all evening with a gloomy expression on his face. The man should probably just stay in the kitchen if that's how he treats guests.

My wife had a seafood pizza and was absolutely satisfied. Pizza was very good with seafood toppings. If the weather permits and you can sit outside you have a wonderful view of the lake.
