Good ingredients make a good dish! There were four of us, and at the end of the meal, we all thought: Truly delicious! The ambiance was modern, beautiful, and tasteful, and the service was very welcoming. The restaurant is clean and also has an inviting outdoor area, which we took advantage of. We'd be happy to come back.

The food was outstanding: freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and perfectly flavorful. I was particularly impressed by the "Wiener Schnitzel – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside." The selection of drinks also perfectly complemented the culinary offerings. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and you can tell the passion the chefs put into their work. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit – I would love to return and highly recommend the Oscar!

We visited for the first time since the change of ownership. Much has remained the same, but the new owner lacks a sense of the vibe and aesthetic that previously distinguished the restaurant. Instead of sushi, there's now pizza and a cocktail menu that (and not just the layout) is more reminiscent of a shisha bar. The prices are generally reasonable, but a truffle pizza for €40 is a bit excessive, and you almost feel like you're being ripped off as a guest. We had burgers ourselves – they were just like they used to be. Overall, the food is good. The service probably still needs to settle down a bit. We're excited to see how the restaurant develops.

We ordered the original Wiener Schnitzel and the Beef A-Hai – both were truly delicious! The Wiener Schnitzel, in particular, is the best I've ever had in Bonn, and I highly recommend it. The cocktail selection is extensive and the prices are fair; our friends also come here regularly.

The food was truly outstanding, fresh and presented beautifully. The exceptionally attentive and extremely friendly service staff deserves special mention!

The seating is lovely under the plane trees, and the service is quick and attentive. The dishes were appealing. The Parmesan truffle fries were divine. The chef's special, unfortunately, was not. The chanterelle mushroom bowl looked absolutely delicious, but it was rather unseasoned and lacked sauce. I regretted not having had the pasta or the curry. The lemonades were really good, but the Sauvignon Blanc, unfortunately, was not. All in all, good, but not outstanding.

We were thrilled at OSCAR! The beef carpaccio starter was super fresh and perfectly seasoned. The truffle burger was delicious – juicy, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. To finish, we had a divine tiramisu – light, creamy, simply amazing. Great ambiance, attentive service, and fair prices for this quality. We'll definitely be back!

The new pizzas at Oscar are absolutely fantastic! Crispy bases, high-quality toppings, and amazing, creative combinations immediately show the attention to detail. I particularly liked the truffle pizza; it's simply a taste experience. Plus, as always, super attentive service and a stylish ambiance. Oscar is and remains a top address in Bad Godesberg—now even more so with the new pizza selection!

My recommendation is to go somewhere else! The carpaccio was so "fresh" it was still frozen. The three-quarters full plate went back to the kitchen. As a thank you, however, they charged me the full price! Go to the Godesburger restaurant directly across the street instead! Great concept, delicious food, and excellent service!

I went to this place with friends for drinks after dinner. Unfortunately the lemonades we ordered were extremely sweet even the labeled as “fun light lemonade”. They used syrup in the lemonades. However the atmosphere, location and service were very good.

We came with a small group, and everything was no problem. We ate well. Our special requests were no problem either. Everything was great!!!

You can spend a pleasant evening here. Plenty of drinks, including great cocktails, a wide selection of wines, and a large selection of food. The burgers here are also delicious. Delicious truffle dip!!! The staff is very friendly!

The strawberry tiramisu was simply divine! Creamy, fruity, and not too sweet—the freshness of the strawberries perfectly rounded off the dessert. Served with a glass of ice-cold Fun Light lemonade—sugar-free, low-calorie, and super refreshing! The perfect summer combination for those who love indulgence without guilt.

The Oscar in Bad Godesberg. A welcome change between the many kebab shops and the fusion cuisine offers all sorts of options. So far I've only given it 4 stars because I wasn't impressed by the value for money, but I plan to test more things from the menu in the future and will update my rating if necessary. Very nice little bistro/restaurant at the Godesberg weekly market opposite the Kinopolis. Also outside seating. Super tasteful atmosphere. Service is always nice and attentive. Food was always good. Quality is always the same. Nicely prepared. I'd love to go there.

I had the original Wiener Schnitzel and was very impressed. A very large portion of veal, if you look closely at the photo you can see that there are two slices of meat on top of each other. The fries are also very tasty and prepared industrially. The service was also great.

Das OSKAR ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Lage ist top. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Service bei am Tisch von Lara war großartig, danke dafür. Ich kann das Rote Bete Carpaccio mit Ziegenkäse habe ich schon mehrmals gegessen, köstlich. Beef Teriyaki ebenso köstlich! Der Sylter Backfisch war schon besser. Ich bin sehr gerne hier Gast.

Hello. A very nice restaurant with extremely good and friendly service. Upscale amenities. We just had something to drink, no food Very well-kept drinks. Unfortunately not barrier-free. There was no ceiling light in the ladies' room, just dim little lights. Very dark. There were big holes in the ceiling, I think it's being renovated there. In addition, the dirty street garbage cans were heaved through the middle of the dining room and past, which disturbed the ambience.

Meal break on my first day on the “trail”! Lots of nice things on the menu, unfortunately very creamy (cream!?) The pilgrim was happy to receive a greeting from the kitchen. The burrito we ordered came appetizingly prepared and tasted good. The fries were on point!! The service professional and courteous. With my tea he gave me not 1 but 3 Catuccini (they later gave me a sugar boost at km 22 - thank you). As far as I remember, the lunch menu changes every month... Nice outdoor area...sometimes people practice pedal scooters and road boards next to it - no subtle background noise, but Resto can't do that. I used the blanket that was available so I didn't have to shiver. Very good!!

A very nice restaurant where you can sit outside even when it rains. It was our first time there and we just had a drink. The service was very nice and quick. We'd love to come back.

The ambience and service was really good, but unfortunately the food was absolutely not. Far too expensive for very small portions, where I at least expect the taste to blow my mind away. But lightly seasoned, the salad was very bitter and practically without dressing, all a bit meaningless. Had a main course and dessert but as I said, it was far too little. A pity.

The food was ok but the service was rude. We were not informed in advance that the table was reserved and were asked to leave without coffee or dessert! Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they insisted they were right just because it was a "Saturday night." Impossible!!!!

The food tastes super delicious. I can recommend Espresso Martini to everyone. Super creamy and pleasant to drink. Huge compliments to the bartender.

First of all: The OSCAR is not cheap! When it comes to the quality of the food, I've had mixed experiences here. But last time everything was great! I had the entrecôte with potato gratin for 31.50 euros. That was a real highlight: perfectly fried (I ordered it medium rare), really well seasoned, good meat. The side dishes (gratin and asparagus) were also very tasty. The chocolate soufflé for dessert was more of a warm chocolate cake for me, but it was still delicious. The house aperitif with orange and rosemary was great, and I also really liked the wine list. I found the young waitresses extremely charming and attentive. Special requests were dealt with skillfully and well. The atmosphere in the OSCAR is a pleasant mix of dignified and modern. If the cuisine is up to standard (hopefully!), you can't go wrong with the OSCAR!

We were there at lunchtime and chose something from the lunch menu. It was very delicious. The portions were good, although I expected a little more. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is friendly.

Rude market seller of cheese and salami , in market central In Bonn, refused to allow us to taste his goods, He had samples to taste, and abused as we tasted, just couldn’t believe how rude he was. Other sellers were fine apart from just one!

Nice atmosphere - nice staff BUT: Breakfast The price-performance ratio for breakfast was absolutely not right for us. Breakfast includes fresh rolls and croissants and no toasted bread from the previous day. There wasn't even a plate for the breakfast plate and the scrambled eggs - just the plate and the pan.

Very nice location in Bad Godesberg. Depending on the weather, you can sit comfortably together both inside and outside. Everyone will find something suitable on the well-stocked menu. I can personally highly recommend the burgers. Very nice staff...

After the third waitress could take us to a table. (What a mess) The drinks and food went pretty quickly. Unfortunately the food is nothing special. It's okay but nothing more. Update, we've all suffered stomach problems after eating.

However, I find the rather high prices to be significantly too high for what is on offer (both in relation to the food and the selection of drinks). This restaurant seems to be largely about “seeing and being seen”. A pity.

Essen und Service war gut. Jedoch war es schlicht zu laut und leider wieder ein Betrieb mit zu vielen Tischen für den gebotenen Platz, was dazu führt, dass man von den Gästen der Nachbartische deren Hintern vors Gesicht bekommt. Zwischen den Tischen gab es gerade mal ca. 50 cm Abstand.

Als alter Godesberger bin ich leider auch bei meinem zweiten Besuch im Oscar enttäuscht worden. Ja, es kann jedem passieren, dass der Bedienung der Ketchup (Im Oscar sagt man übrigens Dip dazu) beim Servieren herunterfällt und den Pullover und die Hose eines Gastes bespritzt. Aber das die Bedienung nicht befugt ist, dem Gast bei der Rechnung in irgendeiner Weise entgegenzukommen, macht mich sprachlos. Selbst die 1,5 Euro fuer den Dip, der auf meinem Pullover und meiner Hose gelandet ist, musste ich bezahlen. Ja, ich habe einen neuen Dip erhalten, die Bedienung hat sich entschuldigt und auch meine Hose und mein Pullover sind nach der Reinigung in MEINER Waschmaschine wieder sauber. Dennoch frage ich mich, was man bei Oscar unter "BESTEM SERVICE und WOHLFUEHLEN" verstehe. Ich jedenfalls habe schon besseren Service erlebt. Auch fühle ich mich wohler, wenn mir die Bedienung eine kleine Wiedergutmachung fuer ein Missgeschick nicht aus seiner eigenen Tasche bezahlen muss. Jedenfalls war mir dieses Angebot sehr unangenehm. Übrigens vielen Dank liebe Bedienung fuer ihr Angebot , die Kosten fuer den Dip aus ihrem Portmonee übernehmen zu wollen. Ich hoffe aber mit dieser Bewertung zu erreichen, dass sie die Freiheit von ihrem Chef erhalten, bei dem nächsten Kunden etwas großzügiger agieren zu können. Es wird nun wieder etwas dauern, bis ich mich das nächste mal ins Oscar begebe. Und leider fällt es mir trotz der besten Lage schwer, das Oscar weiterzuempfehlen.

Nicht mal ein Stern verdient !!!! War mit meinen Kolleginnen verabredet zum Essen, leider eine reinste Katastrophe! Ich hatte einen Bürger der nicht durch war, nach längerem warten habe ich einen neuen bekommen von dem ich leider starke Bauchschmerzen bekam . Einer meiner Kollegin wollte einfach nur eine Beilagen Pommes da sie nicht so Hunger hatte… das wurde ihr verboten da es zu günstig ist ! Nachdem wollte ich eigentlich den Laden verlassen, wollte dennoch nicht unseren Abend vermiesen ! Beim bezahlen habe ich den Chef gefragt seit wann Mann sich den keine Pommes bestellen kann, wenn Mann nicht so großen Hunger hat ??? Darauf wurde nur geantwortet das sie damit keinen Gewinn machen !!!! Eine Kellnerin CHARLIE. (sehr hochnäsig) meint mir zu erklären das wir nicht ins kliente passen dabei war ihr Gesicht voller Botox gespritzt ! Sie war sehr unfreundlich und mischte sich ein, während ich mit dem Geschäftsführer sprach ! Diesen Laden werden wir niewieder betreten ! Kellnerin Emily war sehr nett und aufmerksam das einzige gute im Restaurant!

I ordered tempura sushi roll with tuna for 15,50 eur and it came with canned tuna, cold and dried out. In asian restaurants nearby you can get that same dish with fresh tuna for 10-14 eur. When I told the waiter that I do not want to eat it and will not pay for it they threatened me with calling police which is ridiculous. Cannot recomment this place!

Gehobenes Ambiente, außerordentlich freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder..

Wir haben gestern Nachmittag vor dem Kino spontan hier gegessen. Ich kannte die Location noch von früher mit altem Namen und Besitzer.. waren begeistert vom leckeren Essen, dem ausgezeichneten Service und dem stylischen Ambiente. Kommen definitiv wieder:)

Immer wenn wir in Godesberg sind gehen wir hier gerne Essen. Hier gibt es sehr leckeres Essen, welches asiatisch angehaucht ist. Das Oscar hat auch einen ganz ausgezeichneten alkoholfreien Drink mit Ingwer. Bisher hat es uns immer rundum gut gefallen und der Service war immer äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen und total aufmerksame, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Vegetarische Auswahl war nicht sehr groß (soll bald geändert werfen :-)), vom Service wurden sofort Gerichte empfohlenen, Austausch von Fleisch/Hühnchen gegen sehr leckeren Tofu. Preislich angemessen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Guten Tag, wir (4 Personen) waren am Sonntag Abend nach einem netten Kinobesuch in Bad Godesberg bei Ihnen um noch eine Kleinigkeit zu trinken und zu essen. Die Getränke (Bier, Hugo) waren soweit ok. Gegessen hatten wir 2 Portionen Süßkartoffeln mit Aioli. Die Kartoffeln waren etwas zu salzig. Und was ich wirklich schon unverschämt fand war das Sie für 2 Portion Aioli (Vielleicht die Größe eines Schnapsgläschens), die echt superklein waren 2x 3,50 Euro berechnet waren. Ich habe das echt als versteckte Kosten empfunden, denn der Kellner hatte uns auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Und es ist doch ein echtes Mißverhältnis, wenn die Portion Süßkartoffeln 7,50 Euro kostet (was auch schon viel ist) und dann der kleine "Klacks" Aioli mit 3,50 Euro die hälfte kostet. So macht sich solch eine gastronomische Präsentation keine Stammkunden. Hierhin werde ich nicht mehr kommen. Beste Grüße Frank

Gerade an lauen Abend sitzt man sehr schön draußen unter den Bäumen. Der Service ist wuselig geht aber auf Wünsche und Vorlieben und Wünsche kaum ein. Bier kommt zu warm; dem Wunsch doch mal schon eine weitere Flasche ins Eis zu legen wird nicht entsprochen. Es kommt wieder warm. Die probierten Gerichte wie unterschiedliche Salate und speziell das Green Curry waren bescheiden sowohl von Menge als auch Geschmack. Fertig-Curry mit zähem Hühnchen Portionsgrösse wie aus der Weight Watcher Gruppe. Salate ebenfalls uninspiriert. Wir kommen nicht noch einmal.

Für einen Business-Lunch in Bad Godesberg eine gute Adresse.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier und kann die schlechten Kritiken absolut nicht verstehen! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch über den Rest des Abends tadellos vom Personal bedient und umsorgt. Das Essen, Brot mit Dips und Spicy Salomon Bowl waren einfach himmlisch gut! Brot war halt Brot aber die Dips waren einfach gigantisch gut das wir sogar noch Brot nachbekommen haben um auch den letzten Rest auskratzen zu können! Ambiente war alles sehr stimmig, elegant und sehr einladend! Alles in allem, einfach fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Oscar in Bad Godesberg ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant; auch der Außenbereich ist perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend. Der Service war wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Empfehlung!

The veggie bowl was inedible and we asked them to take it back. We ordered a salad and chips. They charged us for the meal that was returned. They said in Germany that’s what they do, it’s law. Disgusting attitude and would not recommend this restaurant.

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Lokal mit ausgewählten Gerichten. Preis Leistung fand ich etwas überteuert.

But the service was just awful, the way how they treat people its abnormal, never in my life i see such serveice liek they hate people. The manager of restraunt was so rude with me just becasue i asked normal table not near entrence, she refused, when i asked the phone of her boss to escalate the issue she told that her boss has other things to do, than to communicate with clients - bravo)) best answer ever, and it shows how they treat their clients. I didnt go there 2 weeks & desided give another try, maybe this woman just hate all women in the world, i decided just ignore her, but there was guy, who just strat screaming on me when i aske d the dish from their menu which i ate there 5 times, as I dont speak german & they couldnt offer me English menu, I asked for the help from the waitor, but the guy was sooo rude and angry and even didnt apologies, he just sent to me another waitor with the dish that i ordered. Of course i will never go to this place again, I didnt ask anything that was not concern the restraunt, but the way they treat their clients really awfull & not acceptable. Its very pity that the owner of this place dosnt care about this & dosnt listen to his clients. But the meal was deliciouse.

Ausgezeichnete Küche die ein großen Umweg Wert ist;)** Das versprochene Crossoverkonzept wird perfekt umgesetzt. Gerichte des Pazifiks treffen traditionelle Einflüsse wie "Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb" und Trüffelburger im belgischen Broich. Das Gemüse knackfrisch und Facettenreich. FLEISCH und FISCH im perfekten Gargrat. Die Soße in meinem Gericht "Hony-Teriyaki-Chiken" war die Meisterklasse. Eine Konsistenz wie eine französische Rotweinsoße. Dann eine Raffinesse.. Koriander, gerösteten Sesam, chilli, etwas Honig perfekt abgeschmeckt mit einer Säure. Man das war echt spitze !!!

Wir vermissen die guten Zeiten des Bago. Da gab es guten Service und gute Küche ohne viel Schnick Schnack zu erschwinglichen Preisen.

Sehr schick innen eingerichtet. Außen find rich, dass man nirgendwo in Bad Godesberg besser sitzt als im Oscar. Das Essen finde ich sehr gut, vor allem den Trüffelburger und generell die Pommes mit den verschiedenen Dips. Dazu hat mir sehr Service sehr gut gefallen. Ich gehe dort regelmäßig hin - hoffentlich bald wieder!

Das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Aussenbereich. Schöne Speisekarte. Die meisten Gerichte schmecken auch hervorragend. Ich hatte leider ein wenig Pech, mein Tunfisch war sehr trocken und ungenießbar. Die kann passieren. Was mich ein wenig mehr gestört hat, das es scheinbar keinen interessiert hat wie so ich mein Gericht fast vollständig zurück gegen habe. Meine Freunden hatten mehr Glück. Dessen Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich dennoch recht unaufmerksam. Kartenzahlung möglich

Waren dort zum Mittagslunch und die Mango-Schrimps-Bowl war sehr lecker. Preisniveau leicht gehoben, aber angemessen. Angenehme Atmosphäre draußen unter den Bäumen; Service war unaufdringlich aufmerksam.

Very bad service. I ordered online and asked it to have it delivered within 1.5 hours. They had 1.5 hours to prepare and deliver the food I ordered, which was two burgers. Two hours later, the food still hasn't arrived. I call to follow up on our order and they say it's on its way. But then a few minutes later I get a notification that our order was cancelled. I call again to ask why our order was cancelled, and they say it's not their problem because they had already prepared the food and had given it to the delivery guy, and that I should contact the delivery service (Lieferando). No concern or apology whatsoever. It seems they don't care whether or not their customers get their food. Never ordering here again.

Samstag Vormittag am heißen Wochenende. Schöne Sitzplätze im Schatten. Netter Service, kleines Frühstück und Cappuccino mit tollem Schaum.

Hervorragendes Essen, Service der seines Gleichen sucht, absolut kinderfreundlich und schönes Ambiente für das was in Godesberg möglich ist. Eine klare Empfehlung wenn man gerne lecker essen geht!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein tolles Ambiente! Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Man kann hier bei gutem Wetter wunderbar draußen sitzen. Allerdings ist das Ambiente im Oscar drin auch richtig schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Karte hat sehr viel zu bieten und auch das Sushi kann man empfehlen.

Nette Bedienung, top Essen zum angemessen Preis der etwas gehobeneren Gastronomie. Im Sommer draußen auf dem Moltkeplatz sitzt man sehr schön.

Mehrer Burger waren nicht ganz durch. Lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke , obwohl nichts los war. Kundenumgang lässt sich definitiv verbessern. Ist aufjedenfall keine Besuchwert, man verpasst nichts..

Schönes Ambiente, unser Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und präsent, seine blonde Kollegin (die sehr desinteressiert und oberflächlich wirkte) hat uns zum Glück 😀 nicht bedient, denn das hätte nicht gematcht. Das Essen war lecker, leider etwas zu fettlastig, sodass ich und meine Begleitung eine „schwere“ Nacht hatten.

Schon das Ambiente im Oscar ist für Bad Godesberg ein echtes Highlight: modern und edel, dabei durch geschickte Farbwahl und Lichtstimmung zugleich sehr gemütlich. Die Karte bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl kreativer internationaler Fusionküche, inklusive einiger modern interpretierter Klassiker wie z. B. Wiener Schnitzel oder Königsberger Klopse. Das bestellte Green Curry entlockte uns beim Servieren das erste Wow: knallgrün auf schwarzem Teller wirkte die Optik bereits sensationell. Ebenso grandios schmeckte es auch, angenehm scharf mit knackig frischem Gemüse und leckerem Hähnchenfleisch, alles in köstliche kräftiggrüne Soße getaucht. Auch die Veggiebowl und das Beef Ahai überzeugten mit tollen Zutaten und feinem Geschmack. Die Preise fand ich dafür moderat und durchaus angemessen. Dazu gute Weine und überaus freundliche Bedienung - ein rundum gelungener Abend. Vielen Dank für dieses klasse Angebot in Bad Godesberg, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gepflegtes Ambiente, aufmerksamer Service, sehr leckeres Essen

Leider ist das Restaurant hinsichtlich der Qualität/Geschmacks der Getränke und Speisen absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Was aber vor allem unzumutbar ist , ist dass Benehmen/ Verhalten des Personals. Wir wurden nicht gefragt ob mit den Speisen alles ok ist, ob es uns schmeckt etc. Spätestens bei der Begleichung der Rechnung hätte es der Kellnerin auffallen müssen, das mit den Speisen was nicht gestimmt hat, da wir die Hauptspeise nur gekostet und kaum was davon gegessen haben. Die negative Überraschung sollte noch kommen. Wir haben die uns präsentierte Rechnung beglichen und gingen aus dem Lokal. Die Kellnerin die uns abkassierte, lief uns nach und forderte uns auf wieder in das Lokal zu kommen da wir die falsche Rechnung beglichen hätten. Dabei wurde uns in unverschämter Weise vorgeworfen, dass wir die Rechnung nicht kontrolliert hätten. Dies geschah vor anderen anwesenden Gästen und Kellnern. Auf unseren Einwand hin, wir als Gäste sehen uns nicht in der Pflicht jede Position der Rechnung zu überprüfen wurde nicht adäquat reagiert. Der Ton der Kellnerin war schroff und unfreundlich. Wir haben angeboten den Differenzbetrag mit Karte zu begleichen, dies erwies sich allerdings als nicht möglich. Die Kellnerin hat uns daraufhin in einem unfreundlichem Ton mitgeteilt, Sie würde den Differenzbetrag aus "ihrer eigenen Tasche" begleichen wir könnten gehen. Es kam uns vor an den Pranger gestellt worden zu sein Wir wurden vor den anderen Gästen bloss gestelt. Bei der Kellnerin fehlte jegliche Schuldeinsicht (Letzendlich hat Sie die Rechnungen der Tische verwechselt). Wir gingen zu Bank hoben den Differenzbetrag in Bar ab und brachten diesen der Kellnerin. Der Abend war jedoch ruiniert. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut geführtes Restaurant mit modernem, angenehmen Ambiente. Perfekt für Bad Godesberg.
