Very friendly, cordial and professional service from Her Sharon. He made us really comfortable and spoke to us in English. I'm very happy to visit once again with my sister and family.

Went to L'Osteria today, unfortunately it's not like it used to be (3-5 years). Some people are worried about whether their hair is in place, others just watch. Food served is ignored, drinks are ignored, cutlery is sometimes dirty and is practically thrown away. Starter brought after main course. The ROSES are more important than the guests. It's a shame actually.

I usually don’t leave negative comments, but my experience caused me embarrassment in front of my guest. I booked a table at a specific time to avoid waiting and mentioned in the reservation that I wanted it on the second floor near the window. I was shocked upon arrival that no one even checked my reservation or took it into consideration. I waited for a short while, but then I was surprised to be given a dark corner table on the second floor, despite there being other empty tables for two available (Only because the waitress decided that this table was suitable for us). Additionally, people who arrived after us were seated in better spots. On top of that, I waited nearly 35-40 minutes for the food to arrive.

45 min waiting time (family with 3 children) around 1 p.m. and at the end no food. We asked twice and in the end we were told: oh sorry, we didn't even order the food! First excuses when asking, yes it's taking a long time because you ordered pasta...ah yes because At L’Osteria you eat pasta and pizza, right?? Never again l'Osteria!

We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time. The food is of the usual quality, but the restaurant in the center of Bonn is particularly nice and cozy.

We were there today with 9 people. The restaurant was busy and we were given a large round table. The first operator had problems communicating because the music was far too loud and the overall acoustics in the room were poor. It took a long time for some of the drinks to arrive, some of them wrong. Then it took quite a long time until you could order. The requested starters did not come in full and some were delivered later. The main courses didn't come at the same time so some were almost finished with their pizza before others had their pasta. The calzone was not fully baked and was also remade. There was also a splinter of glass in some of the pasta. Luckily he wasn't swallowed! The food arrived in no time. An apology was made and in the end the food was taken off the bill, but the reaction of the gentleman who probably runs the business was as if this was more of a routine thing. The salad was ok, but the portion wasn't particularly large. There are restaurants that offer twice as much for the same, not exactly cheap price. The pizzas are huge and stand over the edge of the plate and tasted good too. Because of the size, there are probably paper mats on the table. However, it would be nicer to have matching pizza plates on which you can cut a pizza neatly without a offset edge. This was only possible here if you pushed half the pizza onto the table. The dessert that we wanted to have after all the fuss and yelling at each other through loud ambient noises wasn't the promised mascarpone cream, but actually just a glass full of cream with a few strawberries. In my opinion, the strawberry sauce over the spaghetti ice cream was fermented and left an unpleasant tingling sensation on the tongue. In the end, I simply didn't have the energy to complain about this after this disaster. In the end, I should have avoided going to the toilet. All in all, today was probably a bad day to eat here. The staff seemed to be completely overwhelmed, without a plan and everything seemed to be very uncoordinated. Too many breakdowns, the word 'sorry' was already standard from the service staff. I hope there is someone who will take note of this criticism, train the staff, pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness and perhaps also think a little about acoustics, plate size, etc. Sometimes a well-known name isn't enough if the rest isn't right

We are very disappointed!! Apparently you had a bad day. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait. The music was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation, there was glass in the food, the galzone wasn't cooked through, the dessert wasn't tasty... It ran like a common thread through the evening. The service was nice, but one could have expected compensation or compensation...... Never again!!!

Typical L'Osteria with good but not outstanding pizza. During our visit there were numerous meals out. For example, there wasn't a single salad left.

Basically a hat is set up, but you can hardly have a conversation because it is so loud and your own words are lost. When we ordered the pizza there was no more ham or mozzarella. There was no salad as an alternative, it was sold out. I would like to note that the table for 20 people was reserved and it was only 7:30 p.m.... that's sad... at least for the wait staff. I would have disappeared into the ground in shame if I had to say that several times. But the food tastes good, especially the thin pizzas. A little too big for me, but that's subjective.

I've been there several times now, often with groups, but always with a mediocre experience: Service: The staff is not particularly friendly, but sufficiently friendly. Sometimes a little disorganized. Food: The selection of dishes covers the standard of Italian dishes. You won't find anything here that you haven't had before. At least you can expand the dishes individually - for an additional charge. They pride themselves on making very large pizzas (that's no longer an exclusive idea either). But the good thing here is that you can order the pizza with two different toppings. Unfortunately, it doesn't really taste that good: the dough itself is usually good, the topping is ok, but it still somehow always remains bland. Several of my companions kept getting up to get oils etc. to enhance the food. Premises: Not only, but especially when it's full, it's incredibly loud. You feel like you're eating at a train station - with music playing too loudly. Conversations - even with the waitress - are only possible by shouting. The atmosphere, the music, the people... it all doesn't seem as Italian as intended. You have the feeling of sitting in an American franchise imitation of an Italian restaurant that doesn't live up to its own standards. For the money it's just not worth it. And there are too many other - more worthwhile - Italians in Bonn and the surrounding area to sit here.

Now I finally made it to a (l')Osteria as part of a company invitation. On the positive side, the size of the pizza is unfortunately sparsely topped and could have used a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil in addition to a little more time in the oven. The store is huge and very loud - and has no authentic personality. As is often the case in franchises, the waitresses are interchangeable, don't put their hearts into the matter and sometimes forget the odd drink order. Nevertheless, the prices are above average. What's annoying is the fact that the noise is amplified by the blaring of music - too quiet to identify the songs, but too loud to hear over them. Conclusion: not really bad, but just loveless and completely replaceable.

The music was way too loud, so the atmosphere was much less. The pizza dough was not properly baked, the pizza still looked white and the dough tasted raw. The burrata was crappy and not tasty. Large pizza, yes, but very primitive and could be much better. Some of the tables were covered with paper underlay and others were not?? Not interesting to go to anymore.

You are completely ripped off with the app. You order a pizza, then want to pay with the app only to be told that you have to show it first. Of course no one knew!! Now points are lost for which you had saved €175... nice gift and never again!

The best restaurant chain and the staff, very attentive and very good food

Very nice service, the food was very tasty. The pizzas are so huge that I shared one with my daughter. That's how it works here, you can basically have a pizza with two different types. I think that's very good because it means you don't have to get rid of so much, otherwise you can hardly manage the pizza (at least as a woman). Because it was so full, it was very loud, but that's not the restaurant's fault.

No table booked on Saturday evening. Waited 5 minutes and then got a seat. Just too loud there. Otherwise great!!!

We were a group of four, but they only provided two sets of forks and knives. Typically, at Lostaria, every table is served complimentary olive oil and balsamic vinegar. However, this has been removed, which reflects a noticeable decline in service quality.

L'Osteria is really a first-class establishment with delicious food, an enchanting ambience and fantastic service. Really a great all-rounder that can impress on all levels. The food and service were good, but the sound system was infernal. There were four of us and we literally had to shout at each other to understand each other. Even after repeated requests, the music was not turned down. That pretty much ruined the overall experience!!!!

The Lassange was great, fresh and wonderful. I can't understand some of the negative reviews here at all. The waitresses were great and of course friendly, extremely accommodating and the price was completely reasonable. I didn't tip 1/4 for nothing. I recommend a visit
