We've been coming to this restaurant for years; the food is always delicious, beautifully presented, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy. The outdoor area is also lovely when the weather is nice. We've never been disappointed.

It was delicious, but...to a Japanese person, I thought it contained raw salmon.

Excellent food, friendly and attentive service

New to Südstadt, I'm currently looking for my favorite bar. After my first visit, I was really impressed: a beautiful terrace, a good selection of drinks, and a great location. But the second visit was a disappointment – the waitress was unfriendly, arrogant, and completely lacking in humor. That really dampened the mood. It's a shame, because there's actually a lot of potential here. Unfortunately, the search for my local bar continues.

We were at the restaurant on Thursday evening, and as usual, it was very busy. We usually receive friendly, attentive, and very warm service – we particularly appreciate the family atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time it was different. The only server present, a woman, was completely on her own and visibly overwhelmed. She did her best, constantly running around the room, and was visibly stressed. We were very understanding of this, because with the high volume of guests, it's simply impossible to keep track of everything alone. At this point, we would like to appeal to management: Please ensure you have enough staff – and, if possible, the friendly team that usually serves us in such a familiar and familiar way. This is precisely what defines your service and sets you apart from others. The food was good as usual, but the dishes arrived before the drinks. We also attribute this to the overworked wait staff – another reason to plan better in the future. We would love to come back – but please provide more support for the staff so that the familiar atmosphere returns and everyone can enjoy their visit again.

A nice place to grab a drink. The service is quite friendly and quick, but the food is a bit below average and not particularly lovingly prepared. But as a corner pub, it's definitely worth a visit, especially on the terrace.

Spontan mit einer Freundin nach einem Abendessen dorthin gegangen um noch einen Wein zu trinken, das letzte Mal vor rund 30 Jahren dort gewesen, Erinnerungen an die Bonner Südstadt und ganz automatische kommt einem der Song von BAP "Südstadt, verzäll nix" in den Kopf, obwohl das natürlich auf Köln gemünzt ist. Den Apfel gibt es auch nicht mehr und irgendwie hat sich vieles verändert, obwohl die Gebäude fast die gleichen sind. Am Auswärtigen Amt ausgestiegen, am ehemaligen Gambrinus an der Schranke gewartet, wie vor 35 Jahren, und bei dem Spaziergang wurde ich dann doch ziemlich sentimental. Die Weinkarte fühlt sich irgendwie doch sehr geschrumpft an, aber alle Tische waren besetzt, die Leute fühlten sich wohl, die Bedienung war freundlich, und irgendwie hatte ich das Gefühl wieder zu Hause zu sein. Natürlich war es anders, und die Erinnerungen waren auch andere. Aber der Wein war gut (ok, wenn ich Heger auf die Karte schreibe, dann erwarte ich da auch Top-Qualität), das was in an Essen gesehen habe, war auch gut und irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, ich sollte da wieder öfters hin.

Ordered salmon with chanterelles and truffle potatoes: to my surprise, there was bacon with the salmon?! Aside from the fact that I find the combination questionable in terms of taste, something like this should be clearly stated on the menu... The potatoes also turned out to be a greasy disappointment...

A unique, beautiful ambiance in the outdoor seating area. The staff is relaxed and friendly. The bowl is excellent; the large salad, which according to the menu primarily contains wild herbs, didn't have any – but it was still okay. The Cabernet is excellent.

Täglich wechselnder und extrem leckerer Mittagstisch. Wir kommen fast jede Woche und sind immer begeistert, was die Küche jedes Mal zaubert. Although the restaurant was very busy on Sunday evening, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Time was also taken for a bit of fun and a chat - unfortunately that's falling by the wayside for many people at the moment. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty. Quick lunch in a quiet residential area, would love to come back

We ordered a pizza between 3 because we weren't very hungry, they brought it to us without plates! When we asked for them they told us they didn't have them, upon insistence they brought us 2 plates of coffee.

We came across this nice corner restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. It was very busy at lunchtime, so a reservation would probably be an advantage. Had a curry dish and the salmon burger with seaweed. Delicious!!! The fries were also of very good quality!! If we are in Bonn again, we will definitely come back to eat!!

Overall we had a very nice evening here. The food was absolutely fine and the schnitzel was particularly good. The breading is nicely battered and the fries are crispy! The buffalo chicken wings for starters could have been a little crispier. The wine is fairly priced and the small but fine wine list offers a nice variety. Unfortunately, the service was a bit weak that evening. An older service worker, visibly trying but still completely overwhelmed, saw us three times and told us “I'll be right back”. Overall, it took a little over half an hour until we were able to order something to eat. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable. At the same time, three groups sat down at the tables next to us and were already provided with bread baskets by the much faster young service staff and orders were taken. I would have liked to give only 3 stars for this service mistake, but that would be unfair for the friendliness, the quality of the food and the great ambience. That's why a total of 4 stars - we'd love to come back!

The Lamme'Goedzak restaurant is beautifully located in Bonn's Südstadt. Although it is right on a small intersection, it is still pleasantly quiet. Special features: the lunch menu offered here, usually three to four dishes with a cold drink and a coffee at the end, is unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio within a radius of around 0.5 km. The food is varied and good, the portions are sufficient if you haven't fasted for two days beforehand. Lunch is offered from Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Try it out, there is always an offer for vegetarians too, otherwise the kitchen will help and will definitely offer a solution. General opening times: Monday to Sunday - 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Lamme'Goedzak is always worth a visit, even if you just want to enjoy a good cappucino at lunchtime or a glass of wine or a Kölsch in the evening.

Bruschetta is served here with smoked salmon and ham, but my highlight: cheese sauce...it all tastes terrible and has nothing to do with the dish. Bringing the right drinks to the table? Impossible here. Unfortunately never again

Diverse food selection. Something for everyone, both meat eaters and vegetarians. Intergenerational eating. Both classic, traditional and modern. Very nice cozy restaurant in a great location. The roast lamb at Easter was very good! We, that is me and my family - both parents and children - were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

A go to place if you want to have a quick, good, traditional meal and drink two Kölsch with it. The service is friendly and flexible. My Wiener Schnitzel was great, the salad could use a little more spice. Mashed potatoes and market vegetables are recommended.

Avoid the food. Good drinks, nice atmosphere, attentive service - but the food is really bad. Maybe their previous cook left, but... any frozen pizza is better than the tough slab they serve here. The "curry" is mostly cream and coconut milk without spices, and other meals taste like directly from wholesale... But if order drinks only, this is a good place.

Schöne Location. Lädt zum verweilen ein. Essen ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas zu finden. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich kann die letzte Rezension von Yooshi nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden, das Essen war super und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist höflich und nicht aufgesetzt!

Das Essen besteht aus convenience food, das ist ganz klar. Hier werden günstige Lebensmittel genommen und mit guten Sossen serviert, typische Masche. Jeder Salat schmeckt gleich, da immer wieder das gleiche, extrem süße, Dressing genommen wird. Das Personal ist total aufgesetzt freundlich, dass ist unfassbar nervig. Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen

Wir sind durch Zufall in dem Restaurant zum Mittagessen gewesen und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Es gibt ein super Mittagsangebot bei dem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Das Essen war super lecker und auch die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Wir waren an zwei verschiedenen Abenden dort. Es ist schon ratsam einen Tisch vorab zu reservieren. Großartiges Essen, tolle Atmosphäre und wunderbares Personal. An beiden Abenden sehr überwältigt gewesen. Die Spare Ribs, die Sate Spieße und die verschiedene Auswahl an Bieren, waren unser Highlight.

Repas et amuse-gueule délicieux et service très agréable. Nous sommes tombés sur une table voisine de clients habitués et nous avons passé avec eux une soirée inoubliable. Quelle belle rencontre dans un local super sympa.

Wir waren mittags hier und haben das preiswerte Menü genossen. Für 12,90 bis 15,90 bekommt man ein Getränk (Wein/Bier/Cola/Wasser), ein Hauptgericht und zum Abschluss einen Kaffee/Espresso/Cappuccino. Man sitzt wunderbar ruhig im Schatten, genießt den aufmerksamen Service und das Südstadtambiente. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Es war ein schöner Montag Abend. Da saßen meine Schwester und meine Wenigkeit in einem angenehmen Ambiente in der Bonner Südstadt. Ein angenehmes Erlebnis. Trotz einer Masse an Besucher wies man uns die Luxus und Stammgastplätze des Lokals zu. Ohne zu zögern ergriffen wir die Gelegenheit in einem Holzstuhl (wahrscheinlich aus den frühen 2000enern) Platz zu nehmen und auf die atemberaubende Straße zu schauen. Positiv überrascht und einer Bemerkung meinerseits würdig, erfuhr ich durch die Notizblockartig gestaltete Karte, dass es einen kostenlosen Brotkorb gab🙈🤩(großartig). Das Essen, welches nicht lange auf sich warten ließ Enttäuschte nicht und sprach die Geschmacksknospen auf diviziele Arten an. Ein warmer Teller und darauf mit Geschick drapierte Speisen sprachen neben dem Gaumen auch das Auge an. Schließen möchte ich diese Abhandlung mit dem Gedanken, welche auch schon Platon vor mir dachte: Ein gelingendes Leben hängt stark mit der Menge an Lust in diesem Zusammen. Trotz dessen, dass das Essen durchaus als Eitle Freude zu erkennen ist, steigerte es mein Wohlbefinden erheblich und führte zu Glück im ganzem Körper. Danke.

Abendessen im Lamme, auf der netten Terrasse noch einen Platz gefunden, wegen Pfingstsonntag nicht viel Verkehr, daher schön ruhig, der Service ist Mega, super freundlich, mann fühlt sich als Gast willkommen, hier wird vieles richtig gemacht. Leckerer Wein. Die Küche hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Restaurant und super nettes Personal. Leider hat die Pizza fast nur nach Teig geschmeckt und war außerdem viel zu teuer.

Durch Zufall kamen wir vorbei und haben es nicht bereut. Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltige Karte, schöne Auswahl für Vegetarier. Das Essen kam zügig und war toll angerichtet. Update 20323. Many visits here over the last 10 years have been good. Location, style, service good and food good to very good. Cosy, mostly busy and buzzing. Not quite the perfect 5 but worth a recommendation. Prices rose recently but service is still good.

Leider ist die Kritik an den überzogenen Weinpreisen sehr berechtigt, so dass dieses Lokal für ein gemütliche abendliche Glas Wein eher ungeeignet is - obwohl es dafür ein schönes Ambiente bieten würde. Manche Gerichte sind aber ein geschmackliches Highlight und den Service haben wir als sehr aufmerksam erlebt.

Nettes einfaches Restaurant,wo man täglich hin kann. Mittagstisch. Nette Gäste,scheint sehr familiär.Stammgäste vorhanden.

Hatten Tisch für eine größere Gruppe für den Abend vorbestellt. Lokal war gut besucht. Schöne - optisch sehr ansehnliche - Gerichte, die uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Bei uns gab es Nudelgerichte, verschiedene Burger und Duftreis-Curry in den Bestellungen. Keine 08/15-Sachen! Besonders in der Qualität der Produkte und der Zusammenstellung der Gerichte über dem Standard. Bedienung hat sich immer zeitnah nach weiteren Wünschen erkundigt. Empfehlenswert!

Zwischen den schönen Fassaden der Bonner Südstadt kann man hier gut speisen und gemütlich was trinken. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen (teils per Zelt überdacht). Das Essen im mittleren Preissegment ist stets lecker, die Auswahl genügend sowie abwechslungsreich und wird durch eine wechselnde Tages- bzw. saisonale Karte ergänzt und in absolut ausreichender Portionsgröße optisch ansprechend serviert. Der Service ist gut und allzeit freundlich. Wir kommen hier gerne vorbei, ob zum ausgedehnten Abendessen oder auf einen gemütlichen Brotkorb bei ein paar Kalt- oder Heißgetränken ist hier alles möglich.

Sehr leckeres Essen, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super. Im Mittagsmenü ist sogar ein Getränk im Preis enthalten. Weiter so.

Es war recht viel los mittags, die ausgegebenen Bestellungen kamen fast gleichzeitig, die Reklamation des kalten Rotkohls wurde sofort entgegen genommen und als Entschädigung gab es einen Espresso aufs Haus. Sehr nette Bedienung, schönes Ambiente.
