Hey, we had two burgers and fries, the burgers were really good! Absolutely fantastic! I'd recommend ordering a little earlier and not waiting until you're already hungry, but we'd definitely order again!!!

Even with a discount on the main course, you'll pay a good €10+ for a regular lunch without a drink. It's simply too expensive, which is why many colleagues avoid this cafeteria and opt for a meal a few streets away for 30-40% less. Since the whole thing is set up as a cafeteria with trays, etc., there's not much service. The atmosphere isn't great; you share a large hall with all the suit-wearing members of the financial world and several companies that have rented space at the NKP. The ambiance and service are typical of a cafeteria, and the prices are typical of a restaurant.

The hotel has a beautiful location on the Rhine. The staircase alone, with its pictures from bygone times, is worth seeing. We had a room with a side view of the Rhine and a small balcony. The view of the Rhine was truly beautiful, but also a view of the beer garden with its unsightly steel girders. Our room was large and quiet. Parking is available nearby free of charge. Our package included underground parking and breakfast. Breakfast is adequate, and we liked the option of vending machine and filter coffee. The service staff were friendly and helpful; there's really nothing to complain about. Although there is an elevator, some rooms are only accessible via additional stairs. What really bothered us during our three days: The toilet in the bathroom was hanging completely crooked. There is no shower, the bathtub with its glass partition is very high and has no grab bars, and getting in and out of the shower is a slippery obstacle.
