Preislich schon am Limit und keine Kartenzahlung, das ist leider aus der Zeit gefallen. Wir haben dort im SB Bereich gesessen und mangels Alternative etwas gegessen und getrunken.

Also liebe Leute, ich gebe euch die Sterne für einen leckeren Salat, guten Service und die schöne Lage. Aber bitte, eure Toiletten sind einfach unzumutbar, womit ich als Mann noch umgehen kann, aber mit meiner Frau würde ich niemals hier essen, wenn sich die Situation nicht verbessert.

Im Jahr 2026 keine Kartenzahlung möglich - asozial. Mensch ohne Bargeld werden diskriminiert.

Wir waren heute mit 2 Personen in der Graubi Bar. Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass das Essen ok ist. Der Service ist jedoch eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir hatten zum Essen nochmal Getränke bestellt, welche aber nicht zum Essen gebracht wurden sondern erst, als unsere Teller schon leer waren. Auch die nächste Runde ließ lange auf sich warten. Als wir nachfragten wo denn das Kölsch geblieben sei (inzwischen waren mehr als 20 Min seit Bestellung vergangen) sagte man uns, es sei unterwegs. Ja wo denn? Noch auf dem Weg von Köln nach Bonn? Man redete sich heraus mit es seien gerade viele Bestellungen gelaufen. Dabei waren gerade sehr viele Tische leer geworden und noch knapp 40 Personen im Lokal. Wir haben von umliegenden Tischen mitbekommen, dass sie wieder gingen, weil keine Bedienung kam, und kam sie doch, haben auch sie lange warten müssen. Eine Person zum Bestellung aufnehmen und eine zum abräumen ist dann für die Größe der Lokalität wohl doch zu wenig. An vielen Tischen stand das benutzte Geschirr noch rum (schon als wir kamen war ein Tisch voller Teller und Flaschen und als wir gingen hatte sich an diesem Tisch nichts verändert). Wie die Bedienung dann noch Zeit hat sich zu ihren Freundinnen zu setzen wenn Kundschaft wartet bleibt mir völlig unverständlich. Wie man so vor geraumer Zeit einen Preis bei Vox gewinnen konnte bleibt mir ein Rätsel.

Ambiente ist ganz nett mit Blick auf den Rhein. Essen allerhöchstens ok, nicht mehr. Service recht freundlich. Ich verstehe nicht dass man an einen Tisch mit drei Personen nicht alle Teller halbwegs gleichzeitig bringt. Insgesamt Schade

Lage am Rhein ist toll. Doch leider fiel mir aber als erstes die Verschmutzung am Boden unter den Tischen auf. Jede Menge Zigarettenkippen, Bierdeckel, benutzte Servietten…. Nicht so appetitlich. Eiscafé war okay. Waffel sah super aus, habe ich aber nicht probiert. Die jungen Damen immer Service waren freundlich.

Ein Restaurant ohne Toilette - 'leider defekt'. Man kann nur in die Büsche pinkeln! Denke, das ist nicht zulässig. Ein Fall für die Gewerbeaufsicht!

Tolle Location bei schönem Wetter. Heute war es leider etwas zurück. Grosses Angebot an Getränken und auch eine nicht erwartet grosse Speisekarte. Bei schönem Wetter einen Besuch und Ausflug .ist der Fähre über den Rhein von Mondorf aus wert.

heute habe ich wegen dem Stau für auf die Fähre zu kommen mein teuerstes Bier mit 5,60€ die Flasche bezahlt. So kann man es auch ausnutzen, das man auf die Fähre angewiesen ist 11 Mark für eine Flasche Bier.

War schon oft da.Schön zu sitzen, vor allem draußen. Direkt am Wasser und absolut ruhig. Essen sehr gut,liebevoll angerichtet.Manche Preise finde ich zu teuer...Freundliches Personal.

Absolut nettes junges Personal.Top freundlich und zuvorkommend Tolle Lage am Rhein Super Waffeln

Eigentlich top Lage direkt an der Fähre und am Radwanderweg, große Sonnenterrasse. Aber: Sitzmöglichkeiten werden jedes Jahr weniger, Personal sehr unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit. Und: Es wird nur Barzahlung akzeptiert (ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt). Das ist gerade bei Radtouren sehr unpraktisch. Schade, den das war alles mal anders und jahrelang ein fester Einkehrpunkt auf dem Weg von Köln nach Bonn.

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Wir wurden auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Weder stand es auf der Karte, noch irgendwo ersichtlich. Als wir dann unsere Rechnung bei der Kellnerin angefordert haben (insgesamt 7 Personen, über 3h dort draußen gesessen - nicht auf den Bierbänken!), war es sehr unangenehm, da nicht alle genügend Bargeld mit dabei hatten. Mein Tipp: wenn eure Gäste Platz nehmen, gern mal die Info weitergeben!

Ruhige und herrliche Drinks am Flussufer.

Mit dem Rad nach 102 km und 73 vor mir, gönnte ich mir eine Rast und Espresso. Der war spitze. Das ist leider selten. Die Bedienungen sehr entspannt und freundlich. Ambiente, klasse.

Stabile Pommes - aber leider keine Kartenzahlung, ansonsten hätten wir sicher mehr verzehrt und auch Getränke getestet.

Ein schönes Kaffee direkt am Fähranleger. Lecker Kaffee und schön zu kucken. Leider liegen sehr viel Plastikverpackungen von den Kaffeekeksen auf dem Boden. Für mich ein No-Go besonders direkt am Rhein!

Ich habe mich wirklich in den Fährpavillon Bonn verliebt. Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist einfach unschlagbar, perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Ich bin inzwischen Stammgast geworden, weil hier einfach alles stimmt: Der Service ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen lecker und auf sehr gutem Niveau und die Atmosphäre total entspannt. Egal ob auf einen Kaffee, ein Essen oder einfach nur, um den Ausblick zu genießen, ich komme inchallah immer wieder gerne hierher. Absolute Empfehlung!

Schöner Ort am Rhein, wo man gut essen kann

Bei schönem Wetter empfiehlt es sich auf einen Kaffee vorbeizuschauen und das Wetter und die Leute geniessen. Wenn viel los ist, ist das Personal leicht überfordert. Mansche der Bedienungen könnten etwas freundlicher sein vor allem wenn essen vergessen worden ist und sie kommen zum abrechnen mit den worten: den Käsekuchen rechnen ich nicht mit den haben sie ja nicht bekommen. Ein tut mir leid wäre an dieser Stelle vieleicht angebracht gewesen.

Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer!! Da ich dort lediglich nach oder vor der Fähre etwas trinke kann ich zu Speisen nichts sagen. Der Service ist recht unterschiedlich, mal super nett und flott, dann wieder etwas verpeilt oder (am schlimmsten) recht nah an der Arroganz einer Schönheitskönigin mit entsprechenden Randerscheinungen.

Nur Barzahlung! Und das erfährt man erst beim Zahlen. :-( In 2026 ein NoGo. Personal bemüht, aber unerfahren und ein wenig konfus.

Wunderschöner Ort, herrliche Aussicht, der Vanille-Eiskaffee ist köstlich, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schöne Lage, bei Kaiserwetter kein Eis mehr da. Leider viele rücksichtslose (gegenüber Fußgängern) Radfahrer dort unterwegs, aber dafür kann die Lokalität ja nichts.

Hallo, wir waren schon mehrfach bei Ihnen essen und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Leider hatten wir bei unserem letzten Besuch eine enttäuschende Erfahrung mit den neuen Kellnerinnen. Als ich ankam, wurde ich nicht begrüßt und erhielt zunächst keine Speisekarte. Obwohl ich etwa 15 Minuten wartete, bekam ich keine Beachtung. Währenddessen unterhielten sich die Kellnerinnen draußen und wirkten wenig aufmerksam gegenüber den Gästen. Auch im weiteren Verlauf mussten wir mehrfach aktiv auf das Personal zugehen, um Bestellungen aufzugeben, anstatt dass sich jemand von selbst um unseren Tisch kümmerte. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck von Desinteresse und mangelnder Aufmerksamkeit. Der Vorfall ereignete sich am 08.03.2026 zwischen 18:30 und 19:30 Uhr. Da wir Ihr Restaurant bisher sehr geschätzt haben, hoffen wir, dass der Service künftig wieder dem sonst guten Standard entspricht und das Personal entsprechend geschult wird. Personal überfordert und unprofessionell , Essen schlecht, wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben, unsere Kellnerin hat das Restgeld (5€) einfach behalten ohne das wir gesagt haben passt und ist gegangen

Wir fahren vor allem im Sommer öfter schon mal hier hin. Eigentlich ist alles okay. Bis auf den Service: unqualifiziert, lahm und unfähig ist noch harmlos ausgedrückt. Gestern (1.3.26) habe ich 30 Minuten gestanden um ein paar Pommes und 2 Mondis zu bekommen. Das lag aber nicht am Andrang sondern nur daran, dass das unfähige Personal offensichtlich nicht in der Lage war Gläser einzusammeln und zu spülen. Der Betreiber täte gut daran wenigstens 1 gelernte Kraft einzusetzen, die den Rest auch einmal zusammen staucht.

Service und Essen sind hier leider nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Personal wirkt überwiegend überfordert und hilflos. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind recht hoch. Wenn der Service besser funktionieren würde, wären die Preise eher gerechtfertigt.

An sich ein tolles Restaurant mit super Lage. Würde der Besitzer seinen Service mal kontrollieren und am besten tauschen, dann wären die Leute dort sicher zufrieden. Heute Nachmittag waren wir zu zweit dort und mussten eine halbe Stunde auf unsere Getränke warten, welche dann erst nach erneutem nachfragen kamen. Speisekarten wurden uns keine gebracht, obwohl wir dort gerne etwas gegessen hätten und darum gebeten hatten. So verliert man Kunden und der Besitzer Geld.

Man muss hier sehr lange lange warte auf sein Getränk und essen, hatte Mozzarella Sticks bestellt und habe bis zu einer Stunde gewartet. Wer weiß ob das normal ist. Ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich würde das Restaurant 5* von mir bekommen, aber leider waren wir gestern 15.2.2026 sehr enttäuscht! Hat der Besitzer gewechselt? Wir hatten bestellt, und mussten dann wirklich sehr lange warten. Nach 50 Minuten habe ich dann mal gefragt wo denn unser Essen bleibt, denn um uns herum bekamen alle ihre Bestellung. Darauf hin sagte die Kellnerin das es vergessen wurde und es könnte in 5 Minuten fertig sein. Wir hatten dann abgelehnt, da wir dann nicht sicher waren ob das Essen auch durch sein wird wenn dann schnell schnell gemacht wird . Gestern war viel los , ich kann verstehen das die Kellner schnell überfordert sein können. Leider waren wir aber sehr enttäuscht das nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder so kam. Wir haben leider 1 Stunde um sonst dort gesessen und Getränke bezahlt die wir uns dann auch hätten sparen können. Sehr schade !!!!

Als erstes KEINE Kartenzahlung, was noch nicht mal ersichtlich ist.War gestern dort und hab mich dann die ganze Nacht übergeben.Angefangen das es einen sehr schmutzigen Eindruck macht und nur Barzahlung möglich ist.Eine Apfelschorle bestellt,bekommen habe ich einen undefinierbaren Saft,der nicht trinkbar war.Die Süsskartoffelpommes mit Guacamole,hat bei mir extremes Sodbrennen hervorgerufen und als ich zuhause war,fing es an das ich mich ab da an bis die ganze Nacht übergeben habe. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Der Schuppen ist "Okay" von aussen sieht es hier im ersten Moment aus alsob es ein Öffentliches WC ist, was sich auch beim genauerem hinsehen bestätigt. Der Eingang zum Restaurant ist genau von der anderen Seite. Das der Laden eine Auszeichnung gekriegt hatt bezeugt die "Qualität" des Drittklassigen TV Senders. Die Brötchen des Burgers schmecken wie ein Aufgepumptes Stück Pappe von einem Deichman Schuhkarton. Es ist okay, ich würde auch wieder kommen aber nicht wirklich eine Pommesbud die eine Auszeichnung verdient hätte. Leider Kein Kölsch aber das Bier was ausgeschenkt wird ist auch okay.

Perfect for a stopover during a journey. Absolutely attentive service from young, friendly staff. Aljoli and guacamole are homemade.

Friendly, fair price, fast, clean

I waited an hour for my coffee and a piece of cake. My companions already had their waffles and crepes and were long gone. The service was simply poor and unfriendly throughout. We paid because it took too long. Meanwhile, the waitress stood at the counter with a soda. Which is a shame, because the view and ambiance have so much to offer!

Well-intentioned advice to the boss: Get new employees. The young, dark-haired female waitress who was on shift at 5 p.m. today was beyond incompetent. She can't even greet guests, clear away dirty dishes left by previous guests that have already been taken over by flies, and can't even bring a menu after 15 minutes. Instead, she's busy on her phone and sucking on a vape. Is the minimum really that difficult? Actually a nice atmosphere, but due to the waitress's incompetence and lack of enthusiasm, I won't give this place another chance.

2 stars for the view of the Rhine. But that's about it. I wouldn't eat or drink anything here again. I ordered two sundaes at the counter (no service outside!). There was hardly any ice cream in them, but plenty of half-melted whipped cream and a bit of sauce carelessly slapped on top. The communication between the employees behind the counter was very unprofessional. One couldn't operate the whipped cream machine, another couldn't calculate 2 x €6.40 in her head, and then unfortunately couldn't use the calculator either, with the words "how does this... work?" Beautiful is simply not what one would call beautiful.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The drinks and view were great and affordable!

We just wanted to quickly pick up a takeaway drink and some ice cream for our daughter on a nice Sunday. Unfortunately, we had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. We felt the wait was very long, especially for such a small order. The prices also seemed too high, especially in relation to the service provided. The staff seemed visibly overwhelmed, which we can understand given the crowds – but they should be more prepared for good weather on weekends. It was particularly disappointing that the strawberry ice cream we wanted was already sold out, but we weren't informed of this until after a long wait. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was naturally very upset about this. Overall, the visit was unfortunately rather frustrating for us. Perhaps the process can be optimized a bit in the future when customer traffic is high – for example, through better communication and a clearer overview of the available items.

Located directly on the Rhine, it offers a beautiful view and the option to take the ferry to Mondorf. The restaurant is lovely and, when the weather is nice, there's plenty of seating. We come here often. Sometimes service takes a little longer. The staff are friendly. We enjoy the food. I can't recommend the drinks (homemade lemonades and spritzers). They're too watery and too expensive. Unfortunately, there's no good ice cream selection. Overall, though, the food is good and the surroundings are very beautiful.

Dirty and unkempt place. Tons of cigarette butts lying around on the outdoor terraces, dirty chair cushions, and when you leave the place toward the bus stop, you unfortunately also have to look at the dirty and smelly garbage dump. Service was good.

For my girlfriend and me, this is "our restaurant." We love the food, the super friendly service, and the view of the Rhine and the Rhine ferry. The interior is also great and fits the riverside atmosphere. 1 star deducted solely because of the mostly very small tables. The restrooms are a bit harder to find the first time you're there. If 100% satisfaction were a requirement, my girlfriend and I would give it 95%. ☺️

The view is very nice, the food seems to be a convenience product, my pizza tonno was clearly below Doctor Oetker level, my wife's bowl was okay but nothing more and all dishes expensive

A beautifully situated rest stop on the Rhine, ideal for a break during a bike tour along the Rhine or before or after a ferry ride across the Rhine.

We took the ferry across the river in Mondorf yesterday and treated ourselves to a pizza at the Graubi Bar. The pizza was absolutely delicious. What we particularly liked was that the two young women serving were super friendly. It was a busy day, but they didn't let it bother them; they were in a good mood and very friendly. When I told them we really enjoyed the pizza, they thanked me with a smile, and it was a genuine smile. We'd definitely be back.

It's a pleasant place to sit and look out at the Rhine. The ferry is a busy place. It's a no-go that the bike path has priority over cars. Some people speed there, which can lead to dangerous situations.

Two of us were there on Tuesday around 12:30. We were the fourth people outside. We ordered patatas bravas and currywurst with fries. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for our drinks. As the drinks were brought to our table, we ordered our food. It was slowly getting busier, and all the tables outside were occupied. The food kept coming. Meanwhile, guests who had arrived much later had their meals. Finally, after about 50 to 60 minutes, the food arrived, but the patatas and currywurst were nowhere in sight. When the patatas bravas were also ice cold, I'd finally had enough. I complained and had them sent back. I paid for the drinks and left. What's the problem with serving currywurst with fries and potato wedges with sauce? I will never go there again and will of course warn everyone else about this terrible place!

40 minutes after ordering, the waiter comes and says there's no pizza. So I don't recommend it...

I've been to the Graubi Bar several times. I think the food, the service, and the value for money are all perfectly fine. What's really unacceptable, however, is the cleanliness. This applies to both the interior and the terrace. Yesterday the terrace floor was covered in broken glass. I know the cobblestones aren't easy to keep clean, but this is simply not acceptable. I had a dog with me, and I ended up carrying it. I don't normally put dogs on the bench, but here I had to. Thank goodness I brought a blanket. The chairs and tables could also use a wipe down. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time it looked this dirty. On most visits, I had companions with me, and they immediately complained about the cleanliness. What must the toilets look like? What a shame, it could be so nice there.

The food was quite good 👍, but the beer I ordered was unfortunately warm and undrinkable in the heat. Perhaps they should chill the drinks earlier in very warm weather. The view of the Rhine is beautiful.

I was there for the first time today. The restaurant is beautifully located. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were very good. The ambiance is unique, especially given the location. Payment is cash only. Definitely worth another visit.

I was there last week. It had a lovely terrace with a view of the Rhine and the ferry. I was pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable the service staff were. The very young staff deserves great praise and recognition for this. Something like that isn't really to be expected these days. The food was good and the value for money was more than acceptable. The only negative point was the cleanliness of the restrooms and the area behind the restaurant. It looked like a garbage dump, and that's a point deducted!

A nice shop, well located, with plenty of on-street parking and a beautiful view of the Rhine. However, the restrooms are very unsanitary, and the service is sometimes very slow and uncoordinated. The atmosphere is very pleasant, but all the parked posers and the smell of barbecue are annoying and disruptive. Even though the police keep checking in, it still has an impact on the experience. We sat here with several adults and children and paid just under €50, including tips, for drinks, crepes, and pizza. I think that was perfectly fine. For a nice evening, it's definitely worth it.

Atmosphere, looking out on the water was very nice. I ate a Jägerschnitzel, the schnitzel was quite tough, the fries weren't particularly good. In my opinion, the sauce was a packet sauce, I didn't really look at the cutlery and it was dull. Conclusion: I was here for the first and last time. 1.5 hours drive for such a not really wholesome meal, no thanks.

Very small but nice place to grab a waffle and coffee with a shot and a view of the Rhine. Service Tipi Topi, price tourist-oriented.

Wonderful view of the Rhine and the ships passing by as well as the shuttle ferry. The ambience in the bar itself is unfortunately a little affected by the narrow space, but it is nicely designed. Food is really delicious! The service is nice, but you should take your time. If you know that beforehand and take it into account, everything is fine. Also good to know in advance: As of now (November 2024): Card payment is still not possible.

The food was fresh, but not that tasty. 2 stars deducted because you NOT!! can pay with card. I find it to be a complete impudence in 2024!!! The service was nice and the view of the Rhine is very nice.

Good overall package - from service and selection! Well-chilled wheat beer is served quite quickly!
