I've known the place from sight for a long time, especially of course because of the ferry pier. In fact, I was there for the first time just last night and ate something - a finger food plate. This included 2 dips of your choice. Everything very tasty!! The service was very friendly and attentive, the furnishings of the restaurant were simple but appropriate. You sit right on the Rhine, watch the ships go by - you get that holiday feeling! For me, a place where you can just relax and breathe.

Been there briefly... I wanted to order...since the beer benches are self-service...and politely asked if you could or could pay with an EC card... Answer...No...Cash only...The tone wasn't very customer friendly...the sentence next to it is just like that....🤨🤔... Then we thought... we definitely don't have to rely on everyone because of our wealth... and we invested our money somewhere else with food and all the trimmings...

Please be careful when parking. I broke my entire front in the parking lot. The only thing that came from the boss was, there is a sign, at your own risk... It's ridiculous to have so little understanding of customers

Didn't eat, just enjoyed the sundowner. Nice atmosphere, good drinks and reasonable prices. Despite the nice weather, parking wasn't a problem at all and there were plenty of nice places to hang out and chat!

No card payment. Young inexperienced staff. Unequal guest handling and no apology after you had to take the payment into your own hands. Left hungry. Someone else will be happy with my money...! The last visit during the lunch break was not pleasant at all. Unfortunately it's still not possible to pay by card, but so be it... just have a drink. Beer glass was dirty, so it was enjoyed straight from the bottle. The question about the bill was answered with “coming soon”. After coming back, orders were still taken and other customers cashed in, but they didn't ask about it until after me. It would have been polite to adhere to a customer-oriented order. But to make matters worse, another table was then covered and when I asked again they tried to fob me off with “I’ll be right back”. I then went on my own and basically paid at the counter. When asked whether this had all happened on purpose, the only answer was “No”. Not even a brief apology or a spark of insight. Shows me that the staff has not been trained or trained and has no place in service.

The Graubi Bar is generally great because the food is good, the view of the Rhine... wait!! Unfortunately, there is one thing that is so annoying that I won't go there anymore (neither will my friends). On the bank there are cars and posers playing Turkish music at a volume that lacks any consideration. The view of the Rhine becomes a view of tuned "carts". No thanks!!

The food isn't great, but it's good and filling. The service is very attentive. I think the boys and girls change more often. It's a bit chaotic at times, but everyone is nice. It's pretty good to sit directly on the Rhine, it's often windy and you may find yourself sitting on beer sets. There are also a few small tables and chairs above. If necessary, you can even get a sun lounger. I can't judge the atmosphere inside. So far I've only sat outside.

We ended up in the Graubi Bar because of the TV show 'My Local, Your Local'. The expectations were high and unfortunately were not met. The food and service can only be rated as average. There were five burgers to choose from. I chose the heartiest ingredients based on the ingredients. The dish was rather bland and lacked seasoning or a delicate sauce. My partner's vegetarian burger was well thought out in terms of ingredients but also lacked sophistication. The fries were pale and not at all crispy. With the popularity gained from television, more could be done with it. Currently only good snack bar quality.

We have been there twice since the TV broadcast. I would also like to explain my star rating. The first time we wanted to order 2 spaghetti ice cream, which wasn't available. But there was vanilla ice cream. Well, maybe the sauce was missing, who knows. Yes, the ice cream was just cold. It wasn't particularly exciting, but I'm not asking for it now either. The second time we ordered a starter (aioli with bread and dates wrapped in bacon) Main course the schnitzel and a bowl. I wanted one of the homemade iced teas, which wasn't available either. I guess I have a knack for that. Then the food came. My bowl, and the bowl of aioli was on the schnitzel plate. When I asked what was going on with the starter, I was told "the dates would be ready any minute". I canceled it, then noticed that there was no bread on the table with the aioli and we were seriously asked if we wanted the bread - we already had the aioli (on the main course plate) For me, a starter is just what it says, BEFORE the main course The bowl tasted like ready-made couscous with little to no spices. The only flavor was actually the kiwi. According to my husband, the schnitzel wasn't tasty at all, greasy breading and no nice meat. The fries were delicious. The waitresses are really very attentive and friendly. There is a deduction for the really super narrow and unfortunately unclean toilet. For the other participants at my local your local, I'm sorry if I see the bar as more of a beer garden level. The location is great especially after a walk or bike ride. We won't be eating there anymore, but you can definitely go there for a drink or a snack.

Very nice terrace right on the Rhine, there are plenty of parking spaces on the street but they are usually very full on weekends. It would be great if the operator opened the customer parking spaces and didn't forget to remove the barrier

We like coming here. The service staff is always friendly and we really like the atmosphere. You have a beautiful view of the Rhine! The prices are reasonable. Since we've only had a drink on site so far, I can't say anything about the taste of the food. Visually, other guests' dishes looked good!

2024 and no card payment is offered. It's a shame, I would have liked to eat something here. There are good providers with no fixed costs and a low transaction fee of less than 1.4%.

A really nice place for those who are close to home... always well attended and rightly so.

We actually wanted to go for a walk. But since there was still a table for two available, we spontaneously sat down there. We had a lovely time here with cappuccino and waffles, sangria and tomato soup.

Everyone feels differently, I felt very comfortable. The location right on the Rhine is great. The tapas were very tasty. I found the prices to be completely ok for the location. We wanted to stay for an hour and it ended up being three hours. Staff very friendly. We will be back

It's great that the season has started again in the Graubi. Service and food are as good as usual. The ambience has even improved with new upholstery. It's great that there is such a great beer garden on the Rhine.

We were here a few weeks ago. It was the week of the Kabel1 broadcast. I had heard about it, but I don't watch the show myself. We had chosen a table at the back on the left and were initially not served. Somehow no one was responsible for this corner. I then went to the counter a little upset. There were waitresses standing around there, but it wasn't their table. Ordering wasn't possible either. So back to the table. Finally someone came, apologized and took the order. The fresh mint tea was not as fresh as the price suggested (photo). You couldn't go wrong with the other drinks. The food was only lukewarm, but tasted okay. I think the prices are a bit high, but that's certainly due to the location. The toilet is at the back and you apparently need a chip.

The shed is "Okay" from the outside it looks at first glance that it is a public toilet, which is also confirmed upon closer inspection. The entrance to the restaurant is exactly from the other side. The lady would have been better off not taking part in My Local Your Local. That was very bad form. If you can't cook yourself, how can you judge others? A place you don't have to visit.

Arrogant and really unsympathetic. I would never go there just because of the style. 0 stars if possible. You should read the negative reviews here and take them seriously.

You can eat well and drink and jump into the Rhine after drinking and then you'll be fit again and can continue drinking, but the water is a little too fresh

A nice coffee right at the ferry dock. Delicious coffee and nice to look at. Unfortunately there is a lot of plastic packaging from the coffee biscuits on the floor. A no-go for me, especially directly on the Rhine!

Lovingly designed, with a great view of the Rhine. We didn't eat, but what went to the other tables looked good. But it's more in the direction of a "small, quick card".

The GraubiBar is a perfect excursion destination. Easily accessible by bike from Bonn or after strolling between Bornheim and Graueheindorf. Even in winter you can endure it very well - there are a few tables inside. In summer and autumn you can spend a lot of time on the terrace. Price-performance fits here in any case! The only drawback: the toilet can only be reached from outside and is open to the public (for a fee). This needs to be cleaned more frequently, especially in summer.

Sehr freundliche und bemühte Bedienung, tolles Ambiente, wenn auch stolze Preise. Wirklicher Minuspunkt: Die Toiletten waren unter aller Sau, und das, obwohl der Zugang über Schlüsselausgabe nur durch Gäste erfolgt. Edit: ein weiterer Stern Abzug weil das Geschirr leider oft schmutzig ist. Ich werte gerne wieder auf, wenn es sich bessert. Bleibe ein Stammgast.

Eine kleine aber schöne Location. Ein schöner Ort ,mit toller Aussicht zum verweilen. Die angebotenen Speisen sind verhältnismäßig sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis/Leistung top👍 Empfehlenswert!!!!

Der Pavillon bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Getränke und Speisen an. Für ein Ausflugslokal sind die Preise in Ordnung. Man sitzt dort sehr gut mit direktem Blick auf den Rhein und die Fähre nach Mondorf. Das Ambiente ist rustikal gemütlich. Kleine Tische, Biergarten Garnituren. Der Service lässt oft zu wünschen übrig. ( langsam und unorganisiert) Man sollte Zeit mitbringen; allerdings hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Ich sitze dort ganz gerne.

Bevor ich anfange zu trinken, habe ich in meinem Mojito eine tote Stubenfliege gesehen. Ich habe die Kellnerin gebeten, mein Getränk zu wechseln. Ich habe gesehen, dass sie das Glas zur Bar brachte und sie die Fliege herausnahm und sie mir das gleiche Getränk brachte. Ich habe sie gefragt, warum sie das gleiche Getränk mitgebracht hat. Sie sagte: „Wir haben die Fliege herausgenommen.“ Ist das echt??! Wie ist das in der Gastronomie akzeptabel? Ich habe ihr gesagt, dass das ekelhaft ist. Ich wollte ein neues Getränk. Sie hat das Glas zur Bar zurückgebracht und dieses Mal bin ich ihr gefolgt, um zu sehen, was sie tun. Die Leute an der Bar haben das Glas mitgenommen und ihr sofort das gleiche Glas zurückgegeben. Unglaublich! Natürlich habe ich sofort gesagt, dass ich ein ganz anderes Getränk ohne Minze möchte, weil die Minze offensichtlich nicht gewaschen wird! Schließlich brachten sie mir stattdessen einen Apperol Spritz. Der andere Kellner kam mit der Rechnung und war so stolz auf sich, dass sie mir den Flüge-Mojito nicht in Rechnung berechneten 🤣 Ich vermute, dass das Personal in diesem Restaurant teil Gecko, tel Mensch ist, weil sie kein Problem damit haben, Fliegen zu essen 🦎

Kaffee und Kuchen sind ok, nichts besonderes. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und Blick auf Rhein und Schiffe einfach schön. Immer gut für eine Pause

Ein Café im Jahr 2023 das keine Kartenzahlung anbietet finde ich einfach nur schade und traurig. Bei der Ambiente und der Aussicht und den PREISEN müsste es auch eine kartenzahlung geben.

Nach einem ersten Besuch vor einigen Monaten enttäuscht gewesen - aber jeder verdient eine 2. Chance und siehe da: Die Kritik wurde beherzigt. Waffeln und Kaffee schmecken gut! Allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man mit Karte zahlen könnte.

Am 28.05.2023 (Pfingstsonntag) anwesend. Wie leben in einer Zeit, wo Digitalisierung nicht mehr vom Alltag wegzudenken ist. Das spiegelt sich in der Gesellschaft wider, und im Alltag. Das bedeutet, egal wo man ist, ob Supermarkt, oder Tankstelle: überall wird bargeldlos bezahlt. Sogar mit Smartphone kann man Zahlungen tätigen. So weit, so gut: das bedeutet aber nicht, dass jedes Lokal Bargeld-Zahlung anbieten muss. Es bleibt jedem Restaurant überlassen, zu entscheiden, ob es diese Service anbietet oder nicht. So weit so gut, aber: die Vorgehensweise in dem Umgang mit Kunden müsste dann so sein, dass der Kunde bereits im Voraus darüber informiert werden müsste. Gestern haben wir in diesem Restaurant Platz genommen, und zufällig habe ich mir den kleinen, auf dem Tisch liegenden Austeller in die Hand genommen, nur weil ich dachte, dabei würde es sich um irgendein Angebot gehen. Dadurch habe ich ZUFÄLLIG festgestellt, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist. Das EC-Zahlung Symbol stand auf dem kleinen Aussteller rechts oben mit einem Kreuz angemerkt. Als die Rechnung kam, und ich die Mitarbeiterin nur zur Bestätigung darauf angesprochen habe, ob es tatsächlich nur Barzahlung möglich sei, antwortete sie mit einem Ja. Daraufhin argumentierte mein Partner höflich: „vielleicht wäre es schön, wenn die Kunden vorher darauf hingewiesen worden wären“. Ihre Antwort: „Es steht auf dem Tisch auf den Zettel!“ Abgesehen von der Betonnung in Ihrer Stimme (Beschreibung lasse ich lieber), hat ihre Antwort, die einerseits richtig war, denn schließlich stand auf dem kleinen Aussteller mit einem Kreuz auf das EC-Zahlungs-Symbol vorgemerkt, trotzdem einige, zwischen den Zeilen zu hörenden Argumentationen hervorgerufen: 1: Man muss davon ausgehen, dass jeder Kunde, der in dem Lokal Platz nimmt, sich den kleinen Aussteller anschaut, und dadurch informiert ist. 2: Tut der Kunde dies nicht, wird er bei der Bezahlung mit der Überraschung konfrontiert und wenn dieser Glück hat, muss er nicht aufstehen, um extra Geld abzuholen. In einer Zeit, wo man froh ist, nicht mit Bargeld unterwegs sein zu müssen. 3: Der Ton in ihrer Stimme war einer, wo der Kunde hätte wissen müssen, dass es keine Bargeldzahlung möglich ist, denn es stand auf dem Tisch eingetragen. Eine bedauerliche Situation in einem so schönen Pfingstsonntag! Ein großartiges Wetter, gute Stimmung, gute Laune, Entspannung, und dann so eine Dynamik! Dabei wäre die Lösung sehr einfach gewesen: KOMMUNIKATION. Als erfahrener Gastronom, wie ich jahrelang selbst war, kann ich mit Überzeugung sagen, dass Kommunikation das einfachste Mittel dafür ist, sodass am Ende nicht so eine Dynamik entsteht, die sich keiner wünscht. Denn, mal wieder unterwegs mit dem Fahrrad (wir waren auf einem Fahrradtour entlang des Rheins), haben wir beide nochmal das Thema kurz aufgegriffen, und waren in Unisono der Meinung, dass es sehr einfach gewesen wäre, wenn die Kunden von Anfang an kurz auf die Zahlungsmöglichkeit hingewiesen worden wären. Ich bin mir sicher, diese Vorgehensweise würde keinem was ausmachen, denn es gibt sicherlich Kunden, die sowieso ausschließlich bar bezahlen, so wie andere, die zwar mit Karte zahlen, aber Bargeld im Portemonnaie haben. Aber davon auszugehen, dass jeder Kunde von Anfang an informiert ist, nur weil ein kleiner Hinweis auf dem Tisch liegt, die Tatsache könnte schwierig sein. Eine sehr vielfältige Speisekarte, sehr leckere Gerichte, aber am Ende kann die Verdauung negativ im Magen wirken. Da wir in guter Stimmung waren, denn der Sonntag war wettermäßig sehr schön, hat der kleiner Faux-Pas von Ihrem Lokal unsere Laune nicht verdorben. Wir kämen gerne wieder vorbei (wenn diese Rezension nun uns nicht unsympatisch macht). Vielen Dank.

Blonde Kellnerin sehr unhöflich sehr schlechter Umgang mit den Kunden bin Stammkunde hier , kommen fast jeden tag her aber so ein Umgang habe ich hier noch nicht erlebt selbst 1 Stern ist schon zu viel

Bei einem Aperölchen oder sonstigem, gemütlich sitzen Schiffe, die Fähre und die vielen Radfahrer beobachten. Macht doch jeder gerne. Immer wieder.
