Very nice service, the ambience, as well as the food, has a slight French touch

Although the service was initially attentive and friendly, the food ended up being "just" average, but nothing more. However, it's manageable here if the rest of the evening goes well. A very negative aspect at the end of the visit was that immediately after our coffee, we were asked to vacate the table because other guests were already waiting. Accordingly, we decided against another glass of wine. This remains our first and last visit.

A nice little restaurant with a terrace in a pretty courtyard, serving classic French cuisine. So, that's exactly what I ordered. Escargots baked with Café des Paris butter. Delicious, but the little snails were barely noticeable in terms of flavor; they couldn't stand up to the butter. Beef Bourgignon. Very good quality meat, very intense flavor, and tender. The classic Bourgignon garnish (shallots, mushrooms, and bacon cubes, separately and not overcooked) was completely missing, replaced by coarsely chopped vegetables, lightly glazed. The real problem was the sauce. Again, tasty, glossy, but much too thick, almost mushy; it practically stuck to the knife. Therefore, not really satisfied.

I had the entrecôte; the meat and sauce were delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were only slightly salted, but also very well cooked. The mashed cheese was also delicious, but in my opinion, the cheese flavor was a bit lacking. The service was very friendly and presented the daily specials at the table. All in all, in terms of value for money, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Münster for me.

Hello dear restaurant team, Thank you so much for the lovely and delicious evening in your beer garden. Four of us ate at the restaurant on a Friday around 6:00 PM. We had made a reservation in advance (important, as the restaurant is very small), and since the weather was lovely, we got a lovely seat in the beer garden in the back courtyard. One of the two lovely and very friendly waitresses presented us with the small but delicious menu. We ordered the avocado and cucumber gazpacho for starters, and the beef bourguignon, pork medallions with Dijon mustard sauce, and the meat duo for main courses. For dessert, we had the cappuccino parfait and the cheese selection. We enjoyed all the dishes, except for the gazpacho (which lacked a bit of flair and spice for us). All the ingredients were high-quality and freshly prepared. When choosing the cheese, please note that it consists mainly of soft cheeses. The service was excellent; everyone was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home in a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed the evening with delicious food and a nice glass of wine/pilsner for longer than expected. We consider the value for money to be good, even if the prices seem a bit high at first. We'll definitely be back.

This was our first time there and we were absolutely thrilled. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding. A place with a "living room" feel. We will definitely be back.

Small but nice location with its own charm. The food was excellent, very well seasoned and attractively presented. The presentation of the menu was exceptionally beautiful and with great attention to detail. We'd love to come back.

Everything was freshly prepared, but the food was missing that certain something. A little salt and pepper would have been enough. So some things were a bad path. It's annoying that the counter force feels like it's on your nerves and overhears everything. Very uncomfortable!!! If the counter staff didn't watch you so closely and spiced it up a little it would be 5 stars. So they are benevolent 3. We were there again in 2024. it was a little better than last time. Today we were also asked if we would like salt and pepper. The two cellar ladies were very nice but both a bit unkempt. There was no nightcap and the fish was just fine.

I went to Orleans for the first time with my dad for dinner on Sunday. I moved around the corner myself and we wanted to test something different than the usual suspects. Small restaurant with excellent service and great cuisine. The owner cooks herself. Not an easy concept, without outdoor dining. But really very convincing. The price is more than fair for the food offered. We shared the current salad with goat cheese and asparagus beforehand. For the main course we shared the beef bourguignon and the pork fillet in the Dijon mustard sauce, as well as the mousse a chocolate as dessert. It was outstanding. Really fantastically prepared. Every single dish. The service was also convincing. Even if not as regularly as the one gentleman who comes every Sunday, we will definitely come back. Furthermore, it was no problem getting into the restaurant with my dad's wheelchair. Maybe a further plus for one or two handicapped guests.

The food is very well cooked! In addition, the atmosphere and service are above average. There aren't too many tables in it, but you can also sit in the garden if it's a little warm.

Nice little restaurant in Münster. Food is delicious and beautifully prepared to look at. Service staff very hospitable, but not intrusive. A bit noisy, especially with loud neighbors at the table.

Wonderfully delicious, perfect from the starter to the dessert… plus great, charming service. Were there for the fourth time, the atmosphere is inviting, cozy - due to its size it is very authentic.

An unexpected surprise! When we visited Münster again, we wanted to eat traditional Westphalian food, but everything was reserved. So we end up at Orleans by chance - a very friendly welcome when we made the reservation, which was confirmed by the attentive, reserved service. And then more traditional French cuisine, which is rarely found today. Delicate onion soup, perfectly gratinated with French mountain cheese. The mousse au chocolate also deserves special praise. Very good price-performance ratio, even with the selected small wine list with a nice selection even when consumed by the glass. Rewarding!

Reserviert und leider doch nicht gekonnt (Arbeit in einer Klinik…) beim Anruf um abzusagen hat mich die Reaktion leider sehr negativ überrascht. Wow… was für ein Ton - und wir dachten es ist wenigstens nett Bescheid zu geben aber dann meldet man sich besser überhaupt nicht, dann spart man sich diesen Ton. Hat sich damit auch erledigt, wir verzichten auf sowas sehr gerne auch in Zukunft und geben keinerlei Empfehlungen für das Orleans weiter.

Küche: Qualitativ wertig, frisch. Service: Aufmerksam, sehr freundlich.

Geheimtipp! Super Essen, perfekter Service und angenehme Atmosphäre mit wunderschönem Biergarten! Immer einen Besuch wert. Nächste Mal gerne noch eine Kleinigkeit aufs Haus. Bei Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachtisch dürfte das drin sitzen. 😋🙌

Ich habe immer wieder satt und äußerst zufrieden diesen gemütlichen Ort, gerne zur Sommerzeit im Garten, verlassen, freue mich über die relativ kleine Karte der angebotenen Speisen und große Karte an hochwertigen Getränken. Die Speisen sind mit Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitet, die Qualität über jeden Zweifel erhaben, in der Küche waltet ein guter Geist, der genau weiß, was er macht. Der Service ist unaufdringlich aufmerksam und sehr professionell in seinem Wirken. Ich empfehle zu reservieren...

Wir waren gestern mit der Familie im Orleans. Das Essen war sehr lecker, toll abgeschmeckt und sehr schön angerichtet. Für unsere Tochter hat die Küche ganz flexibel reagiert, vielen Dank. Die Weinkarte ist klein, aber fein. Sehr gut zusammengestellt. Bedienung und Service äußerst zuvorkommend. Ein mega Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in toller Atmosphäre. Wir kommen sicherlich jetzt öfter.

Ich habe einen wundervollen Silvesterabend mit einem ganz toll abgestimmtem und super leckerem 5 Gänge-Menü im Orléans verbracht. Außerdem war der Service freundlich, kompetent und sehr aufmerksam. Ich kann das Orléans wärmstens empfehlen. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Neben dem hervorragenden Essen gibt es sehr gute Weine und viele tolle und leckere Getränke. Es ist außerdem sehr gemütlich, mit Geschmack und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich kann Euch dieses Restaurant mit Ihrer sehr netten Chefin nur ans Herz legen. Probiert es aus. Von mir 5 Sterne und beide Daumen hoch.Ich komme bald wieder!

Gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit echter Wohnzimmer-Atmosphäre. Exzellenter Service, überschaubare aber zugleich breit gefächerte Karte, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Gute Beratung, tolle ergänzende Tageskarte, exklusiver Genuss.

So unscheinbar von außen aber unbedingt zu besuchen. Super leckere Speisen, sehr gut ausgewählte Zutaten und sehr kompetente und freundliche Bedienung.

Ware dort Freitag zur Hochzeit von nachmittags bis in die späte Nacht 🌃 von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute hatte man sich top wohlgefühlt, alles gut organisiert vom Kaffee ☕ bis abends wo es geiles Essen gab die Crew war super drauf es war nie ein Glas leer und man hatte sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles I.O.ist,auch im Biergarten kann man nur empfehlen danke an alle für den Abend 👍👍👍😎

Klasse! Vielen Dank für ein tolles Restauranterlebnis. Mir fällt wenig ein, was sich verbessern ließe. Der Start war ein bisschen holprig, da der reservierte Tisch nicht frei wurde von der vorhergehenden Reservierung. Kann passieren. Danach von Küche, Service und Bar alles perfekt. Das Angebot an Aperitif, Wein und Digestif ist für ein so kleines Restaurant überragend.
