We were there with a group of 26 people. We sat in a kind of private room, which was exactly right for that number of people. The ambiance is definitely harmonious and fits the concept there. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to parking and accessibility. We opted for the all-you-can-eat tarte flambée. We could choose from all the offered varieties. And there are so many different ones. The taste was really, really good👍🏼 I would have liked to have more, but drinks were also necessary that evening😉 The service of the two nice young ladies on this Thursday evening was particularly noteworthy. The place was generally full; our group was there, and, as we were told, the bowling alley was also occupied. However, everything went really smoothly and, considering the number of guests, quickly. We were always greeted with a smile. Thanks again for that. A big thank you to the kitchen, I think they really put a lot of effort into it 😅 Our overall conclusion about the evening: it's highly recommended. A visit is definitely worth it 🙂🤙🏼

The selection of tarte flambée is really good, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is a bit distracting; at times, it felt like a train station. It would also be nice if they heated the place more; it was unfortunately very chilly.

We had dinner here during a short break in Münster. It was busy. They offer many different types of tarte flambée, freshly prepared. It had an absolutely beautiful, thin base topped with fresh ingredients. It was truly delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the restaurant being full.

Super cozy place, delicious tarte flambée, and friendly staff. The decor is very original with its many empty wine crates, and the waiters look very stylish in their le feu aprons. Restrooms are also modern and clean. The toute le monde selection allows you to try many varieties.

A very nice restaurant with friendly service and a modern ambiance. The large selection of tarte flambée variations is particularly impressive – fresh, crispy, and varied. The drinks menu also complements the menu very well and rounds out the evening. However, the dining concept works much better with larger groups than just two, and when the place is full, it can get quite noisy. Overall, though, it's a recommended place for social gatherings.

Unfortunately, our evening was ruined by the very poor service. The tarte flambée is really good, but we wanted to take advantage of the all-you-can-eat offer and ended up only getting two tarte flambées in over two hours. Our first order was forgotten and took about 45 minutes. The second was mixed up and we received the wrong tarte flambée. Unfortunately, the third tarte flambée we ordered never arrived. We were literally the last guests in the restaurant and still our food never arrived. Even when we wanted to pay, we waited another 20 minutes for service and finally paid at the counter. We were there on a Friday and were very understanding at first because it was very busy, but after three botched orders, we just wanted to go home. If we go to LeFeu again, we'll probably go to the other location in Münster.

Wonderful staff, central location, beer garden (do try my favourite brand Zwickel) and calm atmosphere. Their tarte flambée alsacienne is my go-to food and at just short of 11 euros it's best value for money and leaves mucho dinero for drinks.

Our second visit to Le Feu. Both times we enjoyed the vegetarian food and the excellent selection of beer and wine. During our most recent visit we had mobility issues and we're assisted by a very kind waiter. Both times the wait staff was excellent.

Huge selection of flammkuchen. If I remember correctly, about 50. It tasted very good. Friendly service. The atmosphere could have been a bit more cheerful, in my opinion. For a restaurant that pretends to be French or wants to project it, it's a bit disappointing. Definitely worth a return visit.

Positive: A very large selection and the food arrived quickly. Negative: It was generally delicious, but we both had stomach aches afterward. Also, a wasp flew into my Coke, almost drowned, but somehow managed to crawl out. Good for the wasp, bad for me. Because when I asked if I could have a new Coke (sorry, who doesn't find that disgusting), I would have had to pay for it. I find that a disgrace and not at all customer-friendly.

I had the tarte flambée of the month with tomatoes, arugula, olive oil, etc. Everything was very dry. I've had this dish at other restaurants, and the tarte flambée (with sour cream, among other things) tasted much better there. When I told the waitress that I didn't like the food very much, she reacted irritably.

I was very satisfied! But I think they removed the berry dream (or something like that, like tarte flambée) at some point, which is a shame.

Carelessly thrown together, these tarte flambées taste like nothing. The value for money isn't right. One star for the good service.

Great food and attentive service

Hello, today, Saturday, July 5, 2025, we were outside in the restaurant. We were approached to find a seat. They noticed us, but that was it. After 15 minutes, we walked past the aforementioned minimum-wage assistant toward the parking lot. Sorry, things go downhill fast with that staff!

Very tasty flammkuchen, variety of biers. Great ambience.

Super friendly service! The tarte flambée was tasty, but a little underseasoned. There's still room for improvement. There's a lot of traffic noise outside.

A real insider tip for tarte flambée lovers! The restaurant offers very interesting and creative variations of the classic tarte flambée – absolutely delicious and something a little different. The food was delicious. The value for money is also good: fair prices for good quality. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely be back and can only recommend it.

Unfortunately the place was pretty understaffed and yet they accepted an all you can eat menu for our larger group. Because there weren't enough staff, we had to wait a really long time for our food, even when the place wasn't full. At times it was almost an hour between servings. That's why some of us wanted to go home hungry. We wanted to talk to the manager, but unfortunately she wasn't there on that understaffed day and she didn't really take our wishes into account, nor did she take into account the fact that we had to eat for hours so that at least most of us were full. Luckily the staff there were friendly and tried to accommodate us. Nevertheless, I wouldn't eat here and would go to the other Le Feu outside.

The food was very tasty. I recommend all-you-can-eat. Service was also good, although sometimes it took a little longer, but the place was very busy. We generally had a nice outdoor seating, but the street was noisy, but bearable. Addendum: I've been there three times now. Unfortunately, the wait times have gotten longer and longer. It wasn't fun. The food is still very tasty.

Super delicious tarte flambée and a nice atmosphere!

LeFeu's concept is simply brilliant. They serve delicious tarte flambées that you can share as a small group, virtually "all you can eat." This gives you the chance to try many of their tarte flambée creations. In addition to the classic tarte flambée, there is a huge selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Finally, you should definitely finish with one of their sweet tarte flambées.

The tarte flambée was a dream. The Pinot Gris was wonderful. But not exactly cheap.

Just disappointed. We arrived early before opening and were asked to come back. Said; did. Since we came from a long way away and were really hungry, we were really looking forward to eating. We got our drinks in a good time, however we were forgotten afterwards. More and more customers came and they were served more like we were. While even groups of all you can eat got the second round, we still received nothing. We can't even be mad at the waitress because he was the only one there. However, we had to go home hungry because we lost our appetite at the end. Better planning from the branch manager would be advisable.

To try out many variations of tarte flambée, it's worth choosing the all-you-can-eat version for the entire table (4 people). Two tarte flambées are always served at the same time and an order for the new ones is taken straight away. My favorite wild garlic with fatty paste - only available seasonally.

Unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable evening. We sat in a spot right by the door to the toilet\bowling alley, people were constantly walking past us, it would be very crowded and loud at times. People were standing right at our table. When we responded, we were asked to sit directly at the counter. This also has nothing to do with a cozy atmosphere. The food is good, the atmosphere is not.

Arthur is a bird - the fire is a grand catastrophe. That sums up my French skills and my experiences at Le Feu to a T. We were here with a group (16 people) on a weekday evening, spread across two tables of 8 people each. Otherwise, two tables of 4 and one table of 6 were already occupied - based on the dining room, occupancy was around 10%. We were all there for the first time and found the all-you-can-eat offer for €25 per person appealing - at least our table of 8 did; at the other table, the tendency was to order individually. After 15 minutes, the first drinks order was taken. It didn't seem particularly quick to us, but no matter. When ordering the food, we experienced some truly adventurous customer service. Our mistake: as a group, you can only order all-you-can-eat if you order as a whole group. One table of 8 was all-you-can-eat (always three tarte flambées for 8 people, once they're empty, you can reorder) and the other table of 8 was an individual order, definitely not possible. It says so on the menu, so inflexible, but okay. So we all looked at the menu again to order individually. 10 minutes later, the waitress came back. Surprise: since she said all-you-can-eat wasn't possible, now 16 people want to order their tarte flambées individually. Her comment: If you all order individually, the kitchen won't be able to handle it. At first, we thought they were playing tricks on us. But no, unfortunately, not. Nobody could have guessed that people in a restaurant with only tarte flambée on the menu would want to order tarte flambée..... Then your brilliantly thought-out suggestion: We could always order a tarte flambée together for 2-3 people and share it, and then the next one, and so on... Our summary to you: So we'll do what we would have done with an all-you-can-eat option, only we'll pay more because each tarte flambée is billed individually, because otherwise your kitchen would be overwhelmed? Her face: et boum - c'est le choc. Despite a brief realization that this somehow didn't come across so well, that was the mode we started in. It was better that way, because even with this approach, the last of the first 6 tarte flambées arrived after 1.5 hours..... We were also served by a (I hope) new service specialist, who apparently hadn't been let out by his parents very often. A colleague orders a wheat beer - gets a pilsner. An employee arrives with two tarte flambées: "I have two tarte flambées here." Applause. The menu has about 30 varieties. Our question: which ones? "I don't know." Mon Dieux, then just look at what's on it. You might be able to tell the difference between bacon and salmon visually. The poor guy is truly helpless. Yes, everyone has to start over, but a tiny bit of commitment doesn't hurt, even in a part-time job. It was just a drop in the ocean in the ocean in the not-so-hot tarte flambée oven... The quality of the tarte flambée itself was good, lots of variety, good, thin crust. The appetizers were also delicious. It's a shame that this fact somehow faded into the background during our visit. All in all, we sat for a long time and were hungry for a long time, as the tarte flambées took a while to cook...actually a nice concept, but extremely unsatisfactory in its execution. Then, when it came to payment, the circle came full circle: everyone paid individually - could we bill by the table? Oh, so you can view the tables separately when paying, but not when ordering? Magasin de jus.....(loosely translated).

We ended up at the Schlossplatz in Münster because of the fair and just stumbled in. And it was the best decision of the day. We enjoyed everything 100%. Service was super friendly and super fast. Food was quick and delicious. The price was completely reasonable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We'll be coming here more often! Thank you so much!

This restaurant is fully recommended. The “Flammkuchen All You Can Eat” offer is characterized by an extraordinarily diverse selection. It is strongly recommended that you reserve a table in advance, especially on weekends, in order to avoid waiting times or possible unavailability of a seat.

A rollercoaster of emotions 🎢 Cuisine: 4 stars Service: A gallant zero When you go to a restaurant, you expect a bit of entertainment - and we got that here, although completely different than we expected. Here is our adventure: 1. The bread dilemma Hummus, olives and sun-dried tomatoes for 8 people? Sounds promising - until we were served the proud four slices of bread (instead of the promised tarte flambée chips). No problem, we thought, we'll just ask for more bread. The answer: “I have to ask.” After consulting the house’s bread ambassador, the good news came: “You can have it, but I have to pay for it.” Wow, what generosity! The reorder then took a slim 10 minutes - long enough for the olives and tomatoes to have been eaten. 2. DIY Table Management: The tarte flambées came on impressive wooden boards, but wait – the plates were still on the table! We were instructed in a didactic tone to stack the plates ourselves, otherwise there would be no room for the boards. Finally a restaurant that teaches us the importance of initiative. Service 2.0! 3. The Knife Manifesto: You eat tarte flambée with your hand – we now know that. But beware, someone asks for a knife. The first waiter brought the tools after politely reprimanding us. The second waitress came a few minutes later with another knife and wordlessly rolled her eyes at our polite refusal. Customer service at the highest level! 4. Hummus? Never heard: The bowl with chicken was the star of the evening - at least 19 euros for couscous, a bit of salad and... no hummus. When we kindly pointed out that this ingredient was missing, we received no apology but the offer: “Would you like vegetable chips instead?” When we asked whether we could charge for the dessert instead of the 4 euro chips, the sobering answer came: “No, that’s a lot more expensive.” In the end there was a two whole euro discount. Management seems to be taking a course in generosity here. Conclusion: The kitchen does a great job, the ambience is suitable for tarte flambée - the service, on the other hand, could easily write a new chapter in a book about anti-gastronomy. For anyone who wants to experience an interactive theater performance, this restaurant is the place to be. Unfortunately, throughout the entire visit one had the impression that guests were more of a burden than welcome visitors. We still laugh – unfortunately not out of joy.😃

I will no longer buy vouchers for Le Feu! Like many people here, I haven't written a review yet. But today's experience was hard to beat... We were eating at Le Feu in Münster today and wanted to pay with a voucher that I received as a gift for Christmas last year. The waitress then disappeared with the voucher and then told us that it was no longer valid because it was older than a year... As far as I know and have googled, the vouchers are valid for three years and therefore are we went to the boss to complain. She also knew about three years, but told us that the administration was difficult and the money would not be released. She definitely wouldn't pay the money out of her own pocket. She wasn't interested in the fact that we were now paying twice for the meal. Rather, we should complain and put pressure on the administration and they wished us good luck with it. However, if there are difficulties in a franchise, that is not our problem. We just wanted to have a nice evening and redeem our voucher. Overall, the food was delicious, but I would never buy a voucher for le Feu again because you don't know whether you can redeem it because there is either stress with the administration or the redemption period has expired. By the way, today is December 8th, 2024 and the voucher was purchased on December 5th, 2023.... No sensitivity...

The food was mixed: some dishes were really tasty, others were rather disappointing. What was particularly annoying, however, was the all-you-can-eat offer, which came with countless rules and restrictions - which took the fun out of the whole thing. Unfortunately, the bowling alley was a real negative: it had a strong, musty cellar smell that made staying there unpleasant. Overall, unfortunately no recommendation (anymore).

Tarte flambée lovers will get their money's worth here. The All You Can Eat is recommended for more than two people. The larger the group, the more different tarte flambées you can try - because the large selection really leaves nothing to be desired in its creative constellations. Top!

I'll put it this way...we won't be coming back. It's not what it used to be. We took the buffet. We had to call the service several times to order the next round, even though there were only two others in the restaurant besides us, which is something we know differently. The tarte flambée itself was ok, as long as you don't expect it to be well topped. 2 slices of ham or 4 small slices of Corizo ​​are anything but great value for money. On top of that, we were forced to take petit (small tarte flambée) twice by the service... Basically we can understand what this is supposed to be about. You don't want to throw anything away because you might. doesn't manage. We still just didn't feel comfortable with it, according to the motto "take the smaller ones, they're cheaper for us". We paid the buffet for €26 with large tarte flambées and not for small ones. For us, price-performance is absolutely no longer justified and in the future we would rather make it ourselves at home with more toppings that we don't have to look for.

You immediately feel at home when you enter the restaurant because the ambience is so loving and the service welcomes you in a friendly and courteous manner. However, based on the good reviews on the internet, we expected more from the food - unfortunately, both the portion size and the taste of the tarte flambée didn't appeal to us at all. Unfortunately, they were not well topped and the cream itself was almost completely missing. Besides, even I was still really hungry after a tarte flambée, my friend even more so. Salt and pepper were missing at the table and on the tarte flambée, but I received the same when I asked. Another point of criticism: After what felt like 2 minutes the tarte flambée was already cold. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it because of the food, but if you want to have a drink and sit comfortably, it's definitely fine.

We were there as a large group and all took all you can eat (only recommended if you are very hungry, otherwise it wouldn't be worth it). Actually everything was very tasty and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we usually had to wait a long time for the next round (sometimes 30 minutes or more). One round was even completely forgotten and was only noticed by the staff after 45 minutes.

We came after a 6-hour drive with our 2-year-old son, who was clearly unbearable. The team, however, gave us a very warm welcome and went out of their way to entertain him as much as possible. Thank you for this kind welcome despite this little demon! The tartes flambées are the best I have ever eaten and yet I stayed in Alsace for a long time. This is clearly an address that I recommend. A quick note if your restaurant is looking for a new tarte flambée recipe: Munster is a French cheese, which is sometimes found on French tartes flambées. I expected to find Munster in Münster! 😊

I really enjoyed the Flammkuchen here, they're not small and can quite well fill you up. It's nice to go in a larger group so you can share and experience different flavours. Having said that, I do think they are rather expensive. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, and the outdoor area is perfect on a warm day.

It's really worth it with all you can eat, otherwise too expensive for individual tarte flambées. Still very tasty!

Le Feu is very well located and the tarte flambée was also very tasty. The selection is extremely large, there are even vegan and vegetarian tarte flambées made in the “meatless Alsatian style”. Highly recommended for taste! However, the service seemed overwhelmed. Orders were mixed up, I first received a tarte flambée from the next table and unfortunately the drink wasn't the one I ordered. A visitor at the next table was upset about this, but unfortunately the service didn't respond to it diplomatically. The ambience is okay, although I would recommend sitting outside despite the main street. It is quite dark inside and has a bit of a “village pub” feel to it. You have to like it, but it wasn't mine.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Don't miss the chance to take the Flammkuchen "tour" tout le monde which, for a fixed fee, allows you to taste all the savory and sweet Flammkuchen you want. We chose everything vegan and it was really excellent. The menu clearly indicates which Flammkuchen you can request in a vegan version. There are so many choices.

We've been there several times before. Last time we got a bill from the other table, which was noticeable because there were only two of us sitting there and not in a large group. Today it was said that the kitchen was already closed because there weren't many reservations. That at 9:15 p.m. at Send was really a shame and sad.

We were there on a Saturday lunchtime with a group of eight. Unfortunately the waiting time for the food was about 3/4 hour. After we couldn't even place our first order after 15 minutes, we left the restaurant again. Too bad!

Another of the “musts” in Münster. Flammkuchen are obviously the specialty, but other options are excellent too. The food is awesome, the staff is super friendly, the place is super cosy and in summer the terrace is an extra plus.

We were disappointed with the service at Le Feu today. We wanted to redeem a voucher from NeoTaste. Before eating we were assured that this would be taken into account when paying. When paying, however, it was said that the voucher could not be redeemed because the number of vouchers for today had been exhausted. The voucher promotion period is valid on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., we ate around 1:30 p.m. Incomprehensible and totally annoying.
