Almost everything was cold. Choice very little. Even the Fanta was disgusting. The sauces like a poorly made Knorr sauce.

A really nice and inexpensive restaurant. Even our children - who don't like going to restaurants - really like it here. Of course, the so-called “cat robot” helps. He brings the self-prepared dishes from the grill directly to the table and is just as friendly as the rest of the “staff”. This is of typical quality, the selection is good and every wish is fulfilled upon request. Since the drinks (soft drinks and water) are already included in the price and because there are multi-tiered prices for children, the overall price is absolutely right.

Good value for money. You also have to look at how much you pay. The selection at the buffet isn't very large but the items on offer were fresh and warm. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were in the middle of it. Month there and it wasn't overcrowded and full. I found this very pleasant. The tables were clean and the toilets were clean too. We will certainly come back when we are nearby.

There used to be more choice there, food was more cold than warm. I have to get back to my old strength before I can award more points🙈 now that I was there again today to give it a second chance. Unfortunately, I have to say that nothing has changed except that it has become even more expensive. It remains at 1 star 😡😡😡

I recently visited this Chinese restaurant and to be honest I was a bit disappointed. The food was okay – nothing special, but not bad either. Typical middle class dishes that serve their purpose, but offer no culinary highlights. The ambience was also average - clean and functional, but lacking any particular charm or atmosphere. What really stunned me, however, was the look into the kitchen: the cook was standing there with a lit cigarette in his mouth! Hygiene and cleanliness are the be-all and end-all in a restaurant and this was truly unacceptable. It completely shattered my trust in the kitchen and handling the food. Something like this should absolutely not happen in a professional restaurant business. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Unfortunately, after this experience I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Cheap Chinese Restaurant! Something for every taste. The restaurant should be renovated. The employees are very hard working and the robot is a nice gimmick! 🤖

At the entrance the money would be collected immediately. There were towels in the women's toilet and people would vomit on the floor, definitely never again.

The review from the lady in front of me is total nonsense! I can absolutely recommend this buffet restaurant. I go here very often and the food is delicious, everything is cooked perfectly and nothing is raw! The staff are very attentive. The plates are taken from the table very quickly so that there isn't a mountain of plates piling up. Furthermore, the selection is quite large and it is always refilled very quickly if something is empty. The lady in front of me recommends the Gourmet Tempel on Bornstr, it is the worst buffet restaurant in Dortmund, the employees work there in sweatpants and the food is frozen goods.

Were there again today after a long time. But I have to say that it was very disappointing. Quality of the meat was very poor, cold, everything tasted the same. The fried fish was still raw 🤢. Straciatella quark was as if it was bad (tasted bitter)🤮🤮🤮 The watermelon was overripe (very soft) Staff very unfriendly, children aged 10 and over count as adults.??!! You could have said it normally. Tone of voice was not appropriate. Waited at the table for 30 minutes to pay. Then went to the front...Paid plus a tip. And then didn't even get a fortune cookie.😡😡😡Kids were very sad Our conclusion: Better go to Bornstrasse.😉 Never go here again!!!

Drinks are included, but the selection of drinks is very limited and self-service. Coffee and beer must be paid additionally.

I finally wanted to give a review, We've been eating there for years. The food is always hot and delicious too. The staff is friendly and the used dishes are cleared away immediately. Will be going back soon!!!

Price-performance is great...everything was delicious...the only thing that bothers me are the heavy chairs that you can hardly move...otherwise everything was great!

Very friendly service, great food, nice atmosphere. These heavy chairs are sometimes difficult to tame. There is a very large amount of ready-made dishes. What I missed here was the selection of fresh vegetables to grill. This automated cat that brings food to the table is cute. A great way to reduce the work pressure of those working there. Was there for the second time and was very satisfied.

Truly extraordinary! The best Chinese I've ever eaten at! Friendly! Everything fresh, everything refilled immediately! There was nothing that I didn't like. I have a suggestion for improvement for the toilets. Please update something! There were only 2 toilets open and only one faucet that you had to press the whole time. Update: The toilets have been renewed! Looks good and everything is fine!

Chinese restaurant with the "classic" buffet. The quality of the food is good and is replaced relatively quickly if something is no longer available. We like to eat Asian food sometimes, but since there is usually only a buffet and only rarely à la carte, it's a compromise for us. You can't go wrong here and you can also go out to eat with a group, but unfortunately it's always just a buffet.

Great price-performance ratio. Buffet and drinks for 22 euros. I think it's the cheapest place we've visited at the moment. What more do you need.

Very tasty, selection more than enough, you can always find something .. Prices are unfortunately quite high, but okay... Edith* we were there on Saturday, this time we weren't so happy, the food was lukewarm at most, the prawns were still in their shell.. What's totally annoying: naughty children running around the entire dining room, which is extremely annoying when you want to eat in peace! It's nothing new that parents no longer raise their children, but as an operator you simply HAVE to say something!! Update: the problem with the children remains, there is screaming and running in the dining room, what are the parents actually doing??? They probably eat far away from the screaming, er, playroom

Unfortunately we were very disappointed yesterday. The food was no longer warm and was sometimes really hard and dry. The containers weren't filled very well either, but rather sparsely filled. It wouldn't have been a problem if the containers weren't well filled, but the food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately none. The drinks are also not that good because they rely on syrup. Two syrup containers were also empty and only water came out. Unfortunately my last visit.

Very nice staff. The selection of food is great, there is even slush ice cream and soft ice cream, which the children are of course very happy about. Everything tastes good too. Unfortunately, the churros taste like chicken. The drinks are also free, so the price is very reasonable.

Yes, a good old all you can eat and drink Chinese. I think this thing was once an Aldi. If you have it prepared, a robot cat will bring it to the table, really fun. Quality is really ok and lots of selection. Go there every now and then

We were there with a communion group. We were about 30 people. I didn't like the food. The service didn't understand orders and then brought something similar. I had the impression that the service was overwhelmed.

Drinks from plastic cups? Lukewarm food, some meat not cooked through, others completely fried to death... It was our first and last time eating here! Paid just under €95 for 4 people and as a bonus the whole night left your stomach rumbling. Thank you too!

We ate there yesterday and unfortunately we can't recommend it. Around 7 p.m. almost everything at the buffet was empty (open until 9:30 p.m.) and it wasn't refilled. When I asked about something specific, I was told to please eat something else. Ice cream was completely empty and wasn't refilled even at this time and other desserts were also empty. It's clear that you don't cook a ton of food at this time of day, but you should still have enough food on hand and stock up on things like ice cream that aren't bad the next day.

Have been here several times and have always been satisfied. Of course you can never compare a buffet with à la carte, but the quality of the food is still good and fresh supplies are regularly delivered. The soft drinks included in the price are definitely a bonus point.

We give well-intentioned 3 stars. We were there for the first time today. Unfortunately for us it will be the last time. We also explain why. The drinks only tasted like water (whether lemon or iced tea). Then the food was no longer hot. And there were only small portions in the respective containers and were not refilled. Overall, the frying was really tasty, but I only had prawns fried; my companions were happy with the fried meat. So if you want to eat cheaply, don't expect too much here.

Was eating a buffet for the first time. Unfortunately I have to say that my food isn't OK either. But getting drinks and eating everything myself is just not my thing. The waiting time for extra drinks orders was quite long. So all in all I felt more like I was in a canteen.

There were about 30 of us, it was really great, it was very tasty, it was always delivered after everyone had everything. The table was always covered when we were finished with one session, I can really recommend it

Good selection and good service

We were there on the weekend. I was pretty disappointed. I celebrated my birthday there and the atmosphere there was not pleasant. From 8:30 p.m. we waited until we finally left. From then on nothing was refilled. There were still a lot of guests in the house, but nothing was noticeable anymore. I was really waiting for churros and banana balls for example... so in the end there wasn't even any dessert. The machines were turned off, slush ice cream...there was just a note saying it was out of order. The store is open until 10 p.m., but apparently they close down at 8:30 p.m. We paid and afterwards there was neither a thank you nor a nice evening. Very bad service! I liked the large selection.

Was here for the second time now. Very good buffet, the noodles weren't that tasty this time. Likewise the chocolate pudding, which tasted very much like water. The tiramisu and the fried vanilla cream score points. It's not oriental but rather Chinese. I can highly recommend it. You always get a place, even without a reservation. There is enough parking space in front of the restaurant. The price is also completely ok at around 25 euros including soft drinks.

Poor selection, terrible drinks, everything tastes like water. The whole buffet has no taste. Chocolate fountain disgusting, totally liquid and light and the chocolate didn't get hard at all. Unfortunately it's no longer what it was. No longer recommended. There really is better...

Are pretty upset. Since we, as regular guests, have always been able to take our dog with us (on weekdays AND also on weekends), we were told this evening that we had to leave again because of our dog. It was explained to us that bringing dogs into the restaurant was only permitted on weekdays, but was not possible on weekends due to an increased number of guests. However, there were a lot of free tables where we could have been seated, so we couldn't understand this decision and we were forced to leave the location and will avoid this restaurant on weekdays in the future.

Große Auswahl am Buffet und das Essen schmeckt gut. Wer möchte kann sich auch sein eigenes Gericht zubereiten lassen.

Waren wir früher gerne und oft im OG, so passt heute Preis/Leistung nur noch zusammen, wenn man entsprechend viel verzehrt. Die Preise haben sich fast verdoppelt (Corona, Ukraine), ohne das es dafür einen echten Mehrwert gibt… Schade

Super Super Genial Toll Auswahl ist SUPER nicht zuviel nicht zu wenig. SUPER ist das man auch selber aussuchen kann wieviel an Soße für den Grill auswählen kann. GENIAL ist das Dessert Buffet unteranderen verschiedene Eissorten + Softeis. War ein Toller Geburtstag

Das Essen ist Okay wenn es dann mal aufgefüllt ist aber leider sehr lau warm. Die Getränke sind ice Tee, limo, Cola, Wasser mal normal und in zero... Ist nichts besonderes.. Die Gläser sind so klein das man alle drei schlücke sich wieder anstellen muss. Im ganzen gesehen gibt es bessere all you can eat buffet, wo Kaffee und mehr Softdrinks drin sind. Einmal zum testen und nie wieder.

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Essen war fantastisch und stets frisch und alles heiß. Preis-Leistung war angemessen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zügig mit dem abräumen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Roboterkatze die einem das Essen an den Tisch bringt, welches man zuvor frisch zubereiten lässt. Dafür daß es ein umgebauter Lidl ist, sind die Räumlichkeiten fabelhaft. Leider gibt es einen Stern Abzug für die Sanitäranlagen, die für meine Verhältnisse gerne etwas sauberer sein könnten. Ansonsten gerne jederzeit wieder 🙂

Essen war teilweise recht kühl gewesen Der Service war unterirdisch...Nachbar Tisch hatte sich Fleisch zubereiten lassen und jedes Mal hielt die Bedienung meinen Mann den Teller unter der Nase und jedes Mal hatte sie ihren Daumen direkt am essen liegen..Teller wurde kaum abgeräumt aber dafür wom fast volles Glas..Brauchten wahrscheinlich Gläser weil so gut wie keine mehr dort standen. Unfreundlich war man auch noch...Die Bedienung sollte auf Anweisung noch einen Tisch an der Wand stellen. Wir und der Nachbar Tisch machten sie drauf aufmerksam das da niemand mehr vorbei kommt..Schnipsig ging sie erst weg,kam wieder und nahm den Tisch weg und knurrte sich was in den Bart. Nie wieder..

Leider kann ich keine 5 Sterne geben,da das Lokal als Behinderten gerecht eingestuft wird.Also,auf dem Behinderten Parkplatz steht einer von den Löwen.Kann man also nicht parken,Laternen sind aus.Die Toiletten sind teilweise defekt.Bei der Behinderten Toilette fehlen leider die Griffe.Ansonsten war es toll Das essen ist super und das Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.Auch sind alle sehr nett gewesen Preis-Leistung war ok.

Weihnachten hatten wir einen Tisch reserviert. Essen war ok. Buffet wo ich es überall erhalte. Softgetränke waren schrecklich , weit weg von dem angepriesenen Markengetränken.Nur Plastikgeschirr, was ich mehr als grenzwertig finde in Bezug auf die Hygiene. Service war keiner vorhanden. Schon zu Beginn bekamen sie die zwei Angestellten aufgrund unserer Reservierung und Tischzuweisung lautstark in die Haare. Platz genommen direkt an der Rauchertüre, welche sich ständig öffnete und eine Wolke Qualm und kalte Luft zu unseren Tisch brachte. Zu den Toiletten möchte ich mich erst gar nicht äußern. Naja, irgendwie muss der Preis ja zu Stande kommen. Leider nicht kundenorientiert und einladend. Einmal ausprobiert und das war es.

Oh man heute waren wir mit der familie essen.ich weiß, es ist stressig und viel action gewesen aber wenn man so große Werbung betreibt sollte man auch hinterher kommen... Es fing ja schon mit dem Platz an war natürlich 2 Monate vor Reserviert für 20 Personen aber wurde natürlich verpennt also mussten sich für uns einige Leute umsetzten. Kaum am Buffet war das meiste natürlich leer Gabeln gab es auch erstmal nicht. Nach einiger Zeit waren dan die becher von der zapfanlage auch Mangel ware und rar und obwohl man aus hygienischen Gründen ja nicht nochmal mit den angesabberten becher an der Anlage geht musste man es machen. Klopapier gab es auch kein so das man die Handtücher aus den spender gezogen hat was dem zufolge dan auch rasch leer war. Peperoni hab ich 2 mal nach gefragt ob man was nach legen kann aber in den ganzen 2 Std wurde nicht einmal was nach gelegt.

Sehr gut und ordentlich,sauber,große Auswahl von Gerichte,Buffet ist super, inkl.Getränke. Das Restaurant verfügt über einen Raum für die Kinder und auch Raucher sind willkommen, der Raucherraum ist besonders bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich . Nur zum empfehlen👍👍👍

Viel Auswahl, sehr freundlich - jedoch war der Fisch nicht durch gegart und extra Bestellungen wurden leider nicht verstanden... Was ich allerdings von einer Tischbedienung erwarte. Toilette ist runtergerockt und sollte dringend gemacht werden.

Leider war es mal viel besser gewesen Die Auswahl des Essens ist nicht mehr so der Brüller wie es mal war Zudem war vieles vergriffen und wurde erst viel später nachgefüllt Leider werden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen

Na ja ich war vor paar Jahren schon mal da dass Essen heute ist nicht vergleichbar schlecht geworden. Schade, Service Mitarbeiterin Top.

Der Preis war super! Buffet inkl. Getränke gefällt mir sehr gut! :) Spieleecke für Kinder war auch sehr angenehm für uns und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Essen nicht soo lecker, die Nudeln waren angebrannt und schmeckt dadurch nicht wirklich, Hähnchenstreifen schwimmten im Fett und waren null knusprig und die Sauce Hollandaise war eher Wasser mit etwas Geschmack als eine Sauce. Da das Essen nunmal das wichtigste ist, kann ich leider nur 2 Sterne geben.

Es fehlt Essen, das Essen wird nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt obwohl das Restaurant ziemlich leer ist. Die Musik passt gar nicht zum Restaurant und der Innenbereich ist einfach nur voll mit Tischen und stühlen, es gibt kaum Deko. Außerdem ist das Buffet im Vergleich zu anderen etwas arm, die Getränke inklusive des Buffets sind aber eine hervorragende Idee. Trotzdem empfehle ich dieses Restaurant nicht weiter.

Das vorbereitete Essen war z.T. nicht durchgefahren. Die Toiletten waren einer Bahnhofstoilette ähnlich :-(. Der Kinderspielraum war mit Schimmel befallen. Hier ist also an vielen Stellen das Management gefragt die Ursachen zu beseitigen.

Ear sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen war lecker.
