We got a VIP room just for us (14 people), even with our own toilet 🤭 where can you find such luxury? 😉 The service was great, nothing to complain about! The buffet is always refilled, with plenty of choice. Medium lamb from the grill was said to be very tender and tasty and was a hit with the men. After the starter soup, main course, sushi and plenty of dessert (2 chocolate fountains), no one went home hungry 😉 The atmosphere is bright and clean, the staff is nice and friendly. We really liked it there. P.S. There is probably a playground for the kiddos, where the parents can sit at the table in the immediate vicinity (but it's better to ask, I think)

Last evening we were at Memoriez with our 2 friends. The food was good. However, the employee was an absolute disgrace. I have never been served as unfriendly as yesterday. When we all wanted to pay at the end, we were just cheekily asked if we didn't want to round up (tip). When we said no, the employee became a little cheekier. We wished him a nice evening and he said, "You don't have to wish me any more now." When I asked again what he had said, he just said have a nice evening. Our friends also said no and then he asked if the two of them were having a bad day. I find it an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately I also find the drinks very expensive. For a small Pepsi almost 5€, pretty much...

MemorieZ surprised us a lot. The concept is an extensive open buffet. A very nice atmosphere and very nice staff. The food was really delicious. The open buffet offers something for every man. You can find everything from vegetarian to fish or meat dishes. There is also a good selection of fresh fish and steak, which is freshly prepared. It was also nice that both grills were separate. It was also pleasant that there was a play area for children as well as tables in the quiet area. There was also a candy bar with chocolate fountains and fruit. The fruit could have been replaced more often if necessary, as bananas change color quickly. There could also have been more selection in the fruit section. However, this is not necessarily a point of criticism given the large selection of all kinds of food. The drinks are ordered at the table using an iPad and brought by a robot. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the restaurant. According to the supplier, the meat dishes in the restaurant are Helal. However, there is no certificate.

Okay for a visit, because it's quite expensive. The service was ok, but not very friendly and seemed a bit annoyed/stressed even though it wasn't that busy. I (unfortunately) didn't eat any of the suschi or the grill station. The selection is very large, but unfortunately there are some things you can't enjoy. You can forget about lasagna, pizza, pasta and salmon. Unfortunately, the fried noodles and squid rings were also disappointing. The duck was really tasty and the chicken was quite good. Sure, you want to offer something for everyone, but also in good quality. Desserts like ice cream, cakes and fruits were good.

Super rich buffet; you have to try it

You can do it. In fact, I expected more based on all the positive reviews. The Italian section is 80% gratinated cheese and the Asian section is like any Asian restaurant with a buffet. The price ratio simply doesn't fit.

If you want to eat in bulk, yes. But otherwise not so much. You are completely blown away by everything and not in a good way. Incredibly loud, crowded and the food was too greasy. Sautéing is delicious. But nothing justifies the price of 30 euros per person. Better treat yourself to a good restaurant.

It's quite an experience to eat in such a big restaurant. After the beautiful entrance you come directly to the large buffet area. There is plenty of seating and the food is good and has plenty of choice.

Hugely large and a huge selection – there really is something for everyone! The atmosphere is super pleasant and the highlight: a robot brings the drinks directly to the table! Great for families – there is a large play area for the little ones while parents can eat in a relaxed manner. Completely successful!

If you can eat a lot, this is the right place for you. Atmosphere is like in a large warehouse. Large buffet selection. Quality is average.

Basically, this is one of the few buffets that can still be recommended. However, if you come very late in the evening, you can experience chaos like we did. I wouldn't go there again after 9 p.m. Otherwise we have been happy so far! Currently 2025: still absolutely satisfactory

Everything was fine except the fish. I beg the owners to stop this animal cruelty to the koi as soon as possible, the animals look very sick and have an incredibly small black concrete pool... that really doesn't have to be the case. The shop is so “impressive” even without the tortured fish. :)

The store really looks great and I thought it was great that there was a play area for the children. Unfortunately, I found everything tasted bland, I didn't find any dish particularly tasty... What I also found very strange is that you had to wait for your freshly grilled things in the barbecue area and basically watched the griller grill the food, I imagine that was very annoying on busy days. I would advise the operator to introduce a numbering concept with brackets for the plates, like the competitors do. Personally, in retrospect, it was too expensive for the quality of the food. I wouldn't visit Memoriez again.

The restaurant is very nice and child-friendly. The staff was consistently friendly - especially the employee number 3, she was very kind to the children. Another colleague, who probably comes from India, was also extremely helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, but the selection of desserts wasn't particularly diverse. I was there for dinner with my husband, everything was fine. We started putting food on the table, but the waiters kept hovering around my table, checking what we were taking and in what quantity. They looked at us almost every minute, then they couldn't take it anymore and said that they had taken a lot and would eat it all!? in general, we started to eat, and everything repeated, the waiters did not let us eat normally and looked directly into our mouths, they came every minute and insisted that we buy drinks, but since we still did not want to drink and did not order a drink because we were hungry, the waiters did not let us eat, immediately after one waiter, another came, then a third and so on, everyone insisted that we buy a drink, then after these 5 minutes. it was quiet, but then the waiters came and said we had a law that at least one drink had to be purchased at a table. Of course we were shocked by their behavior, they even came up with some kind of law. In general, we didn't want to drink anything yet because we were still eating, but we just ordered three drinks at once so that they wouldn't bother us and wouldn't come every minute. We were ashamed of their behavior and didn't even want to eat or drink. We sat there for less than an hour and then left. This was our first and last visit there, we won't set foot there again. I forgot to write that they looked at us askance, swore and exchanged unpleasant words as we left the restaurant and started paying. It was HORRIBLE.

The food is mediocre and the atmosphere is more like a big hall and very loud.

There were two of us there today (Sunday evening, 8 p.m.). The food was very varied, but everything tasted rather bland and boring.. Maybe they should offer fewer dishes, but then prepare them very well.. It became uncomfortable because of the service staff who were cleaning everything up from 9 p.m. The tables as well as the buffet.

Food & service etc was great and we would definitely come back! However, I had asked over the phone to get a table at the children's play area. I was told that it was not possible to reserve these fewer tables and that you could only get a table there if one was still available. When we arrived there was one free but “reserved”. Makes no sense to me!

Pretty much the buffet restaurant I've been able to visit in my life so far

If you like a buffet, we love this one, nice selection, especially the life cooking stations are very good. There's still room for improvement when it comes to sushi. I know these restaurant concepts very well from the Netherlands, but here they also serve Tuna Sahimi and drinks are included. That's not the case here, but it's a very pleasant atmosphere for its size. It was good and there is a nice indoor playground for the kids, which I think is great.

The food (lunch buffet) was sometimes very bland and the selection overall wasn't that big - apart from the dessert buffet, which I thought was really good. There is Chinese, sushi, salad and other food (potato gratin, pizza, vegetables in hollandaise sauce, etc.), but the selection was still rather small. The children's area is really great, the service was a bit brisk.

I didn't find the choice of food good. Pizza and finger food have no place in a Chinese restaurant.

We were there with several other people and everyone had a lovely evening. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, we constantly had to get someone to unlock our tablet.

A truly fantastic restaurant with a huge selection. The buffet costs €27.50 during the week, and the price is completely reasonable. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Despite the ample seating, it doesn't feel like a cafeteria, as the layout is very well done. I definitely recommend it.

A very large selection of delicious food...a lot of people there

The idea of ​​ordering drinks directly from an iPad and having them delivered by a robot is great and works perfectly. However, it remains an extremely noisy location, making it difficult to have a conversation. It's nicely decorated, but the cafeteria feel remains. In my opinion, the food and value for money aren't right. Sushi and other items are completely labeled. Luckily, I don't have any allergies/intolerances or anything like that, but you're completely lost there. My main criticism, however, is that many of the items are simply ready-made products. From frozen donuts to Coppenrath and Wiese frozen cakes (which even have Coppenrath bases on the buffet), to frozen Donauwelle, which arrives frozen on the buffet, to cheap pre-baked baguettes and the ever-popular garlic baguette, which you can buy and bake from any supermarket. And so it continues throughout the entire buffet. Therefore only a few stars, because there is still a lot of room to improve at 28 EUR/person

We were there on Saturday evening, 6 people. I'm actually not a fan of all you can eat but I was forced to by my group. The buffet was huge. There was just everything and the quality was good. Everything was very fresh. The place was pretty busy but that's normal on a Saturday evening. The service was friendly and attentive. The robots for the drinks were cute. If it's worth an experience, you can definitely do it.

The restaurant offers a great atmosphere with a large selection of dishes and particularly friendly service - the red-haired waitress in particular stands out positively. A special highlight is the robot waiter, which makes the experience even more unique. The ambience is attractively designed, but could be cared for a little more lovingly in some places as a little dust has accumulated here and there. In short: the best buffet restaurant in the area!

We tested the lunch buffet here on Saturday with the children. So we can't say anything about live grilling. The food was mostly OK to good (sushi, shrimp, etc. But there were also a few dishes that we didn't like (e.g. mozzarella tomatoes). Overall, a good buffet standard. The selection is very good, with something for everyone, no matter what taste or age. For us as parents, the play area for the children is a real highlight because the children can go play after eating and we can continue eating in peace. The robot waiters for drinks are also a special feature for young and old. We will be happy to come back. Price reasonable for adults. Absolutely fair for children because they pay according to age.

A typical Asian buffet restaurant with a grill station. The dishes are geared towards western tastes and are very similar to the selection of a package holiday. The drinks were relatively expensive. The taste of the two non-alcoholic cocktails did not justify the price. I wasn't able to discover any real highlights. A really great idea is the children's playground in the restaurant. Kudos for that. In retrospect, everything inside me says very simply: “It was OK.”

We were once again out and about as restaurant testers with 3 girls. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it's a treat for the palate or an annoyance to the palate, but our conclusion is more the latter. The motto here is: quantity rather than quality, although in this case the prices were a bit exaggerated! ( Price-performance) Even the drink robots couldn't tear anything out - used glasses on board were pretty disgusting! Ordering from a tray may be modern, but impersonal. We wouldn't eat there again! It's just not worth it 😝

A really cool restaurant, next to Superfly in Dortmund Kley. There is actually almost everything a connoisseur's heart desires. A large selection of sushi specialties. Fish and steak to grill on site. Hygiene is top, chefs and staff wear face masks. Very child-friendly, with its own play/jumping area for the kids. Several toilets, many tables... Beautifully designed. What has decreased is the fruit supply. Little fresh fruit! Pineapple, for example, is often mushy. It's better to reserve a table on Saturday as it's way too full! Like everywhere else, the price has been raised!
