I was there for the first time today. We sat right at the beginning of the production line. Great place. You could easily see the freshly made sushi. The selection was huge on the assembly line. And above all, very tasty. 90 minutes for the all you can eat is completely sufficient. Service was nice too.

Always worth a visit. Great running sushi. But also warm á la carte dishes. Friendly service, modern restaurant. Air-conditioned. Best sushi restaurant on Bergstrasse.

This is a sushi restaurant with a nice atmosphere and delicious food. Although it is difficult to see it on the same level as sushi restaurants in Korea or Japan, it is a very good place to go when you want to taste the food of your hometown in a small German town. I enjoyed it and the quality and taste of the fish and other foods were not bad. There are many cooked dishes other than raw fish and sushi, so it's okay to come with people who can't eat raw fish.

This rating only applies to the warm dishes; we did not test sushi. We had a vegetarian dish and one with squid. Both tasted good, but the dishes are generally served with an excessively high sauce ratio. Despite the high occupancy, the service was always friendly and attentive, and the ambience was nice. If you love sushi, this is probably the perfect address. As far as hot Japanese food goes, it was definitely solid or "good", but based on the high ratings I expected more.

We always enjoy coming here, the food is excellent. We always book a table in advance and have always eaten a la carte. There are also many tables along the conveyor belt and we always see them well occupied, so it makes sense to reserve in advance here too. The homemade iced tea is to die for. Otherwise we have had sushi in all possible variations but also duck (super crispy) and beef. Everything is always very tasty. The service is always courteous and extremely friendly. As a family with adult children, we always enjoy coming back

Relaxed atmosphere and a pleasant atmosphere for a meal with friends

It was my first time there and I loved the food, the service and that Ambience enthusiastic. Next time we want to sit at the assembly line so that we can sample the food that rolls by as we please. We were advised to reserve well in advance. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Even at the end we were told to look at the invoice to see if there were any incorrect bookings. Super great and praiseworthy 💜 we would love to come back! We had soup, main course sushi, dessert mochi, homemade iced tea and espresso for around €37 per person, which was really good value for money for an evening meal. There is plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant. We were also able to observe that you can place your order by phone and pick up the food on site.

We had a reservation for 5:30 p.m., were on time, at 5:45 p.m. the drinks were taken and asked if we would like "all you can eat", the selection was far too small for the high price of €33, this was not the case on previous visits, fried things only came at the end, dessert only at the very beginning and immediately at the end, where we were asked to leave before we were allowed to finish our chocolate fruits because the next guests were already waiting (it was 7:03 p.m.). 90 minutes back or forth but then the next table reservation should at least be planned with a small buffer. Especially since you can say that the other tables were there before us and were still helping themselves to the buffet after us. All guests should be treated equally.

The sushi is tasty but far from the best. All you can eat now costs €33 per person on the weekend, which is really not worth the sushi...

Very tasty and affordable sushi. I always like to order and pick it up locally - it works perfectly every time. It's best to order shortly before you get hungry, as you usually can't pick it up straight away.

Unfortunately the prices have been raised to a high level. You don't get any added value compared to before, and there isn't any more variation on the sushi line due to the high prices. I used to like going there every now and then, but now I won't eat there again because I can eat twice in other restaurants for the money and the quality is at least as high.

We've eaten All You Can Eat Sushi for the third time now and it's always a dream! This time my partner, who doesn't like sushi, was also there and he ordered something from the menu and was also more than thrilled. Only recommended!

We discovered this restaurant through the many positive reviews on Google and were curious. After a few attempts to reserve a table, it finally worked on the third try - and it was absolutely worth it. We were impressed as soon as we arrived: there was enough parking space right in front of the door, and when you entered you were greeted by a pleasantly temperate room climate and a modern, yet cozy interior. The friendly service team warmly welcomed us - the first impression was excellent. After a short and clear introduction to the restaurant concept, we could immediately look forward to the meal. The food was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the desserts from the production line! A few days later I visited the restaurant again and this time ordered “to-go”. Despite the restaurant being busy, the pick-up was quick and problem-free, with a surprisingly short waiting time. Overall a great restaurant that we will now visit regularly. Special praise goes to the friendly and professional service team – keep it up!

July 16, 2024 Our first visit, which certainly wasn't the last visit. Very good food prepared with fresh ingredients. We were very satisfied, the service was exemplary in a pleasant atmosphere. We will be back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

I sat on the assembly line and used All You Can Eat. The service was very good. The empty plates were continually picked up. I enjoyed the food, but taste is a difficult subject for reviewers. The ambience tended to look rather modern, but everything fit.

I chose the duck dish, which was really great. The meat was tender and juicy in a way that is rarely served. We also tried the sushi dinner buffet from the assembly line, but found the composition of the sushi plates a bit boring for the price asked.

With a pleasant atmosphere, a very nice place for dinner with family, friends or a date. Nice staff and the sushi also tasted great. The selection on the conveyor belt was good and offered plates for starters, main courses and desserts.

Dieses Restaurant sollte man probiert haben. Wir gehen seit Jahren hierher und wurden nie enttäuscht. Guter Service & ausgezeichnetes Essen. Egal ob Sushi oder ein „normales Gericht“, alles wird frisch zubereitet und ist wirklich sehr lecker. Für ein Essen am Band, sollte man jedoch vorher reservieren. Dort sind alle Tische fast immer ausgebucht.

Wird immer teurer dafür auch noch weniger Inhalt bzw. kleinere Portionen. Das selbe Gericht kostete im Juni 2022 10.40 euro und 2 Jahre später 14.90 !!! Obendrauf hat man der Verpackung eine Wölbung verpasst dadurch spart man am Reis.... Service ist okay.

The food on the assembly line was very tasty, varied and included news. Definitely worth an experience. Unfortunately, in our case the service wasn't entirely attentive, so I ended up not ordering the drink that I actually wanted to order. We will definitely try it again. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a conveyor belt that not only showcased the sushis but also got our imaginations going. Between the nigiris and maki rolls, there was an armada of fried delicacies that intrigued us and at the same time tempted us to delete the word 'diet' from our vocabulary. The only drawback? The variation could have been a little more diverse. But at 22.90 per person for an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet, you can't complain - except perhaps with joy that you can come back straight away

Food was ok, but not really good. The place does business in Japanese, but actually has nothing to do with it. Sushi fish is relatively fresh, duck has the usual sweet and sour taste like at a Chinese snack bar. Once is enough.

Even if I wasn't a big fan of sushi, Okinawa was able to teach me otherwise. The fried sushi in particular is simply delicious. But the Asian dishes are also simply unbelievably good. The duck with tender meat and yet a crispy edge is something you have to get right first. Full marks 👍🏻

I've been there several times. Sometimes with friends, sometimes with husband and kids. I or we are very satisfied every time. The all-you-can-eat on the line is very tasty. Always varied plates. You sit in a beautiful ambience that is modern and yet comfortable. There is parking available directly at the restaurant, which is very convenient. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

I'd rather not do it in the future. We were happy to spontaneously go out to eat again after a long time. Unfortunately, we just sat down at a free table (without a reservation sign) and were served in the usual friendly manner. After about 15 minutes the staff noticed that our table had been reserved for someone else. Of course we happily ate sushi off the assembly line. The young waitress told us that there were no other tables available and that we should leave now. The few plates we ate cost over €50! Since we ultimately couldn't do anything about the reservation problem and had already started, we suggested at least getting a few more sushis to take away. The young girl reprimanded us and explained to us the rules on how to enter the Okinava Restaurant. After all, you would be a “guest” and would have to register in advance. After she had left us sitting there, the boss (?) came and suggested a place away from the conveyor belt to finish eating. We would then always have to get up and help ourselves to the line. It was very uncomfortable because we had to wait in close proximity at other places until something suitable came on the conveyor belt. In the end we paid almost €80 and went home with a bad feeling. We definitely don't need something like that again!

Obwohl ich zu Anfang gefragt hatte, ob es in Ordnung sei, dass meine neun Monate alte Tochter bei mir mitsnackt wurde mir am Ende ein Kinder-All-You-Can-Eat in Rechnung gestellt. Als ich mich weigerte das zu zahlen, weil es anders abgesprochen war, war der einzige zu findende Kompromiss, dass ich für die Teller Waffeln vom Band bezahle von denen meine Tochter mitgegessen hat Dabei kam die Bedienung auf knapp 14€. Leider stehen die Waffeln online nicht auf der Preisliste, aber ich hoffe sehr, dass ich hier "nur" über den Tisch gezogen wurde und sie nicht wirklich fast 4€ für ein Sushi-Tellerchen Waffeln nehmen. Die Bedienungen haben uns die ganze Zeit genervt angeschaut und uns nicht das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Wenn man keine Kinder da haben will, soll man das halt in ihre Hausregeln schreiben und nicht null Jahre alten Babies ein Kinder-All-You-Can-Eat berechnen. Das Essen selber war wie erwartet nicht besonders gut. Ich gehe ohnehin immer nur dann zum Okinawa, wenn ich in einer Gruppe unterwegs bin und es dann ein Kompromiss ist. Die Auswahl am Band ist unter der Woche unterirdisch - kaum frischen Fisch und wenn man hinten sitzt kommt teilweise minutenlang gefühlt nichts außer Wasabi-Auffüllschalen und Nachttischen an. Teilweise war das Essen noch tiefgefroren (z.B. die schokolierte Ananas). Nachtrag: als ich am Folgetag noch Mal anrief und mit der Chefin sprach meinte sie, dass neue Kellner da waren die einen Fehler gemacht haben und das sie normalerweise für so kleine Kinder nichts berechnen.

Immer wieder gerne! Gute Atmosphäre und nettes Personal. Reservieren lohnt sich! Man kann am Band (Sushi) oder an Tischen abseits des Bands sitzen und aus dem Menü bestellen. Das Sushi ist lecker und frisch zubereitet, auch die Speisen aus der Karte sind sehr lecker und es gibt für jeden etwas. Parkplätze stehen vor dem Restaurant zur freien Verfügung.
