Very disrespectful treatment. First I did a trial shift and then talked about working conditions. I worked for free, performed well, but still got rejected because my dream wasn't to be a waiter. After I rejected the offer, the boss simply blocked me?! Is this even possible?

We loved the food. The appetizer package for two people was a very good mix. And the sushi was also delicious. The ambiance isn't that great. The decor is a bit sparse. And I would have preferred more peaceful and quieter music. UPDATE: We had food delivered, and it was also very good. The restaurant's website redirected to Foodbooking.com. There, you could select reusable Vytal containers. The food arrived on time and hot. The sushi came with soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi at no extra charge.

It used to be our favorite restaurant, but the quality has declined significantly over the past year. The sushi shops are usually no longer closed. The taste has diminished. We were also served meat with vegetarian meals (twice already). The waiting time for food has also doubled. Very unfortunate.

Actually a nice restaurant in Seckenheim. The food tastes good. However, the tuna was dry on the outside, although raw on the inside - if it had been freshly prepared, it would not have been dried out on the outside (price around €28!). Restaurant operators should also decide whether they want to operate a restaurant or a takeaway. We had to wait over an hour for the food because so many orders came in over the phone/internet. There were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. As a guest you think, you have to take care of the few restaurant guests first before the delivery service can take care of them. The service staff are very nice, but overwhelmed and awkward. Hefeweizen was served without yeast. Red wine too warm and of poor quality. Apparently no one knows anything about service standards. Maybe it will get even better.

The food is delicious, unfortunately it has happened several times now that the food was delivered entirely in plastic despite the deposit boxes being ordered. Very uncool.

Unfortunately the worst restaurant visit we have ever experienced The whole thing started when we arrived, we were greeted but then left standing. Not asked if we had made a reservation, if we should just sit down or if we had ordered food. The atmosphere was noticeably tense as soon as we walked in. When we were asked if we had reserved, we were given a seat. After sitting for a few minutes, we quickly realized that some guests were unhappy and wanted to leave. Problems with orders and very long waiting times, for which it was difficult to put off… At this point we should have actually gotten up and left. But we didn't want to let the anticipation of the date take away from us and we were already hungry. After a while we were able to order, and the starter came relatively early. However, before we even had drinks. And we sat directly in the main room, where as staff you have a good view of the tables from the counter. In between (after 1 hour before we were there) we were asked whether we had actually already received the starter or what we were waiting for. That alone made it clear that no one really had an overview. The main course came after 1.5 hours since we ordered. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and left at 10 p.m. because we didn't finish eating until then, even though we paid immediately afterwards. It didn't take 45 minutes to drive there and the food was tasty but not so great that it made up for the damn poor service. Things also went terribly with the delivery orders. People came to the restaurant in rows because they had been waiting for their orders for 2-2.5 hours and had received delivery confirmations for food that had not been delivered. I was just put off, yes there is a lot going on today so it will take a while. Yes, there's a lot going on today. But you know that on Valentine's Day and you can see that in the reservations. The staff was absolutely unstructured. This was not an individual failure, but rather a collective overload. It's too much waste of time for us to come here again.

For me, an extreme smell of food/fat in the dining room. Food okay, average. Very friendly staff & delicious lemonade.

If you're hungry, you should give this restaurant a wide berth. We had a reservation for 6 p.m., but the staff didn't seem to care. Orientation? Unavailable. So we looked for a table ourselves. We only got a menu when we asked – two pieces for four people. Efficiency is probably defined differently here. The drinks? An odyssey. They only came after reminding them several times; the second round was only available because we got them ourselves at the bar. Service? It doesn't exist here. Then the real highlight: We ordered the most expensive dish on the menu and waited. And waited. And waited. After 1.5 hours we asked - and only received flimsy excuses. No apology, no offer, nothing. We gave the shop another 30 minutes - in that time other guests who had arrived a long way after us had already been served and paid! And us? Still without food. After a total of over two hours without eating, we simply left. Conclusion: A service disaster and an absolute waste of time. If you want to be ignored, this is the right place for you. If you want food, you should go somewhere else. Never again.

I ate here alone, but I've never enjoyed a dinner so much. The food was excellent, but the staff was even better. The waitress was so sweet and super nice, she treated me like a friend. You feel very comfortable here, and both the main course, dessert, and cocktail are 10/10! I've wanted to eat here again so often, but I'm so sorry it didn't work out.

A lovely Asian restaurant on the main street in Mannheim-Seckenheim. The food is delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. We were able to find a parking space right in front of the restaurant, but it can be difficult to find one. Tram line 5 goes there.

Very delicious food. The sushi 🍣 is freshly prepared and of very good quality. Unfortunately, like almost everywhere else, they only serve still or medium water. You can eat in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The value for money is good, but it's a bit more expensive! Nevertheless, I really enjoy eating sushi there!

Food always tastes good, both sushi and all other dishes. Lots of choice for vegetarians, as dishes that actually contain meat can also be had with tofu upon request. So really very hospitable.

The four of us ordered food last night at 6:20 p.m. There were a total of four main courses and two half Crunchyrolls. We live about five minutes by car from the restaurant. We waited over 2 (!) hours for our food, and in my opinion that is not a reasonable waiting time. The food itself was excellent and definitely worth the money. However, the delivery time is absolutely unbearable. It should be praised that Okami Restaurant informed us that our order would be delayed, but only after about an hour and a half.

I ordered for the second time yesterday. I am absolutely delighted with the taste and quality of the food. - Fish, sushi is very fresh. You notice that - I give the service a 5/5 Ordering by telephone is extremely professional. If I name a number on the menu, the corresponding food is named to me - plus point. As soon as the order has been taken, they summarize the whole order for me - a plus point. - My extremely modified order was received in a friendly and professional manner and prepared perfectly. - The food is visually prepared really well. You can tell that a professional was/is at work. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures again... Because delicious. - The gyoza is also a clear recommendation. No matter if the vegetarian version or not *Clear recommendation: If you are in the area and want Far Eastern cuisine, this is your shop!*

Yesterday, I visited Okami Restaurant for the first time with seven friends, and we were all very impressed. The service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The homemade drinks were delicious and wonderfully refreshing. The food was not only extremely tasty but also beautifully presented. There's a QR code on the menu that you can use to view and download the allergen list. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. We absolutely recommend Okami Restaurant!

A very good Japanese restaurant, {they are not Chinese}..authentic.ok

To say the least, it was a disaster. Waiting time for card 1/4 hour, waiting time for drinks to arrive 3/4 hour, waiting time for food 1 3/4 hour, supposedly too few staff and only one who could make the delivery. So if I don't have enough staff, then you don't make deliveries, you let people pick them up themselves. The food wasn't complete and the sushi was better. All in all, it's a shame because I know things differently.

The staff is very friendly and the dining room is tastefully decorated. There is a complete vegan menu and lots of delicious drinks.

Unfortunately it wasn't an authentic treat. Dumplings are frozen goods. The fried rice noodles were drowned in a sauce, fried chicken is cooked, and we didn't find any peanuts. Pho Ha Noi with indefinable beef simply tastes like nothing. Curry with very liquid sauce, not authentic either. The staff was very friendly, only the chef obviously doesn't know Asian cuisine. What a shame!

The dish number 25 was ordered with fried rice noodles and peanuts. I got a dish with soup and no peanuts. When asked, they said that the chef was new and that's just the way it is now. The second dish was rice noodle soup with beef. The meat was mealy, like porridge. Unfortunately everything is very disappointing.

There are both Vietnamese dishes and sushi here; Everything you know about both. The rolls are freshly prepared, which is evident from the fact that I had a request for a change, which was implemented without any problems. The atmosphere could be a little nicer and a lot more Asian. The restaurant exudes some of the charm of a German, home-style restaurant.

The food was very good. The portions were completely sufficient. Service was very friendly and attentive but after dessert there was no more service and when I wanted to pay our waitress wasn't there at all. Which we found very unfortunate. The cleanliness of the women's toilet leaves a lot to be desired, so hopefully it doesn't look the same in the kitchen. Finding a parking space was a bit difficult but we were lucky.

Great shop, very tasty food and the non-alcoholic homemade lemonades were also great. Personally, the curry sauce was a bit too sweet and mild for me, but that's a matter of taste. Glass noodle salad with dressing as a starter was super tasty and the portions were really big.

We have been to okami several times. The food is super delicious. That is beyond question. We would go more often, but unfortunately the service is really not that good. Every time we were there we were waiting for something. The employees are obviously very overworked and inattentive. You should train the staff and that is in the hands of a supervisor. That's probably why the staff always changes. That doesn't make a good impression.

It was the 1st time I was in a Japanese restaurant. The portions was not large, but the taste of the food was awesome! I am sure that we will go back in the near future and I try another food!

The three of us ate here. Everyone had chosen a different dish. We also had tea and a dessert. Everything was of very good quality and super fresh. Food was visually appealing. We will definitely eat here again. Service was also very friendly. The food also came in a reasonable time frame. I had a vegan pho that tasted really good.

Went to the restaurant spontaneously and without prior notice. After a very nice reception, we had excellent food and drinks. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. Despite the busyness, the waitress kept coming to the table and asking if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. Top! We would like to come again

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter dort. Tolle Auswahl und super dekoriertes Sushi. Japanische und vietnamesische Gerichte. Super lecker. Sehr nette Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Reservierung empfehlenswert.

Wir waren spontan im Okami Sushi und sind absolut begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Liebevoll bewirtet und das Essen ist phänomenal. Alles ist sehr frisch und schmeckt köstlich. Die Auswahl ist ebenfalls vorzüglich. Wir werden hier ab sofort regelmäßig zum Essen kommen und beim nächsten Mal noch ein paar Freunde mitbringen.

Bis das Essen kam hat es sehr lange gedauert. Die Getränke Gläser haben keine Mengenangabe- ich bezweifle das es 0,4 ml waren was ich hatte. Bei den vegetarischen Speisen haben sie eine tolle Auswahl. Beim letzten Besuch musste ich das WC aufsuchen und war entsetzt über diesen Zustand!!!! Kann man so etwas anbieten wenn man vorne so ein tolles Lokal hat? Mein geht gar nicht!!! Die Tür ist in der Höhe der Toilettenbrille ausgesägt damit sie überhaupt zu einem Drittel aufgeht! Und die Decke und Wände brauchen dringend einen Anstrich nach dem letzten Wasserschaden??? oder was es auch immer ist. Jetzt überlege ich wirklich wie es in der Küche aussieht… Schade - ich war gerne da

Asiatische Fusionküche mit abwechslungsreicher Karte mit Einflüssen aus Japanischer, Vietnamesischer, Chinesischer und Thailändischer Küche. Viele vegetarische und vegane Gerichte auch als Mittagsmenü. Große Portionen! Fängt schon bei den Edamame an..so hat man noch etwas für später :) Hausgemachte Limonaden und Cocktails. Tolles Ambiente im Innenbereich - Außenbereich könnte man noch verbessern. Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Wir bestellen hier gerne Essen und es lohnt sich jedesmal, allerdings sind die Lieferzeiten viel zu lange. In der Regel sind es ca 90 Minuten, heute warten wir jedoch schon seit über 2,5 Stunden. Trotzdem 3 Sterne, weil die Auswahl der Veganer Gerichte echt top ist.

Zu teuer für die Portionen (Sushi), Sushi rollen haben sich verkleinert seit dem letzten Besuch, geschmacklich i.o, Service i.o

Mega leckeres Essen! Sehr lecker und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch die hausgemachten Eistees und Limonaden total erfrischend und mit frischem Obst!. Leider viel zu junge Mädels im Service auch wenn sie sich bemühen, fehlt die Fachkompetenz.

Es war alles gut aber der Preis ist schon für seckenheim ein wenig teuer. Weniger deko auf der Platte finde ich besser manchmal ist weniger mehr.

Super leckeres Sushi, sehr umfangreiche bebilderte Karte mit tollen asiatischen Gerichten, die sich alle sehr lecker anhören. Wir hatten eine Platte für zwei, haben sie nicht geschafft, obwohl wir gute Esser sind. Auch die hausgemachten Cocktails sind sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Von außen fast schon übersehen, von innen alles super! Sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Service, hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Leider sind wir nur für eine Schulung in Mannheim, würden aber sonst jederzeit wiederkommen.
