Gute japanische Küche. Preise völlig okay. Das Auge isst hier mit.

Uns hat es leider nicht gefallen. Die Entenbrust war trocken und sehr dunkel. Wir vermuten, sie war vom Vortag. Ein Getränk wurde falsch geliefert und die Toiletten waren zur Mittagszeit noch vom Vorabend verschmutzt.

Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden, Essen und Sushi waren nicht lecker.

Man sollte Zeit mitbringen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Leider ist der Service extrem langsam, auch die Küche braucht selbst bei geringer Auslastung (2 Tische a 6 Gerichte) fast eine Stunde. Dies ist uns mehrfach passiert, sowohl mittags, als auch Abends.

Das Essen war gut, aber der Lieferservice dauerte fast 2 Stunden ohne Benachrichtigung.

Essen war ok. Leider recht schmutzig ( Speisekarte verdreckt mit Getränkerändern, Glas schmutzig...etc.).

Sobald mehr los ist, unmöglich! Bestellt zum abholen, sollte in 20min fertig sein, fertig wurde es in 1h 30min. Saßen mit 3 weiteren im Restaurant die alle mindestens schon 30min länger als angegeben warteten. War jetzt nicht allzu schlimm denn die Mitarbeiter hatten viel zutun. Schlimm nur: das Crispy Sushi war nichtmal halb so groß wie normalerweise! (Und die Stäbchen wurden vergessen) Normalerweise lieben wir das essen da und bestellen sehr gerne aber das Sushi war gerade mal die Hälfte des Geldes Wert gewesen...

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, jedoch ist es zu teuer und man musste über eine Stunde auf die Bestellung warten. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne Einrichtung aber es ist sehr heiß.

Sind gerne hier essen und lass uns auch hin und wieder mal was liefern. Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht verstehen bei uns war immer alles top. Dort wie auch beim liefern. Also gerne weiter so wir kommen gerne immer wider.

Wir bestellen seit längerer Zeit regelmäßig bei Okami. Geschmacklich ist das Essen wirklich gut, deshalb haben wir trotz der immer wieder auftretenden Probleme bei der Lieferung bisher Geduld gezeigt. Leider war die Lieferung fast jedes Mal eine Katastrophe. Nur wenige Bestellungen kamen innerhalb von 1,5 bis 2 Stunden an. In den meisten Fällen mussten wir deutlich länger warten, mehrfach anrufen und selbst hinterherlaufen, um überhaupt Informationen zu bekommen. Heute wurde jedoch ein neues Niveau an Inkompetenz erreicht. Wir haben unsere Bestellung wie immer online aufgegeben und direkt per PayPal bezahlt. Nach 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit haben wir im Restaurant angerufen. Dort wurde uns mehrfach erklärt, dass es angeblich keine Bestellung auf unseren Namen gibt, obwohl wir eine Bestellbestätigung und eine bezahlte Rechnung vorliegen hatten. Nach etwa 10 Minuten Diskussion wurden wir von einer fremden Nummer angerufen. Der Anrufer gab sich als Lieferfahrer von Okami aus. Er erklärte uns, dass er unsere Adresse nicht finden könne, weil unsere Straße angeblich gesperrt sei. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass er sich in einer völlig falschen Gegend befand. Laut seiner Aussage war er gerade zwischen Heddesheim und Ilvesheim unterwegs, obwohl wir in Edingen-Neckarhausen wohnen. Als wir ihn darauf hingewiesen haben, sagte er wortwörtlich, dass ihm der Fehler jetzt erst aufgefallen sei, seine Autobatterie fast leer sei und er deshalb nicht mehr nach Edingen fahren werde. Danach haben wir erneut bei Okami angerufen, die Bestellbestätigung, den Zahlungsnachweis und sogar die Telefonnummer des Fahrers übermittelt. Die Reaktion war unfassbar: Man behauptete weiterhin, diesen Fahrer nicht zu kennen und ihn auch nicht im System zu sehen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren bereits 3 Stunden vergangen, die Bestellung war vollständig bezahlt und niemand fühlte sich verantwortlich, eine Lösung anzubieten. Besonders unverständlich ist, dass Edingen nur wenige Minuten von Seckenheim entfernt liegt. Trotzdem scheint die Tourenplanung so chaotisch zu sein, dass Fahrer erst in deutlich weiter entfernte Orte geschickt werden und irgendwann auf dem Rückweg bei Kunden in der Nähe vorbeifahren sollen. Das Essen mag gut sein, aber der Lieferservice ist mit Abstand einer der schlechtesten, die wir je erlebt haben. Ständige Verspätungen, widersprüchliche Aussagen, fehlende Kommunikation und heute sogar eine komplett verschwundene Bestellung. Für einen bezahlten Lieferdienst ist das einfach nur noch peinlich und absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wir werden uns sehr genau überlegen, ob wir dort noch einmal bestellen.

Das restaurant ist ein absoluter traum. Wir sind so gerne in diesem kleinen Sushiladen in Seckenheim. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig und die Gerichte unglaublich frisch und lecker. Das Serviceteam ist eine süße kleine Familie! Immer wieder gerne!

Das Essen schmeckt immer super lecker, wird hervorragend angerichtet und auch Sonderwünsche sind kein Problem. Die Panda-Tasse darf man leider nicht mitnehmen aber die sind soooo süß🫣 Und die Mitarbeiter sind immer super gelaunt und machen das Essen zu einem humorvollen Erlebnis

Ich war heute mit 4 Freundin bei Okami essen. Obwohl heute Vatertag ist und wir nicht vor reserviert hatten haben wir einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und es war alles ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Ich war vor kurzem das erste und vermutlich auch letzte Mal dort. Der Service wirkte leider überfordert und teilweise unaufmerksam. Auf Fragen zu den Gerichten (z. B. ob die Ente knusprig ist) oder zu den Beilagen wurde kaum eingegangen, und insgesamt dauerte alles sehr lange. Im Laufe des Abends konnten meine Begleitung und ich beobachten, dass auch andere Gäste länger warten mussten – einige kamen sogar selbst zum Tresen, um etwas zu bestellen. Geschmacklich war das Essen in Ordnung, aber definitiv kein Highlight. Was für mich jedoch ausschlaggebend ist, nicht wiederzukommen, sind die hygienischen Zustände. Die Toilette war bei unserem Besuch eine Zumutung. Außerdem wurde am Nachbartisch einfach abgewischt und die Essensreste auf den Boden geschoben. Das hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck – insbesondere möchte man sich gar nicht vorstellen, wie es im Küchenbereich aussieht. Leider deckt sich das auch mit anderen Bewertungen, die ich erst im Nachhinein gelesen habe. Schade, denn das Restaurant hätte eigentlich Potenzial – wenn die grundlegenden Dinge stimmen würden.

Ich habe hier schon einmal gegessen; das Essen war gut, die Getränke aber durchschnittlich. Ich musste etwas lange warten, und der Service war nicht besonders freundlich. Ich musste oft zur Bar gehen, um weitere Getränke zu bestellen. Insgesamt ist das Restaurant aber in Ordnung.

Waren schon 3 mal dort essen. Das Sushi ist Standart und absolut nichts was einen umhaut vom Geschmack. Wir haben auch einige andere Gerichte probiert und ja diese waren lecker aber leider Preis/Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Wan Tan Suppe war sehr salzig und für 6,90€ nur 2 Wan Tan und 4-5 Streifen Gemüse, ist schon happig. Im Restaurant essen ist jedes mal mit einer Wartezeit von mindestens 45-60 Minuten verbunden gewesen und das selbst wenn nur 3-4 Tische besetzt waren. Selbst auf Getränke haben wir bis zu 20 Minuten warten müssen. Als ich vor einigen Tagen was zur Abholung bestellt hatte, habe ich zum ersten Mal darauf geachtet wie das Sushi zubereitet wird. Ich war geschockt! Mit den selben Handschuhen, mit denen der Reis und alle anderen Zutaten angefasst werden, wurden auch Handy, Geldbeutel und Putzlappen angefasst und dann mit der Hand zurück in den Behälter vom Reis. Der Putzlappen wurde aus der Spüle geholt, damit 2-3 mal über die Oberfläche gewischt und wieder zurück auf das Spülbecken gelegt. Direkt danach das Nori Blatt auf die Arbeitsfläche gelegt und mit den selben Handschuhen weiter gearbeitet. Der Mann ist sogar 2 mal nach hinten in die Küche und hat da rumhantiert. Hygienestandarts gleich Null. Schüsseln und Teller, werden nicht auf einem Tablett an den Tisch gebracht sondern einzeln getragen, teilweise mit den Daumen in der Schüssel. Es war definitiv das letzte mal dass wir dort gegessen bzw was bestellt haben.

Wir haben gestern bei Okami Essen bestellt. Wir hatten dort bereits einmal zuvor bestellt und waren damals zufrieden, das Essen war grundsätzlich lecker. Gestern haben wir Sushi, eine Pho-Suppe sowie verschiedene Vorspeisen bestellt. Leider ging es uns beiden nach dem Essen überhaupt nicht gut. Ich bekam starke Bauchkrämpfe und mir wurde so übel, dass ich mich sogar übergeben musste. Mein Partner hatte ebenfalls Bauchschmerzen. Ich vermute, dass das Hähnchenfleisch, das sowohl in der Suppe als auch in den Sommerrollen und den Yakitori-Spießen enthalten war, möglicherweise nicht in Ordnung war. Sehr schade, da das Essen geschmacklich eigentlich gut war und auch der Service bislang einen positiven Eindruck gemacht hat. Diese Erfahrung trübt den Eindruck vom Restaurant leider sehr.

Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, wenn ich asiatisch essen gehe! Preisgünstiger Mittagstisch, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Gerichte sind schön dekoriert mit frischen Kräutern, Obst, usw.

A truly outstanding restaurant! The dishes are fresh, creative, and wonderfully seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is attentive and friendly. Fairly priced for the quality offered. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well and feel comfortable.

The food here is usually quite delicious. I enjoy coming here for dinner with friends. It's easy to have a good conversation, and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The menu offers much more than just sushi; traditional Japanese cuisine is also available. Unfortunately, the quality of the service varies from day to day, and apparently, so does the quality of the chef, so we've experienced inconsistent meal quality. I would like to see improvements in this area. All in all, I can recommend Okami.

I've been to Okami in Seckenheim several times, but the food last night was sooooo good that I just had to write a review. It was probably the best sushi I've ever eaten, and the tuna steak was incredibly delicious. I also have to say that the service was super nice and friendly, which is very important to me. I just reserved a table again for December 20th and I'm already looking forward to it. lol.

We met there for our regular get-together and all eight of us were very satisfied. There was something for everyone: vegan, vegetarian, and meat-based. I had summer rolls with shrimp and udon noodles with chicken. Both were delicious. My colleagues who had dessert were thrilled. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

We loved the food. The appetizer package for two people was a very good mix. And the sushi was also delicious. The ambiance isn't that great. The decor is a bit sparse. And I would have preferred more peaceful and quieter music. UPDATE: We had food delivered, and it was also very good. The restaurant's website redirected to Foodbooking.com. There, you could select reusable Vytal containers. The food arrived on time and hot. The sushi came with soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi at no extra charge.

It used to be our favorite restaurant, but the quality has declined significantly over the past year. The sushi shops are usually no longer closed. The taste has diminished. We were also served meat with vegetarian meals (twice already). The waiting time for food has also doubled. Very unfortunate.

Actually a nice restaurant in Seckenheim. The food tastes good. However, the tuna was dry on the outside, although raw on the inside - if it had been freshly prepared, it would not have been dried out on the outside (price around €28!). Restaurant operators should also decide whether they want to operate a restaurant or a takeaway. We had to wait over an hour for the food because so many orders came in over the phone/internet. There were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. As a guest you think, you have to take care of the few restaurant guests first before the delivery service can take care of them. The service staff are very nice, but overwhelmed and awkward. Hefeweizen was served without yeast. Red wine too warm and of poor quality. Apparently no one knows anything about service standards. Maybe it will get even better.

The food is delicious, unfortunately it has happened several times now that the food was delivered entirely in plastic despite the deposit boxes being ordered. Very uncool.

Unfortunately the worst restaurant visit we have ever experienced The whole thing started when we arrived, we were greeted but then left standing. Not asked if we had made a reservation, if we should just sit down or if we had ordered food. The atmosphere was noticeably tense as soon as we walked in. When we were asked if we had reserved, we were given a seat. After sitting for a few minutes, we quickly realized that some guests were unhappy and wanted to leave. Problems with orders and very long waiting times, for which it was difficult to put off… At this point we should have actually gotten up and left. But we didn't want to let the anticipation of the date take away from us and we were already hungry. After a while we were able to order, and the starter came relatively early. However, before we even had drinks. And we sat directly in the main room, where as staff you have a good view of the tables from the counter. In between (after 1 hour before we were there) we were asked whether we had actually already received the starter or what we were waiting for. That alone made it clear that no one really had an overview. The main course came after 1.5 hours since we ordered. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and left at 10 p.m. because we didn't finish eating until then, even though we paid immediately afterwards. It didn't take 45 minutes to drive there and the food was tasty but not so great that it made up for the damn poor service. Things also went terribly with the delivery orders. People came to the restaurant in rows because they had been waiting for their orders for 2-2.5 hours and had received delivery confirmations for food that had not been delivered. I was just put off, yes there is a lot going on today so it will take a while. Yes, there's a lot going on today. But you know that on Valentine's Day and you can see that in the reservations. The staff was absolutely unstructured. This was not an individual failure, but rather a collective overload. It's too much waste of time for us to come here again.

If you're hungry, you should give this restaurant a wide berth. We had a reservation for 6 p.m., but the staff didn't seem to care. Orientation? Unavailable. So we looked for a table ourselves. We only got a menu when we asked – two pieces for four people. Efficiency is probably defined differently here. The drinks? An odyssey. They only came after reminding them several times; the second round was only available because we got them ourselves at the bar. Service? It doesn't exist here. Then the real highlight: We ordered the most expensive dish on the menu and waited. And waited. And waited. After 1.5 hours we asked - and only received flimsy excuses. No apology, no offer, nothing. We gave the shop another 30 minutes - in that time other guests who had arrived a long way after us had already been served and paid! And us? Still without food. After a total of over two hours without eating, we simply left. Conclusion: A service disaster and an absolute waste of time. If you want to be ignored, this is the right place for you. If you want food, you should go somewhere else. Never again.

I ate here alone, but I've never enjoyed a dinner so much. The food was excellent, but the staff was even better. The waitress was so sweet and super nice, she treated me like a friend. You feel very comfortable here, and both the main course, dessert, and cocktail are 10/10! I've wanted to eat here again so often, but I'm so sorry it didn't work out.

A lovely Asian restaurant on the main street in Mannheim-Seckenheim. The food is delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. We were able to find a parking space right in front of the restaurant, but it can be difficult to find one. Tram line 5 goes there.

Very delicious food. The sushi 🍣 is freshly prepared and of very good quality. Unfortunately, like almost everywhere else, they only serve still or medium water. You can eat in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The value for money is good, but it's a bit more expensive! Nevertheless, I really enjoy eating sushi there!

Food always tastes good, both sushi and all other dishes. Lots of choice for vegetarians, as dishes that actually contain meat can also be had with tofu upon request. So really very hospitable.

The four of us ordered food last night at 6:20 p.m. There were a total of four main courses and two half Crunchyrolls. We live about five minutes by car from the restaurant. We waited over 2 (!) hours for our food, and in my opinion that is not a reasonable waiting time. The food itself was excellent and definitely worth the money. However, the delivery time is absolutely unbearable. It should be praised that Okami Restaurant informed us that our order would be delayed, but only after about an hour and a half.

I ordered for the second time yesterday. I am absolutely delighted with the taste and quality of the food. - Fish, sushi is very fresh. You notice that - I give the service a 5/5 Ordering by telephone is extremely professional. If I name a number on the menu, the corresponding food is named to me - plus point. As soon as the order has been taken, they summarize the whole order for me - a plus point. - My extremely modified order was received in a friendly and professional manner and prepared perfectly. - The food is visually prepared really well. You can tell that a professional was/is at work. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures again... Because delicious. - The gyoza is also a clear recommendation. No matter if the vegetarian version or not *Clear recommendation: If you are in the area and want Far Eastern cuisine, this is your shop!*

Yesterday, I visited Okami Restaurant for the first time with seven friends, and we were all very impressed. The service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The homemade drinks were delicious and wonderfully refreshing. The food was not only extremely tasty but also beautifully presented. There's a QR code on the menu that you can use to view and download the allergen list. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. We absolutely recommend Okami Restaurant!

A very good Japanese restaurant, {they are not Chinese}..authentic.ok

To say the least, it was a disaster. Waiting time for card 1/4 hour, waiting time for drinks to arrive 3/4 hour, waiting time for food 1 3/4 hour, supposedly too few staff and only one who could make the delivery. So if I don't have enough staff, then you don't make deliveries, you let people pick them up themselves. The food wasn't complete and the sushi was better. All in all, it's a shame because I know things differently.

The staff is very friendly and the dining room is tastefully decorated. There is a complete vegan menu and lots of delicious drinks.

Unfortunately it wasn't an authentic treat. Dumplings are frozen goods. The fried rice noodles were drowned in a sauce, fried chicken is cooked, and we didn't find any peanuts. Pho Ha Noi with indefinable beef simply tastes like nothing. Curry with very liquid sauce, not authentic either. The staff was very friendly, only the chef obviously doesn't know Asian cuisine. What a shame!

The dish number 25 was ordered with fried rice noodles and peanuts. I got a dish with soup and no peanuts. When asked, they said that the chef was new and that's just the way it is now. The second dish was rice noodle soup with beef. The meat was mealy, like porridge. Unfortunately everything is very disappointing.

There are both Vietnamese dishes and sushi here; Everything you know about both. The rolls are freshly prepared, which is evident from the fact that I had a request for a change, which was implemented without any problems. The atmosphere could be a little nicer and a lot more Asian. The restaurant exudes some of the charm of a German, home-style restaurant.

Insanely good! We are there very often. Our dog Orion is always allowed in too. Super friendly and always worth a visit!

The food was very good. The portions were completely sufficient. Service was very friendly and attentive but after dessert there was no more service and when I wanted to pay our waitress wasn't there at all. Which we found very unfortunate. The cleanliness of the women's toilet leaves a lot to be desired, so hopefully it doesn't look the same in the kitchen. Finding a parking space was a bit difficult but we were lucky.

Great shop, very tasty food and the non-alcoholic homemade lemonades were also great. Personally, the curry sauce was a bit too sweet and mild for me, but that's a matter of taste. Glass noodle salad with dressing as a starter was super tasty and the portions were really big.

We have been to okami several times. The food is super delicious. That is beyond question. We would go more often, but unfortunately the service is really not that good. Every time we were there we were waiting for something. The employees are obviously very overworked and inattentive. You should train the staff and that is in the hands of a supervisor. That's probably why the staff always changes. That doesn't make a good impression.

It was the 1st time I was in a Japanese restaurant. The portions was not large, but the taste of the food was awesome! I am sure that we will go back in the near future and I try another food!

Went to the restaurant spontaneously and without prior notice. After a very nice reception, we had excellent food and drinks. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. Despite the busyness, the waitress kept coming to the table and asking if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. Top! We would like to come again

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter dort. Tolle Auswahl und super dekoriertes Sushi. Japanische und vietnamesische Gerichte. Super lecker. Sehr nette Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Reservierung empfehlenswert.

Wir waren spontan im Okami Sushi und sind absolut begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Liebevoll bewirtet und das Essen ist phänomenal. Alles ist sehr frisch und schmeckt köstlich. Die Auswahl ist ebenfalls vorzüglich. Wir werden hier ab sofort regelmäßig zum Essen kommen und beim nächsten Mal noch ein paar Freunde mitbringen.

Bis das Essen kam hat es sehr lange gedauert. Die Getränke Gläser haben keine Mengenangabe- ich bezweifle das es 0,4 ml waren was ich hatte. Bei den vegetarischen Speisen haben sie eine tolle Auswahl. Beim letzten Besuch musste ich das WC aufsuchen und war entsetzt über diesen Zustand!!!! Kann man so etwas anbieten wenn man vorne so ein tolles Lokal hat? Mein geht gar nicht!!! Die Tür ist in der Höhe der Toilettenbrille ausgesägt damit sie überhaupt zu einem Drittel aufgeht! Und die Decke und Wände brauchen dringend einen Anstrich nach dem letzten Wasserschaden??? oder was es auch immer ist. Jetzt überlege ich wirklich wie es in der Küche aussieht… Schade - ich war gerne da

Rolls muy ricos, pero sobre todo el plato de comida caliente "no sushi" que probé... ESPECTACULARES!!! Para probar algo distinto y riquísimo!

Das Essen war gut. Der Service etwas langsam.

Essen wie immer sehr gut. Geliefert wurde jedoch trotz Angabe von Mehrweg/ Vytal in Einweg. Schade.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und schön angerichtet und die Kellnerin war super freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen
