The cocktails are delicious. The kitchen always delivers. It's the perfect place for a cozy evening.

We had cheeseburgers and pizza rolls – they specifically asked us if we wanted curly fries or regular ones – we wanted curly and got regular ones (when we asked at the end if everything was okay and mentioned it, we just got a shrug and "oh yeah"). We had to wait 40 minutes for our food, even though it wasn't very busy. The pizza rolls were black and burnt, and the cheeseburger was a bargain for €14.90. The waiters were loudly arguing in front of the guests about which tables were wrongly booked, which isn't something you do in front of guests. The cocktails were, as always, delicious. Of the old staff, only Holger seems to be still there – a ray of hope because he always knew what you wanted and was very accommodating and friendly. Conclusion: It's definitely worth it for the cocktails, but for the food, I don't know; perhaps other dishes are better.

I ate at the ohana with my family, and I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding; our children were catered to, and our every wish was practically anticipated. The pizzas we ordered were so good; we've rarely eaten such great pizza.

If you're in Lübeck's old town, you should definitely eat here. It's incredibly delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, the service is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there both evenings.

A very nice and cozy atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food and service weren't convincing. The food was okay but not particularly good, which contrasted with the ambiance. The service was initially strained but then overwhelmed. No one came to our tables for a long time after dinner, otherwise we would have included happy hour. Unfortunately, overall, it wasn't impressive. A side note: the restrooms are only for slim people and not for those with claustrophobia.

The ambiance with the LEDs was quite classy, ​​as was the high-quality furnishings. The pizza Napoletano tasted okay without any sophisticated highlights, but the price was already upper mid-range (€15.90). One of my companions specifically ordered fried potatoes, which came first with fries, then boiled and lightly fried potatoes with the skin on. These weren't traditional fried potatoes. Although we were seated very close to the kitchen, waiters kept rushing past us, including with our food, which was initially carried elsewhere. It seemed rather disorganized. Luckily, we only waited 15 minutes to pay, while a couple next door waited half an hour. With more attentive service, we would certainly have taken advantage of the happy hour specials. The food was okay, but nothing special; the service was pretty abysmal for such a large place. It would be good for business if things could improve.

True to its name, the place was pleasantly family-friendly. They even had coloring boards for the kids and crayons. I had the Italian Burger, and it was delicious. The children's portion of schnitzel was very, very generous. The ambiance of the restaurant resembles an empty art gallery. The decor is relatively colorful, which I thought was nice, but that's clearly a matter of taste. The service was prompt and friendly. I think the prices are fair. We sat outside in the courtyard under a parasol. But you can also sit inside or at the bar.

We were there for a karaoke event in the evening. Unfortunately, the service staff wasn't on their toes. But it was a great evening.

We discovered this Italian restaurant by chance when we were walking around the city of Lübeck. The entrance to the restaurant is not on the street itself, but in the courtyard. From the street you can only see the Italian flag and a sign with the name. I took a photo where you can see the sign. Don't pass by! We were there at lunchtime and ordered pasta and pizza. Everything was very tasty. Lunch for two with a Coke cost 45 euros. We dined in the courtyard on the open terrace, in the evening and in winter you can dine inside the restaurant. The restaurant definitely has its own style and charm. The entire design is done in a modern Italian style, completely different from the German one. This is what makes it interesting. The interior is very nice inside. I am sure that you will spend a good evening with good food in this restaurant. I highly recommend visiting.

We randomly walked into this restaurant, and since we were very hungry, we were pleasantly surprised. The portions were very filling and the price-performance ratio was excellent. Also, the Turkish waiter (a man) took great care of us, and we would like to thank him especially.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant. The pizza margarita was okay, but the chicken schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce was a complete disaster. The sauce was already disintegrating into its individual pieces, and the schnitzel was unfortunately in the fryer for far too long. The icing on the cake was the bill, where everything, including the schnitzel, was charged in full. After a brief and cheeky discussion with the waiter, it was finally taken off the menu. All in all, a truly lousy evening with a bitter aftertaste. Never, ever again!!!

We had zander and cod, both of which were excellent. Well-cooked, with tasty seasoning. The side dishes were also good, especially the fried potatoes. It was a chance find, and we were all the more thrilled.

Looking for a quiet, stylish spot for cocktails and a chat after work, we stopped by Ohana. The cocktails are delicious. The finger-food snacks provided an unexpected wow factor: How can simple garlic bread and simple tortillas taste so good that they evoke the aforementioned wow effect? The ambiance is very pleasant, the company calm and sophisticated, the service courteous and with just the right touch of humor. You feel comfortable and welcome. The prices are reasonable. The value, however, is excellent! We'll be back. Promise.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great lunch here. We were there with two kids, and after waiting 45 minutes and asking around, we realized that the food had been forgotten or lost. Half of it arrived after 10 minutes (pizza rolls, where the burnt bits were cut off, and a pizza). The two salads arrived even later.

We sat in the courtyard. It was very quiet and cozy. The food (falafel & chicken burger with fries) was truly delicious. The service was attentive and fast. And above all, very honest. When I praised the truly delicious fries, I was told they weren't homemade. ;) We really liked the restaurant, and as a local, this would probably be one of my favorite places to eat something delicious and not too expensive.

Not impressed. The same dishes can be found better and cheaper elsewhere. To be fair, the pasta dish was fine - but overpriced. The other dish, the potato dish was sad. We waited a long time to get the food. Who seemed to be the non-working owner of the place’s friends were seated at the table next to us - we arrived shortly before them and they managed to get and finish their dinner before we got ours. On a positive note, the outdoor area seems cozy for a day with better weather. But we’ll find another place next time.

We were able to sit outside, and there was no loss of cleanliness, service, or timing, as we had experienced sitting inside. We'd be happy to come back.

I have a confession to make! I'm one of those people who likes to take photos, of the food and the restaurant. Not on this day, though. I meet up once a month with three dear friends, and then we drive to Lübeck every now and then to shop and eat. On Saturday, July 12th, we walked along Hüxstraße and, after a few unsuccessful attempts, found this wonderful restaurant and bar, Ohana, which translates as "family." That's exactly how we feel here at Ohana, visiting family. Excellent service that will be hard to top. The staff, if I may put it that way, is extremely competent, attentive, friendly, and, importantly for me, humorous and with a smile on their faces. The owner is a real heart. The ambiance is very stylish. Everything depends on the food, just like the service. So, let's get to the food 🥰 A friend and I had beef meatballs, French fries, and salad. The others had a veggie burger with fries and a pizza with salmon. I have to say, these were truly the best beef meatballs we've ever eaten. Juicy, deliciously seasoned, but the flavor of the meat wasn't overpowering. TOP 💪 The fries were different than I'm used to and, for me, fantastic. Topped with a delicious light sauce. I'll order it again. The pizza was just as fantastic; the crust not only looked good, my friend was raving about it. And at first, the veggie burger side didn't say a word, as she too was just concentrating on her juicy, delicious burger. Understandable. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable in every area. I, no, we, can wholeheartedly recommend Ohana. If you live in Lübeck or are visiting, then definitely go to Ohana. My personal impression is that the food and service here are cooked with passion. Thank you very much and once again, a big compliment to the kitchen and service.

You might think I was bribed, but never! The "new" Ohana is perfect if you want to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family in a pleasant atmosphere. The price and quality are right, everything is fresh and delicious. The staff is very attentive and super polite! There's always someone outside to take care of the guests' needs, so you don't feel left out. Last night was karaoke; it was incredibly crowded and great to listen to everyone. No one felt disturbed, and that was fantastic. Thanks to the entire Ohana team for the wonderful "break" from everyday life.

Sitting comfortably and quietly in the courtyard – perfect for enjoying the food. The chicken hunter's schnitzel was tender and crispy, the mushroom sauce creamy and delicious. Accompanied by a chilled bottle of rosé – wonderful! Friendly service and a lovely ambiance at Ohana Lübeck.

We spontaneously stopped by today and were very impressed by the place. A great atmosphere, super friendly and attentive service, and the food – in our case, a pizza each – was a real treat. You can tell it's homemade and the emphasis is on quality. I'd happily pay €2-3 more for that. We'd love to come back :)

A restaurant in a backyard with an extravagant ambiance. The cocktails were excellent. Although my companion forgot the dishes, I have to commend the guys; they did a great job! The chili burger could have been a bit spicier; it tasted like a regular cheeseburger. And please change the Greek salad with feta immediately. A Greek salad consists of tomatoes, onions, olives, pepperoni, feta, and Greek olive oil, not balsamic vinegar.

Don’t waste your money. We waited almost an hour for our food. We asked about it, and the waiter went to check. Two minutes later, he came back with the food, which was almost cold. A boring pizza and a carbonara made with loads of cream. The place itself is cozy, and our waiter was actually quite friendly, but he seemed very busy. We were very disappointed with the food and the lack of service. We noticed another couple sent back their food and left, and other customers were also waiting a Long time for food.

We were there yesterday, the food was great, the singer was great and the cocktails were delicious. We will be back

We were there late this afternoon and tucked into the delicious burgers with fried potato wedges. The burgers were unlike anything else we've had and incredibly tasty. The atmosphere in the courtyard, with pleasantly soft music, is wonderful. The service was a bit slow, but warm and attentive. There's more on the menu waiting to be tried. We'll be back!

As a family we felt very well looked after. The lasagna was rated 10 out of 10 (by the child). The pizzas are a 9 out of 10 and the baked potato with chicken is a 10 out of 10. The shop impresses with a very good wine and beer/cocktail list. The atmosphere is very nice..modern..industrial..cosy I have seating furniture... Absolute recommendation... The Ohana is totally cozy and stylishly furnished. Unfortunately, I deduct points for the portion size. Prices have risen and portions have become smaller. In addition, for a good six months now you have not been able to pay by card, only via PayPal Friends & Family. CAUTION! The toilets are clean and hygiene products for women and babies are available.

A table had been booked, but unfortunately it wasn't available when we arrived. A temporary solution was quickly set up. The food that was then ordered was not as ordered and was sometimes incorrect. Cutlery was completely missing and only came when requested. In the meantime the completely tasteless soup had cooled down. The service was visibly overwhelmed. It couldn't be paid by card, but the service staff didn't have change either. The waitress has to run twice for change. Here even one star is still too many. Actually there should be at least three minuses! Once and never again.

Were greeted rather rudely and said we could sit wherever we wanted. Then we did that and waited 10-15 minutes. No menus were given, drinks were not asked, but were completely ignored by the staff. Of course it can happen that you are overlooked, but waiters passed us several times. Then they got up and left. In addition, the atmosphere in the store was rather uncomfortable, you either sat in complete darkness or in very bright light.

We were pretty disappointed here. The service seemed totally overwhelmed, even when taking the order. We had ordered something to eat, pizza and a pasta dish. After almost an hour the food still wasn't there. We then asked for the bill for the drinks and said that we no longer wanted the food. Suddenly the food happened very quickly, but we still refused because who knows how long it had been sitting in the kitchen. The same picture at the next table. The guests were already there when we arrived and therefore had to wait even longer for their food. When we asked, the food suddenly appeared around the corner. The food was served at another table, but the cutlery was missing, and the guests then had to wait almost 10 minutes for it. Our bill didn't come when we asked again, so we had to run after it and then pay almost €12 for two cokes. Unfortunately you can't speak of service in any way, it doesn't exist there! It's just a shame that the boss had disappeared shortly beforehand, so we didn't have the opportunity to talk to him. Unfortunately for us, not again!

Unfortunately I can only give Ohana 2 stars. We've been there several times in the past and when we were in town yesterday we wanted to have a cocktail again. When we opened the card we were very shocked. Prices have exploded in the last 2 years. We paid 13.90 euros for a normal cocktail. And that was nothing special. The prices for pizza, pasta etc. exceed the prices of any good Italian restaurant. Unfortunately that was the last time we went there. For the prices I can get high-class cocktails elsewhere.

Chic furnishings and great ambience. Unfortunately, the food was rather less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, the waitresses both seemed very inexperienced. Bruschetta was served on pizza bread? The Ohana is quite inconspicuous from the street. But from the inside you will be greeted by an attractive ambience, dimmed light, complete with sofas...so men/women can spend a nice evening there.

We were here with our grandchildren to chat and eat. All 4 of us were very satisfied with the food, the staff and the ambience, we would like to come back.

Four of us were here for lunch and had pizza, burgers, Cesar salad and the children's meal with chicken schnitzel. The food was overall very good, delicious Cesar dressing, great schnitzel breading and French fries, nice pizza dough, tasty burger sauce. Super nice service. Keep it up.

The restaurant is beautifully designed both inside and outside. Also a large selection of food on the menu and even Halal. Unfortunately a bit on the more expensive side but nevertheless very tasty and quick to prepare. Also super lovely employees who gave lollies at the end haha. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Although I was traveling in Lübeck for a long time and lived in the city center, I never ate here. Which I totally regret🤭. Yesterday (8/31/24) I was here for the first time with my friend😀. When I entered the restaurant, I immediately had a WOW😮 on my lips. The furnishings are really nice😍, not that much and not that little either.. It all just fits together😘. Although there was a lot to do, we didn't have to wait long🤗. We each had a burger, which really tasted great. You could see that the meatballs were homemade😁👨‍🍳.(you don't have that often) We'll definitely come back❤️

No card payment possible and no indication of this either. Ladies toilet of questionable hygiene condition. A pity. Can you do more with it?

The food was ok. But... Apparently we could only pay by cash or PayPal...? Which was only announced when we had to pay. One of us had to go out and look for an ATM in a town we had never been to, which took 15-20 minutes. Don't know if it was a glitch with the technology or if it's just a very outdated place, it wasn't clear. Frustrating.

Very friendly service and calm reaction to children. Generally a relaxed atmosphere and the food lived up to the 5 stars in all aspects, i.e. quantity, taste, price and waiting time. Clear recommendation 👍
