The place is quite spacious and easily accessible by bus or tram. The menu is extensive, varied, and halal. I ordered chicken noodles, meatballs, iced cendol, mixed fruit, and young coconut. Everything was delicious, perfectly suited to Indonesian palates and still very friendly to foreigners. Plus, the portions are generous. Go ahead and try it for yourself. Your longing for traditional food will surely be cured.

We had a wonderful evening at BERMUN after a long day. The selection of dishes was fantastic, and the service was friendly and very attentive. The restaurant was recommended to us, and we even received an extra plate! We felt very comfortable. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Berlin.

Food here was definetly better before. We ordered starters with extra rice - we got starters and 10 mins later extra rice. Rawon Soup definetly didn’t have that special flavour of Kluwak nuts. Just simple beef stew with spices - tasty but definetly not worth 15 euros.

Wow... so delicious... I came here on a friend's recommendation, and it was really delicious... I had iga bakar, and it was very similar to Korean braised short ribs, and delicious! Soto ayam tasted similar to gukbap, and it was also delicious. Es Cendol wasn't too sweet, and the tapioca and jackfruit texture was fun! (My friend also recommended nua rasa!) I recommend it to Koreans too!! You have to try it... ㅠㅠㅠ

A wide range of dishes to choose from.. I chose the Nasi Lengko which had a good amount of tofu and tempeh covered in a creamy peanut sauce. Served by friendly staff :)

The place is quite and the staff was helpful. There was a bit of a wait until our orders were taken. There was a bit of a waiting until we got the food. The food was really good and the portion sizes were enough. The fried rice (Nasi Goreng) was quite good. The spring rolls are big, so don’t over-order. The home made drinks are good as well. The prices are on the lower end (~€13 per meal) compared to NRW.

The food is really great, and the prices are very reasonable. The number of Indonesian people in the restaurant leaves no doubt as to the authenticity of the cuisine. The service was a bit slow, but then again the place was full.

I cannot confirm the positive reviews from others. The food was mostly okay for our hiking group, but the cleanliness of the tables and especially the toilets was a disaster! The entire atmosphere was shabby and dingy. We will NEVER go there again. What must the kitchen be like?

A guaranteed flavour bomb! The food is so rich in spices and seasoning, and the chili is absolutely to die for! I've been here twice already. The ambience is cozy and relaxing, truly capturing an authentic Indonesian dining experience, and the service is great. Two thumbs up!

Wow wow wow, one of the best and most authentic Indonesian restaurants I came across outside Indonesia. Tried various dishes already: genuine , home cooked style! The atmosphere is almost like in an Indonesian street side restaurant. For some people maybe a bit rough but I felt like back in Indonesia. 5 stars+ for the food, IF you like Indonesian food!

I was just in Bali and fell in love with the dish gado-gado. So I had to find it right away in Berlin. Nusantara prepares the dish even better than some places in Bali. I'm truly impressed by the quality and taste of the gado-gado. I also had the satay skewers (with chicken). The sauce that came with it was absolutely delicious. Delicious, delicious, delicious. I will definitely order from there again. I haven't been to the restaurant itself yet, but it's definitely on my to-do list. :)

The food is delicious, the location is clean and convenient, and it's close to Berlin Central Station by tram. The staff is also friendly and kind.

I really hate the employees of this restaurant, people are eating well and I'm pregnant, they are smoking like that, two people next to us. All the customers are eating, no one is smoking, they just sit and smoke, why don't they just go away, they really don't care about their customers.

Rendang is the most requested menu and it really worthy to try and offer to you companion. Bebek goreng is the next.. oh my goodness.

the food is delicious and homey. I like the gado2 and bakso malang the most. the quality of the grilled ribs is a bit up and down, but the last one is delicious. the tongseng is a bit sweet. the es teler is delicious. the mendoan is sometimes delicious, sometimes too oily if the oil is old.

All of the menu is good, taste like real indonesian food, the staff is from Indonesia so friendly and helpfully, the restaurant is not so big, but very comfortable and they always clean the table after people eating, the price for all of the menu is cheaper, have outside space for sitting

Bakwan is super tasty and very crispy, but also correspondingly fatty. The Ayam Bakar is also very crispy, very tender and very tasty! The Nasi Putih, on the other hand, is really not good, I don't understand it at all. Unfortunately, the sauces are all below average

It was my first time trying Indonesian food and I found it quite delicious. The Lele Gorang dish was delicious but the fish had mostly just skin so it wasn't a filling meal at all. Bakwan Sayur, which is like fried vegetables was tasty but very oily. Nasi Padang was an interesting dish, it had a nice Cardamom flavor and a few fruits or vegetables that I could not recognize. The Es Cincau drink and the traditional Indonesian tea were amazing, I highly recommend them.

Ambience quite uncomfortable for me personally. Very outdated and plastic tablecloths on the tables. There was a terrible underground smell of strange cleaning products in the toilet. I went backwards out of there and moved it to the hotel room, which luckily wasn't far away. The food, on the other hand, was tasty, if not exceptionally great. What really bothered me is that only cash payment is accepted, no card payment. Staff friendly and the food came quickly.

Friends who tried fried Rice with non veg were good as per their review. Veg food is not that good. We tried three dishes. All we liked was honey ginger tea.

We came here during the week for Nasi Ramen, a platter of rice and various small dishes. The fried noodles were only average, and the vegetables in broth were also average. The bitter melon salad was exciting and good, and the lamb in peanut sauce was delicious. The fried fish balls and tofu we had were also tasty, but they could have come with rice. The shop itself is a bit run down, and it seems like a lot of people take their food with them. The ginger tea was super strong and later on it got quite spicy. The four rice balls were tasty, though, and filled with sweet mung bean paste or sesame.

The food was delicious especially the chicken. I would definitely come back for that. However, the soup was a bit oversalted. Otherwise the drinks were really tasty. Actually like a dessert.

Tried Indonesian cuisine first time with my friends. My friends came here before too, for me it was first time. We tried Nasi Goreng Chicken and beef. And a chicken menu (forget the name). Nasi goreng chicken tasted better than beef. The chicken menu tasted good as well however the amount of rice was very less. So for food: 4/5 Service and atmosphere: 5/5
