Stopped there for lunch. It wasn't busy, but the wait was still extremely long, both at the beginning and before ordering dessert. It was almost listless. The quality was good; everything was delicious. 1 lasagna, 1 tuna pasta, 2 crème brûlée, 2 rhubarb spritzers. I was shocked by the price: €52 🤷‍♂️, so unfortunately only 2 points. Premium price, but service similar to that of a chip shop.

Mmm, honestly, that wasn't great! The portions were definitely not big enough and the taste was okay, though a touch of spice would have been nice. The service itself was okay, but we arrived at an unfortunate time because the water was being changed and we were told to wait at least 30 minutes beforehand...we ended up doing that, but it wasn't really worth it...sorry, but it could definitely be better and with more passion 👍🏻

Delicious homemade pasta and pesto, beautifully located in Lübeck's old town, and friendly service. We were very satisfied.

Great pasta, friendly service, we would have preferred some bread beforehand (your delicious olive oil is on the tables). Espresso was forgotten, but it was brought quickly after I asked. The kitchen is open plan, and the chefs are quite loud at work—but the product is excellent. The tortellini were floury/harder on the inside at the thickest point—otherwise, perfectly al dente. All in all, we'd gladly return!

Actually good, but the portions were quite small, so the price/performance ratio was no longer right.

Bad service, you have to wait a long time even though you are alone there

One of the best Italian restaurants outside of Italy?! In this place, the pasta isn't just cooked before your eyes, it's also made beforehand. And that almost says it all. But only almost – because this place is more than that. The food – excellent. The bread before the appetizer, the antipasti as a starter, the pasta as a main course: everything tastes incredibly delicious and exactly how we imagine authentic Italian food. Fresh, high-quality, simply a 10/10. The service – on point. All the employees can do everything (from kneading pasta to mixing cocktails) and are friendly, courteous, but not intrusive. And they wear such nice leather aprons. The ambiance – casual fine. The small shop (be sure to make a reservation in the evening) is basic, a bit quaint, but also stylish. Just like you theoretically imagine a place called Nudelbude (Noodle Stand), although you, dear reader, might have noticed that this place is much more than just a dingy noodle stand! And what I forgot in all this ranting: For their espresso machine (and of course, they freshly grind the beans), they don't use tap water, but simply Volvic. Check it out!

Delicious pasta dishes, and you're seated right in the heart of the old town of Marzipan. The homemade bread as a starter is also highly recommended, and of course, a glass of house wine to go with it. Excellent!

Food was ok, in parts even good, but NOT outstanding! The service was friendly and the location itself is top, as you can watch people passing by. Preis Leistung or money for value sucks, unfortunately, big time. You just don't get value for money, as in most German Restaurants these days.

Friendly service, delicious food! The restaurant can sometimes be a bit smoky, probably from the pizza oven. Fresh pasta is made at the counter. It's great that you can buy different sauces there.

Cute place, food was solid, but the service was not so pleasant

IT WENT SO! Despite the restaurant being empty for a while, it was served right next to the aisle. Two dishes with the same identity, but completely different portions. The Bolognese sauce wasn't hot, and some of it was even cold. Was a microwave involved? No quality checks in between. That's something you should know in the restaurant industry. No brief explanation when serving (okay, that's upper class, too). The only thing that was great was the chef's friendly smile upon eye contact, as well as the staff's follow-up questions when clearing the table. I like that and it makes me feel at ease. Thank you for that, and keep it up to the gentlemen in question. In Cologne, I'd poach those employees 👍 With improvements, this small restaurant has great potential.

The restaurant itself is supposed to produce everything itself. At least that's what it's advertised as. You can mainly find homemade pasta here. The service was good, there is nothing to complain about. The ambience. Italian style. Music: sometimes no music, sometimes music very loud, sometimes music not at all suitable for the ambience, sometimes music also suitable for the ambience. - So you get a colorful mix. The food: The price is already very high. A beer 0.5 costs €6.50, pasta dishes start at €15. In terms of taste, the whole thing was more like 4/10. I also got to try two different foods. Unfortunately, none were much better. The portions are very small. I can't understand pasta at all. The dessert (creme brule) was like glass on the crust and didn't have a good consistency either. Conclusion: Tried it once, but I for one won't go in there again.

Visited this restaurant very late in the afternoon. I took a seat outside. After about 5 minutes I was served. The service was very friendly. I decided on a glass of house wine and the wild garlic tagliatelle with asparagus pieces, dried tomatoes, pine nuts and lime sauce. After 30 minutes and since some visitors who came much later had already had their food before me, I asked if they had forgotten me. The answer was, no, unfortunately there had been a mishap and the sauce had burned. After a good 5 minutes I got bread with a delicious pesto. At some point my pasta dish arrived. It was very tasty, unfortunately I saw very little of the sprouts, otherwise the pasta dish tasted very fresh, as a pleasant acidity seeped through from the sauce. What I then found very pleasant was that the chef came to the table and personally apologized for the delay and offered me a dessert on the house. An apology was then made again So it was a very forgiving afternoon for me. I left full and satisfied.

Saturday and the sun is shining: this street is full of people drinking wine and eating people, very pleasant. Also settled at a table that had just become available. It took a while before we could order, but then the spumante was poured too quickly. We had also ordered a plate of five antipasti, but they had not been delivered after twenty minutes. It wasn't that busy, but the staff was mainly busy with each other and walking back and forth between three restaurants: Miera, Nudelbude and are actually a business. When asking about our order, we looked at each other, the waiter came to us to confirm that we had nothing yet and then went to get a plate. A mild apology was just about enough. Too bad, achieving turnover is apparently more important than satisfied people. The antipasti were very tasty.

The food tastes good and the staff is friendly! The restaurant itself is very narrow and you're practically sitting on your neighbors' laps.

I always think the pasta here is great. Perfectly to the point and with finely balanced sauces.

🍝Pastalover paradise! I'm still in food heaven - the homemade noodles were simply world class! I had pasta with pistachio sauce (that alone!) and it was truly legendary. There was also a fruity drink without alcohol - beautifully served and at least as tasty as it looked. You can just tell: everything is cooked and served here with love. The location is super cozy, lovingly furnished and you immediately feel welcome. For everyone who loves pasta: definitely go! I'll definitely come back.

The taste was good, but the food was very little on the plate. I literally left still hungry. Also, they brought my Coca-Cola in a glass, not in the bottle. I didn't like that

Super tasty lasagne - fresh, hot and delicious to a very fair price.

We were there spontaneously and thankfully got a spot without a reservation, so TIP reserve in advance. The food was delicious, the portions a bit small. Considering the pasta was fresh, the price was justified. It was a shame that the waiter didn't write down the order, so unfortunately the starter was missing (unfortunately we only noticed it when the main course came straight away, and we didn't want the starter afterwards either). That's why I would only give 3 out of 5 stars, otherwise recommended!

Unfortunately, my visit to the Nudelbude Lübeck was a big disappointment. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and chaotic - as if you were watching them play the video game Overcooked. Everyone was running around, but no one had an overview. My meal took all of 45 minutes, which is really unacceptable for plain pasta. In addition, my order was not taken correctly: I ordered still water, but received sparkling water. Not a big drama, but a sign of a lack of attention. Speaking of attention: Overall, it was hardly there. The staff was neither friendly nor accommodating, and instead of making room, I was rudely asked to move aside by a member of staff (the gentleman with the Nike Dunks). An absolute no-go in the service area. About the food itself: The noodles were overcooked, oversalted and watery - unfortunately a disaster in terms of taste. Overall, a disappointing experience that I cannot recommend. The bread that was served with it was burnt. Hopefully my stomach can handle it. Dear owner, under such circumstances, would you eat here yourself?

Very cozy atmosphere, but it was too narrow for me, the neighboring tables were already very close. There were some shredded pieces of cartilage in the duck ragout, otherwise it would have been quite tasty. Too bad. I probably won't come back.

We went to the noodle shop for the first time today and we weren't impressed. The food was tasty, but the portion was far too small (6 ravioli for €20). Ambience ok - but everything is cramped, open kitchen with a lot of smoke. The service is overloaded.

I just ate in the noodle shop and had several bone splinters in the food/ragout. The waitress informed me that this was the case and that I couldn't finish it because I kept biting on splinters. The waitress said that this can happen and is not on the menu. I then had to pay the full price. Nice ambience, but the service uses loudspeakers and loud music is on the top. It was my first and last time eating there. You can't do more than point it out.

We ate at the noodle shop and were bitterly disappointed. My girlfriend (vegetarian) and I met at the noodle shop for lunch. She had chosen a dish and asked for a different type of pasta to eat than gnocchi. The answer came promptly: That's not possible, it only works with gnocchi. Ok, that's totally inflexible. Then we both ordered the same meal and 2 minutes later the waiter came with the information that our dish was out. It's difficult to find anything with such a small map. Well, we found something after all, but we were actually already full. Unfortunately, the homemade bread didn't give the impression of being homemade. Maybe you could have warmed it up briefly in the oven instead of serving it ice cold. The food was ok, but we expected more for these prices and were bitterly disappointed. After the meal we wanted to order a coffee, but that wasn't possible because the waiter apparently didn't notice our hand signals. At some point a waiter came and asked us to please pay as they had a cooking event that afternoon. We were not told this when we made the reservation over the phone or before we ordered. If you look around on the website you get a very good impression and simply expect something better for the prices charged.

If you are presented with a menu and there is a dish for an appetizer variation for 2 people, you can very well assume that this price is FINAL, because this price is immediately the same for 2 people and then the DOUBLE price of 28 .00 € should be paid with the note that is to be paid in tiny print under the reference to supposedly 2 people "Prwis per person", then something like that is very good at the beginning However, I gained a great impression in the other, more negative direction: the otherwise very friendly service staff didn't point this out to me at all. Sorry dear Manfred M., but it doesn't work like that, the next time I'm in Lübeck I'll go back to my regular bars around Lübeck, but still have a nice year-end holiday and all the best.

Incredibly cozy place that oozes atmosphere. We were lucky to get a place, as many had ordered in advance (on a weekday😳) and there is nothing to say about that. The food is exceptionally good. Well prepared and with lots of flavour. The servants are very attentive to all guests and ensure that everyone has a good time. The price on the bill did not quite match the menu card, but it was in the trifle category so we considered it a tip (6 EUR difference) We would definitely like to come again.

Great little noodle restaurant. The dishes were extremely tasty, the ingredients were fresh and the preparation took place in front of everyone in the restaurant area. The service staff are very nice, everything seems authentic, the interior looks homely and modern and Paolo Conte is playing in the background. My family and I thought it was great!

Were visiting Lübeck, would never eat here again after I saw a knife fall on the floor in the open kitchen. The employee picks it up, wipes it on the tea towel (which he previously used for his hands, surfaces, etc.) and then sticks the knife into the cheese plate that is on the counter!

Noodles homemade and to die for. The bruschetta and the eggplant caponata were also very tasty. The latter has a slightly oriental touch. Service was friendly and attentive, what more could you want... You don't trust Hülstrasse at all, as it has become very touristy here.

Food almost cold, tastes like in a pizzeria and small portion and very bad service. There was hardly any activity and we were made to wait a long time to pay. No thanks for the tip. Not recommended.

Nice little restaurant with open preparation, nice ambience and super friendly service, The food was good, but a bit over-spiced, although I can't say whether that was meant to be that way or was accidentally that way. In general, the menu is small, but full of a lot of special things, sometimes perhaps too special. But still worth trying when visiting Lübeck.

Here you are greeted warmly and brought to the table. The food and drinks are extremely tasty and the portions are actually quite large. It's a really nice place to have a meal and spend the evening. I'll definitely be back.

Great little restaurant. The pasta is homemade, as is probably the sugo. The bruschetta was great, the pasta was very good. Everything was made with samphire, which is just not my thing and didn't fit in my opinion, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise, the service was top, as was the ambience.

Homemade pasta, a nice atmosphere and very friendly service. However, the taste of the food didn't blow me away. Okay, but not overly good. There was also only the house wine (white, rose and red). The white wine wasn't my cup of tea. So I had no alternative.

Food with a manageable menu, food tastes good, visually it's not particularly pretty and the caramel layer in the crème brulee is very hard. Service okay until it comes time to pay. What you've had is read out, you say you're still missing an espresso, the waiter collects the amount (amount plus tip) and you have to ask for a bill. So up to this point I can't see what the waiter is typing. The bill comes and then it actually comes accusingly that I had another espresso (which I said yes) and then I collect another €3.00 without a bill! Thank you never again

The antipasti for 2 are plentiful and very tasty, the tortellini are fantastic, the ravioli with goat cheese is a culinary delight✨

So if I could, I would give 10 stars 🤩. Chic, cozy restaurant with outdoor seating, great accompanying music and live pasta making. The sauces and pesto are all made in-house, which you can taste. Fast friendly service! The bread beforehand was great, a treat with pesto or just the olive oil and sea salt that was available. The main courses are very decent and reasonably priced 🔝. Unfortunately there were no more sweet ravioli, we would have liked to try them, but maybe next time.

We chose the antipasti for 2. Very tasty selection of various starters. Absolutely a complete meal for 2 people. It wasn't the last time.

Chairs are reminiscent of the old school and the ambience is otherwise very simple, even though you sit very close together with other guests. The service was standard and the food was too tasteless for the price and quantity. I would still recommend trying it out to see what it's like.

I know noodle shops in many German cities and I think it's really just a "noodle shop". The food was mediocre, well seasoned and tasty could be different. I certainly won't eat here again. A pity!

It was very delicious. We would also be happy to let you recommend something before ordering. So I was really excited and very full. But I also like to eat raw food in advance and the choice is very limited. But otherwise great and there's nothing to complain about.

5 stars well deserved, both food and service! There I had the most delicious homemade pasta with eggplant sugo in tomato sauce, with goat's cream cheese and a dash of green pesto. It's been a long time since I've eaten something that was so "simple" but still so incredibly delicious!!! I think the price of €13 is absolutely justified, and the portion was anything but small. I could have also had bread with it 🤗 While I was sitting there, new pasta was being made by hand, it couldn't be fresher 🥰😍❤️ I also took parmesan and a light Bolognese sauce with veal and Parma ham. Both are perfectly priced! I wish there was an Italian like that in Hanover 🥲

A small but also cozy restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We came as a large group with two babies and they made us feel very welcomed and helped set up tables etc. The atmosphere is very chilled, a bit modern. There is an open kitchen, so you can watch the chef as he cooks. The prices are fine and the quality of the food was great 👌

Quite expensive for a few noodles - 3 shrimps on it and right at €29. A bottle of simple wine, really nothing special, another 25€. You can eat just as well somewhere else for less money, or get something really good somewhere else for the same amount of money.

Leckere Pastagerichte in für mich neuen Variationen. Service gefühlt etwas langsam, war aber selbst unter Zeitdruck. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.

We both agreed that the food was rather average. It appeared under seasoned (even for me). They justified the prices being higher as they use locally sourced ingredients amongst other reasons. The atmosphere seemed to be impacted for us as we had cars driving rather closely past us on the street. The waiter seemed rushed of his feet and inattentive - we wanted a second beverage but could not get his attention. I had to ask/literally reach out to him for the bill as he walked past. For the money spent we felt it to be below par.

Durchschnittlich gut, leider absolut nichts besonderes! Wir hatten Bruschetta vorweg, das Brot war knusprig, Tomaten nur mit Zwiebeln angemacht, ungewürzt und fad. Pfeffer gab es dann auf Nachfrage. Die Lasagne im Hauptgang geschmacklich ok, jedoch auch recht fad und überschaubar. Die Pasta mit Pfifferlingen ohne jegliche Sauce, einfach nur Pasta mit Gemüse. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich, jedoch ohne Bedacht auf Mehrverkauf. Relativ kleiner Laden, recht eng bestuhlt.

Insgesamt ganz nett. Service könnte aufmerksamer sein. Geschmack der Pasta durchweg gut, allerdings einiges Gemüse eher holzig! In Summe deutlich overpriced.

Wir waren begeistert. Ich liebe Pasta und habe schon viel gegessen, aber diese Nudeln heute waren unschlagbar gut. Die Spaghetti Bolognese waren köstlich und die Crespelle ebenfalls. Dieser rauchige Geschmack hat es erst so richtig lecker gemacht. Zum Abschluss noch ein Blaubeer Tirami Su und wir waren im Glück. Das Ambiente und die nette Ansprache haben alles noch abgerundet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Lübeck bin, weiß ich schon wo ich essen werde. Herrlich !!!!

Super lecker Nudeln. Alles frisch und selbstgemacht. Ich hatte die Nudeln gefüllt mir Ricotta und Spinat. Das Essen wurde heiß serviert. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Nettes Lokal, Service durchwachsen, zum Teil sehr bemüht. Das Essen war allerdings auch nur durchschnittlich lecker. Geschmacklich hat es uns nicht überzeugt für den Preis.

Beautiful place, shrimp in pasta isn't so fresh.

Waren heut das 3. mal in diesem Sommer in Lübeck und auch hier zum Mittag. Beim ersten Mal, toller aufmerksamer Service, Brot am Anfang, leckeres Essen in mehreren Gängen, es machte Spaß. Heute, gleiche Mitarbeiter, kaum anwesend und gerade noch höflich, kein Brot und nach der langen Wartezeit, die weit über die Kochzeit für Pasta hinaus ging, kam etwas nüchternes essen mit sehr al dente Nudeln und bei weitem nicht dem, was die Wartezeit verhieß. Schade.

Nudeln sind sehr hart und Portionen sehr klein

WOW! Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant. Keine überfüllte Speisekarte, sondern fokusiert auf eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten. Tolles ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und super lecker. Die herstellung der handgemachten Pasta kann durch das Schaufenster betrachtet werden. Das Konzept ist sehr stimmig und kann ich jedem ohne Bedenken empfehlen. Toiletten und Küche waren sehr sauber. Draußen sitzen bei Regen war aufgrund der ausgefahrenen Markise möglich. Das einzige was mich stört oder optimiert werden kann ist, dass die Platzunterlage, die gleichzeitig als Speisekarte dient, nach jedem Kundenwechsel entsorgt wird. Es sieht natürlich sehr edel aus, allerdings nicht nachhaltig. Gleiches gilt für den Brotkorb der aus Pappe besteht. Auch hier wäre ein nachhaltiger Korb / Schale angebracht.

Nett zum draußen Sitzen, aber sowohl das Essen wie der Service überzeugen nicht wirklich. Dafür leider auch zu teuer.

Kann gut sein, dass Euch das Ambiente gefällt. Schaut es Euch aber vielleicht besser vorher an.

Unsere Enttäuschung in Lübeck. Teuer. Kleine Portionen (zwei kleine kalte Brote als Bruschetta). Geschmack ok. Völlig überbewertet. Laut. Eng. Als man unsere Reservierung nicht fand, hätten wir das Zeichen erkennen und gehen sollen.

Sehr eng und megalaut. Für meinen geschmack Portion Bolo zu flüssig und recht klein, das Hausbier (ratsherren) leider sehr bitter. Ansonsten guter lübecker Durchschnitt, freundlicher service, aber ich hätte locker dreimal soviele Getränke konsumiert, wenn mal jemand gefragt hätte..
