A leisurely meal was not possible given the volume. €2.50 parking fee after 6 p.m. is outrageous. 17.90€ for a gyro with fries and it's totally over salted.

Very arrogant demeanor on the part of the boss. After the request for a larger table: I'm not discussing it, it doesn't exist. When we left, we said: Enjoy your meal.

We used to go there often for dinner. After six years we went there for dinner yesterday. Unfortunately, this was also the last time. It's no longer what you knew and hoped for. It is currently only open inside and the noise in the restaurant makes you feel like you are in a train station. Far too loud, a normal conversation at the table is not possible.

My husband and I had steak. In itself very tasty, perfectly cooked... that brings us to the crux of the matter - this was a nice oversight. We weren't asked what cooking point our steak should be. The side salad was forgotten but charged for. After pointing this out, the service lady reacted very incompetently to criticism and replied with "Jajaja". The man at reception was polite and courteous and we were allowed inside when it got cold outside even though the restaurant was very full. You could just tell that the staff was overwhelmed. In my opinion, the quality of the service should not suffer as a result; then you have to increase staff or offer fewer places.

If I lived here, I would be here more often. The food is tasty, the price is good and the ambience at the lake is simply great

Sunday with nice weather, too many people, so waiting for a free table, waiting to order food, waiting for the food. The taste perfect, makes up for the wait! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The waiter's comment was then what is our health? What's the point of something like that? We were in the castle with our friends on February 18th and were treated like a prince. The food was very good and the portions were so generous that we took another package home with us. Thank you for the nice hospitality, we'll be happy to come back.

The restaurant is conveniently located near a hiking trail and offers a stunning view of the lake. We especially love their steaks, which come with a side of salad. The quality for the price is outstanding. The staff are kind and friendly, and even though we don’t speak any German, we’ve always had a great experience there.

On January 12th We were there with a large group of 50-60 people for a company party. The drinks orders as well as appetizers including main course orders went quite quickly. Drinks came quickly Starters... (at least at one of the tables) they also came very quickly. Unfortunately, this is where the problems started. Unfortunately, at 5 p.m. there were no longer any starters on the menu. Waiters were poorly informed and still took this as an order. The main courses arrived a whopping 2.5 hours after the first starters. When we asked, one of the waiters gave us a very cheeky answer: "Well, if you're late...", however, we were all together before the agreed time. At least by then all the starters (and alternatives) were finally at the tables. Continuing with the main courses... Unfortunately, all of the dishes were of poor quality. Vegetables cold and still raw (aldene to the bite would have been flattering) Salmon completely raw, the sauce ordered with it was still left at the table, at some point the vegetables were even added and the "new" salmon again about 45 minutes later. All steaks came to the tables undercooked (even though they were all ordered medium rare). Unfortunately, the shrimp were just as overcooked. It's a shame that animals died because of this. The side dishes often didn't match the orders, and when asked, there were once again stupid answers from one of the waiters. The baked potatoes were extremely dried out and the fries were too salty. Sauces, well, are a matter of taste (if you like wholesale buckets and bags). The desserts... Unfortunately not everything is available here again, but this time it was better communicated. Some desserts arrived in a reasonable time, others unfortunately arrived extremely late and those that should have been hot or at least warm were at room temperature at most. One of the waiters was a real ray of sunshine, another was unfortunately very rude and cheeky. The organization clearly left a lot to be desired for us. Smaller tables came and went, giving the impression of being full and happy. The last two years went much better despite the large number of guests in our group. This time too, of course, the booking was made about 2 months in advance. It's a shame that it turned out so disappointingly for us.

We were there with a large group (approx. 50-60 people). Reserved two months in advance... The starter came relatively quickly. At least at a table. If this was STILL available (around 5 p.m.!)...The main course took a whopping 2.5 hours to arrive. When we mentioned it, the waiter got really rude. The ongoing operations, however, were served quickly and changed several times during our "waiting time". The steaks were almost all like leather and well done, instead of medium rare as they were ordered. Other things were burnt and the salmon was served raw. After more than 3 hours everyone else actually had their main course. The desserts were no longer available as the hours passed! .... overall unfortunately very disappointing!

Good Greek restaurant at a popular tourist destination, Lake Harik. The food is very good and the price-performance ratio is good. A table should be reserved in advance on weekends or public holidays. The parking lot is not always free and is often full when the weather is nice. The restaurant itself is very comfortably furnished and always worth a visit.

Very nice atmosphere. However, very loud and few vegetarian dishes. The vegetarian dishes we ordered were mostly fried and very oily. This can be done better.

Pretty Greek restaurant with upscale decor right on the water. The souvlaki is well seasoned, but as with almost all Greeks, it is over-fried and therefore a bit hard.

Updated on November 29th, 2024 today the old Notres again. The ambience inside and outside has always been great. The food was good again this time. I had a super tasty appetizer plate. My buddy had the very tasty Notres grill plate. Drinks good as always. We'll be back. Updated 10/28/22 I'm disappointed. I often go to Hariksee in Notre. Yesterday again. I have to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. The salad only consists of a ready-made mix with 2 slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and actually only one small slice of baguette bread per person. The fries were lukewarm. The Suzuki was a simple meatball with little flavor. I was lucky with the gyro. I got the outer crispy layer, but my neighbor's meat was just fatty and soggy. Half went. It's a shame. Some of the staff didn't come across as very friendly. It was more of a mass dispatch. And the usual ouzo from the house was also saved. The ambience and the restaurant itself are still very good. Now we're going somewhere else in 2 months. Hopefully they'll recover. Previous review of mine: One of the best Greeks in the area. Great environment and nature at Lake Harik. But also always very well attended.

Hier waren wir zu 6 zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Hariksee , einfach wunderschön. Innen wirkte es sehr gemütlich und warm. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Die Karte bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl mit vielen griechischen Gerichten. Wir bestellten Gyros, Rumpsteak, Lamm, diverse Vorspeisen. Alles hat uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Es ist nicht ganz günstig, die Portionen sind nicht überladen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

There were 6 of us here for dinner. The restaurant is located directly on Lake Harik, simply beautiful. Inside it seemed very cozy and warm. We were warmly greeted and served. The menu offers a wide selection with many Greek dishes. We ordered gyros, rump steak, lamb, various starters. Everything tasted excellent to us. It's not cheap, the portions aren't overly large, we really liked it. We'll definitely be back.

We made a reservation at 7 p.m. and only got a table about 20 minutes later. Having ordered drinks there, we were told to move to another table again, saying that he was doing well. I ordered something small for a big price. Fries, some meat and a dollop of sauce (like in a fries shop) should please my taste buds. After a number of delays, the food arrived, hence the + points. The food was okay... Given the prices, I would have liked more crunch in the sauce and a garnish on the plate, but that's a matter of taste. Dessert was canceled (hardly any waitresses came past). In the end it was time to pay... I didn't know that there was a minimum order value for card payment, and the inconvenience seemed to have been forgotten. The ambience was reminiscent of the background noise at Gladbach main station. I didn't feel comfortable or welcome, and inconveniences seem to be acceptable to the guests. I'd be happy to be convinced of the opposite at another time, but today it was an experience for me that doesn't need to be repeated. Update11/17/24: Interesting answer. Because everyone has the change to prove themselves anew and can therefore be better evaluated. However, I see from the owner's answer that you obviously don't expect any further visits from me.... Also a strategy to advertise your company.

Despite having reserved a table, we had to wait in line outside for 20 minutes to get a seat. The starter came relatively quickly - we then had to wait almost 2 hours for the main course. We asked the main waiter twice, both times we were only laughed at without anyone actively asking in the kitchen. After that, service at our table basically stopped. The food was okay - but it had already been cleared away even though not everyone at the table had finished eating. No questions were asked as to whether it tasted good, whether we were satisfied or anything like that. We weren't offered the obligatory ouzo either. Our first visit will also be our last. It's a shame - but if you ultimately don't care about the guests, you don't deserve it.

We went there as a family for lunch at Notre's Café. Restaurant right on the lake. It was busy and the service was still good with attentive staff. The portions were enough to fill you up. We've never had our food so quickly. Sunday evening and well attended. And it was delicious too. Gyros with tzatziki, fries and salad for a small appetite felt like a normal portion for 12.90 euros. At the table in 10 minutes, an absolute record. First class. We'd love to come back.

We were very disappointed in you today. You had to wait because the table was being set, okay. You can still understand it. What I didn't understand was that there were several tables set and they weren't offered to us. No, there were no reserved signs on the tables. Meat really dry. You could really count the fries, they were hard and tasted warmed up. Drink service left a lot to be desired. Were used to better things from you. Shit happens.

Delicious grilled plate, bread with zatziki beforehand and then a ROUZO. Just this much, we'll see each other again.

Best gyro. The grill plate was highly recommended. Nice location right on Lake Harik. Unfortunately the lakeside terrace was not open on Saturday lunchtime, so we sat on the outside terrace of the restaurant.

Simply great, from the reception to the farewell! Superior service, ambience simply totally unique! Very courteous staff from the bosses to the service staff - the dishes are excellent! Recommended at any time!

After being very disappointed with the gyros the last two times, we took a longer break. Today we were there again and ordered a grill plate. Souvlaki and Suzuki were good, as were the fries, but unfortunately the gyros were once again too greasy and not edible. After we told the waiter this, there was no real reaction. The location with a terrace on/by the lake is very nice. In the future we won't eat gyros there anymore.

Very nice location with lots of tables right by the water or a view of Lake Harik. Everything inside also looks great, cozy and well-kept - hospitality in action! The service was "FFF": very friendly, quick and cheerful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two (very good!) coffee drinks, which was a shame because just looking at the menu whetted our appetite - the sight and smell of the plates passing by made our mouths water! If only we had had more time... We will definitely come to Hariksee again and then definitely eat here too!

The restaurant is beautifully located on a lake, the Harriksee. We had reserved a table, but first took the boat across the lake with our friends. Slow but extremely beautiful. Afterwards, of course, I was a little hungry. We got our favorite table and were warmly greeted by name and served just as warmly. The service is simply exemplary, it couldn't be better. The entire staff, including the owners, are extremely attentive and exude a calmness that is second to none. The food came quickly and tasted delicious. I have never eaten so deliciously at a Greek restaurant!! We were here with friends and will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Restaurant located directly on Lake Harik. Great ambience with a view of the lake. Very nice staff. Long waiting time when the weather is nice if you want to sit directly on the terrace above the lake. But you also have a beautiful view of the lake in the 2nd row (see photos). The food is not exactly cheap, but very good. Overall, unreservedly recommended.

You didn't necessarily feel full and the taste wasn't anything special either. We ordered chicken, which was unfortunately very dry. Service could also be better, things that were ordered were forgotten and were at least taken off the bill in the end. The location itself is quite beautiful.

This wasn't our last visit to this wonderful atmosphere. With a view of the approaching sunset at Lake Harik, the water was reflected, the soul could just relax and the food rounded everything off. We had the “Dr.Steak”. Everything was “on point”, the ultimate taste explosion. The staff was always attentive and not intrusive. We will recommend it 100%.

We sat on the sun terrace by the lake in beautiful weather. Unique view - simply great. The interiors are also flooded with light and modernly furnished. The food was, as expected from a "typical" Greek restaurant, very meat-heavy. We had different types of meat, all very well seasoned and fried to perfection. Staff top. There was a medical emergency that was managed confidently. We'd love to come back.

I like to give positive and negative feedback when the moment moves me to write something. We were in this restaurant for the first time. The weather was great and there was a lot going on, no question it could take longer. You can then queue up at reception and say that you want a seat and you will first be put in a queue behind reception. OK! The assignment is a bit strange, some wait 15 minutes even though tables are free, others come straight away. Something strange. The atmosphere inside and outside is really great and leaves nothing to be desired. Customers who didn't want to wait in line were spoken to unfriendly by the boss (the managing director insists on this) and more or less told off that they could leave if it didn't suit them. We ordered, the prices are okay, the portions are large but the taste could be better, especially the fries have the character of a chip shop. But you can eat it! Price performance ok. What's not okay is that you had to wait over an hour for your food. As you can read in many other comments, it is not uncommon. When you spoke to the staff, you were rudely told that if you didn't have time you shouldn't go out to eat. You can see how full it is. We just replied that you could inform the customers in advance for an hour and then you would have the choice. But you were visibly annoyed, you even found it necessary to lean on the neighboring chair and look annoyed. When I asked to get the manager, she promptly appeared aggressive and put the menu in front of me and pointed to something in small print. Where it is mentioned that it can take longer. I explained again that they could point out long waiting times, they didn't let me finish and kept interrupting, so I did that because they didn't want to hear the customer's criticism and just had to let out the pent-up aggression of many customers. They were of the opinion that as a customer I should ask how long it takes, to which I replied that I could also say it as a service person. We turned in circles, the food was supposed to come in 2 minutes and it did. Other tables next to us also received their food very differently. If you order together you want to eat together and not eat 3 first and then the next dishes come when the others have finished. Conclusion. Ambience very great, food OK, service. as well as boss, the word criticism is something that you have to accept in the catering industry and accept accordingly. The way you deal with something like this is crucial to whether customers come back and recommend something. But here it seems that you can do without a lot of customers, there are enough who would come. What a shame!

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to change seats once you are seated. So I would only have a view of the building. Sniff... The starter plate for €19.99 is almost exclusively with zucchini and eggplant. The taramas tastes like it has been stretched with potatoes. The side salad just greens with half a tomato. What a shame. Not again so soon! And finally, there is no oat milk or other alternative for people with milk allergies. Sad, really a shame. My well-intentioned, calm criticism was dismissed. Then not, really unwise!

We were at the Seemarkt today and spontaneously wanted to eat in this restaurant. We waited until we were shown to the table. There were 2 couples in front of us and so the tables at the edge of the lake were occupied. We were shown to the table. When we wanted to sit down the guy, apparently the owner, spoke to my wife at her LOOK. She replied that she thought it was a shame that we could no longer get a table on the lake side. What came next took our breath away. He didn't let us sit down but instead ordered us to the exit where we should wait until a table at the edge of the lake was free. Anyone who comes into the restaurant with such a view will not be able to enjoy the food. He knows that, he has been doing the job for 20 years. We should now wait until a table is free. The whole scene took place in front of the packed terrace. Since we didn't think his service was worth our money, we left. If the gentleman really has been working in the service for 20 years, he hasn't learned much in 20 years. In contrast to him, my wife has training in service, she would not train in it. It fails because of talent. After reading the latest reviews, we ask you to let us know as soon as the owner changes. It can't take long. Then the restaurant gets a second chance.

A meal in this beautiful restaurant failed because the waiter, after showing us to our table, loudly berated me in front of all the guests because I told him that I was a bit sad that I hadn't been able to get a table facing the lake. but that there was obviously still one free. This arrogant behavior discredits him from further visits to restaurants. Then why not have a sausage roll on the bench by the lake?

We were invited here on August 17, 2024 to the silver wedding anniversary at Schlösschen. The menu was chosen by the host, so I can't contribute anything to the à la carte selection here. However, the prepared dishes such as prawns, pork in special sauce and the starters were far above the usual level of Greek restaurants in the VIE and HS districts. You will hardly find a better restaurant with Greek cuisine in the MG area. The waitresses were all very friendly and pleasant. The location by the lake is of course also very beautiful. Today we will eat in the restaurant. I'm very excited. So far, in my opinion, this restaurant is fully recommended.

It was too crowded for me - but if you like it! Food wasn't my thing either. Roughly chopped side dishes to make the plate look fuller. Service friendly. Parking fee of €2.50 - a disgrace! The restaurant owner should replace these when consumed.
